Hotel a 5 stelle in Australia Occidentale, Australia

Had some visible dust on the bedside lamp in the middle which triggered my daughter's allergy, didnt need to use her epipen because other meds worked so we cleaned the lights with wetwipes and was ok after a couple of hours. We got confined to our room until she was ok so didnt get to enjoy the other amenities. The toiletries in the bathroom were open and not refilled but doesnt matter cause we didnt even need it. Other than these, it could have been a great time. The room was large and good view.

La casa era povera e sciocca, e la cuttery lasciava lavato, il letto non era fatto e un giorno lasciava la porta della stanza dopo che nessuno poteva entrare nella mia stanza. I pulsanti della cortina di stanza non funzionano, i manici di doccia sono stati rotti nelle due stanze che avevamo, l'aria condizionata non poteva essere controllata, così entrambe le stanze erano congelate. Non lo consiglierei. L'Holiday Inn Express è a metà del prezzo e tutto funziona. 

Room was spacious and quiet with all amenities. Staff was friendly and cooperative. Check in and out was smooth. Plenty of drinks were available in fridge to help yourself.

We stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star. When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store. Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day. The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark. The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :( On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased. The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive. Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu. The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips. Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

Spent 3 nights at this hotel for a friends trip we were in a 3 bedroom villa. Lovely room, large with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Housekeeping was done daily and to high standards. Would have liked more toiletries replenished on the second day, because of the sprawling estate calling for housekeeping takes a while for things to be delivered. Breakfast is plentiful lots of variety. Cooked to order eggs did take took long. Overall a lovely stay, special thanks to Adelaide for making our dinner special!

Durante il nostro viaggio a Perth, ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Hyde Perth. Il servizio era davvero fuori dal momento in cui siamo arrivati. Il 23 maggio siamo arrivati alle 5:00 e il Direttore del servizio notturno è andato di sopra e di là per aiutarci a raccomandare un alloggio temporaneo in un hotel vicino, mentre aspettando che la nostra stanza sia pronta più tardi nel giorno. E' stato un gesto pensativo che ci ha davvero aiutato a riposare dopo un lungo volo. Egli era anche incredibilmente rassicurante e utile quando i nostri parchi erano ritardati, offrendo di aiutare a organizzare il trasporto al nostro indirizzo preferito e a alleggerire molte delle nostre preoccupazioni. Il personale di accoglienza era sempre caldo, amichevole e accessibile ogni volta che avevamo domande, e la custodia era attenta a tutte le nostre richieste durante il soggiorno. La stanza stessa era spaziosa, bella e concessa con pensiero, e ci piaceva l’estetica dell’hotel, e la nostra stanza ci diede una bella vista del sollevamento del sole ogni mattina, che rendeva il soggiorno ancora più rilassante. La posizione era un'altra grande più convenientemente situata a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e nei centri di prossimità, rendendo molto facile raggiungere Perth. In generale, era una esperienza molto confortevole e piacevole, e rimarrei certamente a Hyde la prossima volta che torno a Perth.

Good working desk in the room for business travellers. The appliances could be better located, like usb charger by the bed instead of the opposite side of the room. A small mall besides the hotel with a great Italian restaurant, don't even need to walk outside. This will be my go to place when I come back on a business trip to Perth.

Hotel molto bello, situato in una ottima posizione per visitare la città. Personale della reception molto gentile e disponibile. Anche il personale della Concierge è molto disponibile e pronto ad aiutare. C è un ottimo ristorante con un menù delizioso. Lo consiglio e ci tornerei volentieri.

Buona posizione e buon soggiorno, camere ristrutturate. Il servizio era mediocre, con mancata custodia di una giornata, e doveva chiedere una serata tardiva. Non ha ricevuto alcuna risposta dal direttore del servizio.  La stazione di riempimento dell'acqua dal lobby è ritardata, troppo lenta e scomoda.  La colazione può essere fatta meglio fuori.  L'audio della porta non è buono, i suoni lungo il corridoio possono essere sentiti.Aria condizionata, letto, cuscini e servizi erano piuttosto buoni.

Very good accommodation and all the workers are very welcoming. Will definitely comeback again!!
