Hotel 3 stelle a Sapporo

Non posso raccomandare questo hotel abbastanza – è stato uno dei punti di forza del nostro viaggio Hokkaido! Il servizio di autobus gratuito alla stazione Sapporo e da quella di Sapporo (in entrambi i modi) ha reso tutto così conveniente. Non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi per i taxi o il trasporto pubblico dopo un lungo giorno – solo saltare e rilassarsi. Super pensativo e ci ha salvato un sacco di disturbo. La decorazione è bellissimo stile giapponese tradizionale – pensa eleganti tatami camere, schermi di shoji, e quella autentica vibe ryokan. Il bagno è assolutamente fantastico! La qualità dell'acqua è eccellente, le strutture sono pulite e ben mantenute, e le viste (soprattutto il bagno esterno) sono stupende – così rilassante dopo aver esplorato la zona di Sapporo o Jozankei. Una delle migliori esperienze che abbia mai avuto. Il buffet per colazione è stato un vero trattamento: gli ingredienti freschi di Hokkaido brillano attraverso, con meravigliosi alimenti marini (uni, salmone roe, pesce sashimi-grade), piante locali e piatti di alta qualità. Tutto ha saputo super fresco e delizioso – perfetto modo di iniziare il giorno. Offrono anche vino caldo e servizio vino spugnante in una serata – un bel toccamento! Ci piaceva davvero la segatura mentre sventravamo. Sinceramente, non posso dire abbastanza buone cose. Grande valore, autentica atmosfera, onsen di top-notch, e extra pensieri. Molto raccomandato! 🌸♨️

The cleaning service is very strange, it fully cleans every 2 days the room. We were staying for 3 nights, and they didn’t clean our room on the designated day. The front desk staff, especially two rather skinny men, their attitude was not nice, we asked them why the room wasn’t cleaned and the cleaning staff told them we asked them not to, which was a complete lie. My boyfriend asked them if it was possible to change the sheets, the front desk staff just straight up laughed at him, we don’t understand this type of behavior. This hotel need to do a better job at staff training. On a last note, I do think that we deserve the service we paid for, this room wasn’t particularly cheap. We’ve been to Japan more than 5 times and this is the first encounter of difficult attitude with the hotel staff.

Nice new hotel where we enjoyed our 6 night stay in a quiet area in Susukino. Good breakfast but limited selection. Nice public bath although I wish they had a gym or fitness center. Cons are there was no early check-ins or late check-out options. Only ckeaned our room once in our 6 night stay so almost like an AirBnB. Also only had 2 laundry machines so may have to wait to use. We switched to a Holiday Inn 2 blocks over for the next 8 days of our Sapporo stay. They allowed 12 noon early check-in plus bigger breakfast selection and 8 laundry machines. Happy we made the switch.

La camera è più grande del previsto. Ci stanno comodamente due valigie di medie dimensioni. È dotata di tutto il necessario, ha una buona illuminazione, è luminosa e ha un bagno e una toilette separati. Pulita e accogliente! Avevo una camera doppia con letti singoli proprio in fondo al corridoio. L'hotel fornisce spazzolini e dentifricio, e anche olio detergente, tonico, detergente viso e crema in piccole confezioni monodose. Gli articoli si trovano nella hall dell'hotel. La colazione a buffet giapponese a pagamento viene servita al secondo piano. Il check-in e il check-out sono rapidi e semplici. L'hotel si trova vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti.

Very convenient location; walking distance to central Susukino, Nijo Market, Tanukikoji, Oodori Park and subways. Staff are friendly. Room size is typical for a Japanese hotel. A bathtub is nice. I just wish I was able to watch Youtube and Netflix on the TV.

I have stayed there for 6 days. Every morning, we were greeted by the energetic and friendly staff who are preparing the breakfast when we pass by. For every single day, the same amount of energy which makes us feel home. They served simple yet good food and we really enjoy it. Every night, when we come back after a long, cold day of trip outside, the staff served hot soup which is suitable. The staff at the reception counter will also greet you. I dont really get what they said but i guess they welcome you home. I hope management who see this comment can please help to tell the staffs that they did a good job. I stayed at many japan hotel and the level of welcoming here is really above the average hotels. Take care and hope to go Hokkaido again! Matane!

