Hotel vicini a Lotus Water Puppet Theater a Hanoi

Il giorno del pasto, le mie sorelle hanno visitato l'hotel e sono rimaste per 3 notti, anche se l'hotel era un po' piccolo, ma il personale qui era molto bello. Mi è stato presentato da un amico della campana chiamato Van Toan per mangiare ristoranti, ristoranti e attrazioni turistiche intorno. E' molto entusiasta e così sono gli ospiti. Grazie Affa Hotel per averci dato un buon soggiorno! VEDO VOI !!

Excellent Staff throughout this hotel, friendly and were especially helpful when i encountered I Phone issues and flight change verification. Nice rooms, nice dining room, good selection of breakfast items, very new hotel at about 5 months old. Although a small hotel, 4 star quality so highly recommended. Hostess Amy deserves a shout out, plus Rose in the dining room.

Siamo arrivati in questo hotel due settimane dopo la riapertura del paese dopo il Covid. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Persone cordiali e super disponibili. A parte Emily, le altre persone alla reception non parlavano bene inglese, ma se si contattava Emily i problemi venivano immediatamente risolti. Camera pulita. Hotel in una buona posizione, vicino al lago e a tanti ristoranti molto buoni.

I did a quick research on T.A of the most convenient, high rated and affordable stay in Hanoi, and this place popped up. I trust (for the most part) the reviews on trip advisor before booking a place. This place worked out just fine. They were very responsive via email, sent a welcome message and asked if they can be of any additional service before arrival. Very professional, in my opinion. Upon arrival, the check in was pretty streamlined. They offered a selection of attractions, but were not at all pushy. Everything was explained well. My room was basic, but clean. AC was super cold. No elevator, but this is a hostel. I wasn’t expecting luxury. The bed was much more firmer for my liking, but again, this isn’t the Hilton. Great value for your money, in the heart of Hanoi. Everything seemed in line with the price I paid for the lodging. I decided to take them up on booking a trip to the Ha Giang loop for 3 days. There was some communication breakdown regarding my expectations upon my arrival in Ha Giang, but they took care of the problem without any hassle. Thumbs up. Things always happen, you can’t avoid that, so it’s really how the issue gets resolved that matters. Thank you for that. Also, the entire staff was top notch pleasant to deal with. I don’t remember all the names, but the one that I do ( i apologize for that) is Linh. Thank you again for a memorable stay.

We spent 4 nights at the Zephyr Suites and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there for a number of reasons. We were given a free upgrade to a lovely spacious room on the 7th floor with large windows looking out onto the street and the lake. The bathroom had a wonderful shower stall and excellent facilities. The room was large, beautifully furnished and had an excellent writing desk with adequate outlets for all our devices. The WiFi in the room was excellent- fast and efficient. The beds were super comfortable with wonderful pillows and duvet- they made going to bed a real pleasure. The air-con was super efficient and cooled the room beautifully in a few minutes. My only negative about the room would be the lack of storage space for clothes- virtually no drawers and very limited hanging space and hangers- it made life for two people a bit difficult as it was impossible to unpack and put our clothes anywhere in the storage area. Whoever designed this storage space really needs to travel more and see what travellers need when they unpack. We were very impressed with the buffet breakfast at the Zephyr. There was a very good selection of different sorts of dishes and we particularly enjoyed the egg dishes prepared at the egg station. What impressed me most was the selection of breads available. I had what was possibly the best baguette I have ever eaten in Asia at the Zephyr, and the bread rolls, croissants, pains au chocolat and danish pastries were delicious. So well done Zephyr on your selection of breads and baked goods! The only other thing that would improve the breakfast would be a coffee machine where guests could get their own coffee/lattes/cappuccinos rather than the usual coffee and tea pots that sit out where the drinks are inevitably cold. The staff at the hotel were good on the whole. There were two delightful young ladies at the reception desk who were particularly friendly and helpful but unfortunately I did not get their names as the name badges they wear are so small it's impossible to see what is written on them. The men at the front desk were not nearly as friendly or as helpful as the ladies, and the hotel might consider giving the gentlemen a course in learning how to smile and be pleasant to guests. You would think that people who go into the hospitality industry would have open, friendly personalities and like the interaction with guests, but the men working at Zephyr didn't seem to have these qualities. A smile goes a long way! The transport we arranged from the hotel was excellent. We had two drivers and they were both good, in particular the young man who picked us up and dropped us at the airport during our stay. On our last overnight at the Zephyr Suites, we asked for a wake-up call at 4 a.m. as we needed to leave the hotel by 5 o'clock. Unfortunately the young man who was on duty obviously forgot and we got the call at 4.45 a.m. We had asked the front desk if we could have a packed breakfast to take

