WW_HanOther than the roadwork posing a risk and inconvenience along the entire stretch of road in front of the hotel, everything was great during our stay. The room was very clean with good air-conditioning to heat the room during the cold nights in December. The water pressure was great even though our rooms were on the 4th floor. Hot water was almost instantaneous, except the water temperature can be a little inconsistent. The bed was not hard like many of the hotels in Vietnam. Comfy bed. The young team from reception to breakfast area to housekeeping was welcoming and enthusiastic , especially a few at breakfast who recommended specialty dishes for us to try. Although the breakfast buffet was not huge, at least 70% of the selections was not repeated during our 4 days of breakfast. This is certainly something uncommon even in 5-star hotels, and is a great way for international travelers to sample a variety of dishes from different parts of Vietnam. We actually looked forward to eating breakfast everyday while chatting with some of the breakfast crew members. The only part I would recommend to improve is for the crew at reception to remember to look up and greet the guests even at night, which a few forgot to do so at times.

JJoanne PekNon ci sono ristoranti o negozi di comodità intorno all'hotel. Il personale del desk front provided buon servizio, ma è necessario utilizzare un traduttore per capire. Il colazione dell'hotel non ha molte scelte, e non c'è cibo vegetariano. C'è solo un bagno per 6 persone in una stanza, che è un po' scomodo. C'è un cuoco di induzione, ma nessuna tazza. Quando si è verificato, il desk ha detto che una giacca era mancata e abbiamo dovuto pagare per questo. Quindi ho dedotto punti.. C'erano solo tè e biscotti di mele per il tè pomeriggio, niente di speciale.

NNurAliahAtiqahMy stay at Tulip Hotel 3 felt like finding a little hidden gem in Da Lat. The location was super convenient—close enough to the night market and main attractions, but still tucked away enough for some peace and quiet. One of my favorite spots was the balcony. It had a small table and chairs with potted plants, overlooking the rooftops of Da Lat. In the morning, I’d sit there with a cup of tea, watching the clouds drift across the mountains and listening to the city slowly come alive. In the evening, the view was just as charming, with the cool breeze making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The room itself was clean, simple, and cozy—nothing overly fancy, but comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. The staff were warm and helpful, always ready with a smile and quick assistance whenever I needed directions or recommendations. Overall, Tulip Hotel 3 was a great balance between comfort, location, and value. It felt homely and welcoming, making my Da Lat trip even more memorable. I’d happily stay here again the next time I’m back in town.

UUtente ospiteDalat Palace Heritage Hotel It’s true that the last time we stayed at the Dalat Heritage Hotel was years back. It had a different name then too, when it was, we believe, under a different management. The place was beautiful, with vanished wooden floors, beds with canopies and bath tubs on steady golden legs. Golden taps and fresh looking bathroom tiles. Most importantly, it was clean, the cushioned chairs felt firmed, the rooms & bathrooms brightly lit. It was an equivalent if not better than the Raffles in Spore. We decided in our latest trip to stay at the now Dalat Heritage Hotel for two nights, 23 & 24 July 2025 . We learnt that it had changed hands and while we expected it to have aged, we thought most hotel managements, would have done some upgrade, some renovation some replacements of essentials. Sad to say, our stay was a tremendous let down. I’m trying not to use the adjectives “traumatising experience” and will not offer photos, so that the hotel has an opportunity to spruce it up and bring it to its former glory. The property has too much potential & history to be abandoned by visitors to Dalat. We stepped into a an old, tired looking lobby. Waited a long time to register and was told to expect welcoming drinks which never came. We girls had to use the “ladies. ” another disappointment. It was old, the flush was a pull up lever which almost didn’t work. The taps were tarnished. We finally got into our rooms. The floors were scratched, not quite the varnish, but we thought, it’s ok, a little authenticity, somethings must age. The beds still had its canopy, but the linens looked worn, tired. The little table with its two cushion chairs were well placed, but the cushions were totally worn, we could feel the base of the seat. There was a dressing table, thoughtful… but then there was no light for any lady, vain or otherwise, to apply her war paint. The room was badly lit, no extra lights at the dressing table or anywhere. The stand alone cupboards were large, but dark as well. I almost missed the black hair dryer kept in there, and we couldn’t find the room slippers and had to ask for help to locate it in the cupboards. The most disappointing was the bathroom. It was badly lit as well. The taps were all tarnished and without my glasses, I could see the bits of mould growing around the base of the tap. There was also limescale deposits. The floor tiles were badly worn, and I wish I could say it gave the bathroom a feel of the grandeur of yesterday years ageing gracefully, but hygiene is too important here to do so. The highlight was when we took a shower and stepped into the bathtub supported by “stone legs.” It wobbled continuously and made such a lot of noise that kept the user on edge. Then, we saw it all, the grouting of the wall tiles were caked with black moulds. To top it all, the bathroom had a stench of clogged pipes. It stayed with us like a faithful friend that won’t leave even if we tried pushing him out the door!! Did I mention the mosquitoes that bunked in with us? They bit my friend on the face & eye lid which swelled for 2 days. In the mornings, they sounded the wake up calls around our faces. If it had been possible, we would have cancelled the wake up calls. Breakfast was good. There was a good spread and the chefs behind the counters were friendly and all smiles. However much could be done to train the waitresses, who hid in corners. I asked one of them where the toaster for the bread was, she said there was none. I found it on the second morning. It was there all along. I guess her English needs polishing. Luckily, the porters were friendly and quite quick with umbrellas as it rained the whole 2 days we were there. On the whole, the hotel had a handful of local guests while we were there. I hope they chip in, in encouraging the hotel to relook at its offerings. We would really like to go back, but perhaps, only if someone wrote a review that says otherwise.

