We had a great stay at Best Western Odori Koen in Sapporo. It was close to the subway station and just a short walk from where you get off if you ride the bus from the airport. The staff was warm and accommodating, the whole property was clean, and we appreciated that there was a couple of wash and dry laundry machines on the second floor. Highly recommending this hotel for anyone who’s coming to Sapporo!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, a family of 5. The room is large enough to accommodate all of us and was very neat and clean. The restaurant which served breakfast was quite small but the food was decent. Our car is 7 seater and was too big to be parked indoor. However, the public carpark was few steps away. Staffs were very friendly too. Overall, it was a happy stay.

Airport connects bus to hotel, staff is generally okay, although not all are helpful. When we checked out, we requested two taxis, but when they arrived, the drivers had difficulty communicating with us to confirm that the taxis were booked for us. Unfortunately, there were no hotel staff available to assist us, which made us feel quite upset. Additionally, the hotel facilities are outdated; the lighting is dim, and we found some dust and dirt on the towels and bedding.

I had a great stay at Sapporo Stream hotel! The rooms were clean, modern, and compact, with great amenities like blackout blinds, a Marshall speaker, and a heated Toto toilet. The location was unbeatable - above Cocono Susukino mall, near Ramen Alley, Tanukikoji shopping street, and other popular attractions. With thoughtful touches like drip coffee bags and generous toiletries, I highly recommend Sapporo Stream hotel for a comfortable and stylish base in Sapporo!

Hotel was about 10min walk from Sapporo Station - look for signage to Emion Hotel - you can walk on street level or underground walkway which is covered all the way. The building next to Emion is brand new (forgot the name) - this building has a direct lift that leads to the underground walkway. Exit 15 will lead you to a few Izakaya places and it's fully covered the walkway. Breakfast was good with local fare such as japanese curry with rice, soba, miso, fried chicken (was good!), various juices, fruits and desserts - breakfast ends at 930am. The onsen on 2nd floor is open to public but hotel guests can go in for free - opens till late 1am almost everyday. Hotel will issue the onsen card to all hotel guests separately. 7Eleven right downstairs for convenience. We had a three bedder, was a bit squeezy - see photo. bathroom had a tub which was a good surprise. toilet is separated fr bathroom. No gym though which is why i gave 4 stars for facilities.

Strategic location, only 100m walk to Tanukikoji and nearest Subway station Susukino. Family Mart convenience store below the hotel for emergency food and drinks supplies.
The room itself was spacious and relatively bigger than other hotels in Sapporo, equipped with microwave, washing + dryer machine. It was also clean. If required, you could also request for extra bowls / cutleries from the front desk, which we did. The microwave was a lifesaver as we spent our new year eve and new year day there and most restaurants were closed.
Only downside is the hotel doesn't have a hot spring. The staff also understandably didn't allow us to store our big bags overnight as we were staying at Furano for a night before coming back to Sapporo again.

RRenee OngpinRecentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere a The b sapporo per sei notti, e posso dire che è stata una piacevole esperienza. Dalla mia arrivo, l'eccellente servizio fornito dal personale mi ha reso benvenuto e apprezzato. La loro attenzione e la loro disponibilità ad assistere con qualsiasi inchiesta hanno davvero messo il tono per il mio soggiorno.
Una delle principali evidenze è stata la bella colazione giapponese che serviva ogni mattina. La varietà e la qualità dei piatti erano impressionanti, offrendo un inizio perfetto al giorno. Mi sono particolarmente apprezzato gli ingredienti freschi e i sapori tradizionali che hanno fatto ogni pasto un piacere culinario.
La posizione dell'hotel è un altro vantaggio importante, che si trova a buon mercato vicino a diverse negozi di comodità, rendendo così facile prendere snacks o essenze sulla strada. Inoltre, la vicinanza alla zona commerciale e l'accesso alla città polacca hanno fatto sfruttare Sapporo come un vento, e mi sono apprezzato di potermi salire e immergermi nella cultura locale senza dover viaggiare lontano.
Un bel toccante che ho aspettato ogni pomeriggio è stato la selezione di torte, biscotti, caffè e tè offerti nel lobby fino alle 6:00. È stato un modo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo un giorno di visibilità e fornisce un'atmosfera confortevole per rilassarsi.
Il b sapporo è un hotel di nuova costruzione, e mostra. La pulizia delle strutture era impeccabile, e la decorazione moderna ha aggiunto un nuovo senso allo spazio. Il quartiere era sorprendentemente tranquillo, permettendo notti di riposo dopo giorni occupati.
In generale, il mio soggiorno a The b sapporo è stato eccezionale, e lo consiglierei molto a chiunque cercasse comfort, comodità e servizio di qualità a Sapporo.

