Come hotel vacanze è ancora relativamente soddisfatto.Ma anche il tipo di camera separata.Il rapporto prezzo all'inizio è troppo basso. I'd like to share my impressions of my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the hotel is very new and designer inside. The view of the village is, I'd say, the best in the area. First things first: the hotel offers a butler service, and when you arrive at the attraction, a butler will meet you and take your luggage. You don't have to bother walking to the bus, which is quite a distance, and the entire scenic area is on a mountain, requiring constant climbing. The hotel is also located on a hillside, so getting to it requires a climb up narrow steps. The butler carried my luggage and accompanied me the entire time. The walk from the entrance to the hotel took about 25 minutes, including the bus and the walk. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted at reception and offered afternoon tea; there were five drinks on the menu. I chose a milk oolong tea with milk, and they offered me fruit, nuts, and homemade cookies. It was delicious. I spent the entire time relaxing, drinking tea, and enjoying the village views. After I'd rested, I went to my room. I was given a room on the 4th floor with the lucky number 888. The room has absolutely everything: excellent Loccitan cosmetics, toiletries, robes, and slippers—everything is of very good quality. There's also a modern hairdryer and steam iron. There was a bath on the balcony, but I didn't use it because it was chilly. The room is really new; it has underfloor heating if you get cold, and also air conditioning. The bed linen, pillows, and blanket were wonderful. I didn't even notice how my night passed; I truly rested for the two nights I stayed at this hotel. The hotel staff explained how I could spend my time and took me to a restaurant where I could have a delicious meal. Then I went for a walk. I spent the entire evening strolling around the village and taking in the sights. That evening, when I returned, I was offered evening soup, which I really enjoyed; it was very unusual. Since I was a foreign tourist, the hotel staff communicated with me using a translator via WeChat, which was very convenient and prevented any misunderstandings. The next morning, I was offered breakfast, which was served on the first floor of the hotel. The dining room was also very beautiful and well-renovated. After breakfast, I went for a walk around the village to take beautiful photos. I had a wonderful time in the village, taking in the sights. I especially enjoyed the local people's show on New Year's Eve, as well as the singing of the women and men of the Miao people. The day before my departure, the hotel staff asked what time my return tickets to Guiyang would be and told me they would arrange for me to be transported to the entrance so I could call a taxi. I would give this hotel the highest rating, firstly because it's in a wonderful location on a mountain with a magnificent view, and literally a three-minute walk from the main observation deck. I would also give the highest rating to the hotel personnel, and especially to the butler his wechat name Velpro, they are all tried their best to help me and accompanied me on all my questions. I would also give the highest rating to the hotel owners, who care about the interior order, cleanliness, and the care of their guests. This level of hospitality is truly rare. If I return to this village, I will definitely stay at this hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

La città di Guiyang ha un clima davvero buono e tanti snack deliziosi. Questa volta ho scelto di soggiornare al Pullman Hotel di Guiyang. L'hotel si trova nella zona urbana Anche se l'ambiente esterno è un po' vecchiotto, è molto fumoso. Inoltre, il trasporto è molto economico, viaggiare è molto conveniente ed è anche molto vicino all'aeroporto. Il personale della reception dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e mi ha organizzato con cura una camera confortevole. Mi hanno anche consigliato degli snack deliziosi, il che mi ha fatto sentire molto al caldo. Era una bella esperienza!

The hotel is within walking distance to xiaoqingkong bridge. We had a good time over there. The breakfast was excellent and the room was very clean. I was not impressed with service though. First we couldn’t make the AC working right and the room was freezing. We called the front desk for help. The service person wouldn’t even enter our room to check and told us nothing could be done but to turn it off. Second, we ordered hotel transportation to take us the the tourist center the next morning at 7:15 so we could take an early train back. We arrived at the front desk to find out that no arrangements had been made and they called the driver after we got there and were ready to leave. The driver didn’t arrive until after 7:30, 15 minutes after our scheduled departure time! Luckily we planned a little extra time and didn’t miss our trains but the service was unacceptable.

Location undeniable convenient. Main entrance from hotel turn right less than 5 minutes to jiaxu pavilion. Turn right walk down straight for around 5 to 8minutes to reach Qingyun market .lots of food areas/shops around but mainly their local specialties.Sour fish soup,noodles ,stir fries etc. The hotel has been around for around 20 years or so.Tge decor looks similar to offerings from the late 80s to 90s. Service is very good as evident of the Sheraton lineage.However the dated feel and horrendous central air conditioning puts it a notch down. With offerings nearby that has upped tge game these past years.The management should look seriously in some areas such as decor and added lighting features specially in the rooms .(lights at lower section of bed to light up pathway at night). Breakfast was well stocked and timing was especially good.up till 10.30am. The best feature this Hotel has is the staff.Improve a bit more especially on the air conditioning and I believe market share loss will improve. Overall it's a relatively good stay.

