PP¡P€Questo hotel è davvero bello, e il personale è super utile. Il colazione è un menu set, e si può ordinare il giorno prima. La camera non ha A/C, ma c'è un fan. La camera è carina, e la mia camera ha un bagno con una doccia pioggia – la amo! E' molto pulito, e in generale è perfetto. Raccomando di rimanere qui. Hanno anche un servizio di noleggio di moto/auto, che è in modo più economico di altri trasporti.

SSobel PhangThe room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Linh was really helpful and able to speak good English. We requested for extra pillows and Linh immediately send it up to our room. The balcony view was amazing, overlooking the city on one side and forest on the other side.
The area is rather quiet but we have no problem getting in and out by Grab. However the road leading towards hotel is probably under construction. There is a cute cafe named deer in the forest & dessert shop named NA & cakes that serves very affordable yet delicious cakes.
I would definitely come back again and gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family

Il cibo era così terribile, abbiamo ordinato il pranzo il primo giorno.
Suppola di pompino e pizza - così terribile!
Non c'è pepe caldo o salsa calda, hanno portato salsa di chili per il Pho!
Ma un manager era così professionale, ci ha dato tutto quello che ci serve, più molti consigli utili
Così potremmo finire il nostro viaggio senza ulteriori problemi.
Un hotel enorme, ma molto poco personale addestrato!

It’s true that the last time we stayed at the Dalat Heritage Hotel was years back. It had a different name then too, when it was, we believe, under a different management. The place was beautiful, with vanished wooden floors, beds with canopies and bath tubs on steady golden legs. Golden taps and fresh looking bathroom tiles. Most importantly, it was clean, the cushioned chairs felt firmed, the rooms & bathrooms brightly lit. It was an equivalent if not better than the Raffles in Spore.
We decided in our latest trip to stay at the now Dalat Heritage Hotel for two nights, 23 & 24 July 2025 . We learnt that it had changed hands and while we expected it to have aged, we thought most hotel managements, would have done some upgrade, some renovation some replacements of essentials.
Sad to say, our stay was a tremendous let down. I’m trying not to use the adjectives “traumatising experience” and will not offer photos, so that the hotel has an opportunity to spruce it up and bring it to its former glory. The property has too much potential & history to be abandoned by visitors to Dalat.
We stepped into a an old, tired looking lobby. Waited a long time to register and was told to expect welcoming drinks which never came. We girls had to use the “ladies. ” another disappointment. It was old, the flush was a pull up lever which almost didn’t work. The taps were tarnished.
We finally got into our rooms. The floors were scratched, not quite the varnish, but we thought, it’s ok, a little authenticity, somethings must age. The beds still had its canopy, but the linens looked worn, tired. The little table with its two cushion chairs were well placed, but the cushions were totally worn, we could feel the base of the seat. There was a dressing table, thoughtful… but then there was no light for any lady, vain or otherwise, to apply her war paint. The room was badly lit, no extra lights at the dressing table or anywhere. The stand alone cupboards were large, but dark as well. I almost missed the black hair dryer kept in there, and we couldn’t find the room slippers and had to ask for help to locate it in the cupboards.
The most disappointing was the bathroom. It was badly lit as well. The taps were all tarnished and without my glasses, I could see the bits of mould growing around the base of the tap. There was also limescale deposits. The floor tiles were badly worn, and I wish I could say it gave the bathroom a feel of the grandeur of yesterday years ageing gracefully, but hygiene is too important here to do so. The highlight was when we took a shower and stepped into the bathtub supported by “stone legs.” It wobbled continuously and made such a lot of noise that kept the user on edge. Then, we saw it all, the grouting of the wall tiles were caked with black moulds. To top it all, the bathroom had a stench of clogged pipes. It stayed with us like a faithful friend that won’t leave even if we tried pushing him out the door!! Did I mention the mosquitoes that bunked in with us? They bit my friend on the face & eye lid which swelled for 2 days. In the mornings, they sounded the wake up calls around our faces. If it had been possible, we would have cancelled the wake up calls.
Breakfast was good. There was a good spread and the chefs behind the counters were friendly and all smiles. However much could be done to train the waitresses, who hid in corners. I asked one of them where the toaster for the bread was, she said there was none. I found it on the second morning. It was there all along. I guess her English needs polishing.
Luckily, the porters were friendly and quite quick with umbrellas as it rained the whole 2 days we were there.
On the whole, the hotel had a handful of local guests while we were there. I hope they chip in, in encouraging the hotel to relook at its offerings. We would really like to go back, but perhaps, only if someone wrote a review that says otherwise.

