Lovely hotel, nice and clean!
The only downside is the location. If your room is on the side or front, you hear all the noises from the street, and the fountain plays music loudly in the evenings. Request a room at the back and you'll be good to go.
The service is great, really friendly staff who are happy to help.

Right from beginning everything was fine. Absolutely awesome property and nostalgic French property. Climate was absolutely fine inspite of heavy rain for past few days. I first met at reception Ma Kh’anh who explained lucidly everything about Resort along with a cup of ginger tea. She looked after well everything during stay at Ana Mandara. Regarding food I can say they are best for Vietnamese food. Mr Huong is main chef who has splendid Vietnamese recipes and taste of food absolutely fantastic. Resort is located at a serene place which gives plenty of time to relax. Swimming pool is warmed and I swam there couple of times. It’s a typical French colonial property and everything in order. I will highly recommend.

The breakfast is very good cause more variety for us to choose even the different type also very delicious. The hotel has been renovated recently and they did a great job. The decor is very tasteful and well done. The only issues were with location and breakfast. It’s a little out of the way and the restaurant is small so we had to sit upstairs. The tables were not set and it means walking up and down stairs to get food. We got a discount rate and it was worth it, at full price I’d want a little more.
The heated pool was a nice feature but we didn’t use it, wish I had.

Love this hotel, the location is so convenient just directly in front of the night market with various shops nearby its surrounding. The room was spacious and clean, no complaints about it. Mi sono goduto il mio soggiorno di 4 notti al Nature Hotel, 8A Nam Ky. Era proprio il tipo di sistemazione che cercavo. Posizione centrale. Camera pulita con arredi moderni. Tutto il personale alla reception parlava un buon inglese ed è stato estremamente disponibile. Ci sono molte opzioni di cibo e bevande a due passi dall'hotel. Il mercato notturno di Dalat è a soli 5 minuti a piedi.

Other than the roadwork posing a risk and inconvenience along the entire stretch of road in front of the hotel, everything was great during our stay. The room was very clean with good air-conditioning to heat the room during the cold nights in December. The water pressure was great even though our rooms were on the 4th floor. Hot water was almost instantaneous, except the water temperature can be a little inconsistent. The bed was not hard like many of the hotels in Vietnam. Comfy bed. The young team from reception to breakfast area to housekeeping was welcoming and enthusiastic , especially a few at breakfast who recommended specialty dishes for us to try. Although the breakfast buffet was not huge, at least 70% of the selections was not repeated during our 4 days of breakfast. This is certainly something uncommon even in 5-star hotels, and is a great way for international travelers to sample a variety of dishes from different parts of Vietnam. We actually looked forward to eating breakfast everyday while chatting with some of the breakfast crew members. The only part I would recommend to improve is for the crew at reception to remember to look up and greet the guests even at night, which a few forgot to do so at times.

JJeanne MokThe hotel has the greatest awesome European style decorations with the most convenient location, very cool! The hotel staff Trang was very friendly and spoke very good English! The amenities are in high standard! The only thing that the hotel needs to improve is in the bathroom, the shower room has no door nor shower curtain which the water would wet the floor every time taking the shower. Two floor mats was provided when we checkin but only one was provided after, should always provide two floor mats as it'll then be soaking wet; the water tap on the basin was not stable as it turned whenever we turned on the water which i think it should be fixed, even the toilet behind the reception has the same issue. Both are just smal issues. Otherwise, all is GREAT and I'd highly recommend to everyone for this hotel.

The hotel design is so pretty, the room is clean and comfy and the staffs are cute and friendly 😊 we love that they let us to choose the fragrance of the shampoo, we chose green tea and it smells really good! I have a hunble suggestion: it would be lovely if you include some aroma oil in the room, so it smells nice and relaxing too! :)
Besides, it was a plus point that this hotel does offer some wellness workshop, we participate a yoga therapy for neck and shoulder, the session is friendly for beginner and it was great and help us to relax our tense neck and muscles. Thanks to the friendly trainer, we enjoyed a morning yoga like this :) We would love to stay in Muadalat wellness hotel again if we have the chance to visit Dalat again in future:)

