UUtente ospiteThe hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish.
Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner.
However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top.
In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

La tranquillità e la pace insieme a buon colazione sono stati ciò che mia moglie e io stavamo molto atteso ...a distanza dalla rabbia e dalla bustina. E' un'arte questi giorni solo sedersi indietro e riconnettersi tra di loro e forse fare ...no, tranne godere della società dell'altro ...
Abbiamo avuto uno dei calamari più deliziosi, in una delle più profonde, a Kelong Elly, situato vicino alla casa di spiaggia SADI. Le 2 notti trascorse a SADI sono state una grande esperienza.
L'Equipe SADI ha prestato molta attenzione e ha reso memorabile ogni parte del nostro soggiorno. Guardandoci in attesa di visitare la prossima volta con un gruppo di amici che cercano la pace!
Specialmente menzionato a Tika e Irma, il personale di servizio clienti, che mi ha collegato via WhatsApp prima della nostra arrivo, in modo da essere consapevoli del necessario. Molto apprezzato.
In generale, ci sentiamo ricaricati dopo il nostro soggiorno.😊🙏🏼

UUtente ospiteWe have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

UUtente ospiteStay was truly fantastic. The resort overall is absolutely beautiful, and the room was just as lovely and comfortable. The breakfast spread was rly rly good w so many delicious options to enjoy.
A special thank you to the buggy attendants, especially Bapak Kasir and Bapak Sufian, the front office team Ibu Hotna and Xavier, and Bapak Rizky from reservations. The housekeeping team and all the treetops staff as well!
Everyone was so so kind and genuine which made our stay even more memorable 💛

UUtente anonimoNatra bintan è uno dei migliori “hotel bonvoy mariotto” che abbiamo soggiornato- c'è servizio è top notch da 1.preparing la nostra camera con complimenti di compleanno e 2.impromptu richieste di complimenti di compleanno Jingle per mia figlia durante il nostro colazione - grazie alla loro bella Ristorante in servizio ; buffet per colazione è anche grande 3. Il campo di tenda è fantastico molto spazioso e confortevole per un soggiorno di famiglia 4. Le viste e la piscina sono davvero rilassanti 5. Molto speciale grazie al loro manager operativo “anung” ha offerto un'estensione complimentare per renderci tutti caldi e confortevoli mentre aspettando il nostro tempo di partenza .

AAlex Chan Chee WahGenerally is a good experience for a family stay.
The villa is big and spacious. Both rooms are clean and tidy. We have in house BBQ session.
Drawback is the toilet is open style with easy access for the flies and mosquitoes.
The breakfast menu is acceptable.
But for the 3 nights, we prefer to have dinner outside instead as the price is not that attractive.

SShiju JohnUn posto fantastico per rimanere se si deve solo rilassarsi e ricarrare in pace. Solo tempo vuoto seduto nel patio della vostra villa di vista del mare e godere di guardare il mare o camminare lungo la spiaggia raccogliendo le cascate di mare e trovare crab di muffa bambino all'interno delle cascate di mare. Non è stata la nostra prima volta che siamo rimasti a Mayang Sari o ad una delle altre proprietà di Nirwana, quindi il personale sorridente con i loro impeccabili livelli di servizio non è mai una sorpresa, ma sempre un piacere. Mayang Sari ha un ristorante privato, il Deli Cafe, dove si possono ottenere delicazioni e bevande locali e occidentali, e un ristorante indiano, Spice, che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da Mayang Sari, e Nirwana ha anche un ristorante privato. Il terminale di traghetto è molto conveniente, ma una chiamata dice che questo è Lagoi, quindi non aspettare che ci siano centri intorno, e il centro della città cade nella zona di Tanjung Pinang.

UUtente ospiteThis is my second time staying in Aston. The service is impeccable and the staff are the most friendliest and helpful people. The rooms are kept clean daily with fresh towels always available. The restaurant is cosy with really good variety of both western and delicious Indonesian traditional food.
The hotel’s location is just a stone’s throw away from lots of eateries and restaurants, museums and tourist spots.
The swimming pool has a children’s pool and mini water park. Great for families with young children.
The adult pool is always clean and big enough for a good workout.
I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come again.

MMayer ChanIl check-in è stato veloce e semplice. Le camere erano già fredde a 16 °C con una tessera inserita nel sistema. Molto apprezzato visto il caldo torrido.
La piscina era piccola. Più per rilassarsi che per nuotare.
La palestra era piccola. Chiusa da una vetrata con la parte superiore all'aperto, quindi può essere molto calda e umida. Il tapis roulant era pietoso. È più un tapis roulant da casa che uno che si trova di solito negli hotel.
Il mio gruppo di 14 adulti ha deciso di cenare al bar/ristorante. Il menu è limitato ma sufficiente per provare la cucina locale. Purtroppo, il cibo era molto lento e arrivava a pezzi, ad esempio un piatto è arrivato dopo 10-15 minuti di attesa. Immaginate 14 adulti che ordinano più piatti + bevande? Dobbiamo aver ordinato più di 30 piatti, bevande escluse. Solo negli ultimi 20 minuti della nostra cena sono usciti dalla cucina molti piatti contemporaneamente. Il personale non era sicuramente preparato a gestire tali ordini la sera. Alcuni piatti, come il satay, erano freddi. Alcuni piatti sono stati saltati. Davvero deludente.
Il personale di sala è stato gentile e paziente.
La colazione era decisamente migliore. Molti piatti e una vasta scelta.
Questo hotel sembra essere una scelta popolare tra i cittadini cinesi. L'intero hotel era pieno di gente durante la colazione.

Alberghi/ strutture - grande per il prezzo. Molto poche attività da fare che si può prenotare attraverso il resort, a prezzi ragionevoli. Piscina è bella, e ci sono molte piccole aree tranquille da raffreddare. Servizio dal personale è davvero grande
Alimento - non c'è nessun Uber / prendi qui, quindi risolvete tutti i cibi al resort. Il cibo è gioioso e ragionevolmente prezzi!
Localizzazione - More of a boutique resort I’d say, nestled in a quiet campung by the beach and surrounded by mangroves. No Uber / grab from the ferry terminal so you have to drive or book with them for IDR400K. It’s an hour’s journey with a comfortable car.
Massaggio - EXCELENTE massaggio giavanense, i terapeuti sanno cosa stanno facendo. È situato sulla spiaggia che è davvero tranquillo
