Hotel a 3 stelle in Ontario, Canada

La nostra prenotazione era originariamente presso l'Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls, ma a causa di un problema di manutenzione della camera, ci hanno gentilmente trovato una sistemazione alternativa, che ha superato ogni aspettativa! Ci è stata assegnata una camera all'Hilton con un letto matrimoniale king-size, una vista mozzafiato sia sul lato statunitense che su quello canadese delle Cascate del Niagara e persino una rilassante vasca idromassaggio, perfetta per rilassarsi a fine giornata. La posizione dell'Hilton era eccellente, la camera era super spaziosa e pulitissima e il personale è stato incredibilmente cordiale e disponibile in ogni momento. Un grande ringraziamento all'Oakes per averci trovato rapidamente un'altra sistemazione e all'Hilton per averci offerto un servizio di prim'ordine durante tutto il nostro soggiorno!

Era molto bello e nuovo! Veramente veloce check-in. Il letto era molto comodo. La camera era molto pulita, grande selezione TV. Nuova moderna bagno. Grande colazione e personale accogliente. Grande prezzo anche. Molto consigliato!!

Awesome stay! Can't say one bad thing about this place. The location is perfect along with the rooms themselves. Beds are also very comfortable. Would stay again!

It would be great if they become more flexible for guests who had to leave early due to important reasons such as leaving for an early flight or other out of control situations. We had a hard time requesting for just coffee or hot water from the breakfast area. We explained that we need to leave the hotel at 7am for an early exam.  We were not expecting to avail the full breakfast tho since we didn’t have enough time. We only asked if it would be possible to have at least coffee or hot water at least 6:45am.  The staff at the reception seemed hesitant to offer a solution and insisted there’s nothing he could do than to wait for the chef until he comes (before 7am). We wouldn’t ask for coffee at the breakfast area if only the coffee maker in the room was clean. Both of the rooms that we occupied had dirty coffee maker.

Il personale dell'hotel era sorprendente. Il soggiorno dell'hotel la vista della caduta era bella. Ma il ristorante della tartaruga Jack non era buono. Non ordinare il dip francese. Tutto era grasso stringente.

The hotel is okay for a short stay, but we were a bit disappointed with some basics. There were no slippers or toiletries provided, and the heater wasn’t working, which made the room quite uncomfortable, especially at night. The place is decent and the staff were polite, but it really needs better maintenance and amenities to match a 3-star rating.

Molto conveniente per un arrivo tardivo a Toronto Pearson Airport. Ospiti possono utilizzare l’hotel’s shuttle bus gratuito a & dall’aeroporto

L'hotel, un tempo ristrutturato, offre servizi di buon livello. Dispone di parcheggio gratuito e colazione inclusa (davvero buona), oltre a un servizio navetta gratuito per l'aeroporto ogni 45 minuti. L'unico inconveniente è stato trovare uno scarafaggio in bagno prima del check-out, l'ultimo giorno. La mia camera era al primo piano, quindi l'hotel dovrebbe prestare maggiore attenzione a questo aspetto e, se necessario, utilizzare esche per scarafaggi, dato che il primo piano tende ad attirare gli insetti.

Everything was 10/10 from check-in to linen, food, the pool, the games area, and the staff ! The mother daughter duo on Friday were THE BEST ! We ran out of some Toiletries and the staff had it stocked within 10 minutes of our request We will definitely return

La strada di fronte all'hotel è attualmente in riparazione e non può essere parcheggiata. Ricordatevi di entrare dalla piazza dietro l'hotel. Dietro l'hotel si trova anche il parcheggio esclusivo dell'hotel. Dopo il parcheggio, puoi entrare direttamente dalla porta sul retro con la targhetta dell'hotel. Ricordo caloroso, l'hotel è un edificio del 1920, non c'è ascensore all'interno; è meglio non portare scatole pesanti in cui vivere, altrimenti non sarà divertente salire di qualche piano~
