Un bel resort rilassato. La stanza sembra esattamente le foto postate. Ha una piccola cucina. Silenzio nei giorni di settimana. La pressione dell'acqua da doccia è forte e le squadre di servizio sono calde e amichevole. Il pick-up di arrivo e la discesa risparmia un sacco di disturbo. Distante dalla città. Se avete qualche giorno a Bintan, potete prenotare un tour privato di un giorno che vi porterà a diversi punti di vista. Ospiti di Cassia possono utilizzare piscina e spa nel resort Angsana.
Colazione presso Angsana Resort - Lotus, molto buona diffusione. Pranzo a Vista all'interno della propria casa - la tessuto di kway fritto è delizioso e cena a Xana, la carne di barbecue occidentale e la pasticceria vicino alla spiaggia - la pizza e la pasticceria di lampadine è grande (se servito su piastra termica sarà perfetta perché il cibo è andato freddo abbastanza veloce 😅).
Cassia ha anche alcune attività regolate ogni giorno, gli ospiti possono accedere con un amichevole desk front. Anche una piscina di tartaruga non lontana, i bambini saranno felici di vedere le tartarughe nuotare. Grande luogo per soggiornare per qualche giorno.

Ho avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo resort. Il cibo era delizioso con una buona varietà da scegliere, e la camera era pulita, spaziosa e molto comoda. Il servizio durante tutta la mia permanenza era caldo e attento il personale era sempre amichevole e utile.
La posizione è certamente un'accento è solo una passeggiata a Plaza Lagoi, e le viste sono sorprendenti.Mi sono particolarmente adorato le belle risorse e i giardini di sole, che hanno fatto per alcuni momenti inoltrabili.
L'unico punto di svolta è stato il processo di check-in. Speravo di sistemarmi in anticipo, ma purtroppo non ho avuto accesso alla mia stanza fino alle 17.30, che era molto tardi. Spero che questo possa essere migliorato per gli ospiti e i miei soggiorni futuri.
In generale, una grande esperienza e mi piacerebbe tornare!

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay at Holiday Inn Resort Bintan. Cleanliness was generally good, although the floor was still a little dusty. One small inconvenience was the lack of hooks in the toilet to hang towels, and the pillows were too soft for our liking—made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. For a 5-star resort, the complimentary toiletries were minimal (only toothbrush and toothpaste provided), and there was no iron or bathrobe in the room, although an iron and board can be requested.
The resort is not located near food outlets, so transport is needed if you want to explore outside. That said, the in-room dining exceeded our expectations—the steak is a must-try, absolutely superb! The resort also offers many facilities, which kept us occupied throughout our stay.
Big shout-out to the resort crew—they were incredibly helpful and responsive, even assisting with printing our boarding pass and explaining the complimentary land transfer. One area that could be improved is the ferry bus arrangement. It got quite crowded during boarding and we didn’t realize a second bus was coming, so our group got split up unnecessarily. It would be helpful if a staff member could assist in organizing guests.
Despite the few areas for improvement, we definitely plan to return. The hospitality and facilities made it a memorable stay!

Service started right after pass immigration at the ferry terminal. They provide free shuttle to the hotel from terminal and we were surprised they already have our name on their list even though we did not inform them we are coming via ferry. Good service from all hotel staff and I love that we can get their help and services via whatapps instead of calling the reception or walking to the lobby. As there are nothing much to do in the hotel, a short staycation would be enough.
Breakfast buffet was ok, would be better if have more choices. We had dinner at Stix Satay Bar and it was good.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, and stylish, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
We filled our days with a mix of adventure and rest. Highlights included a trip to the dunes, exploring local markets, and indulging in delicious local cuisine—fresh seafood, tropical fruits, and flavorful dishes that we’ll be craving for weeks to come.

Io e il mio amico abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura. L'atmosfera era tranquilla e la nostra camera era pulita e spaziosa. Il servizio è stato fantastico, con personale cordiale e attento! L'hotel si trova a circa 1 ora e 20 minuti dal terminal dei traghetti di Bintan, il che lo rende un po' isolato dalle zone più affollate. Se preferite un'atmosfera vivace, la vita da spiaggia e un lungomare pulito, questo hotel potrebbe non essere la scelta migliore. Tuttavia, se cercate tranquillità e un posto dove rilassarvi e chiacchierare con un buon amico, questo è il posto perfetto!
Un inconveniente che abbiamo riscontrato è stata la presenza di insetti volanti. Durante i pasti, soprattutto la sera, mosche e zanzare ci svolazzavano intorno. Inoltre, c'erano gatti randagi nelle vicinanze, il che potrebbe essere un problema se non amate i gatti.
Detto questo, ci siamo davvero goduti il nostro soggiorno!

