Service felt polished, caring, and consistently helpful — the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly comfortable. 🔎 What Could Be Improved What keeps this hotel from being exceptional is not the service, but the housekeeping supervision and room maintenance. A few small details slightly affected the overall impression: • the vanity table in our room had visible stains • the shower head was leaking • in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor, there is a beautiful decorative plant, but the dust on its leaves was impossible to ignore These are small things, but details matter — especially in a hotel that otherwise feels so close to being truly outstanding. Still, this is a hotel I would happily return to — for the warm morning pool, the excellent breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere, and that rare feeling of quiet comfort.

Questo hotel ha fatto una grande differenza positiva nel nostro viaggio dalat. Ho un soggiorno fantastico e buona esperienza durante il soggiorno. L'hotel è lo stesso che mostrato in foto sembra elegante e antico, ma la condizione è buona. Il servizio dal personale è fantastico, siamo ben serviti dal personale poliziotto che è sempre pronto ad aiutare. Prima del soggiorno, ho avvicinato il personale per la decorazione della stanza per la mia proposta al mio partner, il personale è responsabile e il risultato è soddisfatto. Th location is definitely closer to nature. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are nice and helpful. Note that there's limited variety of food for breakfast on weekdays which is understandable.

located quite far the city center , take taxi around 30 minutes. it’s surrounded by the lake , you can take the boat to go around the lake with charge. the room is designed with europe style

Reasonable price for 2 king beds, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Bed was firm and comfy. Facility was okay. May be because dalat weather, hotel seem did not have air conditioning at all.

Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
