Hotel di lusso a Tokyo

Come al solito, mi sento molto bene quando sono andato qualche anno fa, e questa volta mi dispiace di avere cambiamenti: 1. I prodotti di biancheria della stanza sono trasformati in grandi cartucce, e i rimorchi non richiedono l'aggiornamento non saranno cambiati; 2. La pulizia sanitaria è meno seria di prima; 3. La maggior parte del personale del servizio per la colazione è molto buona, ma un giorno incontro un ricevitore perché i bambini hanno detto due parole più tardi e sono partiti. Non hanno ordinato o lasciato il menu. Ovviamente, è deliberatamente, e la gente si sente molto male!

Lovely hotel with top notch service. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Selection of Japanese food at the breakfast buffet could be better. We would stay in the hotel again.

L'hotel è ottimo, proprio come ci aspettavamo. Il servizio del Four Seasons è eccellente. Consigliato se desiderate soggiornare in un hotel in città. L'hotel si trova nel cuore di Tokyo. La camera e la biancheria da letto sono fantastiche, un vero paradiso per dormire. Anche il servizio di colazione è ottimo.

Ci sarà un po'di spazzolino vicino alla stazione.La stanza è grande e molto nuova! Un difetto è che il ristorante è chiuso e un ristorante non ha mangiato. Il paesaggio è buono! Forse il difetto è che accanto a stazioni e stazioni. Dovrebbe essere ancora qui, perché la stanza è molto più grande dello stesso prezzo, e le persone non pensano che il rumore sia davvero grande. C'è poca scelta per il pranzo della stanza ospite.

제가 가본 호텔중에는 가장 깨끗하고 세련된 호텔이었습니다. 아이둘이 꽤 성장해서, 방이 작을까봐 미리 방변경이 필요한지 물어봐주셨고, 제가 그럴 필요까지는 없을것 같다고 답변했으나 도착전까지는 방이 많이 작고 불편할까봐 걱정이었습니다. 그 걱정은 기우였고, extrabed까지 미리 준비해두셔서 너무 편안하고 즐겁게 쉬면서 여행할 수 있었습니다. 시티뷰에서 보이는 스카이트리 전망도 좋습니다.도쿄에 올때마다 이용할 생각입니다^^

Molto piace, alto piano, grande finestra di terra e vista della città di Tokyo.I dipendenti sono inglesi e il servizio è molto in posizione. Durante il periodo in cui i bambini sono a letto due volte al mattino, sono molto rapidamente e con grande impegno per aiutarci a gestire. La colazione e il buffet sono di alta qualità. L'ambiente circostante è una zona commerciale avanzata. Molti ristoranti famosi sono deliziosi, specialmente come il biff di Benjamin Terrace Lounge, ho mangiato il miglior ribeye e New York sirloin di recente!Molto comodo e conveniente, voglio vivere ancora diverse volte!

perfect location, wonderful service, but the hotel is getting a bit old now… could use a renovation.

We booked Park Hyatt very last minute due to issue with our original hotel that we booked in Tokyo. We travelled with a 3 & 4 years old and the hotel was amazing. The playground across the hotel is a big plus. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and the process was very seamlessly. We left the first hotel fairly early and knew we couldn't get into the room but our plan was to go through Shinjuku and knew we wouldn't be back until later that day. The hotel lobby is on the 41st floor, you can see the entire city view and at night the sight is amazing. The hotel location is about a 15min walk to Shinjuku station which is not bad and there is a shuttle that runs every 30min as well. Concierge was very helpful with everything during our stay. Breakfast service was professional and efficient. The staff were very friendly with kids and not snobbish at all. The hotel is an iconic place, most of the time we took a taxi or delivery they know the hotel by name. I highly recommend anyone that would like to pamper themselves in Tokyo. The hotel is a bit dated by the upkeep of the hotel is very good. Only thing that was a bit annoying was the light switches since it's not modern you can't control some lights individually.