Pros: Bella e pulita. Cons: Nessuna cassa o colazione. Rimase Nov-2022 per 1 notte con colazione. Hotel prenotato Vertis ma un grande gruppo si era ritardato, quindi Jenny la receptionista mi ha portato a questo hotel di sorella aggiornato sulla stessa strada. 2-rooms per piano. Ascensore ma non in sicurezza. Coppe, tazze, tè e caffè. Bagno separato con parete di vetro, tuttavia era stato stampato per modesti motivi. L'hotel non fa colazione ma mi è stato permesso di andare al mio hotel originale Vertis per colazione.

Ho prenotato in questo albergo basandomi sulla posizione strategica: al confine tra la città vecchia e quella più moderna, in modo da poter visitare tutto a piedi. Ma in realtà il valore più grande di questo albergo è nella cura dedicata dal personale agli ospiti. Sono stata 3 settimane e mi hanno aiutato a organizzare escursioni a Ha long bay e Sa Pa, corso di cucina e visite per la città. Ogni volta che mi muovevo in città mi prenotavano il taxi dicendo quanto avrei dovuto spendere per evitare fregature. Lo sky bar e il ristorante dell'hotel hanno cibi ottimi e vista mozzafiato aulla città. La silk road, ottima per i regalini, è a 3 minuti a piedi. Il mercato notturno del fine settimana inizia praticamente lì accanto. Ma malgrado questo l'hotel è un posto tranquillo, con una spa che è un'oasi di benessere e tranquillità. Posto veramente da raccomandare!

La stanza è grande, il mobilio è completo, ma la protezione sono un po' scarsa. Sono al secondo piano per sentire il NC della ricezione al primo piano.

Ho soggiornato qui per tre notti di Natale per Hoi An. L'hotel è situato a pochi passi da molti siti di vista. Hoan Kiem Lake è a pochi minuti a piedi dall'hotel. I fine settimana si chiudono dalle strade, così i pedoni e i ciclisti possono andare liberamente in giro. L'hotel è situato in una posizione molto conveniente. La mia camera aveva una finestra che guardava fuori sulla strada Hang Dau. Ci è un ascensore. Non si sa cosa succede se si rompe. Il colazione è situato al 10° piano ma non c'è il pulsante al 10° piano nell'ascensore. Questo è importante per coloro che hanno problemi fisici. Allo stesso tempo, entrando nell'hotel, è necessario salire qualche passo. Per arrivare al 10° piano uscire sul 9° piano, poi salire qualche passo verso la zona del colazione. Qualcuno vi chiederà il numero della vostra stanza. Per il Vietnam il caffè non è il miglior gusto per un paese che può mettere il caffè Starbucks a vergogna. Se vuoi avere una scelta di colazione a buffet provare e arrivare presto. Dico che perché ho notato che molta del cibo è mangiato fuori. E si deve stare attorno a chiedere di mancare cibo. Le cose semplici come il pane stanno uscendo. Se si pensa di rimanere qui per una settimana, potrebbe essere meglio mangiare colazione fuori. È vicino all'hotel un negozio che vende colazione. Sulla base del loro menu non è costoso. O come ho detto, cerca di arrivare presto quando si dice ”l'uccello presto cattura il verme”. Quando si fa una girata a sinistra fuori dall'hotel, si continua a camminare in qualche negozio con quello che sembra un'azienda di negozi. Ci sono molti ricordi venduti nella zona. E molti ristoranti con prezzi alimenti a buon mercato. Un bottiglia di birra è circa US$1. Quindi se su un bilancio puoi avere qualche birra. Se vuoi davvero comprare birre sul prezzo economico vai al Circle K un negozio al dettaglio che vende molti alimenti e birre.

I have been staying at Super Hotel Candle for a number of times before Covid 19 and 1 time after Covid 19. Generally everything is fine but there are 2 points that disappointed me and need to improve. The faucet in the toilet and towels need to be changed even before Covid 19 but nothing seems to improve after Covid 19. Second, the breakfast standard has dropped a lot after the Covid 19 and even after my revisited this month again.
