UUtente ospiteThis hotel is definitely a very unique hotel, seemingly modeled off the Aman luxury chain, that is catered for the domestic Chinese market in several ways. For one, it offer several ”instagrammable” or ”daka” spots that look very nice for pictures, especially the iconic rooftop. Another is that they offer a ton of gifts and free food included in the price (which definitely improves its value), including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evenning snacks. Service is also great. However I have two comments, which is, its kind of a bit far away from the busy areas/malls in town and tourist spots, and also that they dont have certain facilities you may expect in a four or five star hotel like a swimming pool /spa etc. It is also kind of hard to find if you try to get there via subway as its located on top of an outdoor mall. But I appreicate that they are trying to offer a different jkind of experience at a price that is not breaking the bank.

UUtente ospiteHello everyone. We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2024. Initially, we booked the hotel for 5 days, then we extended, extended and in the end, we stayed there for 11 nights. The hotel is new, clean. The rooms have good quality robes, toiletries. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts. We were pleased with the availability of freshly squeezed juices. The main staff does not speak English, but this is not a problem, since the on-line translator saves us, and the staff tries very hard to understand what you want from them. The only person who speaks excellent English was the manager Sam. A man passionate about his work. He told us a lot about the hotel and what is nearby. And there is a lot there: a park with playgrounds, a bungee jump, and a birdhouse with parrots. Sam showed us a place next to the hotel, which is a set for films. Boat station, where you can take a boat and take a walk on the lake and go straight to the hotel grounds. The hotel itself is in a great location, in a lowland, on the shore of the lake. If you plan a trip to Kunming, then it is far from the city. But we needed a quiet and beautiful place. And we got it. With the window open in the evenings and mornings you can hear the fish splashing in the lake and the ducks quacking. It was great to sleep, as the mattress and pillows are of excellent quality. We will definitely come back here and will recommend it to our friends.
P.S. Once again, we say a huge thank you to Sam, he not only told and showed us a lot about the hotel and the surrounding area, he also helped us solve some issues with our luggage at the airport. A wonderful, responsive person. The hotel management is very lucky to have such a person on their team.

Il nostro soggiorno al Dian Lake Steigenberger Kunming è stato davvero memorabile. Tutto il personale della reception è stato eccezionalmente cordiale e accogliente, mentre il personale addetto alle pulizie è stato cordiale e premuroso. Si sono impegnati al massimo per decorare la nostra camera per il compleanno di mio marito e ci hanno persino inviato una bellissima e deliziosa torta di compleanno, un gesto che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale.
La camera King con vista lago (45 m²) era spaziosa e ben arredata, con un letto e cuscini comodi. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il balcone con vista sul lago, tranquillo e perfetto per rilassarsi.
Quando abbiamo fatto notare che l'aria condizionata centralizzata era un po' troppo calda, 军军 e Amy ci hanno subito offerto gratuitamente un'altra camera, completa di un telecomando individuale per regolare la temperatura. Questo livello di attenzione e flessibilità è stato davvero impressionante.
L'hotel è situato in posizione strategica, a pochi passi da diversi ristoranti, tra cui il KFC, e nelle immediate vicinanze si trova un 7-Eleven per una maggiore comodità. Anche la hall è imponente e arredata con gusto, dando una prima impressione di lusso.
Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Kunming: offre comfort e un'ospitalità sincera.

LllsadeL'hotel è un po' datato, ma i servizi sono ben tenuti. Ci sono solo due ascensori, il che è un po' carente. A causa del recente picco di viaggi, la colazione potrebbe essere un po' meno abbondante del solito, ma la varietà e la qualità della colazione in sé sono piuttosto buone. Sicuramente si soggiorna qui per l'acqua; le ampie sorgenti termali e le piscine sono davvero uniche e ineguagliabili rispetto ad altri hotel. Il personale è molto cordiale e il ristorante dell'hotel merita di essere menzionato. Serve autentica cucina dello Yunnan e ha persino un barbecue all'aperto. Ci abbiamo mangiato diverse volte di seguito.

