Hotel con balcone a Da Lat

L'hotel merita tutti 10 su 10! Ecco tutto perfettamente. Dal primo minuto si sente che l'anima è stata messa in questo posto. La stanza era perfettamente pulita, fresca e letteralmente brillante. Grazie al personale per un livello così alto e la cura degli ospiti. La stanza è molto luminosa, spaziosa e incredibilmente comoda - così tanto che non volevo andare. Un'altra piacevole sorpresa è stata il proiettore nella stanza - ha reso le notti particolarmente atmosferiche. Il grande balcone con una bella vista sulla città è diventato uno dei luoghi preferiti, e il sole da lì è semplicemente inoltrabile. La colazione è una scelta di piatti, tutto fresco e delizioso. Grazie per una vacanza fantastica! Tornerò certamente di nuovo e sarò felice di raccomandare questo hotel agli altri.

Fantastico posto! Molto consigliato! L'hotel si trova su una strada stretta piena di caffè, ristoranti e bar locali - e a pochi passi dal mercato notturno. Abbiamo apprezzato davvero il processo di check-in. Ci fu offerto un tè di articoco caldo all’arrivo, e il personale spiegava tutto chiaramente - dove ottenere acqua filtrata, come cambiare i tuoi asciugamani, dove trovare i bagni essenziali e come aprire la porta anteriore dopo le ore. Hanno anche condiviso un elenco di ristoranti e attrazioni consigliate di Google Maps. Puoi noleggiare una moto proprio all'hotel, che è stato super conveniente! Inoltre, offrono asciugamani e banane gratis alla reception - piccoli ma bellissimi toccati. C'è un ascensore, e grazie a lui non si sveglia a tutti i piani (come in molti luoghi!). Abbiamo anche un ampio aggiornamento da una sala economica a una standard - che comprendeva una piccola zona cucina con un asciugacapelli, forno elettrico, forno da cucina, piatti e utensili. All’interno, tutto era senza spot e profumato, il letto era comodo, la pressione dell’acqua nel doccia era forte, e lo specchio del bagno era stato incorporato in luce. La camera era anche con un deumidificatore che manteneva l'aria fresca e completamente priva di odore di molle o di mosti. L'isolamento sonoro era eccellente - nonostante la strada occupata, non potevamo sentire alcun rumore dall'esterno. L'unico piccolo punto di svolta (che si applica alla maggior parte degli hotel) è che a volte si possono sentire gli ospiti alti nella strada attraverso la porta anteriore. Fortunatamente, non sono rimasti rumorosi per molto tempo. In generale, un soggiorno meraviglioso - grande posizione, camere pulite, servizio pensile, e un ottimo valore!

The highlight of this hotel is, without question, the warm swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Not just because it is beautiful, but because it opens at 5:30 AM. While the rest of the family is still asleep, you can enjoy one of the rarest travel luxuries: warm water, fresh morning air, sunrise light, and complete silence. That alone made this stay unforgettable. 🕠 Warm Pool Hours The warm swimming pool (3rd floor) is open from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM — and this is easily the hotel’s greatest luxury. Early opening hours make it perfect for peaceful morning swims and a quiet coffee before the day begins. 🍽 Breakfast Hours Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 3rd floor. The selection was generous and varied, with excellent soups, delicious desserts, and enough options to make every breakfast feel like a treat rather than a routine hotel buffet. ☕ Afternoon Tea Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the 3rd floor — a lovely and thoughtful touch that adds charm to the stay and makes the hotel feel more refined and welcoming. 🌅 Location & View The view is beautiful, and the location was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Being close to the cable car was a huge advantage for us and made exploring especially easy and convenient. 💛 Service The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Service felt polished, caring, and consistently helpful — the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly comfortable. 🔎 What Could Be Improved What keeps this hotel from being exceptional is not the service, but the housekeeping supervision and room maintenance. A few small details slightly affected the overall impression: • the vanity table in our room had visible stains • the shower head was leaking • in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor, there is a beautiful decorative plant, but the dust on its leaves was impossible to ignore These are small things, but details matter — especially in a hotel that otherwise feels so close to being truly outstanding. Still, this is a hotel I would happily return to — for the warm morning pool, the excellent breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere, and that rare feeling of quiet comfort.

