UUtente ospiteVery close to Odori Park. There is an airport bus stop in front of the hotel near the Sapporo TV Tower, which is very convenient. There is also a tram station located behind the hotel, making transportation even more convenient. The hotel is connected to Odori Subway Station, and the location is excellent.
The staff are very nice, friendly, and provide great service with warm smiles.
The breakfast is decent, nothing fancy but satisfactory. Overall, I was impressed and would recommend staying here.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo esteso il nostro soggiorno e il prezzo è più economico con prenotazione a Trip.com rispetto al sito.L'hotel è di posizione perfetta per shopping e cena che è vicino a Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Il soggiorno è un piacevole hotel con un servizio di accoglienza e un servizio di manutenzione. La finestra è aperta nella stanza per l'aria fresca e il condizionatore d'aria è regolabile con il funzionamento tranquillo. L'isolamento sonoro è buono per me, non ho notato il rumore fuori/al di là. Solo trovato sconvenienza per il lavanderia, perché è sempre occupato con solo 2 set di macchine. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno davvero piacevole e sicuramente torneremo se visitamo Sapporo di nuovo.

We took the airport limousine bus and we were dropped off opposite the hotel we are staying at.
Taking the airport bus to chitose airport also convenient.
At the lobby they have coffee machine and all the necessities like comb, toothbrush etc.

XXINNKONGFirst of all, the location is excellent — it is very close to the JR train station, which makes traveling extremely convenient.
The staff can communicate well in English and are very friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made our stay very pleasant.
The hotel room is clean and modern. I really appreciate that the toilet and bathroom are separated, which feels more hygienic. The bathroom itself is very clean and I am very satisfied with it.
The hotel breakfast deserves special praise — there is a wide variety of choices and everything was delicious.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

SSFkokoThe location of this hotel is perfect. The bus stop to to/from airport is less than 5min. Keep it mind that the bus ride to the airport is cheaper than any other choice. Walk distance to Odori-koen, JR Sapporo station, Tanuki-kouji, and Susukino. There is a massage place opened from 10am - 3am in front of this hotel with very reasonable price! This hotel is in between Japanese convenience stores. Staff at the hotel is fresh and green but very attentive.
I think these points over comes room size. You may have difficulty if you have 2 big suitcases. The photo is my new discover and best find by this hotel, a coffee shop! It’s 1 block away from the hotel. As this hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, I highly recommend this coffee shop for your breakfast.

UUtente anonimoMy husband and I booked a 6 nights stay in this hotel from 9-15 Nov 2025 as the location of this hotel is great (only 10-15 mins walk to Sapporo train station). Our taxi ride from the station to the hotel costs us only 750 yen.
On the first day of check-in everything went smoothly but we wish the front desk duty person was more friendly. He told us that room cleaning/makeup is only on every third day of our stay.
The morning shift’s front desk females are more friendly and helpful. The room cleaning team is more friendly & warm and gave us better impressions than the front desk night duty team. One cleaning lady could even communicate better in English with us than the front desk crew!
Clean towels can be replaced by putting the used ones in the brown bag and place it outside the door and new ones will given in a beige bag.
Toothbrush quality is quite good, comb, disposable shaver, shaving cream, facial cleanser, toner, beauty & cleansing oil, etc & beverages like coffee, green tea, earl tea and sugar are provided in sachets in front of the ground floor lift lobby and it’s self service.
The twin bed room we booked were spacious and could even put in our 1 large and 2 medium size luggage and there was a have dressing table, small couch, coffee table, safe box and a mini fridge. Bathrobes and bedroom footwear were also provided.
There was no clothes wardrobe, only 4 hooks & 4 hangers were provided to hang our winter coats.
The bathroom & room was clean and no odour. Need to step up one big step at the door to access the bathroom. The pillow was too soft, when we asked the male night shift front desk guy and was told ‘no pillow’ without explaining further.
Room window is quite sound-proof despite the hotel is just next to a busy street, we had good night sleep except for 2 nights, we heard loud noise in the mid-night (12am-1am) from other room.
We needed to deliver a big luggage to the airport and to be pick-up by the Yamato shipping company but front desk told us that we are not to leave our luggage at the front desk for Yamato to collect and we had to deliver it to the company ourselves.
Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay in this hotel but I think some customer service training is needed for the front desk team.

JJefxxxxxUna camera accogliente con un’atmosfera accogliente, un’aria condizionata e un ampio spazio per cappotti e giacche. Il letto era molto confortevole, senza distrazione da un inutile corriere decorativo. Il colazione era eccellente e la posizione era molto conveniente.
Sarebbe utile aggiungere un segnale aggiuntivo che chiede agli ospiti di non parlare con il telefono al corridoio, soprattutto a mezzanotte, poiché non tutti gli ospiti sono considerati o consapevoli dei livelli di rumore.

KKennykuokGuido da solo, è comodissimo, ci sono molti parcheggi nelle vicinanze, il minimarket è al piano di sotto, ce ne sono altri tre nelle vicinanze.
Il self-service nella hall ha prodotti per il bucato, il design della camera è davvero comodo e funzionale.
L'unico inconveniente è che non c'è l'acqua, ma il bollitore è molto pulito, niente acqua vecchia e nessun odore, hotel consigliato 👍
