UUtente ospiteA very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Coin laundry(cash only) is 300¥ for each load of washing ( laundry detergent will automatically add in) and 100¥ for 30mins dry. Coin exchange avail at Check-in desk. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again.

SShin AlterAs with the other reviews here. Their location is everything. The airport limousine bus stops extremely close by this hotel. Just few mins walk to reach. Further, this hotel connects directly underground to Pole Town shopping and the subway (Namboku line), traveling around is extremely convenient; few hotels that are so strategically located as this one! Plenty of food and konbini options (Seicomart right next door) around as well because this hotel is right outside Tanukikoji shopping street. There are also McD and MOS burgers nearby.
Something I don't like is the room they gave me is on the lowest floor, even when I requested a high floor very early on. The walking traffic light chirping sound outside is very loud and I can hear it in the room (thankfully it was off during sleeping time). As for the staff, there is a mix of foreigners (some Nepalese and Thai) and Japanese local, all of which are very helpful.
Although they said housekeeping only every 7 days, but they collected the trash and change towels daily; even made up our bed, i think the only thing they didn't do is change your bedsheets everyday. Twin room is quite spacious for 2 person, we can open up our luggage no problem.
Express check out available just drop your key inside the lift.
Overall I'm very happy and it's a pleasant experience! (except for the loud traffic bird sound)

UUtente anonimoSuper convenient location—just a 5-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station! The closest access is via the North Exit, though you can also pass through the building currently under construction (formerly Esta Sapporo).
The airport bus stop is right across from Daimaru, about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. There’s also a 7-Eleven on the corner, which is really convenient for quick snacks or essentials.
The hotel has a modern, stylish feel. The twin room is spacious enough to comfortably open two large suitcases, which is a big plus. The bathroom and toilet are separate, adding extra convenience. The only small downside is that the clothing rack space is a bit limited.
Overall, a great stay—highly recommended!

CCharmayne LowBooked this hotel for the public onsen included and it didn’t disappoint! Separate public onsens for gents and ladies, and the facilities was very clean. Rooms were a little bit older than other hotels around the area like JR Inn, but the onsen was a great plus!

UUtente ospiteThe room size although quite tight for 2 people but nevertheless it is comfortable. The room amenities was quite good too. The staff was helpful during my stay there and although the hotel didn’t provide any airport transfer service, but you may ask the front lobby to book your taxi. The best things was the hotel provide a luggage storage services. The location wise although not that close, but it’s quite convenient, a 6-7 minutes walk to the nearest station and 4 minutes walk to the tram.

PPooM RagL'hotel è situato a pochi passi dalla stazione, circa 5 a 8-minute. La camera gemella non è troppo crampi e è abbastanza comoda per dormire. Tuttavia, forniscono solo una culla per persona, e è un po' sul lato piatto.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel was in a good location near subway Toho line exit 21 or opposite street exit 24 with elevator access.
Check in process really simple using the machine with passport scanner and room card issued for each person. Staff greeted us nicely and explained the room cleaning schedule (once every 3 day is must and optional (eco cleaning) for other days.). You can get all amenity from the front desk including pajamas.
Hotel was standard chain hotel with normal size Japanese Room fit enough with 2 people with limited space for luggage repack. Luggage can be stored under bed so no worries about luggage space. There is a lack of a small table for the bed side but we just slightly pull out the mini
fridge as a small table. Bed was hard but we prefer that way.
Free breakfast provided everyday during the stay on lobby from 0630 to 0930. Menu slightly change daily but consistently with rice, bread, yogurt and tea rice. Breakfast drink have hot tea, yogurt drink (Hokkaido milk yogurt drink. Highly recommend) and fruit drink. Coffee machine served from 0600 to 0000 daily.
Vending machine for drink available at lobby but we prefer go to nearby seicomart to buy stuff. Microwave also available on lobby.
Overall I will rate as 7/10 , better than average and best cost per stay if you use city subway alot

Tutto è stato grande, tranne che la stanza non era abbastanza fulmine, i bambini soggiorno gratis, anche se le restrizioni di soggiorno dei bambini erano severe in Giappone, questo è uno dei migliori della stanza di questo hotel. La posizione era conveniente, camminare direttamente può raggiungere il mercato susukino e nijo.Il bonus è che si ottiene un bram gratis per la cena al 9-11pm, il bram è stato assolutamente yum !

JJetarinOverall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel offers great value for money, with a good balance of comfort and price. The location is excellent—convenient and easy to get around, especially in the Susukino area.
The onsen was a big plus. It was clean, relaxing, and not crowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Housekeeping is provided every three days, which was not an issue for me. However, I wish the trash in the room had been collected daily. Leaving garbage in the room for several days felt a bit unhygienic and could be improved.
Aside from that, everything was well-managed, and I would still recommend this hotel for its location, onsen, and overall value.
