It was the best stay of our 10 day trip in Japan and we would definitely be back to stay here again 🤍
Location: in the Jozankei Onsen town that’s about an hour + out of Sapporo. Honestly if you’re in a group, just book a cab out, it was about $80++ for 3 of us! Otherwise remember to book the Onsen bus shuttle early in advance 🥹
Area around Onsen is nothing much besides other Onsen houses, a small cafe and other smol tourist picture spots.
Back to the Ryokan: this was my first experience being in one and I’m so glad I chose this place! Mum and sister throughly enjoyed it as well, using our in room Onsen ( there’s 2!) and also the shared common Onsen with an outdoor facing the snow too ❄️☃️♨️
Service:The staff was extremely polite and efficient, seeing the reviews of them being rude was kinda uncalled for. They were nothing but kind and attentive. It is a very quiet and peaceful place , I understand the need for all guests to be maintain the atmosphere too.
Food: amazing, one of the best meals I’ve had in Japan so far ♥️ the pictures below speaks for itself 🥹 private dining room to enjoy the view too🏔️
Loved small touches too like the mikimoto soaps , Dyson hair dryers ( in the public Onsen) And the chopstick souvenirs 🥹
I can’t wait to come back here again with my partner 🤍

::))On the last night of our trip, we returned to the hotel where we felt the most comfortable and convenient.
Nestled in the heart of the city, the hotel is just a 15-minute stroll from the main shopping mall. If you prefer a taxi, it only takes about 5-6 minutes and costs around 870 yen—an incredibly reasonable fare. Most drivers are familiar with the hotel by name, so you won’t need to fuss with a map.
This time, we opted for a king-bed room, which turned out to be smaller than the twin-bed room we had previously seen. After taking a look at both options, we now know exactly which room to book on our next stay.
Once again, the staff impressed us with their warmth and attentiveness. Fluent in English, they went above and beyond to assist us, even helping arrange a taxi to the airport. The check-out process was lightning-fast, making our departure seamless.
Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel again for my next visit to Sapporo!

UUtente ospiteGreat hotel in a nice & quiet location in Sapporo. I enjoyed the hotel and its well-equipped 24 hour gym. Front desk staff were friendly to my kids and even assisted us in booking a bigger taxi to Sapporo Station as we had big luggage in tow.
The hotel is well-appointed and trendy in design. The complimentary beverages which were replenished daily was a nice touch!
Definitely recommended in Sapporo! We will be back!

橘橘子農茶Ho alloggiato in una camera vecchio stile, quindi i servizi della camera erano vecchi, ma nel complesso erano molto puliti. Lo scenario fuori dalla finestra della camera è il Nakajima Park. È molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana di Nakajima Park, ma è lontano dai principali centri commerciali come Tanixiaoji Commercial Street. Se lo desideri, ci vogliono 15 minuti a piedi più tranquillo, puoi scegliere di soggiornare qui. Qui, se vuoi essere vicino al centro commerciale, preferiresti altri hotel!

SSAMMICCThe room is spacious and the location is super convenient as the bus stop just in front of the hotel, but the meal is just so so but not impressed. However the lounge is impressive with free drinks and dessert which also with massage chair, that is really the best part of the hotel.

RRebekah GOh I absolutely loved this hotel! It’s walking distance (15-20mins max) to Sapporo Station, Susukino for shopping etc! And not to mention the great view of Odori Park just right infront!
Service was great too, nothing to complain about at all! We’ll be back here when we travel to Sapporo City again.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed on the 17th floor and enjoyed an excellent view of Sapporo city, from the clock tower to the ferris wheel. The lights were especially delightful at night. The check in and out service is efficient, albeit impersonal, but we didnt mind that at all. The hotel is beside Nakajima Koen, and its slightly situated further away from the hustle n bustle of Susukino. If u like the relative quiet, that's part of the charm :)

MMIN FEISapporo Hotel by Granbell offers a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which makes guests feel genuinely welcomed from the moment they arrive.
The hotel itself is modern and clean, with immaculate rooms that reflect great attention to detail. We booked a corner suite and were delighted to be assigned a high-level room with a fantastic view, which made the stay even more memorable.
Location is another strong point. The hotel is conveniently situated near Sapporo Station, making it easy to get around the city. Major shopping destinations such as Stellar Place, Daimaru, and other large malls are all within easy reach, perfect for dining and shopping.
One thing to note for travelers who are driving: although parking is available at the hotel, there is a daily parking fee for hotel guests. This is worth factoring into your plans if you intend to rent a car.
Overall, Sapporo Hotel by Granbell is an excellent choice for travelers seeking a modern, well-located hotel with friendly service and high-quality rooms.

UUtente ospite学会があったのでいく用事あったが、子供にも楽しい思い出をと思ってプールがあるここに子供連れて泊まりました。
朝のブッフェも美味しかった。ウォータースライダー2本やってないから週末のウォータースライダー毎日今月だけらしい。なくても21:00までプールで遊べてその後温泉でゆったりでした。
