Location is very close to old quarter but far enough to be less noisy. Room is decent size and clean enough. Staff was friendly too. Breakfast is every day the same but lots of options so not a problem to stay for a week.

Book this hotel for a friend while I stayed at the Melia. OK convenient hotel

房間很乾凈整潔，各洗漱用具很齊全，設施也齊全，雖然面積不大，最最好的是離展館很近，走過去非常方便。門僮會主動幫忙拿大重行李，前台也很熱情。酒店自助早餐，品類也比較全，口味符合個人喜愛，總體這次入住挺滿意的!

房間很乾凈，每天都會打掃衞生，還會幫忙整理一下房間，幫忙擺放物品，前台服務站態度很好，很給力，價格如果可以再美麗些就更完美了……

位於河內市中心，到還劍湖、大教堂、巴亭廣場、火爐監獄博物館、鐵路軌道咖啡街、酒吧街、河內火車站均步行20分鐘左右以內可達！房間較大，有陽台，服務員專業有禮貌，早餐特別贊！不足之處：1、需要自行上10多級台階，對老年人和殘疾人不方便；2、設施較陳舊，毛巾雖然有很濃的香味也無法掩飾毛巾的老舊；3、洗髮、沐浴露很一般。性價比還不錯，推薦！

房間隔音，但房間不隔走廊的音。早餐還不錯，河粉好吃，酸奶好喝，咖啡也好喝。有免費香蕉。離ICE很近，走路就幾分鐘。離熱鬧的街區就一公里，晚上可以走過去。前台都會英語。也可以約第二天一早去機場的車🚗。美中不足的就是毛巾不是很白。

Dieses Hotel hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Es ist nicht wirklich ansprechend und alles ist ziemlich abgenutzt. Die Zimmer sind so hellhörig, das man jedes Wort auf den Gang hört und die sanitären Anlagen müssten auch mal ausgetauscht werden. Das Frühstücksbüffet haben wir uns kurz angeschaut und beschlossen außerhalb zu essen. Absolut kein Wohlfühlfaktor und definitiv nicht empfehlenswert.

河內服務最差的酒店之一。前台服務員胖女孩，完全好像看不起旅客的樣子。房間裏手機完全沒有信號。早餐難吃，品種少。沒有停車場。環境差。 衞生差。被單床單有污點。完全沒有服務行業的意識及態度。

酒店位置還可以，服務態度也還行，就是覺得有點奇怪，我同事先到酒店的，沒有提供BOOKING和護照訊息，前台直接叫出她的名字，直接就把房卡給她了。我們入住了一晚後，第二天晚上回酒店的時候，那個男生前台才找我們要護照去複印。 吃早餐前我先把房卡給那個男前台退房，他説可以了。我説我有叫送洗服務哦，他説讓我先吃早餐，等下再來核算。然後早餐吃完後去前台，他又跟我説好了，我説確定不用付錢麼？他説付什麼錢？我説洗衣服的錢呀，他説等等，然後確認了一次又一次後才有人把賬單拿下來。 酒店整體都還行，但是感覺內部管理有些問題，如果我不是誠信的人，前台在兩次跟我説好了的時候，但凡任何一次我沒有追問送洗賬單的話，那他們就收不到錢了。我還問了那那種情況怎麼辦呢？前台跟我説那就是他們前台和客服服務一起承擔了。覺得內部管理和培訓需要加強一下就更好了。 早餐一般，可以吃飽，沒有特別豐盛或不豐盛之説。但是粉的味道有點奇怪，不怎麼好吃。第一次入住的時候還可以，這次明顯沒有之前的好吃了，粉的口感和湯的味道都不對。希望改善。

在這裏住了9晚，前幾天在下雨，越南跟潮濕，六樓也在所難免，不過地域問題無可避免，除此之外其他方面都很好，床品很乾凈，酒店餐廳的自助餐很好吃，前台的服務生態度都很好，有問題都會很耐心的解答，我們還預訂了接送機，很方便，以後還會考慮入住

check out的時候居然説他們的兩雙拖鞋找不到了。原因是他們做room clean的服務員沒有找到拖鞋在衣櫃裏面。
