Hotel 4 stelle a Da Lat

Fantastico posto! Molto consigliato! L'hotel si trova su una strada stretta piena di caffè, ristoranti e bar locali - e a pochi passi dal mercato notturno. Abbiamo apprezzato davvero il processo di check-in. Ci fu offerto un tè di articoco caldo all’arrivo, e il personale spiegava tutto chiaramente - dove ottenere acqua filtrata, come cambiare i tuoi asciugamani, dove trovare i bagni essenziali e come aprire la porta anteriore dopo le ore. Hanno anche condiviso un elenco di ristoranti e attrazioni consigliate di Google Maps. Puoi noleggiare una moto proprio all'hotel, che è stato super conveniente! Inoltre, offrono asciugamani e banane gratis alla reception - piccoli ma bellissimi toccati. C'è un ascensore, e grazie a lui non si sveglia a tutti i piani (come in molti luoghi!). Abbiamo anche un ampio aggiornamento da una sala economica a una standard - che comprendeva una piccola zona cucina con un asciugacapelli, forno elettrico, forno da cucina, piatti e utensili. All’interno, tutto era senza spot e profumato, il letto era comodo, la pressione dell’acqua nel doccia era forte, e lo specchio del bagno era stato incorporato in luce. La camera era anche con un deumidificatore che manteneva l'aria fresca e completamente priva di odore di molle o di mosti. L'isolamento sonoro era eccellente - nonostante la strada occupata, non potevamo sentire alcun rumore dall'esterno. L'unico piccolo punto di svolta (che si applica alla maggior parte degli hotel) è che a volte si possono sentire gli ospiti alti nella strada attraverso la porta anteriore. Fortunatamente, non sono rimasti rumorosi per molto tempo. In generale, un soggiorno meraviglioso - grande posizione, camere pulite, servizio pensile, e un ottimo valore!

Tutto è perfetto! Il panorama e la foto della villa dell'hotel sembrano esattamente la stessa della foto ufficiale dell'hotel. Il cibo è delizioso, la casa delle sementi è piena di attività per i bambini, camminare intorno al complesso del resort durante un giorno di drizzling è terapeutico. Mi dispiace di rimanere per una sola notte e ho prolungato qualche ora extra. Sarò certamente sulla mia lista di bucket per tornare una volta che ci sarà un volo diretto in questo luogo. L'aeroporto è sotto una costruzione, quindi potremmo prendere solo il bus a dormire. È stato un piacevole esperienza del bus a dormire, ma non lo farei di nuovo. In generale questo hotel è stato uno dei migliori resort forestali che ho soggiornato. Un paio di commenti amichevoli per il miglioramento: il bagno è troppo piccolo e non c'è doccia separata, eccetto la testa del doccia sopra il tubo di Jacuzzi. È piuttosto scomodo, perché dobbiamo salire in e fuori dal Jacuzzi per fare una doccia. Il tubo di Jacuzzi non era abbastanza pulito. Devo pulirlo con il mio tessuto bagnato. Ci sono sporcizia nelle pressioni idriche. Il polso è un po' troppo morbido e sottile.

The highlight of this hotel is, without question, the warm swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Not just because it is beautiful, but because it opens at 5:30 AM. While the rest of the family is still asleep, you can enjoy one of the rarest travel luxuries: warm water, fresh morning air, sunrise light, and complete silence. That alone made this stay unforgettable. 🕠 Warm Pool Hours The warm swimming pool (3rd floor) is open from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM — and this is easily the hotel’s greatest luxury. Early opening hours make it perfect for peaceful morning swims and a quiet coffee before the day begins. 🍽 Breakfast Hours Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 3rd floor. The selection was generous and varied, with excellent soups, delicious desserts, and enough options to make every breakfast feel like a treat rather than a routine hotel buffet. ☕ Afternoon Tea Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the 3rd floor — a lovely and thoughtful touch that adds charm to the stay and makes the hotel feel more refined and welcoming. 🌅 Location & View The view is beautiful, and the location was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Being close to the cable car was a huge advantage for us and made exploring especially easy and convenient. 💛 Service The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Service felt polished, caring, and consistently helpful — the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly comfortable. 🔎 What Could Be Improved What keeps this hotel from being exceptional is not the service, but the housekeeping supervision and room maintenance. A few small details slightly affected the overall impression: • the vanity table in our room had visible stains • the shower head was leaking • in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor, there is a beautiful decorative plant, but the dust on its leaves was impossible to ignore These are small things, but details matter — especially in a hotel that otherwise feels so close to being truly outstanding. Still, this is a hotel I would happily return to — for the warm morning pool, the excellent breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere, and that rare feeling of quiet comfort.

