Hotel 3 stelle a Da Lat

Hotel carino in una posizione fantastica. La camera era pulita e i letti erano comodi, la doccia era anche carina, anche se ho dimenticato di prendere una foto, la nostra unica domanda era che abbiamo prenotato una stanza con aria condizionata e tutto quello che avevamo era un ventilatore soffitto che era piuttosto alto ma ci siamo rimasti solo per due per le notti non si è sentito la necessità di cambiare le camere.

Location is excellent. Short walk to the markets and restaurants/cafe. The staff were friendly and nice. Our room on the 3rd floor had a nice and unobstructed views. We all slept soundly and didn't notice any noise outside the hotel. The room was spacious enough for the 4 of us. The only comment was that the room gets cold at night and the duvet wasn't enough. But it was only 2 nights stay so not a big deal.

Tried to stick me in a room with a window facing a wall - basically a windowless room. Looked nothing like the first 5 pictures but conveniently the last two pictures showed this room. Very sneaky of the management and it's obvious you're trying to take advantage of people who are too polite to object. I am not one of these people so I refused and after minutes of arguing they finally gave me another room. An upgraded room! So if you stay here you're probably gonna have to bargain like it's a market to get something decent. It isn't your fault they put rooms in the basement and rightfully have trouble selling the big closet. I cannot deny the property is beautiful. My room had a seperate bedroom. Loved the TV in the room. I usually don't watch a lot of tv on vacation but it streamed YouTube and Netflix so smoothly I couldn't resist at night. Internet was fast. Beds felt new and offered the perfect level of softness. Fridge was huge and cold. There was a stovetop but I didn't use it. Lots of closet space if you stay long term. Hotel staff was friendly but unresponsive to WhatsApp messages and delivered my laundry much later than agreed upon. It's obvious they're uninspired employees and having been in this position many times in my life I can empathize. Despite all this I'd still recommend staying here just don't let them force you into the bait and switch.

Grande posizione nel centro della città, e il personale era super utile. Tuttavia, il Wi-Fi ha continuato a cadere nella mia stanza, che era annoiante perché dovevo lavorare. Buon posto per un breve soggiorno, ma hanno davvero bisogno di riparare la connessione internet

Inutilemente inconveniente. Raccomando la camera da 4 persone con balcone. Pro: Il posto è bello e tranquillo, si sente lussuoso, buoni letti, bella vista sul sole. Un pianoforte (TV) suono viene dal lobby. Bella ambiente. Buono valore per il prezzo. Questo non è il centro della città, si prende un po' per andare da qualche parte, posto può essere trovato come ”d casa” su carte Google facilmente. Molti uscite di energia, spazio, tavoli e alcuni sedie e 2 specchi nella stanza. Le lamiere sono spesso, solo 2 lamiere per 4 persone, ma credo che sia per coppie. Con: Le mutandine interne mi fanno male i piedi con ogni passo, ci sono molti passi al livello -2. Non possono essere tolti perché il pavimento è freddo. Quando si va al bagno o alla doccia, si deve portare il carta da bagno, asciugamani, vestiti dello shampoo ecc dalla tua stanza, chiudere la tua stanza, portare le chiavi, ... *** È necessario un orgagrafo e una lista di controllo solo per prendere un poop. La luce non può essere spostata dal letto, e quando entrate nella stanza, prima dovete raggiungere dietro la porta. Dopo le 8:00, bisogna fare un po' di fischio per aprire la porta. Nessuna informazione WiFi memorizzata nell'app o nella stanza. Super Inconveniente, assume qualcuno per migliorare il flusso(cioè la persona giapponese)!

Квартира неплохая , но хотелось бы уборку получше и заменить некоторые элементы ( они устали от времени)

Двоякие впечатления от отеля. Минусы: Заказывали номер на чердаке, т.к. с двумя кроватями и видом на город был только там. Встать в полный рост можно было только у двери, дальше только нагибаясь и ползком). Не работал телефон, на что портье только пожал плечами. Из 8 розеток функционировали только 2. Отопления нет, под окном большие вентиляционные щели, не особо приятно спать, когда на улице 12°, благо одеяла теплые. Через эти щели днем много чего залетает, от комаров до жуков всяких. Кстати на лето и кондиционера нет, только вентилятор. Уборная в 1м2, на одном пятачке и унитаз и душ (напомнило условия в подводных лодках), так что после помывки пол мокрый и вся вода несется в номер, в котором вместо ковролина кафель. Всё старое, краны с унитазом тоже прошлого века и постоянно подтекают, так что спать придется под эти милые звуки. Из еды: в первый день был обещанный шведский стол, хоть и скудный, второй и третий день ждали по 15-20мин пока нам принесут завтрак, ещё более скудный. Медленный лифт не едущий до нашего этажа. Ещё были ремонтные работы, меняли кафель где-то в отеле, так что звук перфоратора тоже добавлял остроты. Из плюсов: Местоположение - близость к центральным улицам. Если фанат старины, то отель вам зайдёт. Один только работающий камин в зале на завтрак чего стоит. Всё здание от фасада до интерьера выполнено в стиле прошлого - позапрошлого века. Много разных приборов и предметов с тех эпох, даже авто с мотоциклами найти можно. Резюме: Отель не тянет и на 3 звезды, не то что на 4. Можно остановиться на одну ночь, для любителей раритета, в угоду комфорту, но не более того.

Hotel cần cải thiện khâu nhân viên dọn dẹp phòng giúp mình nha , sáng 9h đang ngủ trong phòng đột ngột nghe tiếng gõ cửa 2-3 lần mới mở mắt nên nửa tỉnh nửa mơ tưởng nghe lộn , lúc sau nghe tiếng quẹt thẻ phòng cửa phòng tự mở ra mình hỏi ng mở cửa phòng mình là ai hoá ra là bạn nv dọn phòng. Bản thân vừa thấy bối rối và cảm thấy thiếu tôn trọng và k hài lòng với dịch vụ dọn dẹp khi chưa có sự cho phép của khách đang ở mà tự tiện dùng thẻ mở cửa phòng của khách như vậy

My friends and I stayed here for 6 days for a wedding. The room itself is spacious, with a beautiful view outside. The bed was comfortable, and big. Really appreciated that. The cleaning staff were so helpful and quick to any requests I had. The request I did have often was to clean my bathroom floor as the water comes out the drain in the shower and to the whole floor of the bathroom, going to the drain by the toilet. The staff said this is a common issue as the hotel is old. So they mentioned that it can be cleaned when I needed it and it was so problem averted, however it can be inconvenient if you don't have the patience for this. Esp at night if you want to have a late shower, you will walk on a wet floor after that in the bathroom. My friends however in the 3 other rooms, did not have this issue. It was only my room. The hotel is very beautiful and the aesthetics do make you feel like you are in some olden royal venue. Note, there is no conditioner in the bathroom, which is common in Vietnam, ensure you carry this, it is not easy to find outside quickly. There are local coffee shops, restaurants and laundry services in and out the hotel. At the hotel they were quick and affordable for laundry. There are no other facilities at the hotel.

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
