Staff are remarkably friendly, well-trained, and consistently ready to assist. The breakfast buffet offers a wide and impressive variety of choices. While the room lighting is somewhat dim for reading or applying makeup—likely a deliberate design choice—the room features a pleasant view overlooking the brewery. Additionally, the mattress and pillows provide an exceptionally comfortable and relaxing stay.

Stanza fantastica. Godendo ogni minuto. Buona struttura di piscina e ginnastica. Tuttavia, il buffet colazione era una ripetizione. La stanza era pulita e le viste sono grandi. Bella soggiorno e posizione è a piedi minuti alla stazione JR. Molto nuovo e goduto anche del bagno di dip. Si raccomanda

Best stay this trip! We stayed with 4 hotels, 1 ryokan and 1 Airbnb this Hokkaido trip and this is the best! Cleanest room and onsen, best best best breakfast with scallops, salmons and lots of varieties. Location is great too! We wheeled our luggage to Sapporo station with ease! Walking to the malls around the station is less than 10mins away. And we can watch YouTube on tv! Highly recommended!

Le camere sono molto belle e si trova a Suskino. Avrei voluto vedere un lobby alberghiero, quindi c'è un posto per riunirsi prima di uscire. Una delle più grandi palestre dell'hotel che ho visto.

L'hotel è stato usato come base per i viaggi di giorno a Otaru, Furano / Biai. Il primo soggiorno di notte è stato senza colazione, ma è stato fortunato, visto che ho visto un sacco di persone aspettando anche a 6.45am!! . Il soggiorno successivo è stato di 4 notti - la diffusione del buffet è stata buona e deliziosa - ma 4 giorni di colazione simile è stato abitualmente ripetibile - il contatore di omeletta fresca è stato maneggiato da 1 persona ... non l'efficienza che penso per il Giappone. Evidentemente è anche il pulizia delle tavole / giri sono lenti a causa di un piccolo troll con spazio solo per max 2 tracce (la ragione della lunga coda?) La camera saggia era comoda, ma con le pareti sottili di carta - sento il bambino piangere, la gente tosse o gli oratori telefonici non parlare delle casualità di alto livello sul muro .. dovevano usare le mutandine per dormire. As it’s End June, the sky gets bright by around 3.30am ... and the light leaking from The curtain does not help .. so it was also blind fold. In generale, se non per il piacevole e utile gruppo di accoglienza cinese, avrei una modesta esperienza all'hotel. Pic of the ‘leaking’ curtain which did not block the lights for a good night sleep.

La posizione è molto buona, con l'autobus dall'aeroporto e si può cadere vicino. La camera era bella e pulita. Il letto è grande come se potessi dormire bene lì. Mia sorella ha detto che la camera era davvero pulita, altrimenti lei può sentirsi con le sue allergie. La stanza offre tutto quello che ti serve con TV intelligente che puoi anche guardare Netflix (se hai un conto personale) nella stanza. Il colazione era l'accento. Offre così tante scelte e il gusto era davvero buono. Anche se la famiglia si è davvero divertita in questo hotel. Raccomandare davvero questo hotel 👍

Abbiamo visitato come famiglia di quattro (due adulti e due bambini) per due notti e abbiamo apprezzato veramente diversi aspetti del nostro tempo qui: Spaziose e senza spot: Gli alloggi erano eccezionalmente puliti e spaziosi, offrendo bellissime viste circostanti. Letto confortevole: Sia il letto che le mutandine erano molto confortevoli, rendendo un sonno tranquillo. Ameniti pensieri: È stato apprezzato di aver preparato e preparato tutti i bagni necessari al momento dell’arrivo. Pochi settori di preoccupazione per la vostra attenzione, in modo da poter essere affrontati per gli ospiti futuri: Coda di colazione: I tempi di attesa e le lunghe coda per il buffet di colazione sono stati molto significativi. Interruzione dell'approvvigionamento idrico: La seconda notte, l'approvvigionamento d'acqua nella zona di notte è stato improvvisamente sospeso mentre gli ospiti si sono attivamente docciati. Hotel is conveniently located 200m from the airport limo bus stop. Lots of eateries, shopping and entertainment at its door step. Set back is it is rather dated, and rooms are small, in particular the bathroom, which is only slightly bigger than a 6 foot table!

Bed is rock hard. After 4 nights, I have serious back ache, plus I'm lacking in sleep, due to how hard and uncomfortable the bed was. The pool facility wasn't fully open (it only does so in August). The last week in July at least opens the some of the outside area for use, but it doesn't fully open until August. They'd also made the 25m outside pool a wipeout/ninja obstacle course so, if you want to actually swim [do some lengths etc] then the only place you can do this was initially only open in August and even then it is now taken over by an obstacle. The indoor sections are open all year round. You have to pay extra to access the slides - not too crazy at 500 or 600yen depending on the day for unlimited access (you're given a wristband). Breakfast was ok. Wide variety of foods - some of which I wouldn't normally associate with breakfast, but still nice to have choices. Signage claims it gets busy after 8am. This is definitely not true - it's busy when it first opens at 7am and then slowly gets quieter over the 7~10 opening times (last entry at 9:30). Can't speak about weekends tho. Shuttle bus is busiest at the 5pm time slot. Overall, a ”resort” that claims to be 4 stars it most certainly isn't. 2 stars yes. 2.5 maybe. But the whole place just feels quite dated and far from the luxury expected from a ”4 star hotel”. Apart from the bed as I've already mentioned, the room was a good enough size but all the decor and controls were old. The Aircon control was worn and glitchy (button presses would turn it off etc) but at least it worked and made the room the temp we wanted. The lighting panel has had so many changes there are stickers on it to blank out buttons which no longer function - fair enough, but maybe spend a bit of money on a decent upgrade??? This hotel isn't cheap!
