Hotel 5 stelle a Jiuzhaigou

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The personal touch and the warm hospitality shone through the moment we arrived. Despite the punishing cold, two of their staff were already standing by the side of the road waiting to welcome us. They ushered us to our room, patiently explained everything and left a contact so we could reach out at any point in time. We needed a late lunch and the kitchen readily whipped up three dishes. We were shown to a private dining room with an amazing view. The food portions were generous, the food was hearty and delicious, and we had the same impeccable service from the young men who had greeted us. The next day they arranged for transport to and from Jiu Zhai Gou National Park for us after a delicious breakfast. When we informed upon our regurn that we'd have to be up at the crack of dawn the following day to make the 2 hour drive to the train station to catch an 8am train, they apologised that they'd not be able to prepare breakfast that early but instead packed us a generous bag of butter cookies, milk, fruit and sweets to fill our stomachs on the road. What seriously mpressed was the fact that they'd taken care of the little details - they washed the grapes and removed the stems before packing them into a paper box. Such is the degree of their attention to detail and hospitality. In fact, they had prepared a sweet potato mash with grilled cheese as one of the dishes for dinner on our first night. We ended up not touching the dish as we were too full and apologised profusely for it. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they had made the effort to whip up a fresh batch for our dinner on the second night. We made a point to eat (and finish) it this time round and were not disappointed - it was mind-blowingly good! If you want a quiet get-away to relax and be pampered, this is where you'd want to be. They certainly live up to every excellent review they have received. To the extremely polite and unassuming young man who served us for our 3D2N stay, a big thank you! We never got his name but he'll forever be in our hearts and thoughts for making our stay such a memorable one. Of course, special mention must be made of Huahua, their resident dog who brings so much joy to all. Together with the warmth and hospitality of their staff, they have turned what would have been another cookie cutter hotel into a memorable and remarkable stay with the welcoming warmth of home.

Il giorno dopo non c'era molta gente, quindi l'hotel ci ha preparato una colazione speciale (dovrebbero aver avuto tempo solo quando non c'era molta gente). Dovete assolutamente provare il latte dolce che bevevamo tutti i giorni. Dopo aver fatto un pranzo completo ogni giorno non riuscivamo più a mangiare. C'è una signora nell'hotel che prepara dei deliziosi caffè latte e americani. Vi abbiamo prelevato all'ingresso del luogo panoramico (l'orario è stato comunicato in anticipo al commerciante). Tutto il personale dell'hotel era composto da gente del posto che ha aiutato a contattare l'auto per la stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità (a proprie spese). Hanno davvero fornito un servizio attento e premuroso durante tutto il viaggio. Il prezzo è molto conveniente considerando il servizio e le strutture (il riscaldamento a pavimento dell'hotel è disponibile tutto il giorno). Posso solo dire che il capo ha una grande visione. Si può vedere che è stato profuso molto impegno nella realizzazione della pavimentazione e che il materiale è stato lucidato con grande cura. C'è anche un cortile con piscina. Entrando dall'esterno, si potrebbe pensare di essere entrati in un ristorante in stile estetica della famiglia Song. Posso solo dire che questa volta, quando sono venuto a Jiuzhaigou, la sensazione di accoglienza che mi ha trasmesso l'hotel e il panorama del lago Jiuzhaigou hanno reso l'esperienza completa. A proposito, Xiao Qin è molto entusiasta e molto professionale.

Questo è un nuovo hotel vicino ai grandi nomi, ma a un prezzo decisamente migliore! Anche il servizio era di prim'ordine, anche prima di arrivare in hotel. A parte questo, la nostra camera ha un onsen interno e il pavimento riscaldato, il che ha reso la notte molto accogliente dopo una lunga e fredda giornata a Jiuzhaigou. Un altro punto forte è stato il cibo. Eravamo tentati di prendere l'hot pot, ma il menu di manzo cucinato dal ristorante è stato uno dei migliori che abbiamo provato durante questo viaggio a Chengdu. Nel complesso, un'ottima struttura in cui soggiornare per un'esperienza diversa dal solito, lontana dai grandi nomi internazionali.

