Excellent stay. Good location. The staff were friendly and kind.

Reception were very friendly and helped to book my taxis (cheaper than getting a Grab taxi). The room itself was very clean and housekeeping were attentive and cleared out bins etc everyday. The location is also very good - near old town area and great to visit by going around the lake.

圖1是這家酒店Hanoi Sunshine Hotel，圖2-4是我們住的地方Hanoi Sena Hotel & Travel！到了説沒房間了，帶我們到了街對面的這家招待所，一樓在裝修，樓上除了牆壁重新塗刷外，其餘的傢俱都是舊的，和招待所沒差別。出門在外安全第一，再加上原本就是過度衹訂了一晚，所以就不與商家爭論！強烈建議攜程嚴格審核類似無良商家，這種疑似一房多賣的黑心商家就應該下架，避免消費者再次上當！
