AAhmad MostafaAfter spending six days in MGallery Hotel Sapporo, I can safely say this is not an ordinary hotel. Reception at 5 pm was professional, efficient and friendly. I didn’t have to wait. Well done. Takako and Cindy provided a warm, informative and professional service.
The concierge was helpful and welcoming. Very useful in a freezing outdoor climate - thank you Alex.
My room was as requested, 524. I booked a king room and it met my expectations. The design is lovely. The bathroom is not huge, but is well appointed with a bath and a separate shower. The room is very quiet and I had a very pleasant sleeping experience.
The hotel and my room are in excellent condition, with a high standard of decor and presentation. Clearly recently renovated. The design is first class. It combines a beautiful Japanese style, with classical and traditional designs. The result is very pleasant - Chic!
WiFi worked well. The room airconditioning was a little too hot for me, so I turned it off, and that was fine for me. The two guest’s lifts are fast and worked well over the six floors.
House keeping is also of a high standard as you would expect from a high end Accor hotel. This is especially so in Japan where service is an art form.
I had access to the executive lounge. It was a good experience. It provides a comfortable and cosy atmosphere, and the food quality is nice. The chefs are friendly and caring, thank you James. The lounge staff are first class. Thank you very much to Yokiku, Kaumini and chief Minoru for your attentive and excellent service. I appreciated your kind service.
The only negative I am sorry to say is the occasional noisy foreigners who don’t appreciate the quiet, polite, refined and subtle Japanese culture.
The location is convenient, and is about 15 minutes easy walk from the main Shinkansen station. Being in a built up area there aren’t any views of parks etc, but rather the city landscape. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to a variety of wonderful shopping areas.
Additionally, there are major shopping malls in the Shinkansen station area. Nearby, you can find many restaurants that should suit most people’s cuisine, budget and type of food.
Taxies are available at the hotel entrance. Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30-60 minutes of the hotel such as temples, museums and regional attractions. Ms Takako provided excellent suggestions.
To be fair, I read the Hotel’s web reviews. I noticed that the negative comments were from years ago, before the hotel became an Accor hotel two years ago. I noticed most of the more recent reviews are positive.
A special thank you to all the other warm staff for their excellent and polite hospitality. Having experienced hotels in every continent, this one stands out. The service and attention to detail is in a class of its own. Clearly, this is a special Hotel - undoubtedly, due to the hotel’s leadership.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the General Manager, Mr Ted Kitahara, and his management team. Mr Ted introduced himself to me by chance. He made me feel very welcome, and was most kind to enlighten me about the hotel’s design and its interesting history. I hope to meet the Japanese architect one day!
Overall, an extremely pleasant and first-class experience. I look forward to visiting again.

MMarcHoDi recente ho soggiornato all'Hotel Emion Sapporo per 3 notti e, nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza fantastica! L'hotel si trova a soli 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione JR di Sapporo, il che lo rende molto comodo per i viaggiatori. Ci sono centri commerciali e numerosi negozi vicino alla stazione. Si trova anche accanto al terminal degli autobus, che funge da punto di ritrovo per coloro che hanno prenotato escursioni giornaliere, un vantaggio importante per visitare la città.
L'hotel in sé è eccezionalmente pulito e ben tenuto (quasi nuovo), con un'atmosfera moderna e accogliente. Un punto di forza è il supermercato 7-Eleven collegato direttamente all'hotel, perfetto per acquistare snack o prodotti essenziali in qualsiasi momento.
Un punto forte del nostro soggiorno è stata la colazione a buffet (locale), che offriva un'ampia varietà di deliziose opzioni per iniziare bene la giornata con una splendida vista sulla neve che cadeva.
L'unico aspetto negativo per noi è stata la disposizione della camera: abbiamo avuto la sensazione che ci fosse parecchio spazio inutilizzato che avrebbe potuto essere utilizzato meglio. Tuttavia, questo non ha influito sul comfort generale del soggiorno.
Nonostante questo piccolo inconveniente, l'Hotel Emion Sapporo è una scelta valida per chi cerca comodità, pulizia e un servizio di qualità a Sapporo. Lo consiglio vivamente!