UUtente ospiteServizio: quando sono appena entrato in hotel, si è verificato un piccolo incidente in bagno. Ero un po' infelice. L'ho segnalato alla reception ed è stato gestito immediatamente. Anche il direttore è stato molto efficiente molto premuroso e cordiale. L'hotel mi ha dato una sensazione calda.
Igiene: l'hotel è molto pulito e l'igiene della camera è a posto.
Ambiente: l'aria è buona e confortevole, l'ambiente circostante è bellissimo ed è comodo raggiungere i punti panoramici.

UUtente ospiteSiamo una famiglia di 3 persone dall'Ungheria. Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel per 3 notti. È stato il momento clou della nostra vacanza. Ha superato le nostre aspettative. Il personale si è prodigato per offrire un servizio eccezionale. La colazione era fantastica, sia in stile cinese che occidentale. Il check-in è stato semplice, Audrey è stata molto disponibile e parlava un buon inglese. Si è presa cura di noi durante tutto il soggiorno, sia portandoci le cose da mangiare in camera che consigliandoci dove andare. La posizione è ottima, Wanda Plaza, i ristoranti e il 7Eleven sono a pochi passi. A causa del nostro volo in tarda serata, l'hotel è stato flessibile nel prolungare il nostro soggiorno (check-out posticipato). Consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

DDiana AldereiWe recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and had quite a mixed experience – some parts were truly lovely, while others left us a bit disappointed.
First of all, the villa itself was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious. The natural hot spring water was one of the highlights of our stay — such a relaxing and unique experience. The surrounding territory is also well-maintained and very peaceful, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature.
However, it’s important to note that the location is quite remote — it took us around an hour to get to places where we could eat or enjoy a cup of coffee. This is understandable considering the mountain setting and access to hot springs.
The afternoon tea was decent, and although lunch wasn’t included in our stay, we tried the local mixian noodles and they were absolutely delicious! Must try! Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing, especially for guests like us who don’t eat pork or pork oil - there were very few options.
A few maintenance and cleanliness issues also affected our stay. The outdoor pool was not super clean, some insects were swimming there. While we really loved the hot spring bathtub in the villa, the facilities could use a bit more upkeep. The toilet setup was quite basic — a minimum upgrade like a bidet spray or shower toilet would make a big difference, especially for international or Muslim guests.
A more distressing part of our stay was that we found dead insects under the blanket in our bed after returning to our room one evening 🥲 I do appreciate the staff’s polite and kind response – they offered tea and explained it may have fallen from the ceiling – but for someone with a strong phobia of insects, this made it difficult to sleep and really affected my comfort. I do believe this is something that should be taken more seriously, especially in a hotel of this level.
Despite these issues, the staff was very polite, cute and extremely helpful & friendly, and I can see the potential for a truly magical experience here with just a few improvements. I really wanted to love everything — and part of me did — but I was also happy to go back home, just to feel more comfortable and relaxed.

園林設計很棒，沿着石板小徑滿眼綠樹和熱帶植物，像住在畫裏。前台小姐姐人特別好，還主動幫忙升級了兩卧温泉別墅，私密性很好，自帶泡池特別治癒，早晚泡在熱水裡，聽鳥鳴聞花香，完全放鬆下來。
工作人員很貼心，從入住到日常問候都讓人感覺很温暖。早餐也精緻，尤其那碗地道米線，配料講究，看着就有食慾。
整體來説，這裏把自然和度假融合得很好，是個能讓人徹底放鬆的地方，強烈推薦！

VVicveronThe hotel is beautifully designed, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need. I really appreciated the little touches — they even provided fresh fruits and mooncakes since it was close to Mid-Autumn Festival!
The staff were super friendly and attentive. There’s always someone at the door to help, and they even assisted with carrying our luggage straight to the room to make sure everything went smoothly. As a sweet gesture, they gifted us a mooncake when we checked out — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay extra memorable.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con il controllo della temperatura - il condizionamento dell’aria non funziona in inverno, e questo non è stato indicato sul pannello di controllo della temperatura.
