Il nostro soggiorno al Bintan Pearl Beach Resort è stato davvero eccellente! 🌴
Prima di arrivare, eravamo un po' incerti, dal momento che il resort è situato a distanza di entrambi i terminali di traghetto ma una volta arrivati, ci siamo resi conto che era assolutamente valsa la pena. Se stai cercando un fine settimana tranquillo e rilassante lontano dalle folle, questo posto è un gemma nascosto.
Il personale e il conducente erano incredibilmente caldi, utili e sempre pronti a assistere. Abbiamo anche unito alle loro tour guidate, che si sono rivelate molto più conveniente e personale rispetto alle opzioni online. Il colazione era delizioso e soddisfacente, aggiungendo un grande inizio ogni mattina.
In generale, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso e memorabile molto raccomandato per chiunque cercasse tranquillità e grande ospitezza a Bintan. 🌺"

UUtente ospiteThe hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish.
Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner.
However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top.
In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and amenities was Secntia brand which was nice. The check-in snd check out process was seamless, service staff was great throughout as they were always greeted us with a smile, very friendly and helpful (shoutout to willy, ilman,tommy, adel & many more). We loved the hotel's pool area, and the breakfast buffet could have more live stations and variety. The location was near Plaza Lagoi & i would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo prenotato 4 villa di vista sul mare di Singapore. Le camere sono in stile tradizionale di villa balinese. Sono spaziosi, bellissimi, puliti e dotate di toletta completa. Ci sono anche due paia di mutandine giapponesi per fare doccia o andare alla spiaggia, e due paia di calzature per indossare in camera. L'igiene è buona e puliscono due volte al giorno. Ci sono tre fori britannici su entrambi i lati della lunga tavola nella stanza, e non c'è bisogno di un'apertura indonesiana, che è molto conveniente da usare. Il balcone ha anche un grande jacuzzi.La stanza è molto tranquilla, e si può sentire uccelli cantando al mattino. Tutti i membri del personale possono parlare inglese, e sono tutti molto gentili e gentili, e il loro atteggiamento di servizio è anche grande. Il colazione è anche buono, e ci sono molte opzioni alimentari. È possibile chiamare il bug gratuito dell'hotel, a prescindere dal fatto che tu vada a mangiare o ritorni alla stanza. In generale, siamo stati molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno.
Continueremo a rimanere nello stesso albero di Banyan quando torno a Bintan Island.

OOhceegeeWe had an amazing anniversary stay at Natra Bintan. The team surprised us with an upgrade to a lagoon-view tent, complete with a beautiful room setup and cake to celebrate our special day. The glamping tent was spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views.
We truly enjoyed a relaxing massage, delicious meals at The Patio, and quality time at the Crystal Lagoon. The staff’s thoughtful touches and warm hospitality made the whole experience unforgettable.
Highly recommended for a romantic and peaceful getaway near Singapore.

UUtente ospitePros: Great location which just 5 min from Sebong terminal and hotel provided complimentary shuttle service to hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. All the queries and request was contact through WhatsApp which is convenient and responsive (maybe not the peak season). We have a lot of fun at Treasure Bay and some free activities provided. We enjoyed 20% discount on the activities as the guest of Anmon. The pool is sea salt water and it is pretty clean as well. The room is pretty interesting and it is a great experience to stay inside a tent!
Cons: There is moldy smell in the room. Because it is a tent, hence soundproof is poor as we can hear the music from hotel lobby (but it does not affect our sleep LoL we still had a good slept). Should clean up the sky window in the room.

UUtente ospiteWe have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

UUtente ospiteIo e il mio amico abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura. L'atmosfera era tranquilla e la nostra camera era pulita e spaziosa. Il servizio è stato fantastico, con personale cordiale e attento! L'hotel si trova a circa 1 ora e 20 minuti dal terminal dei traghetti di Bintan, il che lo rende un po' isolato dalle zone più affollate. Se preferite un'atmosfera vivace, la vita da spiaggia e un lungomare pulito, questo hotel potrebbe non essere la scelta migliore. Tuttavia, se cercate tranquillità e un posto dove rilassarvi e chiacchierare con un buon amico, questo è il posto perfetto!
Un inconveniente che abbiamo riscontrato è stata la presenza di insetti volanti. Durante i pasti, soprattutto la sera, mosche e zanzare ci svolazzavano intorno. Inoltre, c'erano gatti randagi nelle vicinanze, il che potrebbe essere un problema se non amate i gatti.
Detto questo, ci siamo davvero goduti il nostro soggiorno!

UUtente ospiteQuiet and peaceful place. Room is very spacious and clean. Bathroom is exceptionally impressive! Cosy for families, great place for short getaway. Not many activities to choose from - archery / kayaking / ATV.. But they do have 4hr / 6hr day tours. Food wise - quality is ok; not many options.. as there's one and only Legenda Cafe. We had BBQ cooked by a chef by the beach and the experience was good - Can't have such an experience in Sg 😂 Breakfast was fantastic on Sunday morning - wide spread with Nasi Lemak (very yummy esp with the spicy sambal) / Fried Noodles / Congee / Egg station / Hashbrowns / Sausages / Jamu juice / cakes and fruits etc.. But disappointing on Monday morning - spread is limited, but we can order from the menu - food only came after more than 30mins. Room for improvement on that - especially when there's limited time for breakfast, food should be served fast; if not then just stick to buffet style. Overall, service is good. Spa massage and body scrub is ok too. Will visit again!

UUtente ospiteIt was a great stay for us. Sea view chalet is nice and comfortable for me and my husband. Unobstructed view for the sea is my favourite. Room service was good and staffs were friendly and always greet us with smiling face. We stayed for 3 nights and we ate our meals at the resort’s restaurants. Breakfast was included in our booking and food served at the breakfast was good but nothing special to mention. We had our lunch and dinner at the Spice and the Kelong seafood restaurant. I will say the food varieties is limited and pricey. I will say it is more expensive than Singapore (one of the most expensive city in asia). For two person we spent about 70$-170$ per meal… appitizer, one main dish and one cheapest drink. When we had seafood dish, it cost more, of course, about $170. Overalls, it was a good experience. Nice stay except the pricey food. Taste of the food are just fine. We stayed 3 nights, so it made us more difficult to choose what to eat when you have not much to choose and it is not exciting and you are at the resort… so you can’t go out and buy more affordable food outside. If the resort can have more Chinese cuisine will be good. So, if you are staying for relaxation then it is good. If you are foodie,,, this place is not for you.
