LLiusanyiSiamo arrivati tardi e il commerciante è stato molto premuroso e ci ha contattato in modo che potessimo effettuare il check-in senza intoppi. Durante questo periodo, i nostri genitori ci dicevano continuamente cosa fare e come procedere, il che era davvero commovente. Lo chef avrebbe dovuto terminare il lavoro alle 21:00, ma ha parlato con l'hotel e ci ha preparato in anticipo una pentola di zuppa. Era davvero sontuoso. Il giovane dell'hotel aspettò che finissimo di mangiare e ci offrì Hada prima di andare a riposare. Il riscaldamento a pavimento è sufficiente e la camera è spaziosa e pulita. Sono disponibili anche set da bagno e sali da bagno. L'hotel è stato molto sincero (ci hanno anche detto come divertirci durante il pasto). Il giorno dopo non c'era molta gente, quindi l'hotel ci ha preparato una colazione speciale (dovrebbero aver avuto tempo solo quando non c'era molta gente). Dovete assolutamente provare il latte dolce che bevevamo tutti i giorni. Dopo aver fatto un pranzo completo ogni giorno non riuscivamo più a mangiare. C'è una signora nell'hotel che prepara dei deliziosi caffè latte e americani. Vi abbiamo prelevato all'ingresso del luogo panoramico (l'orario è stato comunicato in anticipo al commerciante). Tutto il personale dell'hotel era composto da gente del posto che ha aiutato a contattare l'auto per la stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità (a proprie spese). Hanno davvero fornito un servizio attento e premuroso durante tutto il viaggio. Il prezzo è molto conveniente considerando il servizio e le strutture (il riscaldamento a pavimento dell'hotel è disponibile tutto il giorno). Posso solo dire che il capo ha una grande visione. Si può vedere che è stato profuso molto impegno nella realizzazione della pavimentazione e che il materiale è stato lucidato con grande cura. C'è anche un cortile con piscina. Entrando dall'esterno, si potrebbe pensare di essere entrati in un ristorante in stile estetica della famiglia Song. Posso solo dire che questa volta, quando sono venuto a Jiuzhaigou, la sensazione di accoglienza che mi ha trasmesso l'hotel e il panorama del lago Jiuzhaigou hanno reso l'esperienza completa.
A proposito, Xiao Qin è molto entusiasta e molto professionale.

1/ Ambience: This hotel opened last July 2025 and has a very nice Muji aesthetic. Wooden finishes with a spacious room. We got the 3-sleeper room which has 1 king bed and 1 single bed, including a mini living room and a very cozy toilet. Shower and toilet have separate doors.
2/ Amenities: Hotel has the usual hot water, hot seat smart toilet, floor heating for winter and aircon for summer. We arrived in mid May - weather around 15-25 degree celsius, not in need of heater but they wont allow opening the airconditioner yet. It was manageable and the staff was very accommodating in explaining this to us.
3/ Other amenities- Hot jacuzzi-like pools to swim or soak in: the staff were very attentive and reheated the water whenever we needed! There is a coffee shop to hang around in, and the breakfast is also really good. They allow options to choose from. There is a Yak meat hotpot available to order for lunch or dinner and the serving is generous; food is good. There’s also a common clothes washing machine and dryer with free detergent.
There are also ******* costumes free for borrowing.
3/ Free ride going to Jiuzhagou Park- the staff brought us to the park using the hotel van in the 2 days we are here. Once, the driver was out, and the hotel manager drove us instead. As for the ride home, we just called Didi for a 15min drive, costing only around 20RMB and almost no waiting time needed.
4/ Why service is top notch:
- As we had an early train ride on our last day and the breakfast is not open yet, the staff prepared a bag of bread and milk for us instead.
- the Hotel Manager helped my mom buy lunch through ******* when she was alone in the hotel for the day. He even paid for the food first and we paid him upon coming back. Foreigners can have a good stay especially if you have Wechat issues.

UUtente ospiteQuesto è un nuovo hotel vicino ai grandi nomi, ma a un prezzo decisamente migliore! Anche il servizio era di prim'ordine, anche prima di arrivare in hotel. Abbiamo aggiunto il concierge su WeChat e siamo riusciti a ottenere consigli su come raggiungere l'hotel. Ricordatevi di aggiungerlo su WeChat!
A parte questo, la nostra camera ha un onsen interno e il pavimento riscaldato, il che ha reso la notte molto accogliente dopo una lunga e fredda giornata a Jiuzhaigou.
Un altro punto forte è stato il cibo. Eravamo tentati di prendere l'hot pot, ma il menu di manzo cucinato dal ristorante è stato uno dei migliori che abbiamo provato durante questo viaggio a Chengdu.
Nel complesso, un'ottima struttura in cui soggiornare per un'esperienza diversa dal solito, lontana dai grandi nomi internazionali.