Best boutique hotel in Jiuzhaigou! 1/ Ambience: This hotel opened last July 2025 and has a very nice Muji aesthetic. Wooden finishes with a spacious room. We got the 3-sleeper room which has 1 king bed and 1 single bed, including a mini living room and a very cozy toilet. Shower and toilet have separate doors. 2/ Amenities: Hotel has the usual hot water, hot seat smart toilet, floor heating for winter and aircon for summer. We arrived in mid May - weather around 15-25 degree celsius, not in need of heater but they wont allow opening the airconditioner yet. It was manageable and the staff was very accommodating in explaining this to us. 3/ Other amenities- Hot jacuzzi-like pools to swim or soak in: the staff were very attentive and reheated the water whenever we needed! There is a coffee shop to hang around in, and the breakfast is also really good. They allow options to choose from. There is a Yak meat hotpot available to order for lunch or dinner and the serving is generous; food is good. There’s also a common clothes washing machine and dryer with free detergent. There are also ******* costumes free for borrowing. 3/ Free ride going to Jiuzhagou Park- the staff brought us to the park using the hotel van in the 2 days we are here. Once, the driver was out, and the hotel manager drove us instead. As for the ride home, we just called Didi for a 15min drive, costing only around 20RMB and almost no waiting time needed. 4/ Why service is top notch: - As we had an early train ride on our last day and the breakfast is not open yet, the staff prepared a bag of bread and milk for us instead. - the Hotel Manager helped my mom buy lunch through ******* when she was alone in the hotel for the day. He even paid for the food first and we paid him upon coming back. Foreigners can have a good stay especially if you have Wechat issues. Thank you! Wish we could stay longer. The place is relaxing and aesthetic and the staff are top notch!

Beautiful Hotel and Excellent Service in Jiuzhaigou I had a wonderful New Year holiday at Hotel Indigo Jiuzhai By IHG. The hotel is located about 10–12 km from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, just a 15–20 minute drive by car. The hotel offers a cozy atmosphere, elegant interiors with strong ******* cultural elements, and a pleasant light fragrance. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. I tried some traditional ******* dishes, and they were absolutely delicious. The hotel also provides professional photography services to capture beautiful moments. What impressed me most was the staff—extremely enthusiastic, friendly, and attentive, even though most of them don’t speak English. Before leaving, I received great assistance from a staff member named Bunny Wu, who helped me book transportation from the hotel to Huanglong High-Speed Railway Station. Thanks to Bunny, I saved a significant amount of money. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very happy throughout my holiday. This is definitely a destination worth experiencing when visiting Jiuzhaigou!

A very peaceful stay with a beautiful view. Breakfast is included, which is a nice bonus. After check-in, the staff will drive you to your room by car since it’s a bit far from the main reception. If you need transport or a personal driver to travel around, you can also request it from the hotel before heading to Jiuzhaigou — they will provide a trusted contact so you’ll feel more secure. Overall, everything was good and perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

We stayed at Howard Johnson for 3 nights in mid April. This is an old 5 stars hotel. It is a very big hotel (probably the largest in Juizhaigo). The room I was allocated was clean. The two beds were very comfortable. The toilet and bathroom were well maintained and clean. Because it is an old hotel, the furnishing etc is like that of a old 5 stars hotel. Not the modern type. The room is very big, with a lounge area next to the fire place (artificial). Our room had the valley view. Upon check in we were given a welcome gift set consisting of nuts, cakes and fruits - a very thoughtful gesture. The breakfast buffet is varied and had sufficient choices. Good variety and adequate. Besides the usual Chinese fares, they do have bread, eggs, sausage, bacons etc. We booked the room with buffet dinners. The dinners were very decent and adequate choice. I like the steamed fish and the beef offal and some small local biscuits as part of the desert. We like the buffet dinners because it save us from hunting for dinners during the evening (after a long day at the Juizhaigou Park). Nevertheless, there are many food outlets and restaurants and convenient stores very near the hotel. There is even a bakery a short walk away. Unlike certain other hotels, finding outside food can be a problem. It is very easy to call a Didi to go to and from the hotel to the Juizhaigou Park. Costs us between 13 to 24 yuan per way, depending on the time and the jam. The Park is about 6.5 km away. Avoid the taxis because the fare can be very much more expensive. The good thing about this hotel is that the bus to and from the high speed train station can stop directly opposite the hotel. It is one of their designated stops. The Romantic Show Centre is next to this hotel.

Spero che potreste avere più personale in grado di comunicare in inglese fluentemente (non solo la posizione del desk front, ma sarebbe bello se poteste avere un personale al ristorante - i menu e i dettagli inglesi (picture) dovrebbero essere preparati per gli stranieri). Tuttavia, il servizio complessivo è bello e amichevole. Propongo agli amici e alla famiglia di visitare qui la prossima volta per certo. Anche io vorrei tornare - Grazie :)

Zhao and Peter were exceptional as was the rest of the staff! Honestly the location is a bit far and in need of a refresh, but they just got a new set of owners and I think will return to their former glory. If you are looking for nature, the grounds of the property are amazing. Truly breath taking vistas and walking trails. It is definitely a location I will return to. The building itself is not up to Banyan tree standards, but the staff, location and food are wonderful.
