Hotel in zona Mây Tre Đan Xuân Chiến, Hanoi

Este hotel está muy cerca del barrio de las embajadas, mucho más tranquilo que el casco antiguo. Se ve bastante nuevo y por tanto reservamos directamente con el establecimiento a través de email (enero 2023) una suite especial del piso 9º (planta noble hasta donde llega el ascensor). Un dormitorio amplio con cama grande (bien de colchón y sábanas), armarios, perchas, ventanales a la ciudad, mesillas, a.a. y tv satélite. Al lado, una sala de estar amplia con muebles, un sofá no muy grande (en las fotos se veían 2 sofás), otro a.a. y otra tv también satélite, un espacio de cocina con frigorífico grande (agua de cortesía) y precio normales. Un buen baño, moderno, amplio, con encimera y amenities, muy buenas toallas y ducha grande con mampara, presión de agua normal y ventana exterior. Bien de limpieza (diaria) y buen wifi. Recepción y zonas comunes suficientes. (2 ascensores y piscina interior). Personal amable. Check-in a las 12 (igual que el check-out). Al principio querían darnos un ático del piso 11, pero nos negamos porque son más pequeños y el ascensor no llega a ese piso. La zona de desayunos es muy pequeña (solo 3 mesas) y tuvimos que desayunar en una de las mesas de recepción (mesas redondas muy pequeñas, pero al menos separados del resto por el tema COVID). Un bufet no muy variado (huevos/tortillas a petición) y no muy bien presentado, además de repetitivo (fruta escasa y solo pan de molde). Si algo se terminaba, había que pedirlo a la camarera, aunque no tardaba mucho en reponerlo. La calle Doi Can es algo estrecha y con tráfico intenso, llena de restaurantes y tiendas, pero el hotel se retranquea de forma que los únicos ruidos que llegan al piso 9º son los ladridos (conitnuos y muy molestos) de los perros de las cercanías. Por otro lado, en esa misma calle tiene parada el bus nº 9, que por 7.000 dongs (unos 30 céntimos de euro) te lleva directo al lago Hoan Kiem en pleno centro (y vuelve por el mismo camino) en unos 20 minutos. El hotel está a minuitos caminando del complejo del mausoleo de Ho Chi Minh, Pagoda del Pilar Único, Museo de Historia Militar, Ciudad Imperial, Palacio Presidencial y Templo de la Literatura. Transfer al aeropuerto por unos 12€. En resumen: un buen apartamento en una buena zona tranquila (mejor que en el caso antiguo), por un precio ajustado para la calidad ofertada (1.100.000 dongs por noche con desayuno, es decir, unos 43€), si bien los desayunos pueden mejorar bastante.

Hotel moderno e funky, ben situato quattro vecchi quartiere e stazione. Buona stanza di dimensioni con eccellente doccia. Camera confortevole e attrezzature occidentali abituali . punti di carica USB, bagni da bagno gratis. La zona sociale è ben dimensionata vicino alla reception e offre un bar ben ammazzato. La colazione è servita anche lì e l'opzione di utilizzare strutture più distanti per cucinare la vostra!

The hotel is clean, have nice breakfast and very close to the oldtown I will recommend to my friends and family, thank you and keep it up 👍

Di recente ho soggiornato in questo meraviglioso hotel mentre viaggiavo da solo e non potrei essere più felice della mia esperienza. Nonostante fosse un piccolo hotel, la camera in cui ho alloggiato era sorprendentemente spaziosa e perfettamente pulita. La posizione è assolutamente perfetta, situata convenientemente vicino a un vivace mercato notturno e a numerosi luoghi di viaggio popolari. Ha reso l'esplorazione della zona locale un gioco da ragazzi e ha aggiunto tanta comodità al mio viaggio. Uno dei momenti salienti del mio soggiorno è stato il proiettore nella stanza. Ha aggiunto un tocco unico ed emozionante alle mie serate e ha reso il mio soggiorno davvero memorabile. Sicuramente mi ha fatto battere il cuore di gioia! Inoltre, la camera era dotata di una cucina completamente attrezzata. Questo è stato incredibilmente utile perché potevo preparare facilmente pasti semplici, come i noodles, ahah! È un servizio così premuroso per i viaggiatori che preferiscono la possibilità di cucinare. Inoltre, tutto il personale era eccezionalmente gentile e disponibile. Hanno fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che avessi tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno e mi hanno fatto sentire davvero il benvenuto. Nel complesso, ho avuto un'esperienza eccezionale in questo hotel e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque. Pieni voti da parte mia!