非常滿意的一次入住，開了一天的車，到達酒店已經是半夜，入住非常順利，房間安靜，床很舒服，緩解了一天的疲勞。房間非常乾淨，很新。重點我想突出一下早餐，實在是太豐富了，幾乎達到了五星級酒店的標準，是我這次貴州行所有住宿的酒店裡早餐最好的，餐廳非常非常美。

Un hotel tradizionale di vacanza molto elegante è anche il miglior alloggio di tessuto al momento.Il giardino e l'atrio dell'hotel sono molto eleganti. Le camere hanno un balcone. Quando si sono soggiornate, sono state organizzate camere con una grande piazza. Si siedono in piazza molto comoda. Le strutture della stanza sono state regolarmente pulite, dopo tutto, ci sono anche anni dopo la decorazione. Il servizio del personale dell'hotel è buono, in linea con il livello dell'hotel, e si saluterà.Vai a fare due chilometri di strada e prendi il bus per cinque minuti. L'esperienza di alloggio generale è buona. Il punto di ricamo è la colazione più calda. Il viso è con un uovo di ricamo. Al nove circa è stato asciutto per mangiare una parte del colazione. Spero di poter migliorare di nuovo.

The greatest strength of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. Despite language barriers, everyone we encountered was friendly, patient and genuinely eager to help. A special mention must go to the hotel manager, who went far beyond what could reasonably be expected. When we were struggling with transport arrangements, he personally offered assistance and ultimately drove us to the train station himself. Only afterwards did we discover that he was actually the hotel manager, not a driver. He refused any payment and demonstrated a level of hospitality and generosity that left a lasting impression on our family. The staff also helped us order food delivery using local apps that were difficult for us as foreign visitors to navigate, communicating through translation apps whenever necessary. The hotel is conveniently located beside the Olympic Sports Centre, which was ideal for our visit to the Asian Gymnastics Championships. The rooms were spacious and clean. However, there were several aspects of the stay that prevented it from feeling truly comfortable. The surrounding area felt unusually quiet, with many restaurants and commercial spaces appearing closed, giving parts of the district a somewhat deserted atmosphere. Dining options were limited, and finding lunch or dinner nearby was often challenging. The rooms, while large, had relatively small windows, which meant there was not much natural light. The air conditioning sometimes struggled to keep the room as cool as we would have liked, and the hot water supply was inconsistent. The beds were extremely firm, and each guest was provided with only one fairly hard pillow. Some travellers may appreciate a very firm mattress, but we found it a little uncomfortable for a longer stay. Also, we were only provided with 2 bath towels even though there were 3 of us sharing a room. Overall, this is a hotel with exceptional staff and a convenient location for events at the Sports Centre. While the accommodation itself fell short of our expectations in several areas, the kindness and professionalism of the staff left us with positive memories of our visit.

Il design dell'hotel e le camere, la luce sono tutti confortevoli. Tuttavia, il personale ..... Abbiamo prenotazioni per 3 camere, tuttavia, al check-in, ci sono state date solo carte per 2 camere.e dopo la correzione, doveva aspettare la chiave della 3a camera ... A cena, le noodles di zuppa di carne sono arrivate un'ora dopo l'ordine, con quasi nessuna zuppa, ma un enorme bollo di noodles secche, abbiamo dovuto chiedere di aggiungere la zuppa ... L'ordine di birra è stato mancato. La pasta Bolognese ha saputo molto strano che abbiamo ordinato per i bambini, sperando che la carne fosse fresca, abbiamo chiesto di ordinare un dolce dal menu e si è detto che tutto (tutti i dolci, come tiramisu, brownie, formaggio ecc.) erano venduti. Abbiamo menzionato tutti questi commenti al manager al momento del pagamento, e il manager ha detto solo che ha notato. E dopo 5 secondi quando abbiamo lasciato lei ha portato fuori un biscotto di formaggio per noi ... Pensavamo che i dessert fossero venduti .... ? In terzo luogo, ci siamo uniti e abbiamo chiesto alla ricezione dell'hotel di prenotare il nostro prossimo soggiorno con Sheraton a Guiyang, ma al nostro orrore dopo aver lasciato l'hotel, abbiamo ricevuto un'e-mail che dice che 3 camere in questo hotel huangguishu è prenotato invece. Abbiamo già pagato. Ora siamo ancora in viaggio e abbiamo dovuto chiamare l'hotel e chiedere loro di cancellare la prenotazione sbagliata. Anche se sul telefono hanno detto che avrebbero, (non ci scusano per il resto), non riceveremo ancora una conferma sulla cancellazione della prenotazione sbagliata ... Quindi dobbiamo ancora usare telefono a lunga distanza per arrivare a questo hotel di nuovo oggi. La sala colazione e le scelte alimentari sono eccellenti. La maggior parte del personale lavora duro. Tuttavia, tutte le acque calde (l'acqua di limone due bottiglie d'acqua calda) sono state lasciate vuote senza topi nonostante le richieste. C'era un personale abbastanza divertente solo nascosto in una delle camere per colazione per evitare il lavoro .... Amore quattro punti di design e hardware, ma il software è davvero una brutta esperienza.

Il servizio dell'hotel è stato eccellente! La nostra governante, Coco, ci ha aspettato all'ingresso dell'attrazione turistica molto presto per accompagnarci in hotel, aiutarci con i bagagli e spiegarci come esplorare il villaggio Miao. È stata molto amichevole, responsabile e attenta. La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, proprio accanto al punto panoramico. Dalla nostra camera avevamo una vista mozzafiato sull'intera area. Offrono anche laboratori di batik e una deliziosa colazione. Al ritorno, la governante ci ha accompagnato fuori dall'attrazione turistica e ci ha aiutato di nuovo con i bagagli. Io e il mio amico siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti, è stata la parte migliore di tutto il viaggio! 🌹🌹
