Airport connects bus to hotel, staff is generally okay, although not all are helpful. When we checked out, we requested two taxis, but when they arrived, the drivers had difficulty communicating with us to confirm that the taxis were booked for us. Unfortunately, there were no hotel staff available to assist us, which made us feel quite upset. Additionally, the hotel facilities are outdated; the lighting is dim, and we found some dust and dirt on the towels and bedding.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Miss Hinako Saito, who has been exceptionally helpful and kind throughout our stay. She resolved our issues promptly and with great patience, making us feel very comfortable.
However, I encountered a significant issue with the hotel room. I fail to understand why the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom is transparent. When one person is sleeping, the light from the bathroom disrupts the entire room, making it uncomfortably bright. This situation forced me to use the flashlight on my phone while using the bathroom, which was inconvenient.
As a result, I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The three stars are for Miss Hinako’s excellent service, and the remaining 0.5 star is for the cleanliness of the room.

Tre di noi soggiornando in una stanza con 3 letti, la stanza è un po 'piccola rispetto a quello che abbiamo a Otaru, ma dato che è a Città è ragionevole. Il servizio è buono, ci aiuta a ricevere il nostro bagaglio postato, il contenitore di ricezione è situato al livello 2, ci è un distributore d'acqua calda e fredda che risparmia il nostro tempo per bollire l'acqua. Ci permettono di controllare in anticipo quando la nostra stanza è pulita. Uno dei punti che non è troppo buono è probabilmente l'aria condizionata, perché siamo arrivati in inverno l'aria coni nella stanza non è troppo freddo un po' troppo caldo per noi. Il personale dell'hotel dice che è dovuto al sistema in modo caldo in generale, che non può cambiare.
Distanza da camminare circa 8-11mins dalla stazione Sapporo JR, le scale sono anche un negozio di dessert, seico mart e negozio di souvenir gratis.
Il menu giapponese e occidentale è buono, ma sembra che il menu 2 tipi alternano alcuni piatti in giorni alternati. Il set di colazione giapponese ha solo 2 varietà uno è salmone cucinato e l'altro è marina cruda. Personalmente preferisco la serie di prodotti alimentari di mare greggi.
Una cosa che mi piace è che ci sia un autobus in aeroporto proprio davanti all'hotel, anche se ci vuole più tempo per raggiungere l'aeroporto circa 1 ora 40 minuti a 2 ore, ma risparmiare il nostro tempo da camminare con bagagli.
In generale sono felice del soggiorno.

A clean and modern hotel with a big room. It's right next to Odori Park and you have easy access to downtown Sapporo. Just bare in mind that it's a bit of a walk from JR Sapporo Station. The room itself is also very warm in the winter so you'll be nice and cozy. I will definitely come here again.

L'Hotel Cross è situato in una posizione più conveniente - a 8 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Sapporo. Le camere sono di dimensioni decente per il prezzo e il ronzio è una bella struttura.

Vicino alla torre orologica e a un edificio di ufficio con un buon sushi autentico sul pavimento e buoni pasti nel sottosuolo.
Il servizio era eccellente. Ho dimenticato il mio iPad e Miki e il personale dell'hotel l'ha tenuto per me e ha anche consegnato l'iPad alla stazione ferroviaria, così non mancherò il mio volo. Sono sempre grato a Miki e ai gentili gentili con cui ho parlato.

Breakfast was delicious and you can choose different restaurant, but the service are far below expectations consider it’s a 5 star hotel in japan. Hotel is huge!
However, it’s not exactly an easy to walk to with luggage in the snow location, it’s literally in between to stations, so it’s always a battle which one to walk to. Hotel has a nice onsen, with several indoor pools, and a tiny outdoor one with no views. It’s a shame that the onsen operating time ends super early And only opens 12-10pm and 7-9am, very disappointing.
Rooms were spacious and tall beds so you can store more luggage underneath but there’s only heater mode during winter and you will have to get the staffs to help unlock the window because it is too warm in the room.

UUtente ospiteHa avuto un soggiorno sorprendente a Chalet Ivy, un nuovo ryokan moderno con sentimenti tradizionali.
La stanza è molto spaziosa con comodi appartamenti moderni, con un asciugamano privato in camera, con vista coperta di neve senza ostacoli.
La cena e il colazione sono una delle migliori, la sequenza dei piatti e la quantità sono giusti.
Una delle migliori perche'sono la sala, il bar di snack e il bar di bevande sono fantastici. Gli stock con il miglior snack e bevande Sapporo per voi a qualsiasi momento.
In verità, uno dei migliori risorti mai, ritornerà certamente.

FFeebesThe staff are very nice and helpful. They can speak good English and that helps us a lot. We only spent a night at the hotel and had to leave at 6am in the morning for the airport. The hotel was very considerate and very kind to allow us to substitute the lunch buffet for the breakfast buffet which otherwise we would miss.
The hotel was on the mountain and the cottage was nicely decorated. We spent a very romantic night in the snowy weather enjoying the cozy onsen.
The food at the dinner buffet was very delicious and in a great variety.
We are thinking about returning for a longer stay.

