Hotel 4 stelle a Sapporo

La stanza era proprio come le foto e era abbastanza spaziosa per due persone. Mia zia ha prenotato una stanza separata, così ci ha sorpreso che le nostre stanze fossero a fianco l’uno dell’altro; e, poiché c’era una porta connessa, ci chiese se potessero aprirla per noi, e il personale ci ha aiutato immediatamente. L'unico lato inferiore era il condizionamento d'aria. Durante le due notti del nostro soggiorno, in qualche modo si è svegliato circa 1–3 AM, quindi mia madre e io svegliamo sentire caldo e sudato. Ha interrotto il nostro sonno. Oltre a questo, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto bello. La sala era un grande posto per andare fuori, soprattutto con le bevande e snacks complimentari. La posizione era anche molto conveniente, a pochi minuti’ di cammino dalla stazione Suskino. In generale, ci siamo divertiti e ci consigliamo ancora di questo hotel.

Location is excellent. Close to restaurants ang shopping. The breakfast has variety of food to choose from and good quality. The highlight of the stay is the onsen. A nice way to end the day every time we get back to the hotel.

Abbiamo prenotato due camere, una per mio marito e me, e l'altra per nostra figlia.Anche se le camere erano compatte, erano pulite, comode e confortevoli. Mia figlia godeva soprattutto di indossare i pigiama forniti dall'hotel (vedi foto). Abbiamo apprezzato anche la comoda stazione di riempimento dell'acqua situata sullo stesso piano, vicino alle nostre camere. La posizione dell'hotel era eccellente, con la stazione ferroviaria a pochi passi da lì. È stato anche molto conveniente arrivare all'aeroporto e da l'aeroporto, poiché la fermata degli autobus era situata a pochi passi dall'hotel.

Отдыхали всей семьей 3 дня. Хочу всем посоветовать данный отель , ставлю твердую 5+!!! Ходили, гуляли по окрестности и это думаю один из лучших отелей здесь! Отличные рестораны в отеле от обычной местной кухни до высокой французской 👍🏻 Отдельно хочу отметить абсолютно новые номера с шикарным современным ремонтом!!!! Советую верхние этажи 15-16 откуда открываются великолепные виды на горы и окрестности!!! На 16 этаже есть отдельный зал для посетителей, где можно в спокойной уютной обстановке расслабиться, выпить свежее пиво на розлив, вино, кофе, чай и другие напитки абсолютно бесплатно!!!! Ко всему этому прилагаются легкие закуски!!! Это все абсолютно бесплатно и в любом количестве, вход по карте от номера. Все рекомендую этот отель!!!👍🏻

Standard Double Room is small for 2 adults, we could barely open our luggages. Can refill toiletries at the lobby. Strategic location near Sapporo Train Station. There is a small Lawson supermarket and some restaurants around the hotel. The neighborhood is relatively quiet at night as compared to Susukino.

L'hotel è situato alla fine di Tanukoji, quindi è a distanza dalla zona principale, anche se ancora passeggiabile. Nota che il bagno non ha spazio per mettere i vestiti secchi e dovrai portarli fuori, a meno che non ti dispiace che il fondo dei pantaloni si bagni. Non molto conveniente per i gruppi di genere misti, anche se ci è un cieco che si può disegnare ma ancora visibile dalla riflessione specchio. La stanza è situata nell'edificio allegato che ha molte scale, quindi non così conveniente anche per gli anziani. In generale, hotel decente ma consigliato solo se non si sono problemi a piedi o a guidare.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Sapporo Excel Hotel Tokyu! Situazione molto accessibile. Situazione molto vicino al centro città, a soli 17 minuti a piedi dall'hotel al centro città. Le strutture sono buone. Le camere sono pulite. Solo la televisione non è intelligente non possiamo guardare i nostri film preferiti su netflix. La stanza è pulita e spaziosa. Sala da bagno separata e doccia. L'atmosfera è grande. Lawson è a soli 2 minuti a piedi. Le persone sono buone e mi piace la ragazza nel negozio di souvenir che è molto amichevole. Il loro buffet è grande e delizioso. Ci permettono anche di prendere qualche pancake specialmente quando siamo sul nostro brunch rush per la nostra prima tour. Raccomanderò questo hotel ai miei amici e alla mia famiglia.

We stayed for 2 nights, and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is 3 mins walk to Susukino and 5 mins walk to 狸小路 with many convenient stores and restaurants around. The front desk staff helped us to check in with the check in machine and the process was fast. We like the beds and room size, and the free flow of Haskap juice throughout afternoon and evening. The drawbacks are the front desk staff have limited English and didn’t understand our request to have a cleanup in our room as we were sleeping late and missed morning cleanup. The nearest airport shuttle bus stop across from hotel abest Sapporo is 4 blocks away and we have to take a taxi around 950yen with luggages to get there in the slushy snow. There are many Thai tourists in both evenings when we went back to hotel so the hotel is quite popular and crowded. Nevertheless the hotel was able to give us a high floor room away from elevators per our request and we had a quiet room which we appreciate a lot. Will definitely consider staying again given the hotel room is a good price!

Ho soggiornato per una notte e due giorni a partire da venerdì. Questo è il mio hotel di fiducia. In passato, in camera venivano forniti diversi yukata (abiti tradizionali giapponesi), ma questa volta ce n'erano solo per il numero di persone, quindi ho dovuto scendere al piano terra per prenderne altri (perché alcuni erano troppo piccoli e altri troppo grandi). Sarebbe fantastico se potessero tornare a mettere gli yukata a disposizione come prima, nel corridoio di ogni piano. Sono stata contenta che il personale delle pulizie avesse pulito il bagno in modo così accurato. Ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima settimana!

Bed is rock hard. After 4 nights, I have serious back ache, plus I'm lacking in sleep, due to how hard and uncomfortable the bed was. The pool facility wasn't fully open (it only does so in August). The last week in July at least opens the some of the outside area for use, but it doesn't fully open until August. They'd also made the 25m outside pool a wipeout/ninja obstacle course so, if you want to actually swim [do some lengths etc] then the only place you can do this was initially only open in August and even then it is now taken over by an obstacle. The indoor sections are open all year round. You have to pay extra to access the slides - not too crazy at 500 or 600yen depending on the day for unlimited access (you're given a wristband). Breakfast was ok. Wide variety of foods - some of which I wouldn't normally associate with breakfast, but still nice to have choices. Signage claims it gets busy after 8am. This is definitely not true - it's busy when it first opens at 7am and then slowly gets quieter over the 7~10 opening times (last entry at 9:30). Can't speak about weekends tho. Shuttle bus is busiest at the 5pm time slot. Overall, a ”resort” that claims to be 4 stars it most certainly isn't. 2 stars yes. 2.5 maybe. But the whole place just feels quite dated and far from the luxury expected from a ”4 star hotel”. Apart from the bed as I've already mentioned, the room was a good enough size but all the decor and controls were old. The Aircon control was worn and glitchy (button presses would turn it off etc) but at least it worked and made the room the temp we wanted. The lighting panel has had so many changes there are stickers on it to blank out buttons which no longer function - fair enough, but maybe spend a bit of money on a decent upgrade??? This hotel isn't cheap!