La costruzione stradale era in corso intorno all'hotel. Era inconveniente andare intorno con polvere, ma l'hotel era pulito e il personale era amichevole e bello. La colazione era particolarmente buona. Se si chiede dove stare, consiglio questo hotel.

E'stata una grande esperienza di stare al resort. Tutti i dipendenti erano amici e di aiuto. La vista del resort che lo circonda è spettacolare. Solo preoccupati per la loro nuoto non così pulita. Pieno di bug, poop e sporchi. Nessuno nuota coz di esso. Ma ho fatto huhu. Suggerimenti sulla vista della camera, se si desidera una bella vista di montagna, opt per la vista del Golf Course coz l'opzione reale di vista di montagna non ti dà davvero una bella vista di montagna. Se siete un viaggiatore musulmano dovete informare l'hotel prima di arrivare, così possono provare e accogliere la vostra richiesta di pasto a sala per colazione buffet. There’s also pickel ball court there (but for rental sadly not complimentary) so bring your attrages if you’re a player like me! La distribuzione del colazione è molto buona. Varietà e molte scelte da scegliere. Si raccomandano di venire in occasioni speciali come NYE, Xmas e Lavoro/giorno di liberazione. Per coloro che viaggiano solo come me e non vogliono viaggiare in autobus per 7-8 ore a Da Lat, aspettate fino a dopo settembre 2026 per arrivare coz, quindi l'aeroporto è già stato ristrutturato. Ma si DEVE venire a visitare Da Lat e se si sta cercando un tranquillo e tranquillo resort lontano dal buzz della città, Questo è il resort che si deve scegliere. Inoltre forniscono servizi di navetta quotidianamente per aiutare gli ospiti a mandare al centro della città di Da Lat secondo il calendario, in modo che tu possa pianificare le tue attività quotidianamente. A new hotel with reasonably sized rooms but no air conditioning. It's a bit far from the city center, and there's no soundproofing, so you can hear all the street noise. The breakfast is varied, but the dining tables need cleaning; I sat at the same table two days in a row and found the same food stains that hadn't been wiped up.

Супер доброжелательный персонал, мы приехали намного раньше заселения (около 6 утра), но так как мест не было, нас попросили подождать. Но всё же к 9 нас заселили (за доп плату), также разрешили докупить завтрак. При выезде также разрешают оставить багаж и забрать, когда вам необходимо. Расположение отеля - суперское, до всего, что нужно туристу можно дойти пешком. Номера не самые современные, но просторные и чистые. Отдельно приятно каждый день ходить через сад во дворе, очень гармонично смотрится. Завтраки неплохие, но для тех, кто привык к европейской еде - было скудновато, но всё равно голодными не уходили (овощи, фрукты, яичница, хлопья с молоком, тосты этим можно плотно и сытно позавтракать). Если вы на несколько ночей - точно стоит своих денег!

Other than the roadwork posing a risk and inconvenience along the entire stretch of road in front of the hotel, everything was great during our stay. The room was very clean with good air-conditioning to heat the room during the cold nights in December. The water pressure was great even though our rooms were on the 4th floor. Hot water was almost instantaneous, except the water temperature can be a little inconsistent. The bed was not hard like many of the hotels in Vietnam. Comfy bed. The young team from reception to breakfast area to housekeeping was welcoming and enthusiastic , especially a few at breakfast who recommended specialty dishes for us to try. Although the breakfast buffet was not huge, at least 70% of the selections was not repeated during our 4 days of breakfast. This is certainly something uncommon even in 5-star hotels, and is a great way for international travelers to sample a variety of dishes from different parts of Vietnam. We actually looked forward to eating breakfast everyday while chatting with some of the breakfast crew members. The only part I would recommend to improve is for the crew at reception to remember to look up and greet the guests even at night, which a few forgot to do so at times.

Molto buona posizione, camminare a distanza dal mercato notturno, bevande strada e zona commerciale. Molto gentile e utile personale. Molto spazio anche! È davvero prezioso per i soldi.

Hotel bellissimo. E'stato un secondo tempo per restare. Tutti gli interni sono antichi e la costruzione è fatta di mattoni e legno così grande atmosfera. Wifi, posizione, personale e colazione sono tutti grandi.
