UUtente ospiteWe recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests.
1. Room Consistency & Communication
Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved.
2. Villa Room Maintenance
On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression.
We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located away from the hustle and bustle, offering a very serene and peaceful environment. The staff were warm and hospitable, and the food was surprisingly delicious—our favourite was the fun platter. We also enjoyed the BBQ dinner and the complimentary kayaking activity.
One area for improvement would be mosquito control. It may be helpful to increase the frequency of pest control services, as we experienced quite a severe mosquito issue and received more than twenty bites during just one dinner.

AAng Jian HaoAbbiamo avuto un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso all'Hotel Indigo Bintan, e ha superato le nostre aspettative in ogni modo.
Da quando siamo arrivati, l'ospitalità era eccellente, il personale era caldo, attento e genuino, ci salutava sempre con sorriso e andava fuori dal loro modo per assicurarci che ci fosse comodo. Viaggiando come famiglia, apprezziamo davvero quanto pensiero e accogliendo tutti fossero stati fatti sentire tutto il soggiorno rilassato e speciale.
Il ristorante Ocean era l'accento per noi. Il cibo era sempre delizioso, ben presentato, e offreva una grande varietà, ogni pasto si sentiva fresco e soddisfacente.
Il resort stesso è bellissimo e ben mantenuto, con un'atmosfera per le famiglie. Abbiamo avuto così tanta divertimento insieme, sia che si rilassava dalla piscina, divertiva la spiaggia, o semplicemente disturbava in un ambiente tranquillo. Era il perfetto equilibrio di relax e divertimento.
In generale, l'Hotel Indigo Bintan ha offerto un'esperienza inoltrabile grazie a un servizio eccellente, un'ottima ricetta e una vera ospitalità. Molto raccomandato per le famiglie e chiunque cerca un nuovo giardino.

UUtente anonimoour first time to the resort and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves and love it! the hotel is very convenient with kids-friendly amenities including the indoor playground with children’s activities / workshop for the kids. there are a few different pools to explore as well and beach nearby to play with sand. there is also a spa for adults to relax. overall a very suitable place for family with kids as well as anyone who wants to just chill and relax! also would like to mention that all the staff were very friendly and nice with excellent service. we will definitely go back again! the room itself is also very big and clean. twin room is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids to sleep in.

UUtente ospiteWe have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

DDaniVinWe really enjoyed our stay at Natra Resort. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming—we were always greeted with warm smiles, which made a big difference. The complimentary buffet breakfast was a great bonus.
Food and spa services are on the pricier side, but the resort is fully self-contained, so you don’t really need to go elsewhere. Complimentary buggy services around the resort were very convenient, and they also offer activities, spa packages, and taxi services.
Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

La prima notte la camera che ci è stata assegnata ha avuto una perdita d'acqua dal soffitto, quindi ci hanno subito preparato un'altra camera.
- Discreta scelta di opzioni per la colazione.
- Il menù e i prezzi del ristorante sono buoni (anche se non ho ordinato nulla 😅)

YyanyeetEsperienza super super fantastica!! Il resort è un po' lontano, ma è come una piccola comunità isolata e autosufficiente, un mondo a sé stante! Avevamo un sacco di cose da fare anche se non avevamo niente in programma. C'erano tantissime attività gratuite (preparazione di sambal, visite alla fattoria, degustazione di miele, kayak, yoga, piegatura di asciugamani, osservazione delle stelle, degustazione di caffè, ecc.). A tarda notte, il personale è persino venuto a offrirci un dessert gratuito (una torta) ed era così delizioso. Anche la camera era davvero confortevole e accogliente e avevamo un servizio di buggy che ci portava qua e là (era come un giro sulle montagne russe, così divertente). Anche il cibo era buonissimo (Rica Rica aveva degli ottimi satay e mie goreng), e la postazione per le uova a colazione 10/10!! Anche il personale lì è stato così gentile e disponibile, mi dispiace tanto di aver dovuto andarmene... posso tornare...

UUtente ospiteIt was a great stay for us. Sea view chalet is nice and comfortable for me and my husband. Unobstructed view for the sea is my favourite. Room service was good and staffs were friendly and always greet us with smiling face. We stayed for 3 nights and we ate our meals at the resort’s restaurants. Breakfast was included in our booking and food served at the breakfast was good but nothing special to mention. We had our lunch and dinner at the Spice and the Kelong seafood restaurant. I will say the food varieties is limited and pricey. I will say it is more expensive than Singapore (one of the most expensive city in asia). For two person we spent about 70$-170$ per meal… appitizer, one main dish and one cheapest drink. When we had seafood dish, it cost more, of course, about $170. Overalls, it was a good experience. Nice stay except the pricey food. Taste of the food are just fine. We stayed 3 nights, so it made us more difficult to choose what to eat when you have not much to choose and it is not exciting and you are at the resort… so you can’t go out and buy more affordable food outside. If the resort can have more Chinese cuisine will be good. So, if you are staying for relaxation then it is good. If you are foodie,,, this place is not for you.

Il resort è stato molto bello, così spazioso, molto pulito anche! La piscina è davvero ben mantenuta. Il letto è super comodo. Avere Netflix sulla TV.
Chiesto un deco per il compleanno di sorpresa, anche quando la data del deco è andata male, apprezzare l'ufficiale di prenotazione è venuto personalmente a scusarsi.Ma devo dire che il deco di compleanno è molto bello.

Il primo giorno di ricevimento della cena (come era tardi e pioveva fuori) - il cibo era davvero delizioso.
Il colazione era normale, non troppo cattivo, ha una bella vista sulla spiaggia per godersi.
Avete organizzato un pranzo romantico per il compleanno , ma purtroppo è piovendo molto , la posizione deve passare all'interno del ristorante invece che dalla spiaggia.
Il personale è stato così bello cantare una canzone di compleanno :) Anche il cibo è stato bello, non si lamenta
In generale, felice di stare, è stata una buona esperienza, vorrei poter stare un po' più a lungo!
Raccomanderò assolutamente ai miei amici e alla mia famiglia qui.
