Un vero soggiorno eccezionale a The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto La nostra famiglia ha avuto una bella esperienza a Kyoto, e non abbiamo lasciato altro che gratitudine e ricordi felici. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, il servizio era infelice e cordiale il tipo di genuina ospitalità che rende un viaggio davvero speciale. Grazie a Cecilia e Vinnie, della squadra di esperienze degli ospiti, che si sono spostati di sopra e di là per rendere il nostro soggiorno insonni e confortevole. Il loro caldo, la loro attenzione e i loro gesti pensativi ci hanno resi incredibilmente benvenuti. Una speciale grida a Cecilia, che ha notato l’amore di mia figlia per Winnie the Pooh dopo la nostra visita al Disneyland Resort, ha preparato una bella carta, un dolce messaggio, e anche un origami di Pooh fatto a mano, e l’ha messo nella nostra stanza. E'assolutamente fatto il giorno della nostra figlia un tale pensiero che non dimentichiamo mai. Il nostro gruppo di ristoranti ha anche il piacere di apprezzare Yuki per il suo servizio di colazione caldo e meraviglioso ogni mattina. Il passaporto di avventura dei Ritz Kids è stata una piacevole sorpresa che non solo si occupa della nostra figlia, ma anche di noi come genitori. E, naturalmente, ci piaceva l'atmosfera festiva di Natale, soprattutto il bellissimo albero di Natale e la casa di gemello straordinario con l'incredibile aroma che riempiva il lobby. Il Ritz-Carlton Kyoto ha superato le nostre aspettative in ogni modo. Ci siamo sentiti curati, accolti e veramente apprezzati. Non possiamo aspettare di tornare di nuovo. From the moment you walk in, you know you're in for a wonderful stay. When I first arrived, I noticed a sign that said, ”Quality over Quantity.” At first, I thought it was a bit unusual, but by the end of my stay, I completely understood what it meant. This isn't a typical chain hotel—it's family-owned, and that personal touch is evident in every detail. From the pleasant scent throughout the property to the modern, high-tech features, everything was thoughtfully designed. The rooms were spectacular, and every aspect reflected quality. The bathroom was spotless, the towels were plush, the sheets were incredibly clean and smelled fresh, and all of the amenities were top-notch. What truly set this hotel apart was the hospitality. Every morning and afternoon, the staff greeted guests with a warm smile as they came and went, making the experience feel welcoming and personal. I highly recommend this hotel. The owners and staff clearly take pride in creating an exceptional experience, and it shows in every detail. It was an amazing stay from beginning to end, and I would gladly return.

Местоположение очень удачное - без пересадок можно добраться до Осаки, пешком до Гиона около 30 мин. Номер очень просторный и красивый, у нас был свой персональный сад и небольшой онсен

This hotel is in a great location nearly next to Nishiki Market. Around the hotel is very quiet. The room we received was facing the graveyard, I’m not sure why there are so many negatives reviews about it but we had no problems with it. No ****** visited us😋😅 The bed was very spacious but a little hard. The pillows were also quite hard so we woke up sore a few times… overall the room was very clean and amenities were available downstairs if needed like toothbrush or qtips. The staff were very kind and brought our luggage to our room before we arrived through luggage forwarding. After check out, they also allowed us to store it in the back for a few hours.

Quite a new hotel, absolutely wonderful. The service was great. Certainly one of the best Dusit Thani hotels out there. Will return next time.

Il mio soggiorno in questo hotel mi è assolutamente piacevole. Molto baby/kids friendly. Il prezzo è stato estremamente prezioso per i soldi. Molto grande camera per il Giappone standard, alcol di flusso libero - palla di alto, asahi, calpis sur, shochu, vino ogni notte al loro livello di pantry 2 notti fino alle 10:00. L'hotel dispone di bagno caldo per gli ospiti dell'hotel (uomo e donna separati), 3 bagni caldi e 1 piatto freddo. Adorava l'esperienza del bagno caldo. Anche se la diffusione non era così ampia era piuttosto timido. Molto comodo letto. Molto consigliato per le famiglie, coppie e anche i viaggiatori soli. La posizione può non essere troppo centrale, può dover prendere Uber o taxi che può essere costoso. L'hotel è vicino a un piccolo parco che era buono per le passeggiate mattina n prendendo qualche foto. Perfetto per le famiglie con bambini. Riuscivo a vedere alcuni fiori di ciliegia nel parco, così è stato molto felice.

E ! La posizione era ottima e sono rimasto colpito dal servizio ecologico e dal personale gentile :) Il mio negozio preferito di ramen al pomodoro si trova nelle vicinanze ed è al centro di tutte le vie dello shopping, quindi è un posto perfetto in cui soggiornare per fare shopping. La prossima volta voglio assolutamente provare la colazione.

La stanza sembrava molto vecchia, soprattutto la moquette scura, che appariva sporca. Non ho osato sedermi direttamente sul divano; ho dovuto usare un asciugamano usa e getta che mi ero portata. Ho trovato una grossa formica sul mobiletto accanto alla TV. I servizi igienici erano pessimi: c'erano due rubinetti per il lavandino e il water era molto rumoroso. Di tutti gli hotel in cui ho soggiornato durante questo viaggio – Kobe, Kyoto e Osaka – questo hotel di Kyoto è stato il più caro e quello con la peggiore esperienza. Non ci tornerò.

The bed was very comfortable, and I had no trouble getting a good night’s sleep. The décor was modern and tasteful, and all the basic amenities were provided, including toiletries, a coffee machine, and reliable Wi-Fi. Housekeeping did a great job each day, keeping everything tidy and replenished. One of the highlights of the hotel was its facilities. The common areas were clean and nicely designed, and there was a relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The breakfast was also quite good, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. While it wasn’t the most luxurious breakfast I’ve ever had, it was definitely above average and satisfying. The location of the hotel was another strong point. It was conveniently situated, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. This made getting around very simple and added a lot of value to the overall experience. That said, there were a few minor areas that could be improved. At times, service could be slightly slow during busy hours, and a few small details in the room showed slight wear. However, these issues were not major and did not significantly affect my stay. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and provides a comfortable and enjoyable experience. It may not be perfect, but it certainly meets the expectations of a 4-star hotel. I would happily recommend it to others and would consider staying here again in the future
