UUtente ospiteThe hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

JJason2023Absolutely incredible hotel experience! Stunning room with balcony overlooking the Singapore Strait. Several activities you can do, from eco golf to fishing and a movie night projected on to the side of the ship. The tour was excellent and all of the staff were great. I hired a motorbike through reception so I could explore the island - all organised very well, although 3x more expensive than say Thailand, Vietnam etc. The restaurant has a limited menu unless you are happy with local, mainly seafood dishes with a couple of western options and pizza. The drinks are expensive already, then they add 21% service and tax, again, significantly higher than what you would pay in similar SE Asian countries but I heard typical for Bintan. Buy your drinks from the convenience store in the ferry terminal - 4x cheaper than the hotel bar restaurant. They did say however that their profits are given to charity. Overall, I had an incredible stay here, excellent value, excellent location if you want to chill or explore the island (not suitable for walking) or just relaxing by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Highly recommended, will 100% return and no need to look at any other hotel on Bintan!

UUtente ospiteWe have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

DDaniVinWe really enjoyed our stay at Natra Resort. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming—we were always greeted with warm smiles, which made a big difference. The complimentary buffet breakfast was a great bonus. Food and spa services are on the pricier side, but the resort is fully self-contained, so you don’t really need to go elsewhere. Complimentary buggy services around the resort were very convenient, and they also offer activities, spa packages, and taxi services. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

YyanyeetEsperienza super super fantastica!! Il resort è un po' lontano, ma è come una piccola comunità isolata e autosufficiente, un mondo a sé stante! Avevamo un sacco di cose da fare anche se non avevamo niente in programma. C'erano tantissime attività gratuite (preparazione di sambal, visite alla fattoria, degustazione di miele, kayak, yoga, piegatura di asciugamani, osservazione delle stelle, degustazione di caffè, ecc.). A tarda notte, il personale è persino venuto a offrirci un dessert gratuito (una torta) ed era così delizioso. Anche la camera era davvero confortevole e accogliente e avevamo un servizio di buggy che ci portava qua e là (era come un giro sulle montagne russe, così divertente). Anche il cibo era buonissimo (Rica Rica aveva degli ottimi satay e mie goreng), e la postazione per le uova a colazione 10/10!! Anche il personale lì è stato così gentile e disponibile, mi dispiace tanto di aver dovuto andarmene... posso tornare...

The stuff are amazing the check- in was smooth and light.We went on monsoon season so couldnt swim at the sea but it didnt bothered us, the swimming pools are clean and with nice sorrouding.You can use restaurant and swimming pool next door sister hotel and also book lovely dinners at Banyan tree hotel they will bring you to the restaurant with buggy.On our first evening we join the BBQ dinner and it was absolutely lovely and worth the money, food was great.Alsobook your SPA treatment we went twice with my son and iyit was perfect, the massage is professional and relaxing, the programs are nice variety amd the prices are reasonable.The only disappointing thing its a ferry from Singapore to Bintan during the monsoon season, so dizzy fizzy never felt that bad on a boat. Of course it şs nothing to do with the hotel.

E'bello perché sembrano veramente controllare chi o quale ospite entrava nel resort. 👍🏻 Il resort è stato molto bello, così spazioso, molto pulito anche! La piscina è davvero ben mantenuta. Il letto è super comodo. Avere Netflix sulla TV. Chiesto un deco per il compleanno di sorpresa, anche quando la data del deco è andata male, apprezzare l'ufficiale di prenotazione è venuto personalmente a scusarsi.Ma devo dire che il deco di compleanno è molto bello. Il membro del team e il personale sono molto amichevoli, accessibili e utili. Risposta immediata dal team In WhatsApp ogni volta che è stato chiesto o chiesto qualcosa Servizio era sicuramente 💯👍🏻 Il primo giorno di ricevimento della cena (come era tardi e pioveva fuori) - il cibo era davvero delizioso. Il colazione era normale, non troppo cattivo, ha una bella vista sulla spiaggia per godersi. Avete organizzato un pranzo romantico per il compleanno , ma purtroppo è piovendo molto , la posizione deve passare all'interno del ristorante invece che dalla spiaggia. Il personale è stato così bello cantare una canzone di compleanno :) Anche il cibo è stato bello, non si lamenta In generale, felice di stare, è stata una buona esperienza, vorrei poter stare un po' più a lungo! Raccomanderò assolutamente ai miei amici e alla mia famiglia qui. Grazie a tutti i team di Pantai Indah :)

SShiju JohnUn posto fantastico per rimanere se si deve solo rilassarsi e ricarrare in pace. Solo tempo vuoto seduto nel patio della vostra villa di vista del mare e godere di guardare il mare o camminare lungo la spiaggia raccogliendo le cascate di mare e trovare crab di muffa bambino all'interno delle cascate di mare. Non è stata la nostra prima volta che siamo rimasti a Mayang Sari o ad una delle altre proprietà di Nirwana, quindi il personale sorridente con i loro impeccabili livelli di servizio non è mai una sorpresa, ma sempre un piacere. Mayang Sari ha un ristorante privato, il Deli Cafe, dove si possono ottenere delicazioni e bevande locali e occidentali, e un ristorante indiano, Spice, che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da Mayang Sari, e Nirwana ha anche un ristorante privato. Il terminale di traghetto è molto conveniente, ma una chiamata dice che questo è Lagoi, quindi non aspettare che ci siano centri intorno, e il centro della città cade nella zona di Tanjung Pinang.

UUtente ospiteStaying at the Cabin Villa at De Bintan Villa has been such a delightful experience! I’m so happy to be back, and this time I had the chance to try their new cabin with its serene sea view. The staff here are incredible and truly made my stay feel warm and welcoming. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, which made it even better. The journey started smoothly with Bobby, who picked me up and made the drive comfortable and enjoyable. Agus who sent me back to ferry terminal is awesome too ! At the Cabin Villa, Erni and Deka were always there with bright smiles and friendly service, making sure everything was perfect. Andy, who drove me between the Cabin Villa and the Cliff Cafe, was also exceptionally warm and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant. At the Cliff Cafe, Suhardi and Seltiya provided attentive and helpful service, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was a wonderfully warm and enjoyable stay with a great room and kind people with beautiful smiles. Thank you so much for everything, and I can’t wait to come back again!

PPratibha AshwinWe stayed with our family at the Kawaland glamping resort for 3D,2N. We had a very nice experience. The staff were sincere, hard working, friendly and courteous with all our needs. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and explained to us about the Indonesian cuisine. All the food that we tried at the restaurant was good! The glamping rooms were comfortable with spacious bedroom and bathrooms. The beach was only a walking distance from the resort & it was clean and beautiful. They also had swimming pools. We also had a good experience using the BBQ pit with the help of staff. We were also able to try the movie night with the projector at the beach bar. One area that could be improved is: During warm weather, the roof panels and the room interior gets quite hot. The AC alone was not sufficient. So it may need some other solution as well to keep the room comfortable. Otherwise, we had a chill, happy vacation at the resort! Would definitely recommend it to everyone.
