Si trova nel centro di Sapporo City, a 10 minuti a piedi a nord troverete la stazione JR Sapporo e a 10 minuti a sud troverete il quartiere commerciale occupato di Suskino. Se si viaggia dall'aeroporto, l'aeroporto Liner bus è proprio davanti all'hotel, ma il viaggio richiederà più di 90 minuti, poiché ci sono poche fermate prima di arrivare all'hotel. La stanza è pulita e temperata. Si prenota il colazione se disponibile. È costoso 3300Yen se paga separatamente all'hotel, ma il colazione alla Terrazza Nord è uno dei migliori colazione buffet che abbia mai provato.

Stayed in the south tower and the room is fantastic. Very new and spacious. Did not use onsen as it was chargeable at ¥1000 per use. Location of hotel is close to both sapporo station and TV tower and Odori park. Nijio market is about 10min walk away.

Nice cosy hotel in the heart of Sapporo ! Very clean and new . It would be better if the parking was free for this hotel . Nonetheless the price per night is value for money . Will definitely stay here again .

Questo potrebbe essere l'hotel più bello che abbia mai soggiornato in Giappone durante il mio tempo; il design è moderno, il buffet è meraviglioso (anche se un po' costoso) e la vista del parco Odor è stata grande. Mi è piaciuto soprattutto il bagno, che è separato dal bagno, che è raro per le camere alberghiere più piccole in questo paese. Il personale era molto gentile e comprensivo, come avevo chiesto che il mio bagaglio fosse tenuto fino alle 3:00, ma non l'ho trovato fino a molto più tardi senza alcun problema. Ho soggiornato nella stanza standard della regina e ho ottenuto più di quanto mi aspettavo. Lo consiglierei sinceramente!

Sono stato designato come rispondenza di sorriso e di cortesia. La stanza è grande e pulita, anche se è la stanza del 25° piano, la vista è molto buona.Il letto è anche molto piatto. La colazione di auto-assistenza è molto vario, il pesce di salmone, il pesce di salmone, il vino e la zuppa di salmone sono anche grandi.E'anche conveniente collegare direttamente alla stazione. Dopo aver lasciato la casa, posso tenere il bagaglio, che è molto utile.

札幌市電西4丁目駅の前にあり、地下鉄大通駅や大通公園からも近くて便利な立地。 元々パチンコ店だった所を改装した宿泊施設となっているが、名残はあまり感じなかった。 現在は1階にセブンイレブンが入居しており、買い物も便利。 フロントは2階で、1階から↑を押してエレベーターに乗った場合、2階のボタンが自動的に押される仕組みとなっているようである。 ラウンジや朝食会場も2階にあり、広々としていた。 自動チェックイン・チェックアウト機も設置されており、 宿泊時、インはカウンターで対応・館内の説明をして頂いたが、アウトは機械で、追加精算がない場合はスムーズ。 客室階は3~6階。 セキュリティは充実しており、 2階まで上がってきたエレベーター内のカードリーダーへチェックイン時に借りたカードを翳すと、 自身の宿泊階と、大浴場のある地下1階のボタンが点滅するので、その間に押す。 その為、3~6階では自身の宿泊階以外への立入は出来ない。 客室に関しては、鍵が掛けられないのはカプセルホテルと同じ（男性/女性各々階が分かれており、どちらでも宿泊可能） だが、天井が高く（逆に横が少し狭い?）、圧迫感等はそれほど感じない。 鍵付きの収納、充電用コンセント・USB、テレビ、Wi-Fiも設置。 共用トイレやランドリーも客室のある各階（ランドリーは3階除く）や地下1階に設置されている。 大浴場や自動販売機は地下1階にあり、エレベーターにカードを翳して降りる。 当然ながら、男女別それぞれの入口ドアがあり、こちらでもカードを翳して入室する。 浴場内にはサウナも設置され、セルフ式ロウリュの説明書きもある。 風呂もそれなりに広かった記憶がある。 脱衣所には冷水機も設置されていてその場で水分補給出来る他、 シャワールームも設置されていて、浴場に入らずとも体を洗える。 宿泊者の利用時間は5:30-9:30,15:00-26:00（深夜2時）までで、ゆっくり入れる。 また、日帰り入浴も行われており（2020/11現在、営業時間14:00-22:00、タオル付税込1000円）、便利だと思う。 朝食（有料なので、朝食つきプランか前日にフロントで申込）は 2階のラウンジでビュッフェ形式、7:00-9:30。 8:30頃に訪れた所、客が少なかった為か 各々の量が少なくなっていた。 が、スープカレー等もあり、とても良い物だった。 立地や朝食も良く、客室や大浴場も快適で良かったので、また泊まりたい。

Koko hotel is clean and conveniently situated near the clock tower and entrances to the underground walkway. There are plenty of food choices around. There’s an izakaya that opens till late everyday and a few convenience stores located just a block away. Would recommend staying here and would stay here again if/when I’m in Sapporo again.

