La migliore parte di questa proprietà è la sua posizione che è a soli 2 minuti a piedi dal santo fiume ganga. Room are average but cozy & comfortable. Buffet serve solo nei fine settimana, altri giorni a la carte option only. È a 10 minuti a piedi dal ponte janki e parmarth niketan, chaurasi kutiya può essere coperto anche da passeggiata. La cibo è media e può essere migliorata soprattutto menu colazione. Questo hotel serve solo cibo vegetariano. Ha due sezioni, vecchie e nuove costruzioni. Il nuovo edificio ha migliori camere. I stayed in this hotel one night while visiting Mussoorie. This hotel is located in and surrounded by the forest, which means that it is quite and very clean there. In addition to the nature surrounding, there are beautiful gardens on the territory of the hotel. The rooms are clean and have plenty of necessary amenities, including clean towels, bath robe, shaving kit, etc. My window was looking out to the forest, I liked it very much, especially in the early morning, looking at the trees growing right next to my window. The personnel was polite, friendly and helpful beyond any limits. They were always ready to answer any question or fulfill any wish. Complimentary cab to the town of Mussoorie for drop and pick up was also a very good point, otherwise it would be necessary to call a taxi or walk. Breakfast was very good, both European and Indian options were there, it was also possible to order a freshly made breakfast meal. I really enjoyed the stay in this hotel and would surely stay here again.

Abbiamo soggiornato a LeRoi Haridwar nel mese di dicembre con la famiglia. Si trova nel cuore della città santa e nelle strutture della stazione ferroviaria significa che non hai bisogno di alcuna comodità per raggiungere l'hotel di voi che viaggiate per treno. E 'vicino a Har ki payi e i principali ghats di Haridwar. È un ottimo hotel per stare con se viaggiate con la famiglia. Servite al loro ristorante al piano superiore un buon cibo. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e pulite con servizio in camera veloce. Il personale di front office era pronto, soprattutto la signora P***l era così gentile e utile per noi e ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo e era sempre pronta a aiutare. Sono rimasto in questo resort per 2 volte. Questa è la migliore proprietà per avere un giorno molto comodo a Bimtal. Il posto stesso è molto bello, le camere sono molto ben mantenute e spaziose. Il personale è molto cortese. Lavorano un po' di più per farvi sentire comodi. I manager il signor Birendra e il signor Rakesh sono molto ospiti e veloce a rispondere. Il ristorante merita una menzione speciale, soprattutto il signor Jeevan e il grande chef. Questa è una grande opzione di soggiorno per tutte le persone che viaggiano in nainital.

We stay from 30th sep to 2 nd oct.Overall staff was good and cooperative.. but ***agement system was poor..a whole group was there so they put us on least priority ..they said they will not serve the dinner before 9pm due to the grp as they are having snacks and drinks..also avoid to stay there if u r going with kids as no park n open area for kids to play..when reached on 1 St day TV of room no 101 was not working they said it will start working next day.also in washroom tap water comes at very low speed..also in term of cleaning not good ..under the bed lot of dust tissue paper and spider also lying there ..

The hotel is only star rated hotel in Rudrapur. It is on nice location on highway to Haldwani and just beside a mall. Lobby area was clean and well decorated. The check in too was smooth and fast. Major issue I faced was in room. The room was big but the air conditioning was not adequate. It was even not prepared even though I called them about my check in time a couple of hours before check in. During night the AC was at preset temperature and the controller unit in AC was just a dummy control. I was not able to sleep properly during my stay. If you are boasting that this is only star rated hotel in Rudrapur then there should be no focus on cost cutting. Second issue was food. I opted for buffet and it was really not worth 1350 plus taxes plus service charge. The quality and variety of food should be improved. Though staff at restaurant area was courteous and smiling. The poor area was nice but in shower area there was no attention on cleaniness. It was even dirty and not maintained. These things should be improved.

Il più bel hotel che abbia mai soggiornato. Estupendo personale, specialmente Awdhesh che è molto affascinante e utile. Ho ricevuto tutto quello che avevo desiderato durante il mio soggiorno. L'umile personale aveva accuratamente soddisfatto tutte le mie esigenze. Buon compleanno per la bella squadra e per la sua eccellente proprietà.
