I had a great experience at MerPerle for 3 days and 2 nights, my company organized a meeting event in the Classic lobby which was taken care of very well by the staff. The lobby is very beautiful and spacious with many equipment from sound to light. Especially, there is an employee named Khang who supports the women in my company where the photo shoot is also very successful. Hope to see MerPerle again in the near future

여행을 자주다니지만 호텔 선택시 까다롭고 만족스러운 리뷰 경험은 많지않은데 이곳은 만점을 주고 싶을 정도로 만족스러워서 특별히 리뷰를 남깁니다 새호텔이고 일단 모든 직원들이 친절합니다 서비스도 빠르고 좋고, 욕실수질에 문제점이 있었지만 친절하고 빠르게 해결해주었고 최선을다해 노력하는 모습을보여주었으며 객실도 깨끗하고 청소상태도 청결하며 특히 위치가 정말 최고입니다 달랏의 제일 큰슈퍼마켓 인 고달랏이 바로앞 도보3분 거리라서 편리하게 매일 이용할수있었고 호숫가산책과 공원산책이 바로 옆이라서 정말편리합니다 시티센터나 달랏야시장도 도보로 산책가능한 거리이고 아침조식이 맛있으며 종류도 많고 청결하게 잘관리되고 있어 만족스러웠고 특히 제일 인상적인 것은 이른 아침 8시전 인데도 조식 레스토랑의 매니저가 식당에 나와서 모든것을 관리하고 있으며 손님들의 불편함이나 반응을 체크하고 친절하게 열심히 서비스 하는 모습이 좋은인상을 남겨서 조식레스토랑의 매니저를 칭찬하고싶습니다 객실의 불편한 문제점 또한 친절하게 들어주고 체크해서 해결해주는 적극적인 서비스정신과 손님들과 눈을 마주치고 인사하며 열심히 하는 모습이 감동적이었습니다 여행으로 호텔을 자주다니지만 이렇게 열심히 열의가 있는 조식 레스토랑 매니저는 처음이었습니다 맛있는조식과 레스토랑 매니저에게 감사의 인사를 전하고싶고 모든 직원들의 친절한서비스에 다시 또 방문하고싶고 추천하고싶은 호텔입니다 추천합니다

Chuyến đi chơi 2 ngày 1 đêm cùng gia đình tại Villa khách sạn Tea Resort Prenn. Nhân viên lễ tân rất than thiện, hỗ trợ checkin rất nhanh chóng. Xe điện đưa đón khách rất thoải mái và thuận tiện. Nhà hàng rộng rãi, nhiều món dân dã ngon và hợp khẩu vị của gia đình. Sẽ quay trợ lại mỗi năm!

What was good 1. Absolutely splendid location! Situated next to Tuyển Làm lake. The lake and the surroundings are breathtaking. Away from the city, serene and quiet. 2. Villas are spacious. We had two bedrooms, a sitting room, two bathrooms. Ideal for a family of four. 3. Breakfast spread was good, as expected in any resort. 4. Vegetarian menu was available and dishes were nice. We had lunch and dinner and it was good. 5. There are peacocks and peahen walking everywhere. They make the place look surreal, you may feel you are in a Mughal garden! What can be better 1. The villas seem to be needing more maintenance- there were nooks and corners dusty or needing repairs. The pool looked shabby! 2. The shuttle bus frequency can be increased perhaps. Currently three times in a day to go to Dalat and return.

Che hotel meraviglioso! Abbiamo amato il nostro tempo all'Hotel Ana Mandara! Direi che la sua posizione affascinante e bungalow, il personale eccellente e cibo di alta qualità hanno reso perfetto per noi a Dalat! I nostri bambini si sono sentiti molto comodi qui e hanno fatto solo una grande esperienza dalat! Molto consigliato!

Ho un soggiorno fantastico e buona esperienza durante il soggiorno. L'hotel è lo stesso che mostrato in foto sembra elegante e antico, ma la condizione è buona. Il servizio dal personale è fantastico, siamo ben serviti dal personale poliziotto che è sempre pronto ad aiutare. Prima del soggiorno, ho avvicinato il personale per la decorazione della stanza per la mia proposta al mio partner, il personale è responsabile e il risultato è soddisfatto. Una buona varietà di cibo per colazione e tempo di tè, anche, le esperienze globali sono fantastiche