I recently stayed at Hotel Mystays Sapporo Susukino and overall had a comfortable and convenient experience that suited my travel style perfectly. The hotel is located in the heart of Susukino, Sapporo’s most vibrant entertainment and dining district, which makes it an excellent base for exploring the city. It is about a five to seven minute walk from Susukino Subway Station, giving easy access to other parts of Sapporo, including Odori Park and Sapporo Station. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants, ramen shops, convenience stores, cafes, and nightlife spots, so finding something to eat at any hour is never a problem. Despite being in a lively neighborhood, the hotel itself feels calm and secure once inside. The room was compact, as expected for a Japanese city hotel, but it was thoughtfully designed to maximize space. I stayed in a standard room, which had a comfortable bed, a small desk, a flat-screen television, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioning. There was enough space to open a medium-sized suitcase, although travelers with very large luggage might find it slightly tight. The bathroom was clean and functional, with a combined bathtub and shower unit, along with basic toiletries provided. Water pressure was good, and hot water was consistent, which was especially appreciated during the colder Hokkaido weather. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was satisfactory. Housekeeping maintained the room well, and the common areas such as the lobby and hallways were tidy. The staff members were polite and professional, and while not all were fluent in English, communication was smooth and efficient. Check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and quick. One highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet, which featured a mix of Japanese and Western options. There were rice dishes, miso soup, grilled fish, salads, bread, eggs, and several local Hokkaido ingredients. It was a convenient way to start the day, especially before heading out for sightseeing. The hotel also offers practical amenities such as free Wi-Fi, coin-operated laundry machines, vending machines, and luggage storage services. These facilities make it especially suitable for mid-length stays or travelers moving between cities. Overall, Hotel Mystays Sapporo Susukino delivers solid value for money. While it is not a luxury property, it provides comfort, cleanliness, and a prime location at a reasonable price. I would recommend it to solo travelers, couples, or friends looking for an affordable and well-located hotel in Sapporo.

In generale, la mia esperienza è stata positiva, ma vorrei sottolineare un punto importante per altri viaggiatori. Quando si prenota notti individualmente piuttosto che come una prenotazione continua, il sistema dell'hotel tratta ogni giorno come un nuovo soggiorno che richiede un check-out prima delle 11:00 e un riesame dopo le 3:00 al giorno. Ho fatto 6 prenotazioni separate per una notte a causa di piani di viaggio non confermati in precedenza, che mi hanno messo in questa situazione scomoda, ma il team di supporto di Trip.com è stato incredibilmente utile e ha risolto la questione a mio nome.  Servizio molto apprezzabile grazie, Trip.com!

Ho utilizzato questo hotel per raggiungere l'Università di Hokkaido. Si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione di Toyosui-Susukino. È un po' distante dal centro di Susukino, ma è comodo perché dista solo circa 7 minuti a piedi dai ristoranti Genghis Khan e dal vicolo del ramen. Le camere sono molto pulite e c'è una sauna sul tetto, il che è fantastico. Anche il gelato gratuito e il ramen al miso gratuito a tarda notte sono ottimi. Offrono anche il noleggio di biciclette, sebbene il numero sia limitato. La colazione è deliziosa, con panini caldi, un buffet di insalate e un bar con bevande.

Overall, the stay was comfortable with several thoughtful touches, though there were some design drawbacks. The beds were soft and comfortable, and it was especially convenient that the sofa bed had already been made up for my daughter when we arrived. Toiletries were provided at check-in, which was a nice and practical detail. The concierge staff were consistently polite and helpful, and I appreciated the flavoured water always available in the lobby. The location is also very convenient and made getting around easy. However, the room itself is quite small. The walkway between the door and the beds is extremely narrow, and one side of the bed sits directly against the wall, making it difficult to get out at night without disturbing your partner. My biggest concern was the onsen changing area. When I entered, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Drying my hair there was unpleasant, and when I asked the front desk, I was told it was a designated smoking area. I found this surprising and disappointing, as it’s an enclosed space everyone must pass through to access the baths. Especially since the bath was lovely itself. Overall, the hotel offers comfort, convenience, and friendly service, but the room layout and smoking policy around the onsen detract from the experience.
