UUtente ospiteThe hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish.
Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner.
However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top.
In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and amenities was Secntia brand which was nice. The check-in snd check out process was seamless, service staff was great throughout as they were always greeted us with a smile, very friendly and helpful (shoutout to willy, ilman,tommy, adel & many more). We loved the hotel's pool area, and the breakfast buffet could have more live stations and variety. The location was near Plaza Lagoi & i would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

NNotcommonOur stay was just perfect. It is a beautiful Balinese traditional set-up villa, every staff was friendly and so kind and it really touched my heart. It's a bit old property but perfectly maintained, I didn't feel it's old at all and I was rather impressed how well they kept this beautiful villa. You can also notice a great attention to detials, the person (people) came up with this design and architect must be genius! I was worried after seeing the review on bugs, yes there are bugs, but it's perfectly natural cause the villa is in the middle of the nature! That's the charm of this resort. I would be concerned if they use too much chemicals to kill the bugs. I hate bugs but there was nothing harmful - like a roach I always see in HK.. so I was totally ok! There are cute lizards roaming around too, I really loved watching them. I really enjoyed staying in Banyan Tree but most of all it was people who made my stay memorable - everyone smiles and greeted so nicely which really made my trip. They were very attentive and accommodating too. I wish I could go back one day!

OOhceegeeWe had an amazing anniversary stay at Natra Bintan. The team surprised us with an upgrade to a lagoon-view tent, complete with a beautiful room setup and cake to celebrate our special day. The glamping tent was spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views.
We truly enjoyed a relaxing massage, delicious meals at The Patio, and quality time at the Crystal Lagoon. The staff’s thoughtful touches and warm hospitality made the whole experience unforgettable.
Highly recommended for a romantic and peaceful getaway near Singapore.

tutto molto comodo. fondamentalmente ti vengono a prendere per andare ovunque con il passeggino. il servizio è buono anche tutti molto sorridenti e disponibili
cibo quindi non puoi aspettarti molto ma un menù ampio. hanno una cucina diversa
la camera è bella ma se piove il rumore è piuttosto forte. questa camera del resort non ha la tv.
attività.
l'enorme laguna è profonda 2,5 m quindi fondamentalmente tutti coloro che entrano in piscina devono indossare il giubbotto di salvataggio. ci sono scivoli, parco giochi gonfiabile. alcune pagaie d'acqua, gommoni ecc.
un bel po' di cose con cui giocare ma solo la piscina è profonda. con i bambini devi usare la potenza degli occhi.

UUtente ospiteWe have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

UUtente ospiteIo e il mio amico abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura. L'atmosfera era tranquilla e la nostra camera era pulita e spaziosa. Il servizio è stato fantastico, con personale cordiale e attento! L'hotel si trova a circa 1 ora e 20 minuti dal terminal dei traghetti di Bintan, il che lo rende un po' isolato dalle zone più affollate. Se preferite un'atmosfera vivace, la vita da spiaggia e un lungomare pulito, questo hotel potrebbe non essere la scelta migliore. Tuttavia, se cercate tranquillità e un posto dove rilassarvi e chiacchierare con un buon amico, questo è il posto perfetto!
Un inconveniente che abbiamo riscontrato è stata la presenza di insetti volanti. Durante i pasti, soprattutto la sera, mosche e zanzare ci svolazzavano intorno. Inoltre, c'erano gatti randagi nelle vicinanze, il che potrebbe essere un problema se non amate i gatti.
Detto questo, ci siamo davvero goduti il nostro soggiorno!

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at the seaview chalet which was spacious and the view superb. The beach was clean. Service at the spa, front counter, restaurant and hse keeping were also top notched and taxi booking was fuss free. We walked about 5 to 10 minutes to Nirwana resort and enjoyed the pool and some activities. Food and service at Mayang was much better than Nirwana. The breakfast was acceptable for me with slight changes everyday (mie goreng was v nice!). Small gripes - there was no bathtub or whirlpool and the tv resolution was gritty. Otherwise perfect. Thk you for the relaxing holiday!

Mmarie louise oi lengOttimo ubicazione lontano dai soliti parchi acquatici e turisti. L'hotel è solo un hr dal terminale di traghetto, per un canone aggiuntivo, possono organizzare pick-up/drop off. La stanza è molto meglio delle foto pubblicizzate. Ogni attrezzatura che si può pensare è disponibile, tra cui crema repelente insetto. Questo è il luogo di soggiorno se si vuole essere vicino alla natura. Ci sono poche specie di regali, pipistrelli e veloci, raptori, ecc solo per citare pochi. L'accento principale di questo posto è quando il tempo è basso, si può camminare e andare a caccia ai pesci, individuare diverse specie di crab, e mudskipper, ecc. Poiché è una spiaggia mangrova, inevitabilmente ci sono le lame di sabbia, quindi è importante coprire quando si va alla spiaggia. Il personale è amichevole e il cibo è sorprendente.

As it’s located in a rather remote area, there isn’t much in the immediate surroundings, and activities are quite limited unless you're willing to travel out to the main city, which is about an hour’s drive away.