Totally a brand new experience as you are staying in the actual ship's cabin.. the hotel crew arranged a tour within the ships to various compartments , we had a chance to visit the engine room the upper deck and many others rooms that are usually restricted for passengers in a sailing ship. The history of the ship was very well explained by the Hotel Crew.. The foods served are delicious too. Overall it's a nice hide-out from a hustle and bustle city life

As a first time solo traveler, I would say I did not have anything planned the moment I reached the resort.
But my goal for this trip was mainly a getaway from everyday city life and it did reach my purpose.
There are activities that can be in and around the resort.
First time tried kayaking and archery.
All the staffs were super friendly. From reception, activities, restaurant staff until check out.
I went during an off peak season, so even passing by a staff at the lobby of the Lotus Cafe, I was shocked that I was greeted by the staff with my name.

DDaya MuslimOttimo servizio da tutta la squadra, non importa il dipartimento. Ottimo se si sta cercando una portata molto privata, rilassante. Rimase per 2 giorni, 1 notte. Sono abbastanza gentili da permetterci un check-in precoce e un check-out tardivo alle 5 pm con una piccola top-up, che mi è sembrato giusto.Ci siamo divertiti solo in villa.
Il bagno ha un leggero odore di drenaggio, che può essere piuttosto eccessivamente potente in alcuni momenti, ma nessun problema, abbiamo appena chiuso la porta quando non è in uso. Un cazzo di cazzo è venuto a visitarci nel bagno di notte, ma è comprensibile perché ha un bagno aperto.
Il prezzo dei prodotti alimentari, a mio parere, è molto alto, anche per un resort. Il buffet del colazione è stato buono, anche se ho visto qualche commento sfavorevole.
L'unica cosa che ho sentito è un peggioramento per il nostro viaggio è i prezzi dei cibi.Certo, puoi scegliere di andare a prendere cibo, ma a volte vuoi solo essere all'interno della bella villa

UUtente ospiteWe have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

VVincent GiangI had a great two-night stay at Alltrue. The staff were friendly though not of them can speak English. The location was peaceful, and the room was spacious and clean. Facilities like the spa, gym, and sauna were excellent, and the buffet breakfast had plenty of delicious options. Highly recommended!

MMrSenThis could be a 5* thing, for now it feels more like 4 to 4.5 * for me. Let me explain.
First of all, there are many really big upsides for the Nirwana Resort:
- The hotel is in a wonderful location. The beach directly in front of the hotel is beautiful, however if you explore a little further, the beach right next (connected to some rentable mini-houses) is also part of the Nirwana area and even cleaner and more inviting for a direct swim.
- The room was even nicer than anticipated via the photos. Everything was tastefully designed, clean and room-service did a great job daily. The hotel itself is abut 35 years old, very close to the sea and constantly exposed to salty winds. It's just amazing that they managed to maintain the open-corridors in such a great condition. There's a lot of wooden features (which look really good imho).
- The staff is friendly and helpful. You will find plenty of activities if that is your thing.
Now to the kinda neutral part: Some of the in-hotel facilities were not available during our stay. For example to get to the gym you had to switch to another building a few hundret meters away. You still get everything you need, so it's not really a complaint - more a thing of convenience but since all the surrounding area is pretty nice I would recommend exploring a bit anyway.
The two main negative factors were:
- It's a very secluded resort and there is no normal supermarket or anything similar nearby for basic daily needs like water or what-have-you. This means you will need to pay mega-premiums. 1 L of water costs over 100k Rupias or about 7 to 8 USD. A small bottle of coke is about $3.5. Same goes for all other snacks, drinks and foods. They are very overpriced, just because you don't have a choice. Another example: A pizza + a ”gourmet” burger were close to $50. I wouldn't even complain if it was really ”gourmet”. However not even close: You can eat both, it's not terrible but it's very basic, the pizza too dry and kinda small, the burger the most boring I had in years and not great beef at all.
Same goes for all the other food we had in the in-house restaurant. It's not bad but every dish feels like something is a bit off or missing or just very basic. Especially for the premium price you pay this seems not right.
There are two more restaurants within ~1km walking distance: An indian restaurant. Pricing is on the higher side but more reasonable than the indoor restaurant. Tandoori chicken was over-spiced (not hot just too strong taste with nothing to compliment it) and very dry/boring. The infamous butter chicken was great, though. I would recommend the ”Spicy restaurant” (4 stars) but make sure you get something with sauce.
And then there is a seafood restaurant. It's really pricy (especially when compared to seafood in Batam for example) but you get an incredible fresh and well seasoned fish/crab/prawn selection that makes it worth 100% to visit. Also the view is fantastic.
I actually would rate this whole experience 5 stars - if you would get the basics (water, coke, some smaller snacks) for a fair price; right now this part feels a bit like a rip-off.
Also, local taxi service is a bit over-priced, same goes for activities. I really don't mind spending more, but there needs to be a balance where you don't feel taken advantage of.
If you don't care about that, I would fully recommend the stay at Nirwana Hotel.

