是四季的感覺，但總欠了點什麼 本來還想去住大手町四季，但突然漲價了，想着丸之內也可以來體驗一下 位置：極度方便，左轉幾百米甚至還沒有紅綠燈就是東京站，JR很方便，去機場也有nex，和大巴；但地鐵相對有點距離，京橋很近，丸之內線要從地下穿越東京站，略微麻煩；好在銀座很近，酒店右轉走過去就是了 特色：鐵路景觀，二十幾條鐵軌鋪在腳下，我要了6F的高樓層客房，因為新幹線在這裏變軌的緣故，還是能聽到一點噪音，但酒店這邊不能開窗，可以接受白噪的完全可以助眠，晚上十二點之後新幹線就會停運 服務：四季標準，app回覆速度較慢，整理客房的阿姨前後有差別，有一個阿姨整理很隨意，後面幾天變好了 硬件：605客房的淋浴水温有問題，很燙，保修後變冷了，但仍舊無法調節水温高低，也不再繼續和前台溝通了，較冷還能接受，衹能説硬件還是有短板；關門聲音很大，透過房間可以聽到，隔壁有人經常進出就會有點吵，並且有時發現是服務人員整理客房開關門發出的聲音 除了位置好，沒有太多優點，景觀也一般，且目前北面、東面都在施工，北面隔了馬路，東邊房間緊臨工地

L'infrastruttura dell'hotel era elegante ma elegante. La cosa più impressionante è stato il fatto che nonostante l'apertura dell'hotel solo un mese fa, tutto ha funzionato! La camera è spaziale, tutte le strutture pertinenti sono disponibili. Le camere sono tranquille e gli oscuri sono bui. Il personale era molto amichevole. Solo la zona di miglioramento è il fatto che non c'è servizio in camera 24/7. Il servizio in camera si ferma alle 10 pm, che è molto presto per un hotel 5* di questa classe.

We booked Park Hyatt very last minute due to issue with our original hotel that we booked in Tokyo. We travelled with a 3 & 4 years old and the hotel was amazing. The playground across the hotel is a big plus. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and the process was very seamlessly. We left the first hotel fairly early and knew we couldn't get into the room but our plan was to go through Shinjuku and knew we wouldn't be back until later that day. The hotel lobby is on the 41st floor, you can see the entire city view and at night the sight is amazing. The hotel location is about a 15min walk to Shinjuku station which is not bad and there is a shuttle that runs every 30min as well. Concierge was very helpful with everything during our stay. Breakfast service was professional and efficient. The staff were very friendly with kids and not snobbish at all. The hotel is an iconic place, most of the time we took a taxi or delivery they know the hotel by name. I highly recommend anyone that would like to pamper themselves in Tokyo. The hotel is a bit dated by the upkeep of the hotel is very good. Only thing that was a bit annoying was the light switches since it's not modern you can't control some lights individually.

L'hotel è vicino alla stazione di Tokyo e al centro commerciale di lusso. È molto conveniente fare shopping. La porta dell'hotel è piccola e deve essere vista attentamente.Se la stazione centrale è in camera, ci saranno alcuni rumori, lo stesso piano di alto piano. Il personale di servizio dell'hotel è molto entusiasta, e il personale cinese, professionale e gentile.Il ristorante italiano dell'hotel e il ristorante giapponese sono buoni. Devono prenotare un appuntamento. La piccola cibo che viene fornita dal servizio di letto notturno è anche caratteristica.La seconda volta che si soggiorna in questo hotel, mi sento ancora utile per vivere.

Posizione eccellente. Servizio pessimo: bisogna ripetere la stessa richiesta più volte per ottenerla. Mi avevano persino offerto un omaggio dell'hotel per il compleanno di mia moglie, ma se ne sono dimenticati. Gliel'ho ricordato e mi hanno detto che l'avrebbero fatto. Alla fine, però, non è successo nulla. Perché promettere se poi non si mantiene la promessa?

設施：設施都很新～維護得不錯。 衞生：這個要重點説一下，床頭的邊角縫隙裏還有灰塵，我一個鼻子比較敏感的人，去床頭縫裡撿手機殼，灰塵盪起來一直打噴嚏！ 環境：亮點就是大堂能看到東京塔吧～環境安靜，樓下就是一個小食圈，烤肉，sukiyaki，拉麪都有～如果往地鐵站那裡走去大概 10 分鐘，就到一條美食街，美粧，葯粧，便利店，各種食物都有，很方便。 服務：早餐自助還可以，食物一般吧，沒有 5🌟的水準讓你覺得很好吃～但是種類還可以～

Their reception is polite and helpful. Her english is better than most in Japan. Love the hotel, jsut hope they are more I like their hotel, top notch, will definitely come again wehn I get the chance.