AAndyxiaopenyouServizi: Molto completi, incluso un piccolo frigorifero con bevande fresche. Numerose porte di ricarica, tutte ben posizionate. L'hotel dispone anche di un'area giochi per bambini e di una dispensa con molti articoli. L'hotel offre navette per i luoghi panoramici, quindi non dovrete preoccuparvi dei taxi, che sono una vera seccatura.
Punto di forza: L'hotel ha un suo ristorante, perfetto per cenare, con prezzi accessibili, porzioni abbondanti e cibo delizioso, un grande vantaggio.
Pulizia: Molto pulito. Siamo rimasti due giorni e il personale ha persino ripulito la camera il giorno dopo, il che è stato molto gentile.
Atmosfera: Oltre le aspettative. Ero indeciso tra altri hotel, ma alla fine ho scelto questo e sono molto soddisfatto.
Servizio: Eccellente. Portavo con me un sacco di cose e la reception mi ha consegnato spontaneamente i bagagli e ha persino fatto un upgrade della camera. I had a wonderful New Year holiday at Hotel Indigo Jiuzhai By IHG. The hotel is located about 10–12 km from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, just a 15–20 minute drive by car. The hotel offers a cozy atmosphere, elegant interiors with strong ******* cultural elements, and a pleasant light fragrance.
Breakfast was plentiful with many options. I tried some traditional ******* dishes, and they were absolutely delicious. The hotel also provides professional photography services to capture beautiful moments.
What impressed me most was the staff—extremely enthusiastic, friendly, and attentive, even though most of them don’t speak English. Before leaving, I received great assistance from a staff member named Bunny Wu, who helped me book transportation from the hotel to Huanglong High-Speed Railway Station. Thanks to Bunny, I saved a significant amount of money.
I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very happy throughout my holiday. This is definitely a destination worth experiencing when visiting Jiuzhaigou!

SSigina(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night.
The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin.
This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem.
Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place:
1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture)
2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.)
3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.)
4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel.
5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem.
6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater.
Conclusion:
Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at Howard Johnson for 3 nights in mid April. This is an old 5 stars hotel. It is a very big hotel (probably the largest in Juizhaigo). The room I was allocated was clean. The two beds were very comfortable. The toilet and bathroom were well maintained and clean. Because it is an old hotel, the furnishing etc is like that of a old 5 stars hotel. Not the modern type. The room is very big, with a lounge area next to the fire place (artificial). Our room had the valley view. Upon check in we were given a welcome gift set consisting of nuts, cakes and fruits - a very thoughtful gesture. The breakfast buffet is varied and had sufficient choices. Good variety and adequate. Besides the usual Chinese fares, they do have bread, eggs, sausage, bacons etc. We booked the room with buffet dinners. The dinners were very decent and adequate choice. I like the steamed fish and the beef offal and some small local biscuits as part of the desert. We like the buffet dinners because it save us from hunting for dinners during the evening (after a long day at the Juizhaigou Park). Nevertheless, there are many food outlets and restaurants and convenient stores very near the hotel. There is even a bakery a short walk away. Unlike certain other hotels, finding outside food can be a problem. It is very easy to call a Didi to go to and from the hotel to the Juizhaigou Park. Costs us between 13 to 24 yuan per way, depending on the time and the jam. The Park is about 6.5 km away. Avoid the taxis because the fare can be very much more expensive. The good thing about this hotel is that the bus to and from the high speed train station can stop directly opposite the hotel. It is one of their designated stops. The Romantic Show Centre is next to this hotel.

UUtente ospiteIntercontinental, deve essere Intercontinental! La decisione più saggia che abbiamo preso per il nostro viaggio a Jiuzhaigou è stata prenotare l'Intercontinental Jiuzhai Paradise. È stata un'esperienza davvero meravigliosa. La nostra camera aveva un piccolo balcone da cui potevamo ammirare le montagne innevate in lontananza. Le strutture della camera erano eccellenti; anche se è un hotel storico, è ben mantenuto. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il corridoio che abbiamo attraversato la sera, con il suo soffitto a cielo aperto, le nuvole, la nebbia e la musica eterea. Mio figlio ha detto che probabilmente è per questo che si chiama Jiuzhai Paradise, quel tratto era davvero onirico. Per cena, abbiamo mangiato una hot pot di funghi, il sapore era davvero incredibile, ci si può sempre fidare dei prodotti Intercontinental! La varietà della colazione era anch'essa molto ricca, la qualità sempre al top. Abbiamo anche visitato la galleria d'arte Thangka all'interno, che è un campo energetico molto potente per chi ama la cultura buddista. I bambini hanno anche partecipato ad alcune attività artigianali e hanno indossato abiti tibetani per le foto. Quando siamo andati via, il piccolo era così preso che non voleva andarsene. Lo consiglio vivamente!

If you are looking for nature, the grounds of the property are amazing. Truly breath taking vistas and walking trails.

The building itself is not up to Banyan tree standards, but the staff, location and food are wonderful.