Grande hotel boutique.Abbiamo aggiornato in una stanza di luna di miele per avere un po' più di stanza e finestre. Il personale si è sentito molto bene e amichevole - gridando a Hoang e Anne, che erano favolosi e la loro allenatore, che aveva poco inglese, ma sempre un sorriso grande sul suo viso. Abbiamo trovato la sua pulizia e in un posto molto bello, tutto era a pochi passi da qui, il lago, il mercato notturno, la prigione, il treno e le strade della birra. Hanno organizzato il nostro aeroporto per prendere non molto più che un taxi sarebbe stato. Il colazione incluso era piuttosto basso, ma penso che fosse adeguato al prezzo. Eravamo felici di avere un uovo cucinato o un po' di tosta o a volte andare a uno dei tanti caffè per un caffè tradizionale e croissant come è così economico.

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.

こちらのホテルは4泊5日の日程で利用しましたが、部屋は常に清潔で、クーラーは強力、朝食ビュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。特に牛肉フォーは外の有名レストランのそれよりおいしかったし、毎朝のベトナムアイスコーヒーも外のカフェと変わらないくらい美味しく、大満足です。また旅行最終日、日本へのフライトが深夜だったのですが、チェックアウトした後もシャワーを使わせてくれてとても助かりました。（あのままだと汗をかいたまま飛行機に乗らないといけなかったため）ホテルのスタッフ皆が親切でしたが、JennyとMには特に親切にしてもらいました。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！ I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, the room was always clean, the air conditioner was powerful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. In particular, the beef pho was better than that of the famous restaurant outside, and the Vietnamese iced coffee every morning was as delicious as the café outside, and I was very satisfied. Also, on the last day of the trip, my flight to Japan was late at night, but they let me use the shower even after checking out, which was very helpful. All the hotel staff were very nice (because I had to get on the plane sweating as it was), but Jenny and M were especially helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

We stayed for 4 nights at the Hanoi Media Hotel & Spa, in hindsight we wish we had stayed longer. It is a charming hotel, with professional & attentive staff, that are committed to ensuring that you have a wonderful Vietnam experience. After a long flight from Australia, it was a wonderful hotel & room to walk into. The room was larger than we were expecting. Tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, clean bathroom & good air conditioning. Breakfast is a great selection of both Vietnamese & Western cuisine. The staff will assist you with bookings. We booked hop on hop off city tour, water puppet theatre, cyclo tour & laundry through their services. The on-site spa was amazing. The ladies that work there do a sensational massage! We were travelling with a young child & this was our first hotel in Vietnam. It was a wonderful introduction to Hanoi & in larger part to Vietnam. Thank you to all the staff at the Hanoi Media Hotel & Spa.

Mi piace davvero il soggiorno qui. L'hotel è molto moderno, molto pulito. Pissimo sorpjse in realtà. Non offrono colazione. Sono solo l'opposto di caffè gigant (il famoso caffè uova), poche min al lago e al tempio. Molto vicino all'ufficio postale per mandare le carte postali a casa, vicino alla Bahn mi 25, vicino al mercato notturno, così come e Dong Xuan. Ciò che non è vicino è la strada del treno, che è l'altro lato. Completamente super comodo, vicino alla fermata degli autobus, anche se si prende il trasporto pubblico dall'aeroporto
