Hotel vicini a Truc Lam Temple a Da Lat

Le camere sono tutte moderne e sono considerate uno dei più recenti hotel di Dalat. La posizione è convenientemente situata sopra il principale edificio del mercato e si trova a soli 2 minuti a piedi dal mercato notturno. La colazione a buffet è buona con una buona varietà di cucina vietnamita e internazionale da scegliere. E' diverso ogni giorno e quindi un piacere mangiare colazione ogni mattina.

Ottimo servizio clienti da tutti i dipendenti.La stanza era quasi nuova e molto pulita.Il pranzo era buono.La stazione omelette e la stazione di zuppa PHO erano buoni contatti.Per il prezzo di $32 sicuramente vale la pena.La mia proposta è di mettere una tazza e un po'di tè a tavola per il caldo Caffè.In generale, le camere e il soggiorno erano buoni.La colazione del personale Minh, Chuc e Le, e Tuan erano tutti grandi! Very nice brand new hotel with very elegant fascia and decorations. All staffs are very nice and attention to details (from the front desk receptionists to very down to earth General Manger Mr. Le). The hotel offers very nice breakfast with so many options to choose to suit any tastes, however the coffee (already made in a pot which was not hot and not fresh) is well below par and certainly can be improved with at least one or two coffee machines similar to other 5-star hotels. The 25m swimming pool is very clean and warm, however be careful as it is slippery. The Spa which offers both hot and steam sauna as well as excellent masseurs is highly recommended. The room rate is very competitive. We definitely will be back!

The Goldient Boutique Hotel is a fantastic choice for accommodation. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's design is modern and stylish, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Goldient Boutique Hotel.

Điều làm mình cảm thấy tệ thấy trong chuyến đi ĐL lần này chắc chắn là trải nghiệm dịch vụ ở khách sạn New Century. Nhìn bên ngoài có vẻ sang trọng nhưng bên trong thì dịch vụ thì để mình note chi tiết: 1- Checkin sớm hơn time 50% tiền phòng, checkout trễ 2 tiếng thêm 50%, chưa kể nhân viên còn báo tụi mình phải out đúng 12h không được out trễ, mặc dù mình đã báo xe đến trễ xin cho checkout trễ và tính phí. 2- Xe tụi mình chỉ thuê đi trong sáng và để dưới hầm, vì checkout trễ mà ko báo trả xe lúc 12h nên tiền thuê xe tính luôn thêm 1 ngày, với lý do báo trả trễ qua 12h. 3- Dịch vụ giặt là 70k/kg, trả đồ cho khách thiếu sót. 4- ĐẶC BIỆT: Ngày mình tới đây, phòng bụi ơi là bụi luôn, tụi mình có đặt bảng dọn phòng và báo lễ tân, nhưng khi về bất ngờ là bảng dọn phòng dc lật sang chế độ không làm phiền và trong phòng còn nguyên i sì. Đã bực trong ng, sang ngày hôm sau thì phòng dọn qua loa, cũng ko quét nền và bụi y chang, ly mình dùng thì ko thèm rửa thay hay mới. Đến ngày cuối vì phòng quá bẩn mình bảo cô lao công quét giúp, chị lao công said: ngày checkout nên ko dọn phòng. QUÁ TỆ CHO DỊCH VỤ CỦA 1 KS VỚI MỨC GIÁ TRÊN 600k/đêm như vậy. Mình thường xuyên đi ĐL và chưa bao giờ thấy thất vọng như lần này, cho mình xin phép đánh giá 1* và không bao giờ qua lại KS này lần 2.

Stavo a questo hotel la seconda settimana, buon servizio, entusiasta ricevitore di supporto. La mia famiglia è molto soddisfatta a causa della posizione dell'hotel nel centro della città. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!! Spesso devo tornare a Dalat per l'attività. I viaggi di lavoro brevi o lunghi sono spesso prenotati dal personale amministrativo della società, e di solito prenota in hotel nel centro della città, vicino al mercato Da Lat. Per la prima volta, rimasi ancora nella mia abitudine, ma poi mi sentivo un po' ... sprecato, quando sono arrivato a DL, ma ero in un luogo che non era molto diverso da Hanoi o SG - hotel urbani, senza le loro caratteristiche proprie di DL. Così ho deciso di trovare un hotel con le sue caratteristiche, ma ancora assicurarmi che non sia troppo lontano dal centro (1 numero di belle alberghi/domicili, natura ma vicino alla zona del lago Tuyen Lam, molto lontano dal centro - circa 10 km, Adatto per il relax, non adatto per viaggi d'affari) & nel bilancio dell'azienda di circa 800K o sotto. Hoang Loc è davvero la scelta giusta, rendendo i miei viaggi d'affari non più stanchi e dolci ma hanno un po' più gusto. L'area giardino delle piante D-aromate è molto carina e bella. L'ospite deve essere molto attento a prendersi cura di ogni pianta e oggetti. Il personale è molto entusiasta e carino e soprattutto tutti chiamati Linh, molto carino ^^ Se hai bisogno di colazione, puoi ordinare separatamente. Il menu non è troppo ricco, ma è una buona scelta se si vuole sperimentare la sensazione di colazione davanti al giardino verde di mattina, sentire qualcosa ... Very Da Lat ...