Была готова ко всему. Но очень хотела увидеть лес.
Когда заехала я поняла, как люди себя переоценивают.
Отель очень красивый! Чувствуется уровень. Причем за очень доступную стоимость. Прекрасный сад, лес и вид на озеро. Комната просто королевская. Красивая мебель, много зеркал, шикарная ванная комната.
Отличный завтрак- шведский стол. Мясные фрикадельки, бекон и сосиски, мой любимый бо кхо, много азиатских блюд, каша, свежие и тушеные овощи. Все вкусно. Не пережарено, не пересолено.
В отзывах читала, что кому то не хватило сыра и разнообразной выпечки... за такую цену вы их и не должны получить.
Девушка на ресепшене при заселениии дала номер более высокого класса, чем приятно удивила.
Место отлично подойдет для отдыха. Рядом все популярные места Далата- водопад, лавандовое поле, глиняный город и красивое озеро.
Если вы путкшествуете летом, берите тепые вещи. Вечером на улице прохладно.

L'hotel è molto bello, sia fuori che all'interno. Il lobby è solo wow! , molto elegante e una volta che si arriva lì vi invita a sedersi, rilassarsi e a bere qualcosa là!
L'hotel è situato in una zona molto tranquilla, quindi se siete un sonno leggero come me è una scelta perfetta. Molti hotel carini a Dalat sono situati accanto alle strade occupate e non hanno un'audizione (anche se dicono di averlo), quindi è molto difficile dormire lì. Mercurio è così tranquillo!
Tutte le camere si trovano nelle villa nel giardino dell'hotel ( dietro l'edificio principale).
Tutte le villa sono progettate in stile francese, quindi una volta che si passa lì si sente come se si fosse teletrasportato nella vecchia Francia, anche se tutti gli edifici sono nuovi.
La bella cosa che ti fa sentire molto rilassata è la musica francese (canzone) che gioca sul territorio.
La stanza era molto grande e molto bello decorato in stile francese- indochina. Mi ha fatto sentire molto comodo come non sono all'hotel, ma nella casa della mia cugina ☺️
In serata con la luce, l'hotel sembra molto romantico.
Il letto e le mutandine sono molto comodi.
Il problema dei più hotel a Dalat in stagione piovana - l'umidità. A differenza di molti hotel Mercure ha aria condizionata nelle camere, quindi non c'è umidità.
Il colazione ha molte opzioni - cibo vietnamita e cibo occidentale. Non avrai fame.
Vorrei anche sottolineare il personale e la gestione dell'hotel, che lavorano secondo standard europei elevati che forniscono il miglior servizio.
L'unica cosa triste che ho avuto sul mio soggiorno - due notti in questo luogo sorprendente non sono state sufficienti per godermi il mio tempo lì. Se mai tornassi a Dalat, scelgo Mercure.

UUtente ospiteThis place is amazing, the people were so nice and accommodating even I stayed only one night. Rooms are perhaps a little smaller than others in the area but they make up for it with thoughtful design and even the small rooms have little balcony — what else to ask for. There’s nice area on the top of the hotel with great views where you can order coffee of small bites and spend time at the computer or read.
Fair warning: this place is NOT in the city centre, it’s a bit on the outskirts so come here for serene time and peaceful scenery.
