В целом, сам по себе отель - неплохой. Местоположение хорошее, отношение к клиенту отличное, персонал очень вежливый. Но тут опять проблема трех звездочных отелей - грязь. Сам номер выглядит неплохо, но стены грязные, по столу бегают какие-то мелкие насекомые, стены очень грязные, белье тоже не первой свежести. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Da Lat. The room was fantastic — very cute, cozy, and gave such a warm feeling. It’s truly a perfect stay for couples. The ladies at the reception were especially impressive. They were super kind and supportive, even though we arrived very early before check-in time. They also helped us arrange the motorbike rental smoothly, which we really appreciated. There was only one thing that bothered me a little after the stay. During the night shift, I asked the male receptionist a few questions about extending the motorbike rental. While speaking with the rental agent, he referred to me using “nó” several times (“nó bảo”, “nó hỏi”, “nó muốn”, etc.). Since I understand Vietnamese, I felt a bit uncomfortable because this pronoun can sound disrespectful when used toward a guest. Of course, I may be overthinking it, but I wanted to share this feedback honestly and respectfully. Other than that, the experience was lovely, and the morning reception staff left a very positive impression on us. If I have a chance to come back to Da Lat, I would definitely stay here again.

Tutti i dipendenti sono molto amichevoli. Ci sono frigoriferi, ventilatore, tubi, ventilatore e TV (che possono essere guardati su YouTube). Sono soddisfatto del prezzo. L'unica cosa deludente è che la ciotola e la ciotola sono molto vecchie, la chiarezza è zero, e non voglio togliere il mio corpo.L'unica cosa che spero di migliorare.

Anche se è un po' piccolo ma la posizione è grande e giusto al centro della città! Amore quanto è facile prendere in prestito un scooter dalla ricezione ma si terranno il nostro evento passporta non c'è bisogno di deposito. La stanza è un po' piccola ma pulita e accogliente. The best bed I’ve had. It has massage if you want you can ask the reception and they also sell snack eventho it is more expensive than in town. And also their receptionist is super friendly 🫶🏻🥰

L'hotel era a posto con le strutture minime, ma è ancora una volta una 3 stelle . Il personale dell'hotel dovrebbe sorridere più soprattutto la receptionista femminile che non sorride mai. La stanza è pulita e il letto è comodo. Kudos a questo.

Mình vừa có một kỳ nghỉ rất dễ chịu tại Almira. Phòng sạch sẽ, thơm tho, thiết kế ấm cúng đúng chất Đà Lạt. Vị trí yên tĩnh nhưng di chuyển ra trung tâm lại rất tiện. Chủ nhà cực kỳ dễ thương, hỗ trợ nhanh và nhiệt tình. Tiện nghi đầy đủ, phòng giữ nhiệt tốt, nước nóng mạnh, giường ngủ rất êm.

We really like this place and this is our second time staying here. The rooms are always very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple, but there is always something to eat. Sometimes the rooms can be a bit cold, but the heater helps a lot. We would definitely recommend this place and will be happy to come back again.

Chuyến vừa rồi mình đi 4n3đ đặt phòng bên ksan giá chưa tới 900k mà dịch vụ đầy đủ siêu tiện nghi luôn. Với giá đó mà vẫn dc fill nước thường xuyên, có dọn dẹp, thuê xe… nchung đầy đủ tiện nghi cực kì. Ban đầu mình tính đặt 11/8-14/8 nhưng do có công việc nên mình muốn lùi lại 12/8-15/8. Mình có nhắn cho ksan qua bên page trên fb thì đc hỗ trợ nhiệt tình🥹 Mình check in sớm cũng k mất thêm phụ phí do hôm đó ksan trống phòng. Thủ tục check out đơn giản, k rườm rà. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ gọn gàng, chắc chắn sẽ quay lại!!
