Our family stayed at Hotel Sosei Sapporo – MGallery Collection for 2 nights, booking 3 rooms, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every staff member — from the doormen to the front desk — greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism. The service here truly stands out.
A very special shout-out to Naveen, who went above and beyond when I accidentally left my phone in an Uber. He took the time to communicate with Uber customer service in Japanese for nearly 20 minutes to help locate my phone. His patience, dedication, and kindness made all the difference, and we are deeply grateful.
The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was excellent — great variety and quality that the whole family enjoyed.
We had a wonderful stay and felt completely taken care of throughout.
Highly recommended, and we would not hesitate to return on our next trip to Sapporo!

Rooms are good sized! New, clean, extremely comfortable. The room even has a LD player with tons of music options - a nice touch
The laundry room was also very easy to operate
Best part is the lounge on 18F where you can enjoy the city view with free flow drinks and the SPA room - make sure you get the room with the lounge access, it's worth it

UUtente ospiteGreat hotel in a nice & quiet location in Sapporo. I enjoyed the hotel and its well-equipped 24 hour gym. Front desk staff were friendly to my kids and even assisted us in booking a bigger taxi to Sapporo Station as we had big luggage in tow.
The hotel is well-appointed and trendy in design. The complimentary beverages which were replenished daily was a nice touch!
Definitely recommended in Sapporo! We will be back!

UUtente ospiteI chose this hotel specifically for its private bath, only to discover that reservations must be made 2-3 months in advance via email/phone call. The hotel does provide a shuttle bus from Sapporo city, which typically takes about an hour, but you also need to book that at least a month in advance, according to various bloggers. It was quite disappointing not to enjoy the private bath experience and to have to arrange our own transportation from/back to the city. The frustrating part is that you wouldn’t know the advance booking requirement when you make a reservation through Trip.com or similar platforms. Here’s a rephrased version of your statement:

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è proprio davanti alla torre sapporo. Dobbiamo prendere le attrezzature e l'acqua minerale al lobby. Ci permettono di immagazzinare il bagaglio gratis prima di check-in. Grazie! Molto vicino all'ingresso della stazione di treno odori. C'è un ingresso di shopping sottoterra proprio davanti all'hotel, con una 7Eleven e farmacia come vede il primo shopping. Conveniente. Al di là dell'hotel è Daimaru che è grande per le donne shopping

LLesliewslHotel is located very conveniently outside Sapporo Station Exit 23. It’s near Sapporo Station’s subway line shopping area, but you need to take the subway to Odori Station if you want to visit the main hub of food and shopping.
If you are an IHG Rewards member, you enjoy late checkout and extra mineral water.
The room was very clean, bed was comfy. Service was excellent.
Overall, the stay was great and recommended!

Una cosa strana è la TV in un angolo, sembra incapace di regolare o di spostarsi intorno che sembra inutile avere una TV.
E la camera di cortile inferiore che è più costosa della camera gemella non fa troppo senso.
In generale, non c'è nulla di personale, ma con le decisioni sui prezzi si potrebbe considerare più.

UUtente ospiteIt is a rather old hotel but has reasonably well upkeep. Cleanliness is top notch.
Location wise, it is around 500m away from Sapporo JR/metro station. While this is walkable, it can be tricky during winter especially with thick snow. The entrance (Exit 22) to the underground walkway to the station is around 50m away from the hotel and is recommended, although it does not have elevator access; Exit 23 has that although it is further down the road. There is a Family Mart convenience store nearby. What i liked most about the hotel is that they have a souvenir store on the ground floor with a good stock of Hokkaido-exclusive souvenirs such as horse oil lotion, cookies and chocolates, to the usual garments and keychains.
Service is rather underwhelming. Due to ESG commitments, only guests who stay in premium rooms (12F to 13F) have a full suite of amenities in their rooms. For others, you need to pick up your own toiletries such as toothbrush and cotton buds near the reception area which can be a chore. The whole experience can also feel disorganised especially when there is a huge crowd. Thankfully, shampoo and shower gel is provided in room. Drinking water however is not provided and it is disappointing that there are no communal water stations on each floor, although some floors have coin-operated vending machines.
Breakfast buffet has a modest selection. During my 5-day stay there, the menu largely stays the same. It has a mix of Japanese and Western fare. Taste-wise it is fine but some more variety would be much appreciated.
Overall, it is a functional hotel for a good night rest but nothing more.

房間超級大、入户門邊的衞浴間、備有全檜木浴缸；户外的天然spring 、也是檜木打造👀沒有落雪的夏夜,依然很chill 🦋還送了2套名牌洗護小件…暖心🥰
懷石晚餐、至少佔了房價的三分之一✌️會席的承現、由淺入深色、由前菜到魚生、和牛…甜品收尾💕安排的明明白白、各菜各味，chef歷害啊👍第二天的早餐、略顯平淡…
與山亭比較、這個俱樂部人少、價格高、公區內裝高級、私湯舒適；山亭的公區較普通、房間內私湯、雖然面積小、也是全檜木打造、景觀更好💕懷石料理似乎差不多？一泊二食的價格低了不少…
還是更推薦山亭吧🥃
