It was fantastic stay.

출국 전 당일 체크아웃 진행 한 것이 아까울 만큼 좋은 숙소였습니다. 다음에 재방문해서 꼭 1박을 하고 싶습니다. 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 바로 앞 서호도 너무 예쁘고 좋네요

The rooms are clean and the host is very supportive and welcoming. The rooms are exactly as shown in the picture with good space, Also there is few pretty place’s to explore nearby. Overall a good experience. 9/10 recommended. The host is also vertical responsive.

The staff was really helpful and helped me check in early. The patience of the staff to sit with me because if a mistake agoda did was commendable. Special thanks to Cris for helping me with everything and sorting things out at the earliest. Thanks to the team!

Found Pegasy by chance walking around the Westlake region. It looked clean and I was looking to go for a tour to the Ha Giang Loop. To be fair it was about 10 pm on a Sunday evening so perhaps my comments should be taken with a pinch of salt. The first member of staff we met did not speak any English and we relied on google translate. He gave me a card to contact the tour guide that speaks English, which I said I would do on Monday morning. The staff member insisted I speak to the guide in that instant, which I did and was told to make an inquiry on Monday. They also added me to a WhatsApp group where I sent my inquiry about the itinerary and cost for Ha Giang loop. I was ignored till late afternoon on Monday where I prompted them and a third member of staff prompted the guide for him to respond. I was not happy with their service and opted to go with a tour guide that I felt more comfortable and responsive. To be fair Pegasy offered a lower cost for the trip, however, I felt that they would leave me hanging when I needed them most.

Spent there for 3 days 2 nights. I was recommended by my colleague who is Hanoian and he didnt make me disapointed. Cozy room with modern facilites, friendly and helpfull staff. I was especially impressed by Daniel, the General Manager. He even took me to the airport himself without any charge. Highly recommend this place and definitely come back here in the future.

Tôi thấy tất cả điều ok ko có điều gì để phản mọi người điều thân thiện , bạn lễ Tân trực quầy luôn có mặt để giúp đỡ tôi từng thứ nhỏ nhất , nhân viên dọn dẹp phòng rất sạch sẽ , phòng ở đây ở rất thoải mái rộng rãi đầu đủ tiện nghi , mặc dù chúng tôi ở tầng 2 sẽ hơi ồn về ban ngày 1 chút nhưng đánh đổi lại chúng tôi có đầy đủ tiện ích ở đây , thật đáng để ở và trải nghiệm
