I am not the type of person who usually leaves a review unless I am really impressed. Also, my mom, who traveled and stayed with me at this hotel, told me to give this place a good review and a 5-star rating because of the great experience we had. Even before we arrived, I contacted the hotel to make sure which type of room would fit all of us, and to ask about the weather and what clothes and items we should prepare. We also asked them to make sure that the taxi driver who picked us up from the station was safe and had a work permit. All of our messages were replied to within seconds or minutes. During our stay, they provided a lot of free mineral water bottles, which was very important for us, so we never ran out of water. They also provided very good and complete amenities. On the first night, the floor heater in our room was not working, so they gave us an additional large heater, which made the room very warm and comfortable. They also provided drop off and pick up service to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which really helped us, so we didn’t need to walk about 800 meters to 1 km in below-zero temperatures. They even helped us book a taxi when we were going back to the station. Although they missed our request for a bigger car (since there were four of us with big luggage), I understand that it was difficult to find that kind of car at that time. The driver who took us — I’m not sure, who he is, but I think he is the boss (since the staff, asked lots of questions to him)— could speak English quite well and understood us even though we spoke broken Chinese. They also gave us a late check out at 3pm Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying here. They treated us not just as guests or customers, but really cared about making sure we had the best experience while visiting Jiuzhaigou. The only downside of this hotel is that the bathroom is a bit small and there are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. However, this was not a big issue for us at all. I highly recommend everyone to book this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Bijiaxiaozhu. The location was very good —within walking distance to food and attractions. Our room was spacious, clean, no smoke smell. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating and organised transport for us to the JZG national park. They also helped us to organise transport from the park to the train station. We especially enjoyed the traditional complimentary breakfast, they provided many different foods. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Nice little hotel at a very popular area. Like many of the other hotels it is in a building nestled between other buildings. Its a 4 storey hotel side by side with other hotels. Windows open up to give you a view of the alley between buildings with the wall of the next building less than 2 meters away. This is good enough for 1-2 nights stay when visiting the Jiuzhaigou park. You can walk to the park entrance which is less than a kilometer away. Room is well kept, clean and warm. Bathroom has ventilation and hot water all the time. The bed and pillows are harder than my usual bed so I did not sleep well. Others might find it just right. Disposable towels are provided which is basically like wiping with a large piece of absorbent paper. This is fine in Autumn and Winter as the water dries off your body quickly. For better self comfort bring your own small towel. They clean the room daily but do not make the bed so as not to touch personal items. There is no lift but the hotel staff will help you to carry your bags to your room. Value for money. For this price cannot expect too much.

Excellent ratio price/quality! The boss is nice and patiently answered all of my questions. However, he cannot help planning trips to Jiuzhaigou valley. He offers free drop-offs and free pickups, which is very convenient. As for the room, it was nice and clean, the bed seemed more comfortable (softer) than average hostel beds in China. The shower is in the same room as the toilet but because the bathroom is big, the toilet doesn’t get wet. I’m a solo traveller, so I was afraid in terms of transportation, but the boss helped me get to the places I wanted to for a low cost. For example, he helped me book a carpool to go from the railway station to his hotel. One of my highlights of this stay is when the boss informed me that there were two restaurants and one convenient store that were one minute away of walk from the hotel. They open at 6 am and the prices are fair, which is very convenient. The restaurant that is more uphill even has a vegetarian section, which I was very grateful for since I don’t eat meat. Oh and there’s no fridge in the hotel.

La stanza è particolarmente pulita, dimentica di fotografare, il figlio ha un po'di disagio, la farmacia di prima mattina non ha aperto la porta. Il capo ha trovato rapidamente il liquido di aria fresca dalla sua casa, per andare alla zona sceneggiata. Tutto è tutto a posto. Il capo è particolarmente entusiasta. Veramente ottimo, strutture complete, c'è anche un ascensore al 4° piano. Le camere hanno aria condizionata, coperte elettriche e specchi anti-appannamento. Il proprietario e il personale della reception sono stati davvero gentili e disponibili! Ci sono anche molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze, con un'ampia varietà di piatti. L'hotel è molto vicino all'ingresso della zona panoramica ed è facile da trovare. Basta proseguire per 400 metri dal parcheggio di Moon Bay e lo troverete sulla sinistra. Inoltre, c'è un parcheggio proprio di fronte, il che è comodo per chi viaggia in auto!

Non posso sopportare di scrivere un complimento appena uscito dalla stanza. Questa gente è davvero troppo insulta per me!Quando il vento e il vento in legno sono stati riempiti dalla porta, sono stati ricoperti da un tono di legno in legno caldo. L'hotel è molto vicino all'ingresso del parco di Jiuzhaigou, a soli dieci minuti a piedi lungo il fiume. Offre una camera familiare con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, perfetta per chi viaggia con bambini, e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Nota: l'hotel ha un edificio principale e un annesso laterale. L'edificio principale ha un'ottima insonorizzazione e camere più grandi, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Inizialmente avevamo prenotato una camera in offerta speciale nell'annesso, ma l'abbiamo cancellata prima del check-in, poiché l'edificio principale è più confortevole. Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti con la famiglia, occupando quattro camere in totale. In una camera l'acqua calda non era molto forte e in un'altra lo scarico era un po' intasato, ma per il resto tutto bene.

Questa stanza di campanella dell'hotel mi fa davvero super soddisfatto!La stanza è pulita e luminosa, il letto è morbido e duro, e non si sente completamente nulla finche'alza.L'impianto di lavanderia è nuovo, l'acqua calda viene veloce e la quantità di acqua è sufficiente.Il servizio della ricetta è entusiasta, il soggiorno è molto efficace e una grande esperienza!
