Hotel 5 stelle a Jiuzhaigou

Molto soddisfatto del soggiorno. La camera è confortevole e anche la biancheria da letto è comoda. Sebbene la struttura non si trovi all'ingresso della zona panoramica, la famiglia ospitante può organizzare il prelievo dall'ingresso del fossato, il che è molto comodo per un viaggio di soli dieci minuti. Rispetto al rumore di Mizoguchi, questo posto è tranquillo e ordinato. Il servizio è abbastanza buono, il feedback è rapido e premuroso. Anche la ristorazione dell'hotel merita di essere elogiata. La cucina è preparata al momento e le verdure sono tutte coltivate dagli agricoltori della zona circostante. La freschezza e il sapore sono caratteristiche che chi vive in città non può trovare. Abbiamo semplicemente rinunciato ai ristoranti vicino a Goukou e ci siamo goduti diversi pasti qui. Se tornerò a Jiuzhaigou in autunno, sceglierò sicuramente Linshuijian.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole in questo hotel. La camera era eccezionalmente pulita, ben organizzata e preparata con cura prima del mio arrivo. Il letto era comodo e l'atmosfera generale della camera ha creato un'atmosfera rilassante per tutta la durata del mio soggiorno. La vista è mozzafiato e si possono ammirare le stelle dal balcone sorseggiando un caffè caldo. Il bagno era impeccabile e ben tenuto, con prodotti da bagno riforniti puntualmente. L'illuminazione e i servizi in camera funzionavano perfettamente, a dimostrazione dell'attenzione ai dettagli e dell'impegno dell'hotel per il comfort degli ospiti. Il livello di servizio offerto dal personale ha davvero migliorato la mia esperienza. Il responsabile è stato eccezionalmente disponibile e cordiale. Ci ha aiutato con i bagagli, ci ha guidato con pazienza e si è assicurato che capissimo tutti i servizi e le indicazioni. Offrono anche un servizio navetta per il parco con un'auto confortevole. Inoltre, comunicheranno con voi prima del vostro arrivo tramite WeChat. Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto della qualità e della pulizia della camera e dell'ospitalità del personale. L'elevato standard di manutenzione e l'esperienza complessiva hanno superato le mie aspettative. Consiglierei volentieri questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un posto pulito, confortevole e ben gestito in cui soggiornare.

Best boutique hotel in Jiuzhaigou! 1/ Ambience: This hotel opened last July 2025 and has a very nice Muji aesthetic. Wooden finishes with a spacious room. We got the 3-sleeper room which has 1 king bed and 1 single bed, including a mini living room and a very cozy toilet. Shower and toilet have separate doors. 2/ Amenities: Hotel has the usual hot water, hot seat smart toilet, floor heating for winter and aircon for summer. We arrived in mid May - weather around 15-25 degree celsius, not in need of heater but they wont allow opening the airconditioner yet. It was manageable and the staff was very accommodating in explaining this to us. 3/ Other amenities- Hot jacuzzi-like pools to swim or soak in: the staff were very attentive and reheated the water whenever we needed! There is a coffee shop to hang around in, and the breakfast is also really good. They allow options to choose from. There is a Yak meat hotpot available to order for lunch or dinner and the serving is generous; food is good. There’s also a common clothes washing machine and dryer with free detergent. There are also ******* costumes free for borrowing. 3/ Free ride going to Jiuzhagou Park- the staff brought us to the park using the hotel van in the 2 days we are here. Once, the driver was out, and the hotel manager drove us instead. As for the ride home, we just called Didi for a 15min drive, costing only around 20RMB and almost no waiting time needed. 4/ Why service is top notch: - As we had an early train ride on our last day and the breakfast is not open yet, the staff prepared a bag of bread and milk for us instead. - the Hotel Manager helped my mom buy lunch through ******* when she was alone in the hotel for the day. He even paid for the food first and we paid him upon coming back. Foreigners can have a good stay especially if you have Wechat issues. Thank you! Wish we could stay longer. The place is relaxing and aesthetic and the staff are top notch!

