Location is good near to JR Sapporo station by walking 3 mins, all amenities are free at the lobby, 4 person in a room cost NTD 10,340 including breakfast from Monday to Wednesday. Near to Sapporo University. Breakfast so so. The hotel outside wall is under renovation until end year 2025.
UUtente ospiteA standard hotel to stay in. Nothing out of expectations but well worth the money. Parking can be tricky here as it can be full and you’ll be directed to an alternative area. Room was clean and quiet. Food was standard.

UUtente anonimoConvenient location within walking distance to Nijo market and Tanukikoji. Easy to check in and check out. Amenities such as toothbrush, skincare and facial masks are left near check in counter for easy access. Room is spacious enough to open two big luggages. Favourite hotel in Sapporo!

UUtente ospiteSort of an evil property by Mystays standards, which is a shame as the location and layout of the rooms are great. I had a business meeting in Asahikawa one of the days, so I emailed the hotel that I needed a 2PM checkout, they responded that 1PM is the latest allowed for 2000 yen per hour (double the industry rate). The train was sold out so I wasn't able to reach back to the hotel until 1:45, I kept in touch and emailed them to advise them of my check out status, but the staff was so mean to me after this incident, they acted like I was a criminal and refused to store my luggage the next time I checked out. I understand that I broke a protocol, but that was out of my control, and I still paid a lot of money, actually the 6,000 yen I was forced to pay was more than the cost of the room for another night.
The staff at this Mystays need to understand that they work in the hospitality industry. Things like this can happen sometimes, but when you treat your customers in a hostile way like this, it reflects badly on the entire company. Mystays is owned by private equity out of the middle east, so I understand why the late check out is 2X as expensive, but the service should NOT be more hostile because of this. If anything they should be nicer to the customers. Because this ruins your reputation and people won't stay there anymore.

PPoppyqueenHotel Gracery Sapporo is a convenient and comfortable choice for travelers visiting Sapporo. Its location is excellent, just a short walk from Sapporo Station, making transportation, shopping, and dining very easy. The rooms are clean, modern, and well equipped, offering a cozy space to rest after a day of sightseeing. Staff are friendly, professional, and helpful, providing smooth check-in and good service throughout the stay. The hotel also offers useful amenities and a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, Hotel Gracery Sapporo delivers great comfort, convenience, and value, making it a reliable option for both leisure and business travelers.
EElisia LohThe hotel provides a shuttle bus pick-up from Sapporo Station (Bus Terminal), but reservations can only be made by phone call. Email requests are not accepted. We arrived on a Sunday, and the bus was already fully packed when leaving Sapporo Station, so it is best to book early.
The hotel itself is a little old, though the public area toilets appear to have been recently renovated. The public onsen pools are large and relaxing, but the stone tile flooring can be slippery from long use, so be careful when walking in the bath area.
The buffet has a good spread of dishes. I especially enjoyed the dinner scallop miso soup, handmade sushi, and desserts. The restaurant was lively and fully packed with both local Japanese families and overseas tourists. One minor downside was the seasonal fruit such as lychee. It would be better if the hotel ensured the fruits were properly washed before serving.
Wi-Fi connection in the hotel is strong and stable unlike the big spa hotel in lake Toya which I just stayed a few days ago.
UUtente ospiteThe location of the hotel is within manageable walking distance from Sapporo train station. As we only stayed for a night instead of two due to unforeseen train suspension, ww didn’t have the time to explore the facilities. For checking in, the staff did take some time to search for my reservation as we did not check in earlier but the staff managed to search after we explained our situation. We had a good rest as the bed and pillow were comfortable. It would be better if the hotel provides some coffee (please note this hotel has only green tea) and body lotion are available.
AAllytadahWe only had 1 night to stay in this beautiful paradise 🥲🤍
It was the best stay of our 10 day trip in Japan and we would definitely be back to stay here again 🤍
Location: in the Jozankei Onsen town that’s about an hour + out of Sapporo. Honestly if you’re in a group, just book a cab out, it was about $80++ for 3 of us! Otherwise remember to book the Onsen bus shuttle early in advance 🥹
Area around Onsen is nothing much besides other Onsen houses, a small cafe and other smol tourist picture spots.
Back to the Ryokan: this was my first experience being in one and I’m so glad I chose this place! Mum and sister throughly enjoyed it as well, using our in room Onsen ( there’s 2!) and also the shared common Onsen with an outdoor facing the snow too ❄️☃️♨️
Service:The staff was extremely polite and efficient, seeing the reviews of them being rude was kinda uncalled for. They were nothing but kind and attentive. It is a very quiet and peaceful place , I understand the need for all guests to be maintain the atmosphere too.
Food: amazing, one of the best meals I’ve had in Japan so far ♥️ the pictures below speaks for itself 🥹 private dining room to enjoy the view too🏔️
Loved small touches too like the mikimoto soaps , Dyson hair dryers ( in the public Onsen) And the chopstick souvenirs 🥹
I can’t wait to come back here again with my partner 🤍
