My recent stay at The Westin Himalayas was nothing short of spectacular, offering the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and the breathtaking serenity of the mountains. A special commendation must go to Mr. Niraj, the Restaurant Manager. His presence made every meal a delightful experience. He effortlessly combined professional efficiency with a genuine, personal touch, ensuring that every guest felt valued and cared for. It's clear he leads his team with excellence, creating a dining atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming. Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. His friendly demeanor, quick efficiency, and genuine desire to assist made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. He truly made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the doors. Delicious Culinary Delights And let's talk about the delicious food! The culinary offerings at The Westin Himalayas are outstanding. Each meal was a delightful journey of flavors, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. The quality and presentation of the dishes were consistently excellent, making dining a highlight of my stay. A Truly Memorable Stay: Overall, The Westin Himalayas delivers an unforgettable experience. The combination of its amazing location, the unparalleled serenity of the Himalayas, delicious food, and most importantly, the incredibly courteous and attentive staff—especially the personal touches from Mr. Niraj and Mr. Shubam—creates a truly exceptional stay. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit.

I was wonderfull stay breakfast was awesome and Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was quite cooperative.

This was the fifth hotel I stayed in, in this current trip to India, and it was by bfar the least satisfactory. Truth be told, it was the cheapest, too, but I did not choose it solely for the price; it had a lot of great reviews. The day I arrived I was chocked, because it looked run down: paint coming off the bedroom walls, stained walls and floors on the bathroom, stained towels and bed sheets. I believe the towels and bed sheets were clean, but they looked dirty from the stains. Most serious hotels would have discarded them. In fact, this hotel feels more like a hostel (a run-down hostel). I couldn't believe that it had so many positive reviews on Trip.com. Lots of people giving it a ten! Crazy! And very suspicious! I should have read the negative reviews more carefully, because all the warning signs were there. Anyway, I can't in good conscience reccomend this hotel, and I feel bad for the staff, because they were friendly enough. The owners should make major investments in renovation. Finally, I shouldn't forget to mention that the bedroom had a door window, but with no view, except for the wall of the building next door. So, no view and no sunshine getting into the room. The location is good, as far as the attractions are concerned, but the hotel street is very noisy. If you go, ask for a room away from the front.

We stayed in the resort and had excellent experience. All the staff were very helpful. The location of the resort is next to corbett park, giving a very serene and natural environment. I would like to thank specially mr. Kapil, who guided us very well and made our stay memorable. Overall very comfortable stay and experience

Siamo rimasti all'Hotel Spellmount durante il nostro viaggio di famiglia a Kausani, e ci ha davvero messo un'immagine. Le viste panoramiche dei piccoli Trishul, Nanda Devi e Panchachuli dal balcone della stanza erano semplicemente incantevoli, il tipo di vista che ti fa riposare e solo prendere tutto. Le camere erano pulite, ben mantenute e confortevolmente calde per il tempo della stazione di montagna. Ciò che era davvero fuori era il personale. Tutti erano veramente caldi, attenti e sempre disposti a camminare per un chilometro extra. Ci hanno aiutato con fantastiche raccomandazioni locali che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, hanno anche camere interconnesse per le famiglie, e questo è stato un colpo per mia figlia. La posizione è ideale, tranquilla e lontana dalla bussola principale, ma abbastanza vicina per esplorare i giardini di tè e le visione di Kausani. Le mattine qui, con una tazza di tè e il panorama montagnoso ininterrotto, valgono la pena di tutto il viaggio. Abbiamo viaggiato come famiglia multigenerazionale, tra cui genitori anziani e un bambino giovane, e l'hotel lo rende confortevole per tutti. Se stai cercando una serena porta Kumaon con vista incredibile e ospitalità, Spellmount è una scelta eccellente.

Avevo un soggiorno molto confortevole a Auradoon, a Dehradun, l'hotel è messo sulle colline della zona montana, offrendo una vista fantastica sulle colline a partire dalla nostra stanza. La posizione è fantastica tranquilla e scenica, anche se un po 'di distanza dalla città principale. Il centro della città di Dehradun è facilmente accessibile da taxi o auto privata, che rendeva il esplorazione conveniente. Le camere erano grandi e spaziose, con splendide viste di fronte alle colline che facevano ogni mattina speciale. La pulizia era di prima vista in tutta la proprietà, tutto si sentiva fresco, igienico, e ben mantenuto. Il personale era molto amichevole e accogliente. Sono stati presto a soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze e ci hanno fatto sentire molto benvenuti. Una menzione speciale al capo Himanshu era molto attento e ci ha offerto personalmente alcuni dei piatti deliziosi che aveva preparato. Il colazione era vario e delizioso, preparato con ingredienti freschi ogni giorno. In generale, era una esperienza rilassante e piacevole. Molto consigliato per chiunque cercasse una tranquilla via di Dehradun con un servizio eccellente e un grande cibo. Sicuramente visiteremo di nuovo!

I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is extremely clean, comfortable, and completely free from any unpleasant smells. The housekeeping team does an excellent job maintaining the rooms and common areas. The bed was very comfortable, and I had some of the best sleep during my trip. The hotel manager and staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Most of the staff speak English, making communication easy. Even for those who speak limited English, they always try their best to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of options to enjoy during my stay. I would also like to compliment the security guards, who were very friendly, and made me feel safe throughout my visit. The location is another big advantage. There are many shops, restaurants, hair saloon and banks within walking distance, making everything very convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience. Clean rooms is the best, great food, excellent service, and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.

Incredible service and hospitality. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My room was bright and clean and comfortable. I needed a quiet room and the manager, Manglesh, was incredibly accommodating. Every day he made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast is great with lots of options, including fresh fruit. The servers were all friendly and helpful especially Aman who was great at remembering my order.  I also had lunch at the restaurant and the customer service was just incredible. Aman and the manager took really great care of me.  The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping were also wonderfully helpful. (As a woman traveling alone, I am always quite pleased when there is a woman who can help me too. Many thanks to Kiran for her cheerful service.) The GM was available too and kindly willing to helpu if I needed anything.  It is a great hotel with a great location (right next to Parmarth Ashram and very near the Beatles ashram) and the staff make the experience truly wonderful.

Dopo 2 giorni di visita al Kashipur, ho deciso di rimanere vicino all'aeroporto di Pantnagar solo per la notte e ho prenotato Radisson Blu nella città di Rudrapur. E'stata una piacevole sorpresa dal momento che sono entrato nel lobby dell'hotel, pomeriggio tardi. e professionale dalla squadra.Diretto dal controllo delle formalità gestite dal personale del desk front e guidandomi nella mia stanza e la cena alla sera il ristorante e infine per organizzare un bel colazione a 6.45 AM ( prima dell'ora di apertura del ristorante reale di 7 AM) mi ha fatto sentire felice di avere sono rimasti a Radisson Rudrapur e con un piano di rimanere qui durante le mie future visite. Grazie a tutto il personale e in particolare al manager di F&B Hapin Sahu per aver guidato personalmente attraverso la selezione del pranzo e per avermi garantito il comfort.
