"Prenotato questo hotel a causa del colazione e non mi ha deluso. La stanza era pulita e il personale era utile. C'è anche un parcheggio alberghiero dietro l'edificio dell'hotel. Sicuramente sarà tornato per il sorprendente colazione. Molto raccomandato!"

"The hotel is considered spacious as we can fully open our luggage. The location is very Near to the JR sapporo station too. It takes about 15min Walk to 狸小路shopping district too. The service is nice, there is a public onsen too. I will come back again if i visit Sapporo again"

"The hotel staffs are very polite. I haven’t pass by one staff who did not greet me. Excellent service. Excellent location. Supermarket at B2, subway and underground street mall at B1, food court at level 3 and 4, cinema at 5. The hotel lobby at 7, and use a different elevator at 7 for room access. Other non hotel guests cannot reach hotel floors. Pro: Pola skin care samples and coffee packs at lobby to take for room use. Floor to ceiling big window at room for excellent street view. Considerably big room for Japan standard. Get two fancy bottle water per day. Con: 4000 Yen breakfast per person is a little expensive, but recommend to buy at least for one day. Great variety and quality food at breakfast."

"The Keio Plaza premium rooms are located on floors 18 - 21. The room is of good size for Sapporo. The Toyota-Rent-a-car office is located on level 1 of Keio Plaza. So for tourists who needs to rent a car, this is a plus point. The Keio Plaza is between 10 - 15 minutes walking time from JR Sapporo station. It's located in a quiet part of the town area. Dining options are very limited here. Tourists may need to walk to the Daimaru building or further area to have meals. They provide a VIP lounge at 22F for premium rooms bookings. Guests can enjoy coffee and snacks. They provide alcohol in the evening, so this is a plus point. Overall the hotel is great except it's in a quiet neighbourhood."

"Great hotel with spacious nice traditional rooms. Overall the hotel is very spacious and has a grand ambience. Rooms offer a very nice view of the Sea and yachts. Rooms equipped with a capsule coffee machine. Shower gels and shampoo are very nice like Lemongrass and ginger. The hotel is linked to AEON mall and railway stations by passage corridor. When you arrive at otaru Chiko station instead of going to the street level, you may find the corridor on the same level with station with the sign Grand Hotel. You will pass the shopping mall hall and end up at the hotel."

"The hotel is located right across from Nakajima station and across from airport bus stop so the location is def convenient. Check in process was smooth and the front desk staff speak good English and were helpful when I asked them about info regarding Chuo bus to furano the next day. Single room was good space and clean for one person. I requested a high floor quiet room away from elevators and I got what I requested and am pleased. They got free flow of beverages at the lobby which I appreciate. Their breakfast buffet has a great varieties esp for the sashimi seafood bar which I m impressed. The quality of food was good and fresh so it is great values. The only drawback is the breakfast hall is a bit small and crowded so I would recommend they expand the size of breakfast hall so it can accommodate more people. I came on a weekday in March and not the peak traveling season but they already barely got any empty tables this morning."
