Location is superb, 2 mins walk to Train station. We stayed in transit for the night train to Sapa and it was a brilliant decision. Wonderful location for Transit traveler like us.

Booked for less than 1 night to rest and store our bags before our next itinerary, not the cleanest stay. Some sockets not working. Good for those taking the train at hanoi railway

I booked this hotel for 3 nights with breakfast. During this period, there was no room cleaning. It was located parallel to the train station, so there was a lot of noise from the train. It was a clean hotel, great location and a good environment. for breakfast, there is only a choice of soup or fried eggs with bread and there is nothing to drink😪. On the 3rd day, coffee was added😅

部屋が広く、朝食も非常に良い。 空港からの86番バスが終点なので、下車するバス停の心配無し。夜遅くでも安心して利用できた。 できれば、タオルはもう少し新しい方が良いと思うが、 価格を考えると、それは贅沢というものだろう。 次に来る機会があれば、必ず利用するつもりだ。

ハノイの中心地に近く、非常に便利なホテルです。清潔な部屋で、朝ごはんも有り、快適なハノイ旅行になりました。

Mango Hotel è una scelta eccellente per chi desidera soggiornare nei pressi della stazione ferroviaria di Hanoi. Si tratta di un hotel di budget ma ben fornito, con un servizio di concierge eccellente e una colazione gratuita. Il personale è molto amichevole, sempre pronto ad aiutare i propri ospiti. La posizione è ottima, non lontano dal centro città. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole e conveniente a Hanoi!

Arriving late and with an afternoon train to catch the next day this place was perfect. Breakfast was included and good, then we checked out, left our luggage there, did some stuff in Hanoi, then collected our luggage just before the train. The room whilst not plush served its purpose and the hotel staff were lovely.

We arrived at this hotel at 5:30am and were waiting for our private transport to Ha Long Bay. We planned to have our breakfast and to use the washroom before departing for Ha Long Bay. However, the staff told us to wait until 7:00am when the restaurant opened. And asked us to sit at the tables near the main street where the air quality wasn’t good. When it reached 7:00am, we entered the restaurant and the lady officer said they were running out of butter and pho. She was quite inpatient and appeared to be rude. We then accepted the option they could offered. Later on, there were a group of French tourists entered the restaurant. She attended them promptly and served them breakfast with a full fledged of options. I didn’t know what was going on. But with this attitude of doing business, she was either showing me that this hotel is not welcoming Asian tourists like me or tourists that only looking for solely having breakfast in this hotel !!!

We stoped here 2 times between journeys by trains and found it highly convenient. The cigarette smoke is everywhere but that is Vietnam in general. The room is cleanish. Some rooms even have a bath and a view (separately). The hotel has a back door where it leads you straight to the train platform without having to go to the main road.

The hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle, which was very convenient. The restaurants nearby were delicious and the hotel also had a great selection of food. The furnishings were modern and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge service was great and they were able to help me with anything I needed. Definitely recommend Mango Hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay in Hanoi.

The spacious rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and were quite comfortable. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and varied. The hotel's location was great, as it was near the Hanoi Railway Station and other attractions. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and the concierge service was excellent. The room service was prompt and the air-conditioning was great. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was really good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay while exploring Hanoi.