DDavid EdBest hotel from the 5 we stayed at in Japan. It's basically 5 star service, everything high quality, including the beds / linen / pillows, a shower I wish I had at home, fab location, directly connecting to the subway, 10 minutes from sapparo station (no need to go outside), the only bad thing about the breakfast was that it wasn't included in the price. It was, however, top notch, with salmon and other expensive items being refilled immediately. Pretty busy when we were there, but no problem - got a table immediately. Recommended, I can't think of anything bad to say. (We have a 7 year old and a triple room)

Nnatsu_yasumiRimasi qui per 3 notti e ha avuto una vera e propria esperienza positiva.
La posizione è super comoda, circa 5-minute passeggiata alla stazione ferroviaria e MTR, che ha fatto passare senza sforzo. Ci sono molti negozi di comodità vicino.
L'hotel dispone di una bella viva tranquilla, che è stata perfetta dopo giorni di sfruttamento.
La stanza stessa era una stanza, sorprendentemente grande e spaziosa da standard giapponesi. Era pulito e tempestivo, e c'era ancora molto spazio per pavimenti anche dopo l'apertura di due grandi valigie (qualcosa che è quasi impossibile nella maggior parte degli altri hotel compatti in Giappone).
L’unica parte inferiore era il letto. Il duvet (?) era troppo spesso e pesante per il mio piacere. Esso fece sentire il letto molto caldo la notte, e mi sono svegliato molto nonostante l’AC.
Altrimenti, questo posto era quasi perfetto. Lo consiglierei certamente agli altri, soprattutto se si sta bene con la corsa del CA inferiore. Solid choice!

UUtente ospiteLe camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Le strutture sono nuove e tempeste. La posizione dell'hotel è modestamente conveniente. Tuttavia l'ingresso dell'hotel è abominabile e difficile da chiamare taxi o notato da qualsiasi conducente di taxi. Tuttavia, il personale dell'hotel è molto sfavorevole e indifferente nei confronti degli ospiti che aspettano un taxi o non sono disposti a fornire alcun aiuto con i bagagli.

SSAMMICCThe room is spacious and the location is super convenient as the bus stop just in front of the hotel, but the meal is just so so but not impressed. However the lounge is impressive with free drinks and dessert which also with massage chair, that is really the best part of the hotel.

CCindy1274I stayed at Sapporo Hotel by Grandbell for four nights and had a lovely overall experience. The hotel is quite new, and the view from the room was beautiful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
One of my favorite parts was the onsen — they have several different baths to choose from, and it was a great way to relax after a long day out in the cold.
The convenience is also a plus, with both FamilyMart and Lawson located just downstairs.
The only downside is that the hotel is not very close to the JR station. It’s still walkable, but can feel a bit far, especially in winter. One night, I had trouble finding the correct exit at the station and ended up walking quite a long distance to get back to the hotel.
Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its comfort, facilities, and relaxing atmosphere — just be prepared for a bit of walking.

My room was tidy, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing space after a day out. What really stood out was the front desk service: the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable.
I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with excellent service in a prime location.

UUtente anonimoLa posizione è molto conveniente, con una fermata a tram e un negozio di comodità vicino. E' facile andare in giro, e anche fornire una navetta gratuita alla stazione Sapporo, che era un salvatore di vita, trascinare bagagli nella neve non è divertente. È anche molto facile arrivare all'aeroporto, poiché la fermata dell'aeroporto è proprio davanti all'hotel. In generale, una scelta fantastica per chiunque visita Sapporo!

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è estremamente buona - abbiamo preso un autobus dall'aeroporto di Chitose e alighted al Monterey Hotel, che è 3-5 min a piedi a New Otani Inn; è anche una breve passeggiata a TV torn, Clock Tower, Odori Park (tutti questi entro 5-10 min). La pulizia è buona ovunque in Giappone, immagino.
Il loro personale può parlare un po' di inglese e usano la traduzione solo per assicurarsi di comprenderci correttamente, ci sforzo è 100% qui.
La dimensione della camera è piccola e accogliente ma il soggiorno complessivo è comodo~