Posizione: È molto vicino alla città e a passeggiata di distanza dal mercato Da Lat notte (Ch ợ à L ạt). A notte, ci sono buoni bar e pub vicino che si può camminare. Per la vostra comodità, c'è anche un mart sulla strada principale. Tuttavia, l'ostello è situato in una strada che le auto non possono accedere, quindi avrete bisogno di parcheggiare sulla strada principale e camminare all'ostello.
Servizio: Top-notch! Il personale è molto amichevole e utile, e parlano inglese. Ci permettono di tenere il bagaglio e rilassarsi nella zona comune dell'ostello prima e dopo l'ispezione e l'uscita. Forniscono anche un bagno comune in caso di arrivo presto o di ritardo, e sono felici di chiamare un taxi per voi. La parte migliore è che hanno moto e biciclette da noleggiare; tuttavia, dovrete lasciare il vostro passaporto con loro (ci siamo ripresi in buone condizioni).
Affitti: forniscono tutti gli elementi essenziali per un soggiorno confortevole, anche se non ci sono paste dentali fornite. Il tempo è abbastanza freddo da non avere bisogno di aria condizionata. Ci è un ferro comune e un forno disponibile per l’uso (una piccola tassa si applica al forno).

OOnejiajiaI booked this hotel only a few hours before arrival in the night. The receptionist literally “ran” to welcome me upon my arrival. Check-in was very fast, room is spacious and classy (vintage style).
Very clean, the toilet is the smart type (a bit too smart, and it opens every time i stepped into toilet).
Super super super in love with the hotel Restaurant, you can have a view of the whole dalat city from the restaurant. Variety of food is good, can just sit by the window enjoying the view all day!
The only downside is the dog barks in the morning from the street, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, can bring ear plugs.
Highly recommended!

JJaxzEnglish Language - 5/10 stars. Compare to Ho Chi Minh City hotel staffs, Sandals Camellia’s proficiency is basic but still acceptable and good with me. Because if you travel to the other shops around the hotel buying stuffs or having a meal it will be even worse! Only a few shop owners can converse in English and many aren’t patient in communicating though they are still friendly and approachable.
Price - 10/10 stars. Dalat City Hotels seems very much competitive against hotels at Ho Chi Minh City. For the price paid, the service, amenities and breakfast compared I like it the best and very much better! If you’re not into Vietnam shopping, you should visit Dalat instead! For me I’m a nature and scenery lover! Dalat highly recommended over Ho Chi Minh City!
Service - 6/10 stars, basic taxi calling service is there. But unlike Ho Chi Minh City hotels, there’s no Hotel Tour Service. Most of the staffs aren’t also very familiar with all the places of visit either, but they are all very approachable friendly and helpful, and try their best to google information for you for instance the address. If you visit Dalat, you’ve to ownself conduct homework at home before traveling there on what places of interests to visit. Also google doesn’t tells every single places of interest in Dalat. You need to ownself travel to the tour office to book a local taxi driver, whom then has the knowledge of their own city, he’ll will guide and show you and recommend you places around Dalat. But prepare to learn some Vietnamese as many tour drivers couldn’t communicate in English but fret not, as google translate is your friend and everyone there has a smart phone. The Dalat people are mostly jovial, approachable and friendly.
Breakfast/Food - 10/10 stars, Excellent I like it! I’m a buffet and Pho lover. For the price paid I’m extremely satisfied!
Bed - 9/10 stars, didn’t gave it a perfect 10 score rating as I’m a person who prefers thick and hard pillows.
Aircon - 7/10 stars. Acceptable. The Aircon is working good and cool enough.
Toilet - 7/10 stars excellent! There’s warm water readily available, and ample showering lotion and shampoo, and other basic toiletries. The water from the handheld shower head is good and nice not weak flowing. However the missing 3 stars is the likelihood of a very wet bathroom floor. Basically it’s a Walk-in Shower design however it’s build as Curbless. The benefits of having Curbless is to benefits elderly and senior tourists who require mobility aids such as wheelchair the ease of accessing the showering area, and no risk of playful kids running and tripping over the Curbed, therefore Curbless is safer and better. Problem is the slope of the floor don’t seems right… the floor of the shower isn’t lower than the rest of the bathroom therefore water isn’t easily contained within the showering area and kept spilling to the rest of the bathroom floor, making a very messy toilet, unless you take special care to use a less strong spray and ensure you don’t accidentally spray outwards to prevent mini ponding to the rest of the bathroom floor. Also as mentioned earlier the Shower Head has nice strong spray, the drainage floor trap can be a little floody as water isn’t drained out fast enough…
Sound Proofing - No comments….. 3/10 stars. Unfortunately I’ve encountered very noisy neighbours during my stay, who slam their doors as they enter and exit their rooms even late at night. Also since the hotel is situated near a busy road, you can hear lots of horning and motorbikes speeding by even at night.
Other amenities - no reviews for mini bar or laundry service as I didn’t use them.
Overall rating - 7/10 stars highly recommended!