Il Jiuzhaigou Licheng Garden Hotel merita sicuramente un soggiorno! Preferisco gli hotel relativamente nuovi, perché possono imparare dall'esperienza e dalle lezioni apprese dagli hotel più datati. Questo hotel ha una hall spaziosa e luminosa, molto accogliente. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati rapidi e senza intoppi. Le camere sono semplici, luminose e ben attrezzate, con un ottimo riscaldamento. La colazione offre una scelta varia e abbondante, e la cena è deliziosa e a prezzi ragionevoli. Un'esperienza personale che ho vissuto questa volta mi ha spinto a scrivere questa recensione. Al momento del check-in, il mio telefono si stava scaricando e non riuscivo a trovare un power bank. In quel momento, la signorina Hu (numero 7) mi ha gentilmente prestato il suo telefono e lo ha usato per prendere in prestito un power bank in modo che potessi caricarlo urgentemente. Ha anche cercato un caricabatterie per me. È stato un piccolo gesto, ma questa proattività nel soddisfare le esigenze del cliente e risolvere i problemi è stata davvero toccante. Rispetto a un vecchio hotel appena fuori dall'ingresso che costa oltre 700 yuan a notte, questo hotel è di gran lunga superiore. L'unico inconveniente è che si trova a circa 5 chilometri dall'ingresso, quindi è necessario utilizzare la navetta gratuita dell'hotel. Un taxi costerebbe circa dieci yuan.

Beautiful Hotel and Excellent Service in Jiuzhaigou I had a wonderful New Year holiday at Hotel Indigo Jiuzhai By IHG. The hotel is located about 10–12 km from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, just a 15–20 minute drive by car. The hotel offers a cozy atmosphere, elegant interiors with strong ******* cultural elements, and a pleasant light fragrance. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. I tried some traditional ******* dishes, and they were absolutely delicious. The hotel also provides professional photography services to capture beautiful moments. What impressed me most was the staff—extremely enthusiastic, friendly, and attentive, even though most of them don’t speak English. Before leaving, I received great assistance from a staff member named Bunny Wu, who helped me book transportation from the hotel to Huanglong High-Speed Railway Station. Thanks to Bunny, I saved a significant amount of money. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very happy throughout my holiday. This is definitely a destination worth experiencing when visiting Jiuzhaigou!

A very peaceful stay with a beautiful view. Breakfast is included, which is a nice bonus. After check-in, the staff will drive you to your room by car since it’s a bit far from the main reception. If you need transport or a personal driver to travel around, you can also request it from the hotel before heading to Jiuzhaigou — they will provide a trusted contact so you’ll feel more secure. Overall, everything was good and perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

Durante il mio viaggio a Jiuzhaigou, ho scelto questo hotel con ottime recensioni online. Appena entrato nella hall, sono stato subito accolto calorosamente dal personale della reception. Sapendo che era la nostra prima volta qui, ci hanno immediatamente fornito informazioni sulla situazione del parco, le previsioni del tempo per i due giorni successivi e altro ancora. Oltre a sbrigare velocemente le procedure di check-in, ci hanno anche offerto della frutta locale da assaggiare. Ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. La camera, sebbene un po' piccola, era ottima sotto ogni aspetto. Una cosa davvero particolare e comodissima è stata la possibilità di regolare l'aria condizionata centralizzata con un telecomando, direttamente dal letto. Un dettaglio davvero geniale!

We stayed at Howard Johnson for 3 nights in mid April. This is an old 5 stars hotel. It is a very big hotel (probably the largest in Juizhaigo). The room I was allocated was clean. The two beds were very comfortable. The toilet and bathroom were well maintained and clean. Because it is an old hotel, the furnishing etc is like that of a old 5 stars hotel. Not the modern type. The room is very big, with a lounge area next to the fire place (artificial). Our room had the valley view. Upon check in we were given a welcome gift set consisting of nuts, cakes and fruits - a very thoughtful gesture. The breakfast buffet is varied and had sufficient choices. Good variety and adequate. Besides the usual Chinese fares, they do have bread, eggs, sausage, bacons etc. We booked the room with buffet dinners. The dinners were very decent and adequate choice. I like the steamed fish and the beef offal and some small local biscuits as part of the desert. We like the buffet dinners because it save us from hunting for dinners during the evening (after a long day at the Juizhaigou Park). Nevertheless, there are many food outlets and restaurants and convenient stores very near the hotel. There is even a bakery a short walk away. Unlike certain other hotels, finding outside food can be a problem. It is very easy to call a Didi to go to and from the hotel to the Juizhaigou Park. Costs us between 13 to 24 yuan per way, depending on the time and the jam. The Park is about 6.5 km away. Avoid the taxis because the fare can be very much more expensive. The good thing about this hotel is that the bus to and from the high speed train station can stop directly opposite the hotel. It is one of their designated stops. The Romantic Show Centre is next to this hotel.

The hotel is large, clean, and well maintained, with generously sized rooms suitable for families. Overall cleanliness met expectations. However, the stay was affected by several issues, most notably a non-functional heater over two nights, which severely impacted comfort in the cold climate. The entire family had to wear thick jackets in the room. There were also some smaller maintenance and check-in issues. Management reviewed our feedback and provided partial compensation, which was appreciated. Overall, a mixed experience with good facilities but room for improvement in basic room readiness.
