"Abbiamo prenotato 3 camere e ci hanno dato un upgrade a una più grande in bassa stagione a fine giugno. Ottima posizione rispetto alla vecchia via di Kunming e alla via pedonale di Nanping. La colazione era abbondante e varia. Ho ordinato qualcosa da Tao Bao e me l'hanno tenuto da parte, ho anche ordinato del tè ai fiori dall'antica città di Dali e dei funghi dall'antica città di Lijiang e me l'hanno spedito qui, quindi abbiamo ritirato il pacco l'ultimo giorno a Kunming prima di dirigerci all'aeroporto. Ottimo servizio! Grazie."

"Camera molto comoda, pulita. Posizione centrale vicino a molti centri commerciali dove si può mangiare. Colazione varia e di qualità sia cinese che occidentale. Molto comodo poter avere gratuitamente l’acqua su ogni piano. Non tutti gli alberghi lo fanno. Non potendo far colazione il giorno della partenza abbiamo chiesto un cestino con del cibo, che era veramente scarso. Abbiamo speso per andare alla stazione dei treni veloci con un taxi la metà di quello che ci proponevano alla reception."

"La struttura è situata in posizione ideale per esplorare il centro città. Che sia per shopping o per cultura visitando la vecchia Kunming. Il team è molto attento alle esigenze dei clienti ed è molto gentile nonché disposto ad aiutare. La camera è bella, pulita e silenziosa. La comunicazione via Wechat funziona senza intoppi e può essere utilizzato anche in caso di domande non specifiche alla struttura. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti e ci ritorneremo di sicuro!"

"Personale cortese ed estremamente pulito. L'unico neo è che la zona lavandini è freda poiché privi di riscaldamento e di porte. In corridoio si gela di freddo perché i muri delle scale hanno delle decorazioni e sono privi di finestre, quindi il freddo è ovunque. I letti hanno lo scaldamaterasso, interessante averlo saputo prima, l'ho scoperto per caso."

"Questa esperienza di soggiorno è fantastica!Come nuovo hotel, le strutture sono nuove e complete, la stanza è pulita e incolore.Il servizio di ricezione è entusiasta e attento e gestisce il soggiorno presto. La posizione geografica è anche molto conveniente, proprio nel centro di Kunming, alla vecchia strada, alla strada sud, al parco di Liuhu Lake è molto vicina, e cibo e giochi sono tutti intorno.La prossima volta sceglierete qui!"
