Hotel con piscina a Hanoi

The hotel was stunning and the staff were overly friendly. The room was clean and best bed/mattress ever!!! A little disapointed as we had booked the Chic Deluxe Room which on the site shows there is a window with a view and a beautiful bathtub, however we got a room that had no bathtub and the window was just pretend with the view of the side of the building. When we checked in and realised it was too late and not worth mentioning as we were only there one night. Other than that, couldnt fault the hotel

Amazing experience. The service is superb as you would expect from Sofitel Legend. The facilities are good, the place has a true historical vibe without being a museum of antiques. The breakfast is excellent in terms of local food variety. There are several 5 star hotel options in Hanoi, but seems like Sofitel is the best one you can find. Unfortunately we missed the hotel tour, so will need to come back.

Il servizio e l'hotel erano meravigliosi. Il personale dell'hotel è andato fuori dal modo per assicurarci il miglior servizio, soprattutto il tizio che si chiama Huyen al concierge. Era il mio compleanno e mi hanno sorpreso con una torta molto bella. In generale, consiglio molto questo hotel. Anche se è costoso per notte, il loro servizio vale ogni cento speso.

L'hotel è buono in generale, ma non grande. Ecco i lati inferiori: L'impianto sembra mostrare segni di invecchiamento, ad esempio, il bagno ha una fuga d'acqua, il bagno è vecchio. Il servizio ha bisogno di miglioramento. Quando ho chiesto più bottiglia di acqua, mi è stato negato. Il dipartimento di alloggio mi ha detto che hanno un limite di 4 bottiglia/giorno. Viaggio in ampia misura. Non ho mai visto un hotel 5-star rifiutare di offrire acqua in bottiglia aggiuntiva. Dato il clima insolito caldo e umido, è triste essere rifiutato di ottenere l'acqua gli ospiti hanno davvero bisogno.

This is a nice hotel with a really lovely view from the breakfast room and pool. I’d happily stay here again. Walking distance to the lake and close to the main roads of taking taxis out of the old town

Abbiamo alloggiato nella suite familiare 502. La stanza è grande e bellissima! Dispone di finestre e di un piccolo balcone, il che è comodo. Anche se si affaccia sulla strada non è molto rumoroso. Vicino a Hoan Kiem e al lago. Il GRAB scaricato prima di venire ad Hanoi non funziona. Il direttore della lobby mi ha chiamato un taxi GRAB ed è andato tutto liscio dall'hotel al Mausoleo del Presidente Ho Chi Minh per 45.000 VND (14 RMB). Quando siamo tornati, abbiamo preso per sbaglio un'auto nera che aspettava i passeggeri fuori dal Mausoleo di Ho Chi Minh. Sono stato derubato di 890.000 VND (265 RMB)!!!! Sono così stronzo. I taxi neri hanno anche il tassametro, che inizialmente mostrava 20.000 VND. Inaspettatamente, la tariffa del tassametro è aumentata così rapidamente! Avrei dovuto fare una foto alla sua targa, ma in quel momento ero così scioccato che non ho fatto nulla. Era la prima volta che viaggiavo in Vietnam Tutti, compreso l'autista del prelievo all'aeroporto, l'hotel, il ristorante e gli addetti alle attrazioni turistiche, erano molto gentili! Pertanto non ho più diffidenza nei confronti delle auto nere... Si prega di fare attenzione alle auto illegali!

Seriously a great hotel. Breakfast is well made and quite big selection. Fresh Pho Bo is just perfect. Nothing to complain here. the rooms are a little bit smaller - but for a hotel in this location absolutely quiet and fine. You have an amazing place to start your Hanoi activities… The team is doing a fantastic job. Service is impeccable. Really amazing.

Hotel is quite far away from Old Quarter but valued for price paid. The room is clean and equipped sufficiently with amenities needed. However the room is a little bit noisy on street side with traffic jam during peak hour so you should stay on the other side!