OOct 12 to 13 GuestArranged for ferry terminal pick up and drop off and the drivers are both courteous and accommodating (though more than twice the price compared to transpo by grab). First room, the aircon not working,i called more than 2-3times to check but nobody come, i even got massage room service for 2hours still nobody come..imagine how hot it is in the room.. after few more hours the maintenance came and say that the aircon got problem just then they decided to transfer me to the other room at the opposite wing. Got plans to celebrate my birthday on that day but just preferred to stay at the room and ordered dinner. The food are ok. The condiments in the room looks messy and the door hinges are broken. Most of the staff i encounter can’t communicate much in english so needs to improve on that part. The overnight stay was not that great but just ok.

JJuliaIt was a great stay for us. Sea view chalet is nice and comfortable for me and my husband. Unobstructed view for the sea is my favourite. Room service was good and staffs were friendly and always greet us with smiling face. We stayed for 3 nights and we ate our meals at the resort’s restaurants. Breakfast was included in our booking and food served at the breakfast was good but nothing special to mention. We had our lunch and dinner at the Spice and the Kelong seafood restaurant. I will say the food varieties is limited and pricey. I will say it is more expensive than Singapore (one of the most expensive city in asia). For two person we spent about 70$-170$ per meal… appitizer, one main dish and one cheapest drink. When we had seafood dish, it cost more, of course, about $170. Overalls, it was a good experience. Nice stay except the pricey food. Taste of the food are just fine. We stayed 3 nights, so it made us more difficult to choose what to eat when you have not much to choose and it is not exciting and you are at the resort… so you can’t go out and buy more affordable food outside. If the resort can have more Chinese cuisine will be good. So, if you are staying for relaxation then it is good. If you are foodie,,, this place is not for you.

- The Grand Lagoi hotel service is excellent and satisfied.
- we are highly recommended to choose this hotel for the following reasons
1. Reasonable Prices
2. The location was perfect and near LAGOI BAY
3. All the staff are friendly and helpful
4. The rich breakfast was a highlight of stay
5. The room cleaning was excellent and environment was peaceful
We will definitely choose again for next holiday to bintan

PPratibha AshwinWe stayed with our family at the Kawaland glamping resort for 3D,2N. We had a very nice experience. The staff were sincere, hard working, friendly and courteous with all our needs. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and explained to us about the Indonesian cuisine. All the food that we tried at the restaurant was good! The glamping rooms were comfortable with spacious bedroom and bathrooms. The beach was only a walking distance from the resort & it was clean and beautiful. They also had swimming pools. We also had a good experience using the BBQ pit with the help of staff. We were also able to try the movie night with the projector at the beach bar. One area that could be improved is: During warm weather, the roof panels and the room interior gets quite hot. The AC alone was not sufficient. So it may need some other solution as well to keep the room comfortable. Otherwise, we had a chill, happy vacation at the resort! Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

UUtente ospiteThe resort located outside of Bintan Resort, and it takes 40 mins to get there by cab which needs to be booked at the ferry terminal.
That aside, it was all worth it as the resort was really private and most importantly the service was top. specifically would like to highlight Fazli and Deden that were extremely helpful and cheerful. They never failed to attend to our queries promptly and went beyond what was expected.
Thanks once again for the great experience!

KKok KhyaiStaying at the Cabin Villa at De Bintan Villa has been such a delightful experience! I’m so happy to be back, and this time I had the chance to try their new cabin with its serene sea view. The staff here are incredible and truly made my stay feel warm and welcoming. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, which made it even better.
The journey started smoothly with Bobby, who picked me up and made the drive comfortable and enjoyable. Agus who sent me back to ferry terminal is awesome too !
At the Cabin Villa, Erni and Deka were always there with bright smiles and friendly service, making sure everything was perfect.
Andy, who drove me between the Cabin Villa and the Cliff Cafe, was also exceptionally warm and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant.
At the Cliff Cafe, Suhardi and Seltiya provided attentive and helpful service, making me feel right at home.
Overall, it was a wonderfully warm and enjoyable stay with a great room and kind people with beautiful smiles. Thank you so much for everything, and I can’t wait to come back again!