C'era un hiccup al check-in. Gli hotel non potevano localizzare il nostro numero di prenotazione da Trip.com ma è stato risolto dopo un po' di aspettare. Le camere erano pulite e il colazione era buona. Per favore, evite le folle locali nel loro periodo di viaggio di picco, perché potrebbe sembrare molto raffinato e rumoroso.In generale, questo non è un cattivo hotel. Grazie

E'stata una grande esperienza di stare al resort. Tutti i dipendenti erano amici e di aiuto. La vista del resort che lo circonda è spettacolare. Solo preoccupati per la loro nuoto non così pulita. Pieno di bug, poop e sporchi. Nessuno nuota coz di esso. Ma ho fatto huhu. Suggerimenti sulla vista della camera, se si desidera una bella vista di montagna, opt per la vista del Golf Course coz l'opzione reale di vista di montagna non ti dà davvero una bella vista di montagna. Se siete un viaggiatore musulmano dovete informare l'hotel prima di arrivare, così possono provare e accogliere la vostra richiesta di pasto a sala per colazione buffet. There’s also pickel ball court there (but for rental sadly not complimentary) so bring your attrages if you’re a player like me! La distribuzione del colazione è molto buona. Varietà e molte scelte da scegliere. Si raccomandano di venire in occasioni speciali come NYE, Xmas e Lavoro/giorno di liberazione. Per coloro che viaggiano solo come me e non vogliono viaggiare in autobus per 7-8 ore a Da Lat, aspettate fino a dopo settembre 2026 per arrivare coz, quindi l'aeroporto è già stato ristrutturato. Ma si DEVE venire a visitare Da Lat e se si sta cercando un tranquillo e tranquillo resort lontano dal buzz della città, Questo è il resort che si deve scegliere. Inoltre forniscono servizi di navetta quotidianamente per aiutare gli ospiti a mandare al centro della città di Da Lat secondo il calendario, in modo che tu possa pianificare le tue attività quotidianamente. I have an amazing stay & good experience during the stay. The hotel is same as shown in photo look elegant and ancient, but condition is good. The service from the staff is awesome, we are well served by the polite staff that always ready to help. Before the stay, I have approached the staff for room decoration for my proposal to my partner, the staffs are responsive and the result is satisfied. Good variety of food for breakfast and tea time also, overall experiences is awesome

I stayed for two nights and arrived late at night. The Front Desk staff who welcomed me were very warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which I truly appreciated. The resort itself is lovely, with beautiful gardens and flowers that create a relaxing atmosphere and make it enjoyable to walk around. The room was generally nice; however, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the soundproofing could be improved as I could easily hear people talking in the corridor. Breakfast was generally good, with a nice selection of food. The staff were attentive despite the busy hours. The main disappointment during my stay was the inconsistency regarding the late check-out. One day before departure, I was confirmed a complimentary late check-out until 2pm, and my key card was even extended. I appreciated this gesture, especially since I had mentioned that I did not mind paying if needed. However, on the day of departure, the manager informed me that the hotel was fully booked and that the late check-out was no longer valid. Unfortunately, no alternative solution was offered, and it seemed as though there was some doubt about my confirmation. Luckily, my bags were already packed, and I was able to check out immediately. I later sent an email to express my concern. Another manager responded politely and offered a solution and courtesy gesture, which I appreciated. However, by then I had already checked out and made alternative plans, so it was a bit too late — though I do value the effort to follow up. I was also traveling on my birthday. While I am not someone who expects celebrations, it was a little surprising that there was no recognition at all, especially for a brand like Grand Mercure. Overall, the resort is beautiful and the service is generally good, but better consistency in communication and service delivery would enhance the guest experience.

La posizione è sicuramente più vicina alla natura. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita. Il personale è bello e utile. Nota che ci sono una varietà limitata di cibo per colazione nei giorni di settimana che è comprensibile.

A new hotel with reasonably sized rooms but no air conditioning. It's a bit far from the city center, and there's no soundproofing, so you can hear all the street noise. The breakfast is varied, but the dining tables need cleaning; I sat at the same table two days in a row and found the same food stains that hadn't been wiped up.

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