Questo hotel si trova strategicamente al centro della città di Sapporo, al contrario del parco Odori, bus aeroportuale fermato direttamente davanti all'hotel, camminare a circa 10 minuti alla stazione JR, ecc. Easy access to convenient stores and food nearby. La stanza è pulita e ben attrezzata wt TV, wifi, asciugacapelli, frigo ecc. Tuttavia, la bottiglia d'acqua è stata fornita solo una volta al check in & poi non riempire la bottiglia d'acqua. La macchina vendita e il distributore di ghiaccio sono disponibili sul mio pavimento.

Le località sono state buone, in quanto si trova vicino a una stazione ferroviaria, supermercati, farmacie e negozi di comodità indossano tutti a distanza di lavoro. La stanza era grande, anche con lavatrice all'interno e con lavastoviglie.

Il prezzo non è molto alto, ma è un hotel di medie dimensioni con un buon servizio e un interno pulito (come molti hotel giapponesi). Ci sono due cose che sono speciali: se si sottoscrive per la partecipazione all'hotel, si ottiene alcol gratuito nel lobby per un certo periodo (testato nel dicembre 2019) Si può anche ottenere sale da bagno gratuito nell'hotel. Ho sentito che l'hotel WBF ha qualche problema e potrebbe essere fallito, ma mi consiglio sinceramente questo hotel e spero che possa passare attraverso tempi di difficoltà con facilità.

The hotel is fabulously clean, amenities are well chosen and of higher quality compared to business hotels of same price range. Location can be a little far from major stations but it was a pleasant walk from Sapporo Station without much difficulty finding the place. The service was excellent although check-In was done on a tablet mostly when the front clerk was right in front of me which was a shame as the person could have done the same. (It could be the hotel's initiative on digitalizing the guest info sheet that is a legal requirement for hotels to do, I do rather type on the tablet than writing on a sheet of paper as I have horribly illegible writing style)

È molto bello perché è nuovo. Questa volta è stata una notte, ma avere una lavatrice e un forno a microonde in ogni stanza è perfetto per soggiorni a lungo termine. Il condizionatore in camera era un modello come un condizionatore di casa, Mi sveglio molte volte nel cuore della notte e l'aria condizionata potrebbe non essere abbastanza buona. La prima cosa che mi preoccupava era il basso livello di servizi. Le spazzole per capelli sono inutili. Ci sono molti buoni hotel a Sapporo, quindi purtroppo non ci sono ripetizioni.

Hotel moderno, a posto, facilmente accessibile attraverso la camminata sotterranea dalla stazione Sapporo JR (può prendere l'edificio Exit 3 Miredo/Sitatte e si trova a pochi passi sopra il terreno da lì). La camera era compatta per la famiglia di 4 ma, oltre a questo, era del tutto grande. L'hotel è anche vicino alle attrazioni come la torre TV Sapporo, la torre orologica, l'ufficio governativo, ecc. Ci siamo davvero divertiti.

Ti danno un vestito di cotone yukata. Uno dei bagni più piccoli, ma il prezzo! Sì, un volo di scala in mattoni a terra. As mentioned by many, the location is ideal, smack in the city center. Near Odori park, lots of restaurants around, shops and things to see. To make justice to the hotel, despite not having its own car park, now it's possible to add into the bill the parking service in a multi storey car park just opposite the street (some reviewer mentioned in 2017 that the hotel had no car park, but facts change along the time, so the truth is that now there is a parking facility, as close as possible, just need to cross the road). Now, being a good place and having a decent room (not spacey but it seldom happens in Japan), would make it an ideal place to choose, being even fairly priced, wouldn't it? Well, there's a but (as in the title of the review): one of the worst logistically organised bathrooms that I've ever found - and I've seen many in 27 years of travelling around Asia. There a not-so-tiny step to take from the aisle and the bathroom. As you try to enter, the WC occupies almost all the space till the wall. So either you try to jump over it (starting from a lower level, remember the step?) or I set one foot in the minimal space available and then you turn like a classical dancer to try to bring the rest of your body (other leg) inside and step in front of a weeny sink. Same ordeal to get out of the bathroom. Imagine doing this when you're still moist, after a shower. Maybe I was just unlucky with the room I was assigned to. But there should not be any architech who studies - and then decides that it's good enough to use it without being a breakdancer - such an unpractical configuration of bathroom. The other - minor - thing, is this (but it does not really bothers me much): having placed the ”make my room” magnetic sign to the door in the morning, i came back at night to find an odd black bag hanged to the outer handle. those were two clean towels. Nothing had been touched inside the room, bed undone as I left it, dirty, damp towels still in the tub. Well, an odd interpretation of what make my room means... Other than those two things, a good place to be. I was there for 3 nights and I paid the same amount (for the whole stay) of one night in Tokyo (ok, it's Roppongi and I know it's as dear as hell!). But if you get there, make sure to see the bathroom configuration, before checking into a room!

Penso sia il primo hotel vicino alla stazione Suskino! È a circa 6 o 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione! Ci è anche una strada commerciale Danukikoji vicino, quindi è conveniente. Il check-in è stato effettuato con una macchina da solo, e il personale ti aiuta gentilemente se hai bisogno di aiuto ☺️ L'interno dell'hotel è spazioso e confortevole! Il bagno, la lavastoviglie e il bagno sono separati, quindi è stato bello usarlo in una mattina occupata!! Se stai cercando un hotel nel centro di Sapporo, consiglio questo posto incondizionatamente ☺️😆
