Grazie per la vostra ospitalità personalizzata e per essere così accogliente durante il nostro soggiorno. Ciò che ci ha colpito più è stato il servizio clienti più gentile e professionalismo che la squadra e soprattutto Peach ci hanno fornito. La capacità di comunicare e di comprendere è inestimabile, soprattutto quando si viaggia; ritorneremo in un prossimo futuro. Grazie ancora per aver fatto il massimo e per aver prestato attenzione a tutti i settori, e questo è stato evidente anche prima di arrivare.

Ho avuto un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso all'Hotel Sosei Sapporo (MGallery Collection) e lo consiglierei assolutamente a chiunque visitasse Hokkaido. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, l'hotel era già fuori con la sua bella entrata e lobby. L'intero spazio si sente come una sala di spettacolo curata, ogni angolo è pensato ed incredibilmente estetico, con un sacco di punti degni di Instagram. Modern Comfort with Exceptional Service. We recently stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who travels frequently and appreciated good design and hospitality, this property hit all the right notes. The ambience & Room: The hotel features a clean and medern design. My room was a decent size-not too small for 2 people-and perfectly maintained. ิิิิฺ-Modern amenities including a Nespresso machine and a smart TV with Netflix made our stay very comfortable when snowing outside. -Attentive and consistent housekeeping. The room was refreshed daily with plenty of drinking water provided. Service: The staff here are the true stars. They are genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a smile. They went beyond by help to pre-booking a fixed-rate taxi for our airport transfrer, which made our early morning departure stress-free. Location and Dining: While the hotel isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the center area, it is within easy walking distance to everything. The subway is just around the corner but we prefer walking for observation. The surrounding area is packed with great local dining options. Plus, the hotel's own restaurant is quite a great choice for a great dinner. A Small Note for Improvement: The only thing I missed was the ability to slightly crack open a window. As someone sensitive to room temperature during sleep (especially in winter), having a bit of fresh air would have made the stay even more perfect. Verdict: Highly recommended for those who valure cleanliness, modern aesthetics, and top-tier service. We would definitely stay here again next time.

È un ottimo hotel, visto che è molto vicino alla stazione Sapporo e si trova a piedi da Suskino. Tuttavia, la pulizia era piuttosto sottostandard ... Abbiamo trovato alcuni capelli curli nel bagno dopo aver controllato e ci sono stati alcuni capelli sulle tovaglie fresche. Ci siamo fermati per 7 notti, ma alcuni dei rifiuti non sono stati gettati via per alcune notti (anche se abbiamo fatto il nostro ”maquillaggio la stanza”). L'hotel dispone di una macchina per il ghiaccio, sul bar di vino di coppa (solo 1 tazza per persona, 300 yen dopo la prima tazza), una macchina per il caffè (non ci sono tè).La stanza è abbastanza grande da aprire 228” bagagli.

Nice Onsen resort and we like the private Onsen inside the room. The room is huge but it will be great if it has international channels or even Netflix or YouTube. It provides transport to Sapporo so that is great. Nice free drinks and snacks at night.

Had great stay at this Hotel located across the train station. All the facilities and amenities were excellent , Breakfast at the top floor was excellent with so many options to choose . Staffs and everything was fantastic.

I would like to share a small concern regarding my experience at the front desk on March 1, in the hope that it may be helpful for your future service considerations. After checking out from another hotel, we planned a 2‑day, 1‑night trip to Otaru and wished to store our luggage at your hotel beforehand. When we arrived, we were assisted by your staff member, Ms. Hayshi(林）.When we asked whether it was possible to store our luggage, we were informed that storage was limited to one day only. We then explained that we would be returning quite late the following evening and asked if there might be any flexibility or alternative arrangements. However, the response we received felt a little abrupt, including a surprised “Huh?” that left us unsure how to continue the conversation. This made us feel slightly uncomfortable and misunderstood, though we believe it may simply have been a moment of miscommunication. In addition, from the day we inquired about luggage storage until March 4, we noticed that there were still two pieces of luggage stored in the luggage area for several days. We would appreciate some clarification on why those items were allowed to remain for an extended period, as this left us a bit confused about the policy. The room size although quite tight for 2 people but nevertheless it is comfortable. The room amenities was quite good too. The staff was helpful during my stay there and although the hotel didn’t provide any airport transfer service, but you may ask the front lobby to book your taxi. The best things was the hotel provide a luggage storage services. The location wise although not that close, but it’s quite convenient, a 6-7 minutes walk to the nearest station and 4 minutes walk to the tram.
