UUtente ospiteHa avuto un soggiorno sorprendente a Chalet Ivy, un nuovo ryokan moderno con sentimenti tradizionali.
La stanza è molto spaziosa con comodi appartamenti moderni, con un asciugamano privato in camera, con vista coperta di neve senza ostacoli.
La cena e il colazione sono una delle migliori, la sequenza dei piatti e la quantità sono giusti.
Una delle migliori perche'sono la sala, il bar di snack e il bar di bevande sono fantastici. Gli stock con il miglior snack e bevande Sapporo per voi a qualsiasi momento.
In verità, uno dei migliori risorti mai, ritornerà certamente.

KKenny_On The GoThe JR Tower Hotel Nikko is a solid choice for anyone looking for convenience in Sapporo. Its location right on top of the JR station makes getting around incredibly straightforward, especially if you have luggage. Since it’s connected to the shopping malls and the city's massive underground walkway, it’s easy to duck back to the room to drop off shopping bags or take a break without going out of your way.
The view from the high-floor rooms is probably the standout feature. Facing the mountain range, the scenery is impressive in the morning and equally good at night when the city lights are up. Inside, the room felt well-designed, particularly the bathroom. It’s quite large by Japanese standards, and the bathtub is actually big enough to relax in. They provide bath salts and powders, which is a nice touch, as is the Dyson hairdryer—it's a significant upgrade over the standard wall-mounted versions you usually find in hotels. Overall, it was a practical, pleasant stay where the location and the views really justified the choice.

1. Il custode ha suggerito di indossare i vestiti e gli scarpe forniti dall'hotel. E'un peccato che tutte le dimensioni siano le stesse. Non importa molto dei vestiti, ma i scarpe sono troppo grandi. Essi rendono estremamente difficile camminare e è molto facile cadere e cadere.
2. Ci sono molti passi nella stanza.Un anziano della mia famiglia si è spostato e caduto quando andava al bagno a metà della notte. Devi stare attento alla notte.
3. La maggior parte dei clienti sono giapponesi. Per quanto riguarda il pagamento, possono pagare in contanti o utilizzare Visa o Mastercard. UnionPay Card non può essere utilizzato qui.
4.Un'ultima cosa da prestare particolare attenzione è la porta della stanza. È necessario chiudere la stanza in più quando entra e esce dalla stanza. Se non si fissano tutte le chiavi dall'interno quando entrate, la gente dall'esterno sarà in grado di aprire la porta.Abbiamo già avuto l'esperienza imbarazzante di tre di noi a letto quando un gruppo di persone si scoppia all'esterno. SSolo Traveler HKI have stayed in Dormy Inn hotel group for many times and this is the worst experience I have ever had.
The location is good, next to the bus station. Facilities are new and clean.
Some staff are attentive with warm hospitality but some are not. If you are looking for traditional Japanese Onsen Ryokan experience, this is definitely not the place. And if you are looking for normal hotel’s service, it’s not the place either.
There were so many ppl that the hotel has arranged my dinner at 7:45 which was quite late and you even needed to take the number to get into the restaurant.
When I booked the hotel, there’s luggage storage service listed and I have also made the request upon my reservation on the platform.
However, when I checked out and want to keep my luggage until 2:30 as my bus was scheduled at 2:45. The staff told me that I couldn’t do it as the policy that the hotel can only keep the luggage until 1pm. The staff was nice to help me to check with the senior. Unfortunately, the senior said it straight to him that a big NO! Without any hesitation with cold attitude. Not even suggesting any alternatives at all!
I was there to witness her response and I felt really disappointed and seemed that I was no longer a guest once checked out!
If the staff told me about the luggage storage policy upon check-in or even earlier to decline my request upon my reservation.
Her attitude really ruined my day. If you need to carry with your luggage, please don’t choose this hotel.

The check-in and check-out process was fast and smooth, and the staff were efficient and professional. Luggage storage service was very convenient, allowing us to explore the city without worry before and after our stay. Amenities were sufficient and thoughtfully provided, adding to the overall comfort. With its convenient location and reliable service, this hotel is a great choice for both leisure and business travelers in Sapporo.

UUtente ospiteThis Hotel is so awesome and will recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy luxury and privacy. Stayed for 5 nights. It is so clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They even made your birthday special when they came to know about it by placing gifts in your room. Breakfast is awesome, please book it. Walking distance to susukino the shopping and FnB belt of Sapporo. Beautiful view. Room was spacious and bathroom was so spacious and convenient with all amenities. Shuttle bus to sapporo station is there and buses available infront of the hotel. No regrets very satisfied.

One of the highlights was definitely the complimentary afternoon beer and snacks, which made the experience feel extra special.
That said, the hotel doesn’t offer many facilities beyond the basics — no swimming pool, gym, sauna, or onsen — so if you’re expecting resort-style amenities, you may find it a bit limited and even slightly boring.
Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a central location, comfortable rooms, and great service, but more for relaxation and convenience rather than full leisure facilities.
