UUtente ospiteMolto soddisfatto di entrare nella porta per parcheggiare un buon auto, ci ha un auto all'interno dell'hotel per prendere il nostro soggiorno sulla reception.L'ambiente è molto buono sul lato della spiaggia senza la piscina.La stanza soddisfa tutte le mie fantasie sull'hotel vacanze. Qualcosa di cui WhatsApp ha contattato anche i camerieri in qualsiasi momento è che abbiamo sbagliato il tempo dell'aereo, e il cameriere ha scoperto che per evitare che arriviamo all'aeroporto presto per rimanere in hotel per un po'.

Service and food could be better.
Breakfast and Dinner are served as buffet. Dinner can also be in one of their separate restaurants which offer a la carte menu. Restaurants needs separate reservation and we needed to wait two days to get a spot. Buffet food is not the best if I need to judge but it’s something subjective.
Service level is good but not great. Something we also experienced in another hotel on the island.
Hotel has created their own beach which is a kind of bay. So if you are looking for a perfect sand beach, just be aware.

On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome.
The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice.
We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food.
The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for.
Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience:
- Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness
- Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful
- Rooms didn’t feel clean
- Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast
- Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it)
We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

UUtente ospiteNous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre, les buffets étaient très appréciés du point de vue de la nourriture, qualité et diversité. Manger avec la vue sur l’océan a été très appréciable. Le personnel très présent et bienveillant, ainsi que d’une grande gentillesse.
Merci infiniment à Emilie pour ses conseils et disponibilité.
Merci au chef pour le repas que nous avons dégusté, le plateau de fruits de mer, car ça été un moment inoubliable.
Concernant le SPA, dont nous avons fait un massage en duo, avec bain, merci à Sweta et Léanne pour leur professionnalisme et la qualité de leur travail. J’ai également fait une manucure avec pose vernis semi-permanent avec Léanne et son travail fût top 👍🏻

Nous remercions tout le personnel ainsi que les managers du complexe Tamarina, car notre séjour s’est extrêmement bien passé, dans un cadre calme et de toute beauté.

AAndy AzSeemed like a new hotel with amazing service and very polite and courteous staff. Pricewise, the quality you get in this hotel surpasses many others that charge you twice as much. It's in a serene, quite, and beautiful area. Definitely a place to revisit!

RRanoshHo avuto un buon soggiorno al Royal Green Resort. L'hotel è molto pulito, e il personale è amichevole e utile. La posizione è buona se avete un'auto circa 57 minuti dall'aeroporto per auto. Vorrei ringraziare in particolare Vadhna; lei è stata professionale e molto gentile in tutte le sue interazioni con me.

UUtente ospite這個酒店硬件普通吧，感覺不值千元RMB。
離商場很近，旁邊一應俱全，周邊的路很好。可以看到印度洋的落日。圖中是我在房間窗口實拍的。
但是有兩個我覺得設計的比較奇葩的點：
1、浴室是部分無遮擋的玻璃設計，在外面的人可以透過玻璃看到裏面淋浴的人，對於帶娃的我，覺得有點尷尬，情侶可以忽略
2、廁所燈浴室燈是關不了的，衹能通過拔房卡斷房間電來實現關燈，很通透不關燈是沒有辦法入睡的。
關於這兩點，我覺得是存在着bug的，我認為應該有解決辦法，所以我兩次都打過電話和reception確認，這兩點酒店都回復所有房間都是一樣的，並不是單個房間的問題。
但是工作人員真是很好，他們幫我們訂車，幫我解決問題，都很熱情友好。

OOLENA4A small and very cozy hotel on a rocky cliff. It has a pleasant atmosphere and a restaurant with an ocean view. Just a note – this hotel is not for those looking for a beach vacation, as the shore is rocky and not suitable for swimming. It's more for people who enjoy peace, quiet, and beautiful views.
I had a cozy two-story room. The cleaning could have been better, and the food was average, but everything tasted good. Overall, I was happy with my stay and think it’s a great value for the price.
