UUtente ospiteWe stayed for a night and this property exceeded expectations. It is spotless and you dont need to leave at all. It is so well run and the service is so personalized, from which bus you are taking back into town to what allergies you have, all staff members take note of your preferences. Especially want to thank ***** for making this stay so memorable! Food is also very wholesome and seasonal. Could not fault this place if you tried!

UUtente ospiteIl miglior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato in Giappone. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Camera ampia, interni magnifici e servizio impeccabile. Nonostante la distanza dalla stazione di Sapporo, ci vogliono circa 15 minuti a piedi, ma con Uber si arriva a circa 1000 ¥. Quindi la distanza non è un grosso problema.

We recently stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who travels frequently and appreciated good design and hospitality, this property hit all the right notes.
The ambience & Room:
The hotel features a clean and medern design.
My room was a decent size-not too small for 2 people-and perfectly maintained.
ิิิิฺ-Modern amenities including a Nespresso machine and a smart TV with Netflix made our stay very comfortable when snowing outside.
-Attentive and consistent housekeeping. The room was refreshed daily with plenty of drinking water provided.
Service:
The staff here are the true stars. They are genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a smile. They went beyond by help to pre-booking a fixed-rate taxi for our airport transfrer, which made our early morning departure stress-free.
Location and Dining:
While the hotel isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the center area, it is within easy walking distance to everything. The subway is just around the corner but we prefer walking for observation. The surrounding area is packed with great local dining options. Plus, the hotel's own restaurant is quite a great choice for a great dinner.
A Small Note for Improvement:
The only thing I missed was the ability to slightly crack open a window. As someone sensitive to room temperature during sleep (especially in winter), having a bit of fresh air would have made the stay even more perfect.
Verdict: Highly recommended for those who valure cleanliness, modern aesthetics, and top-tier service. We would definitely stay here again next time.

FfunkyhippoReceptionist was unhelpful. Tried using the self check in kiosk three times but was unable to scan my own passport and asked the receptionist (who was not doing anything) to check me in. Was told to use the kiosk again as though I hadn't just tried for the past 3 times, and only then did she tell me that it does not matter even if the passport couldn't be scanned properly. Then why is that even part of the required process?
Cotton pads was as thin as a 2 ply tissue, obvious that hotel skimped on quality. Experienced a mild earthquake during my stay and the hotel was swaying quite a bit. Breakfast lacks variety and is nothing memorable.
Bed was comfortable however, and room was bigger than the typical Japan hotels. Blanket was linty though, and there were some stains on the carpet on the floor. Wifi is shared throughout the hotel and was quite weak. Had quite a lot of washers and dryers to do laundry efficiently with minimal wait time.

2. Rivolto a molte case da pranzo e la famosa strada shopping Tanukikojo Street sono anche a pochi minuti a piedi dall'hotel.
3. L'hotel lobby e il ristorante sono situati nel palazzo principale, e la nostra stanza è stata nel secondo edificio.
4. Alcuni piani hanno un lavastoviglie e un asciugacapelli operati in moneta, quindi è abbastanza conveniente per gli ospiti di usare.
Il colazione era così.
6. Ho soggiornato in Holiday Inn Hotel molte volte (1a volta in Giappone) e questa è la prima volta che vedo la marca Dove per la doccia e lo shampoo per capelli.
In generale l'hotel ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative.

UUtente ospiteWe’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather. The breakfast is so great and we expect it every morning, as it includes a variety of foods so you always can find something to enjoy. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at ramen and omelette. We also bought spa in our room rate, so every night we did enjoy a pleasant spa( though it’s not hot spring). In front of hotel, there is a small mall - BIVI , which with some good restaurants ,nice cafe (Gentle Bagel) and coop. Even at the heavy snowing days, you have no worries to spend time in. B1 with very practical laundry service , costs are fairly . If you have budget, you can choose only room (without breakfast and spa) plans, which is with very CP, strongly recommended.

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to share a small concern regarding my experience at the front desk on March 1, in the hope that it may be helpful for your future service considerations.
After checking out from another hotel, we planned a 2‑day, 1‑night trip to Otaru and wished to store our luggage at your hotel beforehand. When we arrived, we were assisted by your staff member, Ms. Hayshi(林）.When we asked whether it was possible to store our luggage, we were informed that storage was limited to one day only.
We then explained that we would be returning quite late the following evening and asked if there might be any flexibility or alternative arrangements. However, the response we received felt a little abrupt, including a surprised “Huh?” that left us unsure how to continue the conversation. This made us feel slightly uncomfortable and misunderstood, though we believe it may simply have been a moment of miscommunication.
In addition, from the day we inquired about luggage storage until March 4, we noticed that there were still two pieces of luggage stored in the luggage area for several days. We would appreciate some clarification on why those items were allowed to remain for an extended period, as this left us a bit confused about the policy.
At the same time, I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the warmth and professionalism shown by your Assistant Front Office Manager “Faucett mark “during my check‑in. He welcomed me with genuine kindness, clearly explained the procedures and facilities, and made me feel very well taken care of after a long journey. His patience and attentiveness created a truly positive impression, and I hope the hotel will acknowledge his excellent service.
We have always appreciated the thoughtful hospitality that Japanese hotels are known for, which is why we chose to stay with you. With this in mind, we wanted to gently share both our concern and our gratitude, and we would appreciate a brief reply so we can feel more at ease for the rest of our stay.

UUtente ospitegood urban hotel in the middle of susukino. I booked twin room accidentally for 1 person . thinking twin room should be able to have 2 people. But apparently you need to specify 2pax when booking. The problem was solved by paying for extra person at check in but I found this a bit confusing / complicated. The person when I called was not very helpful and made the simple problem a bigger one as he didn’t offer solution . In contrast the reception team was nice and welcoming . So be careful to book with correct head count on booking .

LLynn hkIl hotel è a 3 minuti a piedi da Suskino e a 5 minuti a piedi da Xiaolou, con molti negozi e ristoranti confortevoli. Il personale del dipartimento frontale ci ha aiutato a controllare con il controllo in macchina e il processo è stato veloce. Abbiamo apprezzato le letti e le dimensioni delle camere, e il flusso libero di succo Haskap per tutta la sera e la sera. Le disvantaggi sono il personale di front desk ha limitato l'inglese e non ha capito la nostra richiesta di pulizia nella nostra stanza, mentre dormivamo tardi e mancava pulizia mattina. Il più vicino bus aereo fermato dall'hotel aeste Sapporo è a 4 isolati da e dobbiamo prendere un taxi circa 950 yen con bagagli per arrivare là nella neve scorrevole. Ci sono molti turisti thailandesi in entrambe le notti quando siamo tornati all'hotel, quindi l'hotel è molto popolare e pieno di persone. L'hotel ha potuto tuttavia offrirci una camera alta e alta da ascensori per la nostra richiesta e abbiamo avuto una sala tranquilla che apprezziamo molto.
