Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto cordiale e disponibile, disposto a fare di tutto per aiutarci (gli stranieri) con i nostri pacchi Taobao (ad esempio, contattando i venditori, seguendo la logistica e persino aiutandoci a ritirare il pacco alla stazione Taobao). Si sono meritati questa ospitalità a 5 stelle e torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel se dovessimo tornare a Kunming! La colazione a buffet era fantastica, con una varietà di scelte tra tutti gli hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato nello Yunnan. Ci hanno persino offerto pranzo/cena gratuiti ogni giorno durante il nostro soggiorno di 3 notti! L'hotel è molto pulito e si trova in una posizione strategica rispetto alla stazione ferroviaria/degli autobus, all'aeroporto e anche all'attrazione turistica (la strada vecchia). Ci siamo sentiti particolarmente benvenuti quando il personale ci ha portato della frutta di benvenuto e ci ha fatto passare la camera a una con vasca da bagno. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'eccellente ospitalità di questo hotel!

The Hyatt Jinmao Lijiang was recommended to me by a close friend and it was truly worth the hype! It was the perfect location for us to explore local attractions, like Shuhe Ancient Town, Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and Tiger Leaping Gorge. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, blending traditional wooden design with modern touches. Our room was fantastic - super spacious and comfortable with lovely Naxi touches. We loved strolling around the property’s serene gardens and watching sunrises and sunsets over the stunning Jade Dragon snow mountain. The hotel also had so many unique amenities, like an animal farm with alpacas, free guided tea tasting, complimentary photoshoot, and a luxurious sauna and jacuzzi, which was the perfect place to relax after long days of walking. Bella and the Jinmao team’s service at the front desk was warm, friendly, and professional and they were always quick to help with all of our questions. A special thanks to Bella for going above and beyond - when I left my jacket in the closet, she was quick to message me and offered to express deliver it to my next hotel. Truly exceptional service!!

It had been 20 years since I last visited Kunming — I was just 7 years old back then. This time, I came back for something truly special: to propose to my girlfriend on Qixi Festival, China’s Valentine’s Day. Given how much this moment meant to me, I wanted everything to be perfect. That’s why I chose the Grand Hyatt Kunming, a brand I’ve always trusted, and booked a Deluxe King Room with Club Access for August 28–30. The first night started well. We stayed on the 26th floor — even though the room was near the elevator, it was surprisingly quiet, and the layout and lighting made it feel warm and comfortable. Everything was off to a good start. But things took a turn the next day — the actual day of the proposal, August 29 — a day I had been planning for a long time. We were given a room on the 24th floor, and from the moment we walked in, I could tell something was off. The layout felt awkward, and the room was noticeably warmer than the night before. I turned on the air conditioning, but it didn’t seem strong enough. I even checked with the hotel staff that afternoon and was told the room was “standard size.” After the proposal (which thankfully went beautifully!), my fiancée and I left the room around 9:00 PM for dinner. Before leaving, we set the AC to 16°C, hoping we’d come back to a cool and comfortable space. But when we returned around 11:30 PM, the room temperature hadn’t improved at all. It was still stuffy, and the bathroom was even worse — no proper ventilation, just heat and humidity. We called the front desk, and two technicians came up. After checking everything, they told us the room was “normal.” I asked if we could switch rooms, but the request was brushed off. They just told us to wait — that it would eventually cool down. By then it was already 2:00 AM. Both of us were completely exhausted and had no energy left to argue. We tried to sleep. But at 8:30 AM, I woke up drenched in sweat — the room still hadn’t cooled down. Honestly, I’m heartbroken by this experience. This day was supposed to be one of the most memorable and romantic nights of our lives. And now, while we will remember it, it’s for the wrong reasons. I never imagined that a stay at a Grand Hyatt, in a room I paid extra for (with Club Access and “Deluxe” in the name), would turn out to be so disappointing. I didn’t come here expecting perfection. But I did expect basic comfort, and at the very least, a response from staff that showed they understood how important this stay was for us. Sadly, that didn’t happen.

旅遊路過羅平，來這邊住一晚。沒想到真是超乎預期的不錯👍 酒店房間很大，並且要誇讚的是馬桶的旁邊有扶手，很貼心很適合一些老年人。 酒店早餐也很豐富，這個價位要啥自行車。 表揚酒店前台有個胖胖的小夥子，服務很耐心並且還推薦的一家牛肉乾鍋店很好吃！而且離酒店不遠，叫【久友】，兩個人吃了百八十塊錢特別飽。 酒店唯一的缺點就是有些房間有煙味，所以換了一次房間。建議酒店分開吸煙房和非吸煙房的樓層，我們這種不吸煙的人實在討厭煙味。

Quando si sentiva il rumore, l'intera stanza vibrava e non avevo altra scelta che trascinare i bagagli e cambiarmi camere a mezzanotte nel cuore della notte. Mi è stata assegnata una stanza più lontana dalla hall. La stanza all'estremità dell'area è accanto all'uscita di sicurezza che dice ”vietato l'ingresso durante i lavori” e si affaccia sul parcheggio di un altro hotel OK, l'ho tollerato e non c'era più rumore. Ma! Mentre stavamo facendo le valigie, abbiamo trovato un punto metallico sotto il cuscino. C'erano dei punti metallici sul letto! Fortunatamente nessuno è stato pugnalato. Chissà da dove viene o se qualcun altro l'ha visto. Ero completamente disgustato... Penso che dovrei cambiare la TV nella stanza. Ha uno schermo a forma di fiocco di neve e un suono sfrigolio . C'è un altro piccolo dettaglio che mostra che l'hotel è avaro. Mi sono trasferito qui dal Cuihu Hotel. Ci sono fiori di Phalaenopsis appena tagliati posti nel bagno e ci sono anche piante di Phalaenopsis in vaso nella stanza. .. Non importa. Check in, ma non c'è nulla di male se non c'è paragone. Dopotutto è un Intercontinental, ma non può essere paragonato agli hotel locali. Ciò che merita un elogio è l'atteggiamento del servizio. Mi sono scusato attivamente per il cambio di camera e mi hanno dato frutta e piccoli dessert. Ma a cosa serve? ? Se non riesci a trovare il comfort, la pulizia e la sicurezza di base di un hotel, potrei anche soggiornare in un hotel per l'intera stagione.

