MMs Foo and Ms JiangWe were very pleased with our experience at The Sanchaya! Greg and his staff were so hospitable we felt comfortable and at ease from the moment we arrived at the Ferry Terminal.
The service and facilities were excellent..from the room service to the dining areas. Movie Choices were so updated and wide. Good quality toiletries and snacks in the room minibar
We had a little miscommunication about a service fee and were so grateful that they patiently hear us out and resolved it quickly.
Thank you Greg, Nawa, Madon, Wawan, Vivi and all the staff at The Sanchaya for a memorable stay!

UUtente anonimoIt was easy to engage with Sadi Beach House to arrange for transport for arrival and departure. Driver was on time and brought us as requested to shop for some small titbits and snacks along the way. Sadi Beach House also recommended venues for sight seeing as we arrived early on Bintan island. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are clean and facilities are good. Spa services and room service made easy. Food is goood and also have access to nearby restaurants and kelong for seafood. Small little things to do around here like swimming, cockle picking, kayaking and can arrange with vendors to go for other activities elsewhere. Value for money for the peace and quiet and efficient and prompt communication with staff here. Small number of available rooms so it’s nice and quiet.

UUtente ospiteWe have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

UUtente ospiteDopo aver letto alcune recensioni sull'Agro Hotel Bintan, ho deciso di soggiornare lì perché era vicino al centro immersioni dove avevo programmato di immergermi, la camera con vista mare era molto grande, recentemente ristrutturata e molto pulita. Il personale dell'hotel è molto disponibile, in particolare Yuni, che accoglie sempre gli ospiti con un sorriso e risponde a tutte le mie domande. La colazione inclusa era buona, con diverse varietà di cibo per soddisfare tutti i visitatori, l'unica piccola cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato il cibo nei due ristoranti lì, il cibo arrivava sempre semi-freddo e non molto gustoso. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

SShiju JohnUn posto fantastico per rimanere se si deve solo rilassarsi e ricarrare in pace. Solo tempo vuoto seduto nel patio della vostra villa di vista del mare e godere di guardare il mare o camminare lungo la spiaggia raccogliendo le cascate di mare e trovare crab di muffa bambino all'interno delle cascate di mare. Non è stata la nostra prima volta che siamo rimasti a Mayang Sari o ad una delle altre proprietà di Nirwana, quindi il personale sorridente con i loro impeccabili livelli di servizio non è mai una sorpresa, ma sempre un piacere. Mayang Sari ha un ristorante privato, il Deli Cafe, dove si possono ottenere delicazioni e bevande locali e occidentali, e un ristorante indiano, Spice, che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da Mayang Sari, e Nirwana ha anche un ristorante privato. Il terminale di traghetto è molto conveniente, ma una chiamata dice che questo è Lagoi, quindi non aspettare che ci siano centri intorno, e il centro della città cade nella zona di Tanjung Pinang.

DDMBDMBHotel was clean and located in the Lagoi resort area which is where we wanted to be, however the hotel seems old, the gym was a sad excuse with just dumbbells, order food at the rooftop cafe, quiet flavourless, service was good despite the hotel being empty but was still asked to check in at 3pm or pay IDR200k luckily this was not much of an issue as we had activities arranged, that said the room was comfortable enough however the AC stopped working the last night I was there and didn’t come on again causing me to lose sleep.

FfelixnswaustThe highlights of the Aston are the staff and the pool. In my opinion it's only 3 stars. I stayed in room 225. It was very musty smelling. I had the window open 24/7 and because I stayed 11 nights I bought room deodoriser to try and reduce the mustiness. I also needed to clean the mould and soap scum off the tiles and shower recess glass. My room needed renovation. The carpet needs to be replaced with hard flooring. The urnishings are dated. The restaurant is large but the menu is uninspiring. Very few vegetarian options.

Mmarie louise oi lengOttimo ubicazione lontano dai soliti parchi acquatici e turisti. L'hotel è solo un hr dal terminale di traghetto, per un canone aggiuntivo, possono organizzare pick-up/drop off. La stanza è molto meglio delle foto pubblicizzate. Ogni attrezzatura che si può pensare è disponibile, tra cui crema repelente insetto. Questo è il luogo di soggiorno se si vuole essere vicino alla natura. Ci sono poche specie di regali, pipistrelli e veloci, raptori, ecc solo per citare pochi. L'accento principale di questo posto è quando il tempo è basso, si può camminare e andare a caccia ai pesci, individuare diverse specie di crab, e mudskipper, ecc. Poiché è una spiaggia mangrova, inevitabilmente ci sono le lame di sabbia, quindi è importante coprire quando si va alla spiaggia. Il personale è amichevole e il cibo è sorprendente.
