"Ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico al Badi'ah Hotel. Ho ricevuto il letto queen-size e la camera all'ultimo piano che avevo richiesto. La camera era spaziosa, molto pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ho apprezzato anche il servizio di trasferimento aeroportuale, che ha reso tutto molto comodo. Un ringraziamento speciale al personale della reception serale che si è occupato sia del mio check-in che del check-out, molto disponibile e professionale. Nel complesso, un'esperienza confortevole e piacevole."

"Early Check In before 12pm, few times stay here but this time doesnt need to put deposit ($200) like before. Staff is a boy (frgt to ask the name) is very friendly. Check in process is easy & fast. This time no outside parking coz many events in the hotel, so I park my car in the basement which is free parking till I checked out. Just gv the receiption our car plate no. Satisfied with dis room (529) clean & big room worth the money with free breakfast for 2pax."

"Good location for budget travelers, but cleanliness and facilities need improvement Location & Accessibility. The hostel is located near the Gadong Night Market in a relatively safe area. It takes about 15 minutes by car or bus to reach the city center, where you can find the Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque, Kampong Ayer (water village), and museums. Public buses to the city center are available right from Gadong Night Market. Room & Cleanliness: I booked a bed in the female dormitory and was guided to another building about a 1-minute walk from the main Google Maps location, which was fine. However, I had concerns about the cleanliness. The bedsheets, although supposed to be fresh, had visible hair and dust on them. I was offered a different bed, but it had the same issue. Since I was exhausted from long-distance travel, I gave up and accepted it, but I felt uncomfortable watching the staff simply brush off the dirt by hand and assign the previous bed to another guest. Facilities & Wi-Fi: There is room for improvement regarding the bathroom and Wi-Fi. The shower rooms (separate from the toilets) are extremely small, with no hooks to hang towels or clothes. There is also a mild sewer smell from the toilet and shower area. The hostel uses a strong orange air freshener throughout the property, which felt a bit overpowering. While Wi-Fi is provided, the connection was extremely slow—perhaps because my room was at the far end of the hallway. Since eSIMs in Brunei are relatively expensive compared to other countries, the weak Wi-Fi was quite inconvenient. Overall: It has the absolute basics. If you are on a tight budget and just need a cheap place to sleep for 1 or 2 nights in price-heavy Brunei, this could be an option. However, expectations for cleanliness and comfort should be kept low."

"Staying anywhere, my main priority is a good night's sleep and thus the facilities required to deliver it. Jubilee excelled in this respect. Firstly, the Aircon was really effective and, sensitively, it was turned on for my arrival, so I was pre-chilled. A hard core turbo setting lowered my core temperature quickly enough to enter the land of nod without being turned on for a hard core hypnagogic preamble. Just as well, since I was exhausted after an interminable queue on arrival at the airport. Again, the hotel scores location points here, being a stone's throw from the airport, so the driver didn't have to 'cane it' to get me to reception..And, the driver was patiently waiting for me in the early hours with a name placard large and clear enough to be seen by the plane's captain. ( After midnight, transfer is not free but is only 20 $ BND and it was easily arranged with good messaging comms). Secondly, the bed itself was extremely comfortable and equipped with a welcoming threesome of voluptuous... pillows. Whoever conceived that the linen and towels should be immaculate deserves a place in the annals of housekeeping history. This high hygiene trend continued throughout, but , to be as balanced as the BBC, the room being 'well-thumbed' since the hotel's halcyon award-winning era, was showing a few signs of gentle scuffing. Nevertheless, it didn't detract from an overwhelming sense of functional cleanliness. Thirdly, the shower could go through the entire bearable temperature range, relaxing throbbing muscle and eliminating stiffness before bedtime; despite there being a tub there was nothing to shove in the hole, but wants to steep in their own filth anyway and a shower is more sustainable. Basics: kettle, fridge, lighting, bottled water and beverages all supplied and fine - soap and shampoo too, but bring your toothbrush. The restaurant has a wonderful array of delicious food and different cuisines at super reasonable prices - delicious. Back to location: apparently it's perfect in this respect, but I had to spend the day working online - WiFi is good.Last, but not least, the staff are incredibly amenable, friendly, polite and helpful."

