UUtente ospiteThe hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

UUtente ospiteIl concetto di glamping è nuovo, ma una volta è sufficiente. Abbiamo viaggiato durante le vacanze scolastiche di Singapore, quindi il resort è stato pacchetto. In quanto tale, le tende vicine erano tutte occupate. A causa della vicinanza e strano akustica di tenda età. Ho sentito parlare i vicini, anche quando noi e i vicini erano nelle nostre tende. La nostra tenda era situata in alcune tende più grandi con letti esterni, alcuni residenti si sono chiusi, bevuti e fumati tardi nella notte. Francamente, ho avuto il peggior sonno durante il viaggio.Per i sonni leggeri.Per favore, prego, imballare le pendenti. La baia del tesoro è anche operata indipendentemente da Natra. Prendete nota. Ci sono stati alcuni hipcups quando ho cercato di prenotare attività attraverso l'hotel e il venditore non era il più gentile. Durante la stagione di picco, le attività e i viaggi popolari sono rapidamente prenotate, quindi pianificate.

UUtente ospiteIo e il mio amico abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura. L'atmosfera era tranquilla e la nostra camera era pulita e spaziosa. Il servizio è stato fantastico, con personale cordiale e attento! L'hotel si trova a circa 1 ora e 20 minuti dal terminal dei traghetti di Bintan, il che lo rende un po' isolato dalle zone più affollate. Se preferite un'atmosfera vivace, la vita da spiaggia e un lungomare pulito, questo hotel potrebbe non essere la scelta migliore. Tuttavia, se cercate tranquillità e un posto dove rilassarvi e chiacchierare con un buon amico, questo è il posto perfetto! Un inconveniente che abbiamo riscontrato è stata la presenza di insetti volanti. Durante i pasti, soprattutto la sera, mosche e zanzare ci svolazzavano intorno. Inoltre, c'erano gatti randagi nelle vicinanze, il che potrebbe essere un problema se non amate i gatti. Detto questo, ci siamo davvero goduti il ​​nostro soggiorno!

LLi€w.Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. ZZanyaoMy stay at The Anmon Resort was a refreshing escape from the city. The desert-themed glamping was unique, Instagram-worthy, and relaxing, with spacious, comfortable tents. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere such as waking up to fresh air and quiet surroundings was a highlight. Evenings were memorable, with BBQ dinners outside the tent and stargazing under the open sky. The staff were friendly and responsive via WhatsApp, making everything seamless. Activities like ATV rides and the nearby lagoon added a nice mix of adventure, while the spa offered a perfect way to unwind. Overall, a memorable getaway that’s ideal for relaxing in a unique setting

UUtente ospiteWe have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

Mm&m&mThe villa (especially the bathroom!!) was clean and above our expectation! Everything was working fine, and we were very well covered throughout the trip! We communicated with the very friendly and helpful staff through their WhatsApp to request for buggy ride, extra towel, housekeeping, whatever you want, and they responded very fast. Legenda Cafe provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had our breakfast there, and for weekdays breakfast, they do semi buffet where there is a small spread of food, and you can also order dishes from the menu. On weekends, they do full buffet breakfast. Food is good, mostly local food which is awesome. We did not see any minimarts within the resort, but the resort does provide transport to travel around Bintan. For instance, RP100k for two-way transport to Lagoi Bay. Private beach is only a few steps away from the cafe, and also walkable from our villa. Sand is super clean and very well maintained! Just note that since we are in nature, there are bound to be bugs / insects, so bring mosquito patches / sprays. We will definitely come back here again next time with family!!

SShiju JohnUn posto fantastico per rimanere se si deve solo rilassarsi e ricarrare in pace. Solo tempo vuoto seduto nel patio della vostra villa di vista del mare e godere di guardare il mare o camminare lungo la spiaggia raccogliendo le cascate di mare e trovare crab di muffa bambino all'interno delle cascate di mare. Non è stata la nostra prima volta che siamo rimasti a Mayang Sari o ad una delle altre proprietà di Nirwana, quindi il personale sorridente con i loro impeccabili livelli di servizio non è mai una sorpresa, ma sempre un piacere. Mayang Sari ha un ristorante privato, il Deli Cafe, dove si possono ottenere delicazioni e bevande locali e occidentali, e un ristorante indiano, Spice, che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da Mayang Sari, e Nirwana ha anche un ristorante privato. Il terminale di traghetto è molto conveniente, ma una chiamata dice che questo è Lagoi, quindi non aspettare che ci siano centri intorno, e il centro della città cade nella zona di Tanjung Pinang.

PPratibha AshwinWe stayed with our family at the Kawaland glamping resort for 3D,2N. We had a very nice experience. The staff were sincere, hard working, friendly and courteous with all our needs. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and explained to us about the Indonesian cuisine. All the food that we tried at the restaurant was good! The glamping rooms were comfortable with spacious bedroom and bathrooms. The beach was only a walking distance from the resort & it was clean and beautiful. They also had swimming pools. We also had a good experience using the BBQ pit with the help of staff. We were also able to try the movie night with the projector at the beach bar. One area that could be improved is: During warm weather, the roof panels and the room interior gets quite hot. The AC alone was not sufficient. So it may need some other solution as well to keep the room comfortable. Otherwise, we had a chill, happy vacation at the resort! Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

UUtente ospiteStaying at the Cabin Villa at De Bintan Villa has been such a delightful experience! I’m so happy to be back, and this time I had the chance to try their new cabin with its serene sea view. The staff here are incredible and truly made my stay feel warm and welcoming. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, which made it even better. The journey started smoothly with Bobby, who picked me up and made the drive comfortable and enjoyable. Agus who sent me back to ferry terminal is awesome too ! At the Cabin Villa, Erni and Deka were always there with bright smiles and friendly service, making sure everything was perfect. Andy, who drove me between the Cabin Villa and the Cliff Cafe, was also exceptionally warm and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant. At the Cliff Cafe, Suhardi and Seltiya provided attentive and helpful service, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was a wonderfully warm and enjoyable stay with a great room and kind people with beautiful smiles. Thank you so much for everything, and I can’t wait to come back again!
