MMistijoVorremmo poter stare più a lungo. Absolutamente tutto era perfetto. Il servizio era di prima vista. Il personale è andato davvero sopra e oltre.
L'hotel è molto elegante nel stile indochino. Dal lobby alla sala d'attesa, e tutte le camere sono decorate con gusto. Tutto si sentiva così pulito e aria. L'hotel è ben mantenuto e ogni dettaglio è stato curato.
Il colazione è sorprendente con una buona diffusione e cambiamento quotidiano. Ci sono anche una stazione di uova e una stazione di noodle.
L’unica cosa da notare è che la matita è piuttosto ferma, che hanno offerto un mattino di top se necessario. Non ne avevamo bisogno e ancora dormiva molto.
In ogni caso, questo hotel ha superato le nostre aspettative. Noi pensavamo che fosse un buon valore per il nostro soggiorno familiare in un appartamento in camera dell'hotel. Vorremmo tornare indietro.

NNajeh YusriThe Manor Villa has given me a great experience overall as a first time traveller to Da Lat. For those who arrived earlier than the check in time, you can stay on the 1st floor until 2pm with a scenic views. We requested a free of charge honeymoon decoration and they fulfilled it wonderfully. The area was so quiet at night that you almost won’t hear any honk from the locals like you usually heard in the hustle & bustle of the city. The toilet window’s latch in our room was broken so we asked for a repair as we were worried about our safety, people might get into the room through the broken window, but gladly they attended to it at an instant. However, the room toilet was clogged, and the hot water didn’t really work well during our stay. Hopefully, the team can look into it and try to improve on the problem. For experience, I still recommend The Manor Villas to everyone, I’ve had my share of moments and would try other hotels in the same area if I were to go back to Da Lat next time. The service from the staff is awesome, we are well served by the polite staff that always ready to help. Before the stay, I have approached the staff for room decoration for my proposal to my partner, the staffs are responsive and the result is satisfied.
Good variety of food for breakfast and tea time also, overall experiences is awesome

EEverygeniaI love it. We had a chance to upgrade our room to premier (although only on the third day, but still, it was a great deal).
Good breakfast, and normally it is a buffet, but if there are too few guests, is it a la carte.
It is the best hotel around (we've checked a few nearby, and they are much worse (conditions of the rooms, beddings, etc)
Sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff, even with a translator, and it feels like I was talking to the alien, so be patient))

AAdrian Thien HockExcellent service, beautiful gardens. Bed was super comfortable, however pillows were too thin and soft so no support. Showers were a little mouldy, and no ventilation. Occasional fly and mosquito in room, otherwise everything else was okay. Had a swimming pool but never used as it was cold.

WW_HanOther than the roadwork posing a risk and inconvenience along the entire stretch of road in front of the hotel, everything was great during our stay. The room was very clean with good air-conditioning to heat the room during the cold nights in December. The water pressure was great even though our rooms were on the 4th floor. Hot water was almost instantaneous, except the water temperature can be a little inconsistent. The bed was not hard like many of the hotels in Vietnam. Comfy bed. The young team from reception to breakfast area to housekeeping was welcoming and enthusiastic , especially a few at breakfast who recommended specialty dishes for us to try. Although the breakfast buffet was not huge, at least 70% of the selections was not repeated during our 4 days of breakfast. This is certainly something uncommon even in 5-star hotels, and is a great way for international travelers to sample a variety of dishes from different parts of Vietnam. We actually looked forward to eating breakfast everyday while chatting with some of the breakfast crew members. The only part I would recommend to improve is for the crew at reception to remember to look up and greet the guests even at night, which a few forgot to do so at times.

Il personale dell'hotel è gentile e professionale.Celebramo il servizio di noleggio di moto, che è offerto a un prezzo molto competitivo, che è un vantaggio significativo per gli ospiti.
L'hotel è consigliato per l'alloggio come opzione affidabile e confortevole a Dalata.

JJade6892Receptionist is very efficient & courteous. Spacious reception & dining area.
Room is clean & tidy, but small (no chair, one has to use the bed as chair for the table).
Toilet is clean, tidy & quite spacious. However, one of the holder of toilet bowl lid is broken.
Facilities inside room: water boiling kettle, wifi, TV (no channel & no remote control), hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, shaver, standing fan, slippers, etc. No hair hairdryer.
Nice comfortable bed & pillows.
Complementary 2 bottled water, 2 sachets of coffee & 2 tea bags per day.
Cafes & restaurants nearby.
Safe area.
Only complaint: as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall of the room are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room (noise from other hotel guests or room cleaner in the morning).
The cleaner will shout from room to room in the morning asking for room cleaning service & this will disturb sleeping guests. When there is no answer, the cleaner will assume that there is no guests inside the room & will open the door using the masterkey. This is not the correct way to do the daily room cleaning service! The management of the hotel should buy tags (request for room-cleaning or do-not-disturb tag) that can be hanged on door knobs as done in many hotels.