橘橘子農茶Ho alloggiato in una camera vecchio stile, quindi i servizi della camera erano vecchi, ma nel complesso erano molto puliti. Lo scenario fuori dalla finestra della camera è il Nakajima Park. È molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana di Nakajima Park, ma è lontano dai principali centri commerciali come Tanixiaoji Commercial Street. Se lo desideri, ci vogliono 15 minuti a piedi più tranquillo, puoi scegliere di soggiornare qui. Qui, se vuoi essere vicino al centro commerciale, preferiresti altri hotel!

LLee RingoWe just checked in the room and found that the air conditioning had something wrong (the hotel has fixed a warm mode, can't change anything) and actually there was no air (warm or cool) coming out. The staff there advised me to open the window. To me, it was unacceptable as it is a hotel, not a guesthouse. We discussed this issue with Front Office Manager and he agreed to refund the money to me. So, I did not stay there.

UUtente ospiteKaraksa Hotel Sapporo is right smack in the middle of Tanujiko shopping and dining belt. The Ramen Alley is also nearby. It is close to the entrance of Pole Town, which links all the way to Sapporo JR Station.
Walk past Odori metro station in the direction towards Sapporo JR station, you can also easily access Aurora Town on your right, another underground shopping stretch that leads to Aurora Plaza.
The hotel provides free ice-cream and drinks at level 2F. The onsen is also conveniently located at level 2F. A coin laundry service is also found near the onsen area but the dryers don't seem very effective. I had to put enough 100 yen coins to use the dryer for 6 whole hours before they were completely dry!
Room size is just nice for 2 pax, however it would be a tight squeeze for 3 adults. There isn't much hanging space for clothes in the room so I had to improvise by getting S hooks from Diaso.

Location: It was good. If you want to save up on transportation cost, the hotel is legit walking distance to many (like the JR sapporo station that has a mall, the clock tower, etc. Theres also a few convenient stores really close by.
Lobby: I came here when it was snowing so prepare for slippery and dirty floors! Theres also only 2 elevators and a lot of tourists come in groups so you might need to line up to use it.
Amenities: Theres only 2 laundry machines so try not to need to use it because they dont have a system for people using it, making it hard to identify whose clothes belong to when its done so the staff just lets it be there, making it hard for others to use it.
The amenities in the room was standard. I do enjoy the remote control bidet and they have a kid’s washing option which was rare.
Some reviews complained about the cleaning seemed to not read the instructions. Please use the ‘please clean’ or ‘do not disturb’ cards when you stay there and put the cards outside your room before 10 am. This information will be given during check in and they’ll will wait for you to finish reading it.
Room: The room can only fit 1 large luggage and at most 2 mid size luggage. It was pretty small if you have a big body frame.
The room wasn’t that clean. There was dried up chilli oil stain on the table that can easily be wiped off. This lowkey made me wonder how they cleaned the room and there i went on a bit of a cleaning spree on most frequently used places before utilising it.
The pillow was too soft that lowkey feels like nothing and the lighting at the vanity was bad for applying make up.
The air condition was bad in my opinion. They shouldve just not put it on heater mode because it was too warm to feel sleep at night. We had to turn off the heater and open the window to sleep.
Bonus:
- they gave us a few coupons for nearby seafood restaurants
- the room has a purifier + humidifier which is good for the cold weather
Overall:
A great hotel to stay in if you’re looking for a budgeted stay! Great location and comfortable accommodation.

Although it's not near Subway station, it's close to Cocono Susukino and Rei Hotel, which is the meeting point of the one day tour I joined. And it's close to 一幻拉麵 which is my favorite Ramen shop. Special thanks to Miss Suzuki 鈐木小姐 who is nice and helpful Moreover, breakfast buffet is healthy and good. I enjoyed it.

AAsiaFamTravels2 small double beds were fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great breakfast buffet including wine and ice cream, salmon roe, cod roe and rice porridge for kids! Late checkout incurs a fee of 2000 yen an hour. Right outside exit 9 of JR with complete step-free access from the JR trains. No facilities but at least the lifts are fast. Close to daimaru where there is a Pokémon Heaps of mainland chinese tourists but I would definitely stay again.
