Hotel con palestra a Sapporo

Grazie per la vostra ospitalità personalizzata e per essere così accogliente durante il nostro soggiorno. Ciò che ci ha colpito più è stato il servizio clienti più gentile e professionalismo che la squadra e soprattutto Peach ci hanno fornito. La capacità di comunicare e di comprendere è inestimabile, soprattutto quando si viaggia; ritorneremo in un prossimo futuro. Grazie ancora per aver fatto il massimo e per aver prestato attenzione a tutti i settori, e questo è stato evidente anche prima di arrivare.

Ho avuto un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso all'Hotel Sosei Sapporo (MGallery Collection) e lo consiglierei assolutamente a chiunque visitasse Hokkaido. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, l'hotel era già fuori con la sua bella entrata e lobby. L'intero spazio si sente come una sala di spettacolo curata, ogni angolo è pensato ed incredibilmente estetico, con un sacco di punti degni di Instagram. La stanza stessa era molto confortevole e confortevole, e si può dire che si è prestata molta attenzione ai dettagli, dalle mobili alle strutture. Anche i piccoli toccati, come i bagni e il asciugacapelli, si sentono premium e ben progettati, che hanno davvero aumentato l'esperienza generale. Uno dei punti di vista del nostro soggiorno è stato il servizio. Il personale era eccezionalmente amichevole, caldo e ospite, rendendoci felici dal check-in. La loro attenzione si è certamente aggiunto al comfort del soggiorno. In generale, apprezzerei questo hotel 9.5/10 e resterei felicemente qui di nuovo per il mio prossimo viaggio a Sapporo.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, then left our luggage here while we spent a night at a hot spring hotel in Noboribetsu, before returning for another 2 nights. The front desk staff were extremely thoughtful and helpful in storing our luggage and making all the arrangements smoothly. We stayed in a triple room, which was said to be the largest available. However, for 3 people, it did feel a little bit small. Unfortunately, the breakfast restaurant was closed for upgrade for a month, so we only had the chance to enjoy it once. That was a bit of a pity.

Modern Comfort with Exceptional Service. We recently stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who travels frequently and appreciated good design and hospitality, this property hit all the right notes. The ambience & Room: The hotel features a clean and medern design. My room was a decent size-not too small for 2 people-and perfectly maintained. ิิิิฺ-Modern amenities including a Nespresso machine and a smart TV with Netflix made our stay very comfortable when snowing outside. -Attentive and consistent housekeeping. The room was refreshed daily with plenty of drinking water provided. Service: The staff here are the true stars. They are genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a smile. They went beyond by help to pre-booking a fixed-rate taxi for our airport transfrer, which made our early morning departure stress-free. Location and Dining: While the hotel isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the center area, it is within easy walking distance to everything. The subway is just around the corner but we prefer walking for observation. The surrounding area is packed with great local dining options. Plus, the hotel's own restaurant is quite a great choice for a great dinner. A Small Note for Improvement: The only thing I missed was the ability to slightly crack open a window. As someone sensitive to room temperature during sleep (especially in winter), having a bit of fresh air would have made the stay even more perfect. Verdict: Highly recommended for those who valure cleanliness, modern aesthetics, and top-tier service. We would definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel is walking distance to susukino street, 3 min walks away to family mart and some local ramen shop. It’s nearby the clock tower as well. The only downside is if u took the limousine bus from airport, you have to drag ur luggage all the way to the hotel … it is nightmare if is winter time where the road is piled up with snow. Overall the hotel is great just the service is a bit slow and the hotel staff dint even bother to help us to carry the luggage back to the room even they saw us 2 ppl carrying 4 luggage and panting… when we arrive lobby.(or they don’t have the service I’m not sure, for a well known hotel should have). That’s the only downside side

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti a ANA Crowne Plaza Sapporo, che è un famoso hotel commerciale 4★ a Sapporo. Molto buona posizione • Close to Sapporo Station (≈7 –10 min walk) • Facile accesso a: • Tratti JR • Trasferimento aeroportuale • Negozi e ristoranti La stanza sembra pulita, ma non grande (molto normale per il Giappone) e pratica molto tipico di un istituto d'albergo commerciale. Dà una vibrazione calma, minimalista!

Initially very disappointed with the Japanese counter staff in hotel when we checked in. She insisted that we needed 2 rooms instead of 1, and quoted an exorbitant rate for the 2nd room for 1 guest. We could have booked another 2 rooms with that kind of rate. We were feeling really hopeless with the situation, and tried to seek help from another Japanese staff at nearby counter who could speak fluent English, unlike the 1st lady who was serving us. But she rejected, and told us that she didn't understand our situation and couldn't help, before we could tell her our story. Luckily for us, the Japanese lady who served us called for her manager, a friendly ********* guy who helped us through the entire checkin process. We didn't need another room after all. Whew! Kudos to the manager for his very kind help, despite that it was his dinner break. Many thanks!

Good location, 10mins walk to shopping district, easily access to places. There’s a train station exit in front of hotel as well. Room size pretty small, have to keep luggage under bed, there’s hot bath in the hotel roof, able to enjoy soaking in hot bath under cold weather, but you have to bring your own towel from the room. Try to avoid peak hour, I went at 6+7 is quite empty, however after dinner time 9+10 is very crowded. Breakfast is not as good as the photos shown in hotel website, but still have good varieties to choose from. Able to rent different kind of facilities, eg air humidifier, hair curler etc

Il hotel è stato molto nuovo e la vista dalla stanza era bella, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Una delle mie parti preferite è stata la stronzata, che ha diversi bagni da scegliere, e è stato un modo per rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno di freddo. La comodità è anche un plus, con sia FamilyMart che Lawson situato appena in basso. L'unico punto di svantaggio è che l'hotel non è molto vicino alla stazione JR. Esso è ancora passeggiabile, ma può sentirsi un po' lontano, soprattutto in inverno. Una notte, ho avuto problemi a trovare la via d'uscita corretta alla stazione e ho finito a piedi a lungo per tornare all'hotel. In generale, consiglio ancora questo hotel per il suo comfort, le strutture e l'atmosfera rilassante solo essere preparati per un po'di cammino.

La cena era molto buona Nomihodai era troppo breve. (Un'ora, ma l'ultima è arrivata 10 minuti fa, in realtà 50 minuti) Inoltre, la distanza dall'ostello e le fonti calde è molto lunga
