UUtente ospiteThe hotel and room just perfect for one. with the in house public bath you got to relax your body after and before a long day. am very enjoy staying here with a nice room view and all the facilities available . information on the tv is also useful showimg the status on congestion for public bath and breakfast. all in all am very happy to have stay for five nights here. location is very near to the bus station at north exit for sapporo station which is a plus for those who taking day tour that need to gather at the point, only about 7 minutes walk away. there is also a convenient store 711 right downstairs and starbucks as well.

WWongWe are disappointed as we cannot have breakfast in the hotel even our package included breakfast.
The line was too long when we went to hotel breakfast today at 8:40. We waited another 10 mins and the line was still very long as per the photo attached. I think the breakfast is overbooked as the hotel accepted tour.
I suggest Trip.com or the hotel needs to ensure they don’t over sell their breakfast package. We end up going to another hotel for breakfast by our own cost.

ZZeeZeeTopLa posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. Camminare a meno di un km dalla stazione Sapporo JR. Se hai bagagli pesanti, sarebbe un'avventura rullare i bagagli lungo il passo.
- se è conveniente il vostro obiettivo finale, hotel prenotati vicino o al di là della stazione.
- e se vuoi prenotare l'hotel, è a pochi passi dalla stazione più vicina (non-JR).
- (bonus tip) have a go at their Japanese breakfast (22nd floor), it's worth it. + view of Sapporo.
- è un vecchio hotel, il bagno può essere un po' sul lato odore, ma se la vostra preferenza è di rimanere più a lungo, il prezzo non era troppo cattivo per una 4 stelle.
- dal momento che è autunno vicino all’inverno, è meglio usare il taxi per raggiungere tutte le aree di attrazione, se non si usa per il freddo ventoso.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is modern and its location is walkable (4 mins) to JR Sapporo station. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable to sleep on. Only problem is there’s no allocated place for luggage to open. We used their chair to do that.
The bathroom is clean and nice but unfortunately I had a slip in the bathtub as it was too slippery. I told the housekeeper the next day and requested for a rubber mat to be put in the tub but she didn’t seem to understand. Communion can be a challenge. Apart from that, this is a nice hotel to stay. Recommend!

UUtente ospiteGreat hotel in a nice & quiet location in Sapporo. I enjoyed the hotel and its well-equipped 24 hour gym. Front desk staff were friendly to my kids and even assisted us in booking a bigger taxi to Sapporo Station as we had big luggage in tow.
The hotel is well-appointed and trendy in design. The complimentary beverages which were replenished daily was a nice touch!
Definitely recommended in Sapporo! We will be back!

橘橘子農茶Ho alloggiato in una camera vecchio stile, quindi i servizi della camera erano vecchi, ma nel complesso erano molto puliti. Lo scenario fuori dalla finestra della camera è il Nakajima Park. È molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana di Nakajima Park, ma è lontano dai principali centri commerciali come Tanixiaoji Commercial Street. Se lo desideri, ci vogliono 15 minuti a piedi più tranquillo, puoi scegliere di soggiornare qui. Qui, se vuoi essere vicino al centro commerciale, preferiresti altri hotel!

I'm thoroughly impressed with our recent stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch - I mean, no dust on the windows? That's dedication! The staff's attention to detail was also impressive, with fresh towels delivered to our room every single day. We appreciated the ample supply of bath towels and face towels, too!
The hotel's amenities were great, including the free coffee and tea in the pantry, which was a lovely touch. Ice is also free. We also appreciated being able to use the pantry to enjoy our takeout. The elevator was speedy, and the Sapporo TV tower view from our room was a highlight for the kids!
The location was perfect, with Odori Station just steps away and an amazing miso ramen shop right beside the hotel. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the heated toilet seat was a nice touch. The air conditioner was quiet, which was a bonus.
However, there were a few areas for improvement. The room wasn't cleaned daily, and the lighting could be brighter. The laundry soap in the washing machine didn't leave a pleasant scent on our clothes - it actually made them smell a bit off. We appreciated being able to check the washing machine timer on the TV, though.
Despite these minor issues, we'd still recommend this hotel to others. The positives far outweigh the negatives, and we'd definitely consider staying here again. The bottled water was a nice touch, but we would've appreciated a few more bottles.

UUtente anonimoOne of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in Japan. Just be very very careful in pinning the map. We were brought miles away from Sapporo in the middle night and nowhere to seek help. We reached the hotel at dawn already, tired and weak, scared. It was a terrible experience but the hotel is good. We got no help from the staff. The view from the hotel is perfect. Everything is nearby the hotel.

MMIN FEISapporo Hotel by Granbell offers a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which makes guests feel genuinely welcomed from the moment they arrive.
The hotel itself is modern and clean, with immaculate rooms that reflect great attention to detail. We booked a corner suite and were delighted to be assigned a high-level room with a fantastic view, which made the stay even more memorable.
Location is another strong point. The hotel is conveniently situated near Sapporo Station, making it easy to get around the city. Major shopping destinations such as Stellar Place, Daimaru, and other large malls are all within easy reach, perfect for dining and shopping.
One thing to note for travelers who are driving: although parking is available at the hotel, there is a daily parking fee for hotel guests. This is worth factoring into your plans if you intend to rent a car.
Overall, Sapporo Hotel by Granbell is an excellent choice for travelers seeking a modern, well-located hotel with friendly service and high-quality rooms.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is so crowded and full of people (mostly local people). We waited 10-15 minutes I'm a queue everytime when we went for dinner/breakfast buffet, and then queued up again at counters before we got the food. The dining hall can hold a few hundred people and was in almost full capacity when. We visited. It was not a pleasant experience to us as we came to enjoy the onsen and food, but not to compete with the crowd. Onsen was average. Food was average and tasted like those prepared from food factory. Frankly speaking, I won't come for the second time despite the competitive price. Service was average and no smile on the face of the receptionist.
