Hotel 3 stelle a Sapporo

A very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Coin laundry(cash only) is 300¥ for each load of washing ( laundry detergent will automatically add in) and 100¥ for 30mins dry. Coin exchange avail at Check-in desk. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again.

I loved Nukumori No Yado Furukawa! I was an American solo traveler, but my wife is Japanese (we have 2 boys), so I am very familiar with Japanese culture. I wanted to go to a place that Japanese people would love, not a tourist-focused place. From the moment I entered, the service was excellent. I was greeted, checked in quickly, then accompanied to my room for explanations of how everything operates. My room was very comfortable. The facilities, including bath area, foot soaking areas, lobby, lounges, etc. - were all clean and comfortable. The lounge next to the lobby was a cozy place to relax, and most of the lounges included food and drink during at least some point of the day. I visited in mid-October so the leaves were changing color and the temperature outside was crisp but not too cold. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. I hope to return again with the rest of my family. Highly recommended!

Come con le altre recensioni qui. La loro posizione è tutto. Il bus dell'aeroporto si ferma estremamente vicino a questo hotel. Solo poche minuti a piedi per arrivare. Inoltre, questo hotel collega direttamente sottoterra alla città di Pole e alla metropolitana (linea Namboku), viaggiare intorno è estremamente conveniente; pochi hotel che sono strategicamente situati come questo! Molte opzioni di cibo e conbini (Seicomart a destra) intorno anche perché questo hotel è proprio fuori Tanukikoji shopping street. Qualcosa che non mi piace è che la stanza che mi hanno dato è sul piano più basso, anche quando ho chiesto un piano alto molto presto. Il rumore di traffico che si muove fuori è molto alto e posso sentirlo nella stanza (grazie che era fuori durante il sonno). Per quanto riguarda il personale, c'è una miscela di stranieri (alcune nepalesi e thailandesi) e locali giapponesi, tutti molto utili. Anche se hanno detto di tenere la casa solo ogni sette giorni, hanno raccolto i rifiuti e cambiato i guanti ogni giorno; anche se hanno costruito il nostro letto, penso che l'unica cosa che non hanno fatto è cambiare le vostre labbra ogni giorno. La camera gemella è abbastanza spaziosa per 2 persone, non possiamo aprire il bagaglio. Controlla espressamente disponibile solo getta la chiave dentro l'ascensore. In generale sono molto felice e è una piacevole esperienza! (eccetto il suono di un alto traffico di uccelli)

La stanza è più grande di quanto si potesse aspettare. Possibile mettere 2 bagagli di dimensioni medie. Ha tutte le cose essenziali fornite, abbastanza luce, luminosa e bagno separato e bagno. Pulizia e bello! Ho avuto due camere a destra alla fine del corridoio. Hotel fornito Spugna e pasta dentale, ha anche olio di pulizia, toner, pulizia facciale, crema in piccoli pacchetti individuali. I oggetti sono stati posti al lobby dell'hotel. Colazione buffet giapponese pagata fornita al secondo piano. Check-in e check-out è veloce e semplice. L'hotel è situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, a pochi punti commerciali e cibo vicino.

La posizione perfetta è molto conveniente e camminabile distanza da molti luoghi. Sicuramente ritornerà al soggiorno quando visitare Sapporo. Camera e bagno sono molto puliti e sembrano nuovi. Ci fermiamo per 4 notti. Il personale è amichevole e molto utile. Abbiamo anche goduto il caffè complimentare nella zona di accoglienza. Puoi prendere in prestito da hotel.alcune cose essenziali, come per esempio riciclatori per capelli, taglienti per nagli, cavi.

La posizione dell'hotel è vicina alla metropolitana di Suskino e anche più vicina alla strada per arrivare al centro. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. La camera è super grande e il colazione era decente. Molto raccomandato.

The hotel was in a good location near subway Toho line exit 21 or opposite street exit 24 with elevator access. Check in process really simple using the machine with passport scanner and room card issued for each person. Staff greeted us nicely and explained the room cleaning schedule (once every 3 day is must and optional (eco cleaning) for other days.). You can get all amenity from the front desk including pajamas. Hotel was standard chain hotel with normal size Japanese Room fit enough with 2 people with limited space for luggage repack. Luggage can be stored under bed so no worries about luggage space. There is a lack of a small table for the bed side but we just slightly pull out the mini fridge as a small table. Bed was hard but we prefer that way. Free breakfast provided everyday during the stay on lobby from 0630 to 0930. Menu slightly change daily but consistently with rice, bread, yogurt and tea rice. Breakfast drink have hot tea, yogurt drink (Hokkaido milk yogurt drink. Highly recommend) and fruit drink. Coffee machine served from 0600 to 0000 daily. Vending machine for drink available at lobby but we prefer go to nearby seicomart to buy stuff. Microwave also available on lobby. Overall I will rate as 7/10 , better than average and best cost per stay if you use city subway alot

The place is fairly conveniently and centrally located. Easy to get to many places just by walking. There is a bus stop to the Chitose airport that’s fairly close to the hotel. The breakfast is not bad, although seems to have not changed during my stay. The laundry is slightly costly but amazing, works really well. There are two problems. One is that the bathroom smells bad. I cannot really manage this issue after two days. Another issue is that the elevator to the breakfast restaurant seems to be a bit dirty and there’s no one cleaning it.

good urban hotel in the middle of susukino. I booked twin room accidentally for 1 person . thinking twin room should be able to have 2 people. But apparently you need to specify 2pax when booking. The problem was solved by paying for extra person at check in but I found this a bit confusing / complicated. The person when I called was not very helpful and made the simple problem a bigger one as he didn’t offer solution . In contrast the reception team was nice and welcoming . So be careful to book with correct head count on booking .

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel offers great value for money, with a good balance of comfort and price. The location is excellent—convenient and easy to get around, especially in the Susukino area. The onsen was a big plus. It was clean, relaxing, and not crowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Housekeeping is provided every three days, which was not an issue for me. However, I wish the trash in the room had been collected daily. Leaving garbage in the room for several days felt a bit unhygienic and could be improved. Aside from that, everything was well-managed, and I would still recommend this hotel for its location, onsen, and overall value.
