UUtente ospiteThe hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish.
Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner.
However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top.
In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

FFarahB.Il luogo più perfetto e tranquillo da andare quando si richiede una pausa dal raffreddore e bussola. Era davvero un sorprendente 3D2N soggiorno con il personale amichevole, e le strutture disponibili. Non avevamo intenzione di esplorare Bintan durante questo viaggio, perché era destinato esclusivamente al relax, e Sadi Beach Hotel non ha disappunto. Il cibo disponibile era anche abbastanza buono, non c'è niente da colpire.
Grazie per aver fatto la nostra permanenza fantastica.Torneremo certamente con tutta la famiglia 😊

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo prenotato 4 villa di vista sul mare di Singapore. Le camere sono in stile tradizionale di villa balinese. Sono spaziosi, bellissimi, puliti e dotate di toletta completa. Ci sono anche due paia di mutandine giapponesi per fare doccia o andare alla spiaggia, e due paia di calzature per indossare in camera. L'igiene è buona e puliscono due volte al giorno. Ci sono tre fori britannici su entrambi i lati della lunga tavola nella stanza, e non c'è bisogno di un'apertura indonesiana, che è molto conveniente da usare. Il balcone ha anche un grande jacuzzi.La stanza è molto tranquilla, e si può sentire uccelli cantando al mattino. Tutti i membri del personale possono parlare inglese, e sono tutti molto gentili e gentili, e il loro atteggiamento di servizio è anche grande. Il colazione è anche buono, e ci sono molte opzioni alimentari. È possibile chiamare il bug gratuito dell'hotel, a prescindere dal fatto che tu vada a mangiare o ritorni alla stanza. In generale, siamo stati molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno.
Continueremo a rimanere nello stesso albero di Banyan quando torno a Bintan Island.

SSavvytanIt’s our first time and definitely not the last. Everything was great from the buggy in, to the size of the very clean room, to the baby cot that was already provided in the room and room service.
Only thing I’d suggest for improvement is the massage place is too near the restaurant and live bar. There was loud music when we went for our spa retreat and the music dampened the quietness and chill mood we wanted for the spa and massage. I would suggest to move it further away or install sound proofing walls for the tent.
Other than that, quite a perfect stay. We didn’t have enough time to explore the activities centre as it was for kids aged 3 and above.
One last thing, everything is chargeable for rent which I feel certain things could have been provided for less cost or free. Like bicycles to get around the very large lagoon or kick scooters. Their 2/3 wheelers were fully rented out and not cheap to rent too.

GGenaTanI stayed at the hotel from 12 to 15 October and was very pleased with my experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with excellent bathroom amenities. The staff were all friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The only shortcoming was on the first night when I noticed that the bedsheet had some stains. However, the housekeeping team responded promptly and replaced it with a fresh set immediately. I truly appreciate their quick response and professionalism in handling the matter. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would be happy to return in the future.

UUtente ospiteWe have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

Aalmz ZacPrima volta in famiglia in questo posto, molto bello per rilassarsi. Siamo così grati a chi ci ha portato a prendere Tedi (martedì), molto gentile, buon servizio e piacevole. Il manager Hardi ci ha assistito per primo, molto chiaro nelle spiegazioni, così disponibile, gentile, buon servizio e cordiale. Nur che viso sorridente. Bella atmosfera e rilassante. Colazione buona e completa. I miei figli adorano, soprattutto l'uovo fritto, ma il nostro ultimo giorno è stato cucinato troppo (triste), non possiamo servirlo. Il miglior snorkeling che consigliamo, questo sport acquatico. Tutto perfetto, tranne la doccia, quindi esce poca acqua e non riesco a controllare il calore. Pulizia della camera.
Ottima pulizia quotidiana, ma non lavo mai le tazze. E non do mai bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Nel complesso rilassante ed esperienza meravigliosa. Torneremo qui, spero di esserci cambiati per la doccia.

UUtente ospiteÈ stato un ottimo soggiorno per noi. Il cabinetto di vista sul mare è bello e confortevole per me e mio marito. Il mio preferito è la vista sul mare senza ostacoli. Il servizio in camera era buono e il personale era amichevole e sempre ci saluta con faccia sorridente. Il nostro soggiorno è stato per 3 notti e ci siamo mangiati nei ristoranti del resort. Abbiamo cenato a Spice e al Kelong Seafood Restaurant. Dirò che le varietà alimentari sono limitate e preziose. Dirò che sono più costose di Singapore (una delle città più costose in Asia). Per due persone abbiamo speso circa 70-170 dollari per pasto... appetito, un piatto principale e una bevanda più economica. Quando abbiamo avuto piatto di marina, è costato più, naturalmente, circa 170 dollari. In generale, è stata una buona esperienza. Bella soggiorno tranne il cibo prezioso. Il gusto del cibo è solo buono. Ci siamo trasferiti 3 notti, quindi ci ha reso più difficile scegliere cosa mangiare quando non hai molto da scegliere e non è eccitante e sei al resort... quindi non puoi andare a comprare più cibo a prezzi più bassi fuori. Se il resort può avere più cucina cinese sarà buono. Quindi, se si sta per rilassarsi, allora è buono. Se si è dietetico,, questo posto non è per voi.

PPratibha AshwinWe stayed with our family at the Kawaland glamping resort for 3D,2N. We had a very nice experience. The staff were sincere, hard working, friendly and courteous with all our needs. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and explained to us about the Indonesian cuisine. All the food that we tried at the restaurant was good! The glamping rooms were comfortable with spacious bedroom and bathrooms. The beach was only a walking distance from the resort & it was clean and beautiful. They also had swimming pools. We also had a good experience using the BBQ pit with the help of staff. We were also able to try the movie night with the projector at the beach bar. One area that could be improved is: During warm weather, the roof panels and the room interior gets quite hot. The AC alone was not sufficient. So it may need some other solution as well to keep the room comfortable. Otherwise, we had a chill, happy vacation at the resort! Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

As it’s located in a rather remote area, there isn’t much in the immediate surroundings, and activities are quite limited unless you're willing to travel out to the main city, which is about an hour’s drive away. However, the villa itself more than makes up for it — beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully maintained. What really stands out is the level of service from the staff. They are prompt, attentive, and very responsive, especially when it comes to communication through messaging apps. If you’re in need of a peaceful short getaway to unwind and recharge, this place is definitely worth considering.