"Il Wi-Fi dell'hotel è pessimo!!! Meglio andare da Starbucks per ottenere la connessione Wi-Fi. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, con molti buoni ristoranti nelle vicinanze, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. La piscina è al secondo piano e bisogna attraversare l'edificio per accedervi, il che è davvero scomodo. La piscina è piuttosto spoglia e priva di servizi. La hall è piuttosto squallida, con posti a sedere limitati. C'è una panetteria e Starbucks all'interno della hall. La camera è pulita ma un po' vecchia, necessita di qualche ristrutturazione per migliorare l'aspetto."

"È stato fantastico che offrissero sia il servizio di prelievo che quello di riaccompagnamento in aeroporto. Ho contattato l'hotel via email, ma non ho ricevuto risposta tramite il link fornito da Trip.com. Tuttavia, quando sono andato direttamente sul sito web dell'hotel per fare una richiesta, ho ricevuto una risposta immediata. Sebbene le strutture sembrino un po' datate, appaiono ben tenute e pulite."

"Location is at city center & next to Chinese Temple. At night time, it seems quiet also. Hotel looks great however the bed not so comfortable (too hard) - was not able to sleep well. Overall room is OK merely the bed. Stayed here twice for my business trip & can walk around near city at night safely."

"The hotel is located quite far from the city center, but it does provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport. It is also not very close to the sea; however, this is not a major issue since swimming is prohibited at the nearby beaches anyway. Additionally, there are no cafes or shops within walking distance of the hotel, which makes the location even less convenient. The prices at the hotel’s cafe are overpriced. The hotel’s design feels somewhat outdated, but nothing critical. What was truly disappointing, however, was the service. The hotel presents itself as a 4-star property, yet it is surprisingly strict about a very basic necessity — drinking water. Guests are provided with only one bottle of water per person per day. There is coffee and tea available in the room, but to boil the kettle you need additional drinking water, which the staff refused to provide. They insisted that water had already been supplied during housekeeping and that no more was allowed. We had to keep asking for it as if they were personally paying for it themselves. That was extremely unpleasant. The tap water is yellow, and there were also issues with the hot water. Only one person works at the reception desk, which is clearly insufficient for a hotel with this many rooms, resulting in long waiting times. The reception staff are not knowledgeable about nearby attractions and do not assist with arranging tours, suggesting that guests find everything out on their own. Unfortunately, the overall service was extremely disappointing."

"I recently stayed at Parkview Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was very spacious and comfortable, which made the stay relaxing. Although the facilities are quite basic and the rooms could use some improvement or updating, everything was very clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff — they were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any requests. The hotel also provides complimentary airport transfer, which was very convenient and appreciated. The 'sahur' buffet food was reasonable, with a decent variety to choose from. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay, especially if you value cleanliness, quiet, spacious rooms, and excellent service."

"La signora della ricezione era bella e professionale, ha verificato immediatamente tutti i dettagli necessari e ha condiviso alcune informazioni utili all'interno dell'hotel e nelle attrazioni vicine. La stanza è molto standard, viene con le necessarie strutture in camera e il condizionamento era NICE. L'ambiente era molto pulito, nessun rumore rumoroso dalla strada o dal condizionamento. La posizione dell'hotel è ideale. È vicino a alcune delle principali attrazioni, mentre il più vicino è circa un 15 minuti di auto. Buffet per colazione (a un canone aggiuntivo) è ok, principalmente cucina internazionale. Provato il loro ristorante interno e la cena in camera. Il cibo era delizioso e conveniente. Tutto il personale che ho incontrato e interagito è stato estremamente amichevole e positivo."
