Hotel a 3 stelle in Ontario, Canada

My husband and I stayed here from September 9 to 10 last for our 20th wedding anniversary. We had a medical appointment down the road so it was a convenient location. Here are some of our observations where they could do better. 1. l use a cane with my disability, and there was no luggage trolly in the lobby when we arrived. I had to haul two heavy bags on one arm while using my cane with the other hand. 2. I checked to see that there was body wash for our evening and morning showers and the bottle was completely empty. The housekeeping staff hadn't refilled and we had to find someone to put a new bottle into the shower. It's a good thing I checked and didn't get a rude awakening in the morning. 3. The picture in the room looked as though something was thrown at it and went down the glass. There were two streaks and it was very disgusting. Obviously, the cleaning had not been done properly in the room. 4. Nowhere on the website was there mention of a continental breakfast so we were quite surprised that there wouldn't be your typical eggs, bacon, sausage. Etc. It was very disappointing. We only found out because we got on the elevator, and there was an ad taped to the inside of the elevator. At the time of booking, all it said was free breakfast included. 5. The shower-head sprayed all over the ceiling when it was turned on, so we had to put a face cloth over it to contain the spray 6. The microwave glass tray did not rotate so when you put something in there, it didn't heat it up evenly. It actually burned the item. 7. Bathroom light fixtures were covered with caked on dust. I wrote my name in one of them. It's Obvious that the housekeeping staff does not pay attention to cleaning - only does minimum.

Moved three times to get a quiet room. Finally high floor double glazing. Breakfast Buffett top. Restaurant good food and service. Easy access from airport/station by express train via union station and subway union station 4 sops College. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I had a hard time finding this place, but later I learned that it's better to use the updated map. It was clean. But unfortunately, my neighbors were a bit restless all night. Breakfast was without coffee, but overall you could have a snack.

Inizialmente fuori stanza tastiera era fuori dalla batteria ma il personale era molto amichevole, hanno assistito e ci hanno fornito un altro stanza asap nessun aspettare Il personale è stato molto utile e gentile Hotel perfetto lontano da un pubblico turistico parcheggio è in più 15$ sul posto Le camere sono pulite e buone Non c'è fumo o odore cattivo nelle stanze Camere con balcone hanno vista visualizza il fiume Amd parte delle cadute prezzi alberghieri fantastici alti nei fine settimana altrimenti meglio di grandi marchi hotel era un pezzo di mente

The falls view room had really good view of the falls, Liked it. Liked the pressure in the taps. The location was good, and hotel was connected to ****** and shops. The bathroom toilet got clogged multiple times. And also the water was not draining from the bath tub it was really slow. Also $35 parking was across the street which i felt was little costly for the walk we needed from the parking spot.

La vista dalla stanza era sorprendente e si trova in una posizione molto buona, a piedi dalla torre CN. Il check-in era un po' confuso, ma era ordinato. La camera era comoda e il letto era molto comodo. Condivisione della sala da pranzo e della bagno. - Non c'è nessuna risposta.

La nostra prenotazione era originariamente presso l'Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls, ma a causa di un problema di manutenzione della camera, ci hanno gentilmente trovato una sistemazione alternativa, che ha superato ogni aspettativa! Ci è stata assegnata una camera all'Hilton con un letto matrimoniale king-size, una vista mozzafiato sia sul lato statunitense che su quello canadese delle Cascate del Niagara e persino una rilassante vasca idromassaggio, perfetta per rilassarsi a fine giornata. La posizione dell'Hilton era eccellente, la camera era super spaziosa e pulitissima e il personale è stato incredibilmente cordiale e disponibile in ogni momento. Un grande ringraziamento all'Oakes per averci trovato rapidamente un'altra sistemazione e all'Hilton per averci offerto un servizio di prim'ordine durante tutto il nostro soggiorno!

Un ottimo hotel in una posizione privilegiata. Il Radisson Blu è situato proprio sul porto. Esso è circondato da località iconiche, grandi ristoranti e attrazioni. La torre CN e il Roger Center sono a pochi minuti a piedi. È possibile camminare lungo il cammino a bordo del porto o sedersi in un bel caffè e guardare gli aerei che parteno e atterriscono all'aeroporto di piccola isola proprio oltre l'acqua.