Prior to our arrival, the hotel's attentive concierge, Veina Li, reached out via WeChat to inquire about our specific requirements, ensuring that our stay would be personalized and comfortable. Her meticulous preparation of the room, which included child-safe amenities and playful touches, demonstrated a remarkable level of care. The hotel's vast premises and family-centric facilities were a huge hit with us. The dedicated children's area, filled with engaging activities and toys, kept our kids entertained throughout our stay. Moreover, the hotel organized various family-friendly events that allowed us to bond and create lasting memories. The culinary offerings were equally impressive, with a kids' menu that was not only nutritious but also presented in a way that appealed to young palates. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and stands as a shining example of what exceptional family-friendly accommodation should be. We would eagerly recommend it to any family seeking a delightful and worry-free vacation.

此番自駕從杭州到雲南一路遊玩過來，住酒店無數，玉溪鉑爾曼不論是硬件設施、風景，還是工作人員的服務，都是近乎完美的存在。 還未入住就接到賓客服務團隊Wade先生的電話詢問入住需求，到達酒店後，帥氣紳士的他熱情地給我們介紹了酒店的各處設施，貼心地引我們入住房間，開門的一瞬間太讓人驚喜了：不僅房間風景優美，而且由於剛好趕上老公生日，Wade先生還特意給我們安排了生日佈置，有他準備的精美甜點和美酒，還有客房服務員高瀅鋭做的可愛浴巾大蛋糕和七彩氣球，一切都是那麼完美。之後的兩天，不管是前台，還是禮賓，以及大堂咖啡吧和早餐廳抑或是泳池康體，每個部門的工作人員都熱情有禮，積極主動，笑意盈盈，專業幹練，讓人如沐春風。 酒店整體非常漂亮，細節精緻有品味，又因為建在山上，所以視野開闊，風景秀麗。lobby大氣上檔次，還有一個非常有創意且美麗的延伸露台。在這裏可以俯瞰玉溪市的城景和夜景，傍晚時分欣賞落日更是美不勝收，如果是喜愛拍照的話，那必然是非常出片～ 早餐非常精緻且種類豐富，尤其是玉溪特色泡魯達，涼米線，冰稀飯以及各種美味的雲南米線都有提供，味道都很不錯。對着窗外美麗的風景享用早餐開啟美好的一天，真是美哉。 很慶幸此番的玉溪之旅選擇了鉑爾曼，三天兩晚的短暫停留，因為擁有了貴酒店的完美加持，給我們此番的旅途增添了一抹別樣的美麗色彩。 玉溪是一座非常乾淨，友善、靜謐、精緻又充滿藝術氣息的寶藏小城。空氣中飄盪着煙草香氣的紅塔山，有在大草坪放風箏的小童和躺着曬太陽的人羣。碧波蕩漾的聶耳音樂廣場，有在湖邊對着聶耳銅像拉小提琴的長者。當金色的陽光灑在澄凈的湖面上，微風吹起層層珠光，旅途中的幸福感湧上心頭——不需要波瀾壯闊，一切都娓娓道來。 感謝美好的相遇，希望有機會再來～

Siamo stati a Lijiang per 7 giorni e 6 notti, con le ultime due notti trascorse all'Hotel Pullman. In conclusione, è stata la più soddisfacente e calda esperienza che abbiamo avuto durante il nostro viaggio, per questo mi sono sentito costretto a lasciare questa recensione. A differenza di altri hotel, Pullman ha condiviso il contatto del manager Weixin (WeChat), rendendo la comunicazione incredibilmente facile. Il manager, Rita, ci ha fornito tutto quello che ci serve per il nostro viaggio Lijiang , dai luoghi di visibilità e dai ristoranti locali all'organizzazione di una guida turistica. Egli ha anche superato e superato il nostro app per la fornitura di cibo e persino ha offerto di rifornire i vestiti che avevamo lasciato involontariamente all'hotel, il cui servizio pensativo e attento ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Pullman davvero memorabile. Essendo di passaggio a Kunming, ho scelto un hotel della catena Marriott, relativamente conveniente e affidabile. La posizione di questo hotel è ottima. Ho guidato dall'aeroporto di Kunming e le condizioni stradali erano ottime e comode. L'hotel si trova in una zona trafficata e nei dintorni ci sono molti ristoranti e locali per il tempo libero. Ci sono molte vie dello shopping al piano inferiore e molti punti di registrazione per celebrità di Internet. L'hotel è nuovissimo, le camere sono molto pulite e i servizi sono buoni. Il personale della reception è molto entusiasta e professionale, il che è in linea con gli standard di servizio di un hotel a cinque stelle. La colazione è relativamente ricca e gli ingredienti sono molto puliti. Anche il servizio al ristorante è molto buono. Inoltre, all'ottavo piano dell'hotel sono presenti una palestra e un bar. L'unico inconveniente è che il parcheggio gratuito dell'hotel per gli ospiti si trova al quarto piano del parcheggio dall'altra parte della strada. È necessario trasportare i bagagli da soli, il che è un po' scomodo. Ma a questo prezzo, l'hotel può offrire un servizio e delle attrezzature così completi ed entusiasti. Sono molto soddisfatto. Questo hotel merita di essere consigliato.
