Personale molto gentile e amichevole ! L’hotel ha una posizione molto conveniente. Le camere sono pulite e luminose, con grandi finestre. In mia stanza, la finestra era di fronte al sole, e la luce del sole ha riscaldato la stanza tutto il giorno. Questo ha reso la stanza piacevolmente calda, anche la sera. E' stato bello tornare in una stanza calda dopo un lungo giorno, grazie sia alla luce del sole che alla vista di un bel sole. Il posto dei cantieri era conveniente, e la stanza comprendeva un caldo, che mi permetteva di fare il tè facilmente. Il doccia calda era anche un plus. L'area di parcheggio era sicura, chiusa, sotterranea, e molto spaziosaperfetta per biciclette e auto. In generale, l'hotel mi ha dato un senso di sicurezza e cucina. Ma c’era una cosa che ho incontrato, il bagno era molto piccolo e la doccia continuava ad inondare la stanza. Il primo giorno ho informato il personale di questo problema. Risposero immediatamente, spogliando il pavimento con asciugamani e rimuovendo l’acqua, ma purtroppo il problema persisteva. Il giorno dopo, gli chiesi di ripararlo, e rimuovendo il filtro del pavimento, che bloccava il drenaggio dell’acqua. Mentre questo migliorava la situazione, non risolveva completamente il problema. Sembrava che la zona di doccia non fosse stata adeguatamente sigillata, poiché l’acqua continuava a spruzzarsi nella stanza, rendendo impossibile prendere una doccia lunga, limitandomi a quelle molto brevi. Nonostante ciò, la mia impressione generale sull'hotel è positiva.

Bombo Hotel is in a fantastic location - close to everything. You can easily walk down to the night market, the lake, and other attractions, yet it remains quiet because the hotel sits slightly uphill. This was especially important during the holidays, when people were celebrating all night. The hotel is right on the road, so it’s very easy to reach by car - no need to drag heavy suitcases up or down narrow paths. The room looked exactly like in the photos - clean, cozy, and very pleasant. The facilities were new and everything worked well. The breakfast was truly delicious! What I didn’t like as much: - something in the shower was leaking, so there was often water on the floor; - for two guests there was only one pair of rubber slippers and just small single bottles of shampoo and shower gel; - on our last morning we discovered the windows faced a school, and we were suddenly woken at 7 AM by the morning assembly; - there was no heater in the room, and hot water came from a small water heater that didn’t last very long (although this may be typical for the region). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel!

I arrived at the hotel before 6 AM because my bus arrived early, and the gate was closed. As soon as I contacted them via WhatsApp, they responded immediately and even allowed me to freshen up. Although the official check-in time is 2 PM, they kindly let me check in at 12 PM. Both receptionists were extremely polite and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. There are plenty of food options within a 5-minute walk, and the hotel is only 10–15 minutes from Xuan Huong Lake and the night market. Overall, an excellent stay—I would definitely choose this place again when I return to Dalat!

Grande posizione nel centro della città, e il personale era super utile. Tuttavia, il Wi-Fi ha continuato a cadere nella mia stanza, che era annoiante perché dovevo lavorare. Buon posto per un breve soggiorno, ma hanno davvero bisogno di riparare la connessione internet

Отличный отель , номер просторный с большими кроватями , очень понравился интерьер , все старинное , двери , ванна , мебель . Как будто оказываешься в начале 20 века . Обслуживание хорошее , завтрак стандартный .

La receptionist è molto efficiente e cortese. Spazioso accoglienza e zona da pranzo. La camera è pulita e temperata, ma piccola (nessuna sedia, si deve usare il letto come sedia per la tavola). Il bagno è pulito, tempestivo e abbastanza spazioso. Tuttavia, uno dei titolari della culla del bagno è rotto. Servizi all'interno della stanza: caldaia per la cottura dell'acqua, wifi, TV (nessun canale e nessun controllo remoto), doccia calda, bagni di toletta come sapone liquido, shampoo, spazzole dentali, cuscini di cotone d'orecchio, raschiatore, ventilatore in piedi, scarpe, ecc. Non si dispone di asciugacapelli. Belli e piatti confortevoli. 2 bottiglia di acqua, 2 sacchetti di caffè e 2 sacchetti di tè al giorno. Caffè e ristoranti vicino. Spazio sicuro. Solo lamentazione: come la maggior parte degli hotel in Vietnam, la porta e la parete della camera sono piuttosto sottili, e se c'è rumore dalla passeggiata fuori dalla stanza, può essere sentito molto chiaramente dalla stanza (rumore di altri ospiti dell'hotel o più pulizia della stanza mattina). Il puliziatore gridarà da camera a camera in mattinata chiedendo servizi di pulizia della stanza e questo disturberà i dormitori. Quando non c'è risposta, il puliziatore presumerà che non ci siano ospiti all'interno della stanza e aprirà la porta usando la chiave di master. Non è questo il modo giusto per fare il servizio di pulizia della stanza quotidiana! La gestione dell'hotel dovrebbe acquistare tag (chiedere la pulizia della stanza o non disturbare tag) che possono essere appesi sui nodi della porta come fatto in molti hotel.

My friends and I stayed here for 6 days for a wedding. The room itself is spacious, with a beautiful view outside. The bed was comfortable, and big. Really appreciated that. The cleaning staff were so helpful and quick to any requests I had. The request I did have often was to clean my bathroom floor as the water comes out the drain in the shower and to the whole floor of the bathroom, going to the drain by the toilet. The staff said this is a common issue as the hotel is old. So they mentioned that it can be cleaned when I needed it and it was so problem averted, however it can be inconvenient if you don't have the patience for this. Esp at night if you want to have a late shower, you will walk on a wet floor after that in the bathroom. My friends however in the 3 other rooms, did not have this issue. It was only my room. The hotel is very beautiful and the aesthetics do make you feel like you are in some olden royal venue. Note, there is no conditioner in the bathroom, which is common in Vietnam, ensure you carry this, it is not easy to find outside quickly. There are local coffee shops, restaurants and laundry services in and out the hotel. At the hotel they were quick and affordable for laundry. There are no other facilities at the hotel.

Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
