UUtente anonimoThe hotel is within 10 minutes walk from Sapporo JR station and 3 minutes walk from Hokkaido University so the location is very convenient. The room size is generous and it has a public bath on the 2nd floor. Overall a comfortable stay and good value for money. It would be even better if the reception could understand a bit more English or Chinese.

JJRMY林小麦The hotel just 300m walk from Sapporo station, very convenient. The hotel is very clean and new. The staff was very kind and helpful. Can understand English. We stay in Twin room, 25m2 size, suitable for 2people. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was convenient store with many restaurant and shops on the opposite site of hotel. We recommend this for those who want to stay near the JR station.

PPaatBibeeClean, Comfortable, and Great Fresh Air! We recently stayed here for a quick one-night stopover. It's a great mid-range option for those who prioritize location and comfort. The Highlights: Room Layout: Spacious enough for 2 people. The seperate bathroom zones and vanity/make up desk are convinience. Fresh Air: Our favorite feature! The windows can be opened slightly, which is perfect in winter to enjoy natural ventilation instead of the AC which will be too hot for us to sleep during the night. Facilities: The lounge and restaurant feel very airy and clean. Convenience: Located right near great food and walking streets. On-site parking is available (extra fee), which is a huge plus for us. Things to Consider: Water Policy: No water is provided in the room. Members have to pick up at the Front Desk. Booking Assistance: We tried to get help with a restaurant reservation, but the hotel required a deposite paid through them to do so. This was a bit restrictive for those using e-SIMs. Verdict: Perfect if you value a clean room and a breeze.

MMsBeh94We had a good overall stay at Hotel Mystays Sapporo Station. The room was clean and reasonably spacious for two adults, making it comfortable for our stay. Basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in the room. Additional items like toner, lotion and cleanser can be taken from the hotel lobby. A hair dryer is also available in the room. (I don’t recall seeing a fridge, so do check if that is important to you.) The hotel also provides shared facilities such as microwaves, vending machines, and washing and dryer machines located on different floors, which is convenient for longer stays. Our stay included breakfast, served on Level 14. The buffet offers a decent variety of both Western and Japanese dishes. Do note that breakfast ends at 9am, so it’s best to go early. The location is very convenient. The hotel is near the North Exit of Sapporo Station. The closest exit is Exit 9, but it involves three flights of stairs. If you are travelling with large suitcases, it is easier to walk about 200 metres to the main North Exit, which has better access. The walk is generally easy, though it can be slightly challenging in winter when snow covers the sidewalks. Sapporo Station is connected to several malls and underground shopping areas, making it very convenient for dining and shopping close to the hotel. The hotel offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out (we used it for same-day storage), which was very helpful. They also work with a third-party luggage delivery service that can send your suitcases to another location (eg, your next hotel) for a fee. Delivery usually requires at least one day, so you will need to plan your itinerary accordingly. This is a useful option if you prefer not to carry large suitcases while travelling between cities. The hotel provides two types of pillows (one soft and one firm). If you are particular about pillow firmness, you may find them either too soft or too hard, so do take note. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient choice for staying near Sapporo Station.

Served in the sunlit ”Aspen” restaurant, the buffet is famous for its fresh seafood, featuring favorites like ikura (soy-marinated salmon roe) so you can build your own kaisendon (seafood bowl) right at your table. It’s a huge spread that mixes Japanese and Western styles, including local specialties like Hokkaido soup curry, venison curry, and even unique pancakes, all washed down with the region's legendary fresh milk. At roughly ¥2,000 to ¥2,400, it’s a total steal for the quality and variety you get, making it worth every yen just to avoid the ”morning hunt” for food in the cold.

BBangbang0.oGood location, 10mins walk to shopping district, easily access to places. There’s a train station exit in front of hotel as well. Room size pretty small, have to keep luggage under bed, there’s hot bath in the hotel roof, able to enjoy soaking in hot bath under cold weather, but you have to bring your own towel from the room. Try to avoid peak hour, I went at 6+7 is quite empty, however after dinner time 9+10 is very crowded. Breakfast is not as good as the photos shown in hotel website, but still have good varieties to choose from. Able to rent different kind of facilities, eg air humidifier, hair curler etc

MMaritChiongWe had an excellent stay at Sapporo Excel Hotel Tokyu! Very accesible location. Location is very near the city center, just a walking distance of about 17minutes from hotel to city center. Amenities are good. Rooms are clean. Only the television is not smart tv we cannot watch our favorite movies on netflix. Room is clean and spacious. Separate toilet and shower room. The ambience is great. Lawson is just a 2minute walk. The staffs are good and I like the girl in the souvenir shop she is very friendly. Their buffet breakfast is great and delicous. They also allow us to take out some pancakes specially when we are on our rush breakfast for our early tour. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

RRomain DannaIl hotel è stato situato in una zona di grande qualità, con numerosi attrazioni, negozi e ristoranti. Questo rende il nostro soggiorno molto più facile e più piacevole, soprattutto quando viaggiamo con un bambino. Quando siamo entrati nella nostra stanza, abbiamo avuto un paio di problemi, purtroppo, il telefono non funzionava e parte di un muro era uscito, che ci preoccupava per la sicurezza come genitori. E' stato deludente ricevere una stanza in questa condizione, soprattutto quando viaggiare con un bambino dove la sicurezza è una priorità. Tuttavia, vorremmo sottolineare la reazione molto professionale del personale dell'hotel, che, una volta segnalato il problema, ha risposto rapidamente e seriamente. Ci hanno portati alla loro più grande stanza e hanno risolto il problema, assicurandoci che ci sentissimo confortevoli e rassicurati, e la loro atteggiamento e la loro volontà di risolvere il problema hanno fatto una grande differenza e hanno fatto una prima impressione negativa in un'esperienza positiva. Un altro punto forte dell'hotel è il ristorante all'interno dell'hotel, che è stato eccellente. La qualità dei cibi è stata molto buona e la comodità di avere un ristorante così buono sul posto è stata invalutabile per noi come famiglia. Abbiamo finito di mangiare laggiù quasi ogni notte. In generale, mentre inizialmente ci disappuntavamo della condizione della prima stanza, siamo stati molto soddisfatti del modo in cui il personale ha gestito la situazione, la grande posizione e la qualità del ristorante. Grazie alla loro reazione e professionalità, abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno e ci sarebbe stato di ritorno in futuro.

And the top floor onsen. The view is amazing, I got to see a river and forest cover by snow while having breakfast. 100/10

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è estremamente buona - abbiamo preso un autobus dall'aeroporto di Chitose e alighted al Monterey Hotel, che è 3-5 min a piedi a New Otani Inn; è anche una breve passeggiata a TV torn, Clock Tower, Odori Park (tutti questi entro 5-10 min). La pulizia è buona ovunque in Giappone, immagino. Il loro personale può parlare un po' di inglese e usano la traduzione solo per assicurarsi di comprenderci correttamente, ci sforzo è 100% qui. La dimensione della camera è piccola e accogliente ma il soggiorno complessivo è comodo~