MMonitaDThe best hotel in Dalat! The hotel itself is very beautiful as well as outside and inside. The lobby is just wow!, very stylish and once you get there it’s inviting you to sit, relax and have some drinks there! The hotel located in very quite area, so if you are light sleeper like me it’s a perfect choice. Many nice hotels in Dalat are located next to the busy roads and do not have soundproofing (even if they say they have it), so it’s very hard to sleep there. Mercure is soooo quiet! All the rooms located in the villas at the backyard of the hotel ( behind the main building). All villas are designed in the French style, so once you step there it feels like you ve been teleported in the old France, though all the buildings are new. The nice little thing that makes you feel very relaxed is the French music (chanson) playing on the territory. The room was quite big and very nice decorated in the French- indochine style. It made me feel very comfortable like I m not in the hotel, but in my granny’s house☺️ In the evenings with the lighting the hotel looks very romantic. The bed and pillows are super comfy. The problem of the most hotels in Dalat in rainy season - the humidity. Unlike many hotels Mercure has air-con in the rooms, so there is no humidity. Breakfast has a lot of options - Vietnamese and Western food. You wont stay hungry. Also I d like to highlight the hotel staff and management. They work by high European standards providing the best service. The only sad thing about my stay - 2 nights in this amazing place were not enough to enjoy my time there. If I ever come again to Dalat, I ll choose Mercure.

GGoleva EkaterinaЕсли честно, отзывы на отель были не очень. Была готова ко всему. Но очень хотела увидеть лес. Когда заехала я поняла, как люди себя переоценивают. Отель очень красивый! Чувствуется уровень. Причем за очень доступную стоимость. Прекрасный сад, лес и вид на озеро. Комната просто королевская. Красивая мебель, много зеркал, шикарная ванная комната. Отличный завтрак- шведский стол. Мясные фрикадельки, бекон и сосиски, мой любимый бо кхо, много азиатских блюд, каша, свежие и тушеные овощи. Все вкусно. Не пережарено, не пересолено. В отзывах читала, что кому то не хватило сыра и разнообразной выпечки... за такую цену вы их и не должны получить. Девушка на ресепшене при заселениии дала номер более высокого класса, чем приятно удивила. Место отлично подойдет для отдыха. Рядом все популярные места Далата- водопад, лавандовое поле, глиняный город и красивое озеро. Если вы путкшествуете летом, берите тепые вещи. Вечером на улице прохладно.

Каждый день ставят несколько бутылок чистой воды, полотенца меняют. Не было микроволновки (хотя на фото в номере была), всего 2 кружки, попросили - дали еще. Завтрак очень однообразный, мы в основном ели одну яичницу. Заканчивается в 9 утра. У нас был большой номер, в комнате без окон было теплее. А вообще вечером прохладно, и очень большая влажность

SSin SiohI recently stayed at this fantastic new hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, offering plenty of comfort and relaxation. Every toiletry you could need is thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect, with a wide variety of eateries just steps away. One highlight is the restaurant on the 4th floor, which not only boasts a stunning view but also serves an amazing breakfast with a diverse spread that changes daily—there’s something new to enjoy every morning! The restaurant staff are exceptional, always courteous, smiling, and eager to assist, which made every meal a delight. My only minor gripe was that the TV featured only Vietnamese programs, but that barely detracted from the stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, keeping me connected with ease. Plus, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful in arranging day tours to nearby attractions, making exploration a breeze. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
