Hotel a 3 stelle in Ontario, Canada

La nostra prenotazione era originariamente presso l'Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls, ma a causa di un problema di manutenzione della camera, ci hanno gentilmente trovato una sistemazione alternativa, che ha superato ogni aspettativa! Ci è stata assegnata una camera all'Hilton con un letto matrimoniale king-size, una vista mozzafiato sia sul lato statunitense che su quello canadese delle Cascate del Niagara e persino una rilassante vasca idromassaggio, perfetta per rilassarsi a fine giornata. La posizione dell'Hilton era eccellente, la camera era super spaziosa e pulitissima e il personale è stato incredibilmente cordiale e disponibile in ogni momento. Un grande ringraziamento all'Oakes per averci trovato rapidamente un'altra sistemazione e all'Hilton per averci offerto un servizio di prim'ordine durante tutto il nostro soggiorno!

The hotel really needs to listen to its reviews. Most people have really damned them for being a dirty stinky cesspit of a venue but actually it is pretty amazing. Very smart foyer, lovely warm and cosy rooms and an amazing location. However, the internet is SUCKY away from the foyer - I had to talk with reception and a support tech person to explain that the internet was bad in the room and it was turned around to seem like I was wrong. Get more routers in, it’s not that difficult. Also, breakfast MUST INCLUDE healthy options. There is not a fruit or vegetable in sight. If you don’t count the options of raspberry or strawberry yoghurts. Personally, I think the hotel should rethink their pricing strategy. It is far too affordable; and breakfast (with fruit and veg) should be an upsell option. You have the location! You have an amazing swimming pool and hot tub! You even have top quality toiletries! I would have paid twice the rate without breakfast, which most properties in the area are doing. Sorry for my rant but I know the hotel should and can do better.

Our room was clean and satisfactory. The front desk people were all so friendly at check in and they were very eager to help us with questions that we had. It offered a continental breakfast which was on a scale of 1-10 a 5. What they had was little to chose from. It was great if you just wanted toast bagels or warm oatmeal. There wasn’t much to chose from after that All in all. I would stay there again because of the costumer service at the front desk. They were all top notch and very friendly. We also ate the hotel restaurant. The waitress was very welcoming and funny as heck. My wife’s chicken looked and tasted delicious. The recommended steak wasn’t nothing to right home about.

Hotel didn't meet the expectations of the Hilton name I've learned to expect. All was very good until shower time. The control knob for the shower was missing...this should have been caught by cleaning staff. Front desk was quick to respond and got another room for me. But, no one likes to change rooms after settling in.

The hotel room was very clean and neat. Very well maintained. It is in a great location, walking distance to amenities and attractions. The staff was friendly. Thank you all!

Molto consiglio di rimanere in questo hotel. La stanza era molto pulita e confortevole. Il tubo di forma del cuore era fantastico. Il letto era così confortevole che era difficile uscire di lei in mattinata. La posizione è fantastica - siamo riusciti a camminare per tutti i siti che volevamo vedere nella zona. Il personale è stato estremamente utile. Ci rimarremo certamente qui.

This hotel front desk and management staff are very very kind! Because the hotel is located well and close to business, we chose this home2 .When we checked in and I told them I don’t sleep well for two night ago .the front desk and management staff ,even the cleaning staff were very kind and enthusiastic to help me gave us so much more help, which made us very moved! We hope they will receive our gratitude here! In addition, the hotel is well equipped, bright and the house is clean! Highly recommend this hotel.

La stanza è buona. La tassa supplementare è incredibile. Dovrebbe essere sbagliata. Il servizio clienti comunica per quattro giorni non ha risposta. Una cosa semplice, perché la tassa è così complessa

The hotel needs huge improvement. The room had furniture that is old and pretty stained  fabric. The water had to run for at least 20 min before you get warm water.  The list is long but  the worst of all is $25 dollars parking  per day that you charge on the top of the charge for the room. Being there for three days I saw parking as low as $5 per day..I will never go back nor recomend this place to any of my friends