橘橘子農茶Ho alloggiato in una camera vecchio stile, quindi i servizi della camera erano vecchi, ma nel complesso erano molto puliti. Lo scenario fuori dalla finestra della camera è il Nakajima Park. È molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana di Nakajima Park, ma è lontano dai principali centri commerciali come Tanixiaoji Commercial Street. Se lo desideri, ci vogliono 15 minuti a piedi più tranquillo, puoi scegliere di soggiornare qui. Qui, se vuoi essere vicino al centro commerciale, preferiresti altri hotel!

EEdwin DingI like the hotel as it is not in the Central Area where it is crowded, so very little tourist groups. Most of the guests in the hotel are local nationals. It is located next to a mall so very convenient for everything. A ton of food within walking distance. Admittedly the hotel is a little dated but it is vey well kept. The service is top notch although they mostly don’t speak English so you’ll have to use google translate to speak to them, which I did not mind. Had a few misunderstandings during the trip which was due to miscommunication. Also please note that the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping, they would change all your towels, give you new amenties and empty all you trash as you leave it outside your room. They come into your room to refresh the room only once every 4 days. Which again I did not mind. I would rate it highly but I can’t give it a 5 having stayed in other better hotels, but this checks off a lot of boxes for me if you are on holiday and want something clean, well maintained, good service and nice.

HHiun ungQuesto hotel non offre assolutamente alcun servizio. Ho prenotato un trasferimento di autobus in anticipo ma è stato detto direttamente che non c'era nessun autobus. Quando sono arrivato, mi è stato detto di non entrare e mi è stato detto di stare all'ingresso per conferma di prenotazione. Anche dopo aver presentato il mio passaporto e confermato la prenotazione, mi hanno insistito per fornire il numero di prenotazione, e non è stato consentito un check-out di un'ora tardi a meno che non abbiamo pagato 2000 yen per persona. Altre esperienze erano buone la stanza era decente ma il personale del desk front chiaramente manca di formazione e hanno molto poche competenze di servizio.

Firstly, due to my connecting flight is delayed, hotel staff willing to assist me with my request. I do really appreciate the help they have given .
Secondly is that, the location is just next to train station. It is superb for the location.
Thirdly, the picturesquare view during autumn could just observed from my room. It is really amazing experience.
This is my second time went to Hokkaido, twice I also stay at this hotel.
Yes.coming Spring or winter I shall stay at same hotel .
The breakfast is plenty of choices and I enjoy It.

UUtente ospite整體來説在翠山溪的這次體驗還是很好的，但是有幾位男性服務員的服務給我留下了非常不好的體驗。一個是辦理入住的時候的男服務員，整體反應都非常平淡，住過這麼多高級酒店感覺他的態度比較一般，很冷漠。當時也沒有和我們説泡私湯需要交每人150日元的泡湯錢，我還奇怪怎麼沒説難道不需要了嗎？但最讓人生氣的是第二天退房時候的男服務員，一位比較精瘦的男服務員。我們退房的時候，問他有沒有巴士（雖然在入住前我們問的時候就沒有了，只是試探性的提問一下，看看有沒有變數），他説沒有了，到這裏都很正常。那我們就要求他幫我們預訂一個出租車。他説現在很忙，難道早上起來的時候沒想過預約嗎？？我天哪，我是來住酒店的，還是聽你來教育我的？我也沒説立刻就要有輛出租車來接我吧，我只是預約一輛車，早到晚到那也是我自己的問題我自己承擔，需要聽你教我做事嗎？好在後來我們在周圍晃了一圈再回去的時候，碰到一位態度特別好的女性前台，特別好幫我們考慮了三種方案，甚至努力幫我們協調巴士位置，最後坐巴士走了。要不然我肯定要投訴這位男性！所以強烈建議其他男服務員像這位女性多學習！

ZZAD YAPThe location of the hotel for me is just nice as it is not in the proximity of Sapporo city center. There is a Kikusui subway station 600 away from the hotel.
Meanwhile, the size of the hotel room is way spacious than we expected with a great river view.
Opposite of the hotel, there is a Lawson convenience store which make it easy for guests to looking for foods or snack.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione non è cattiva, non così vicino a Suskino come altri hotel simili, ma hanno il proprio parcheggio, che costa solo 1500 yen al giorno più si può spostare la macchina in e fuori senza restrizioni. Devi solo portare la carta al desktop anteriore per convalidare ogni volta che esci.
Passiamo a Susukino e l'arcade shopping a piedi, prende 20-30min camminare, possiamo effettivamente vedere la sezione dell'arcade shopping No.7 dalla nostra finestra. In tutto ciò che mi piace questo hotel, la selezione del colazione è grande, ma la dimensione della camera è molto piccola, ben credo che questo è normale qui in Giappone nella città.
