The bathroom was a bit tight, but the building was constructed in 1929, so that can be understood. The bathroom could use a little updating, though, as the wallpaper is old and quite unattractive, and the three-tier shelf was missing one of the glass shelf pieces (and with a bathroom that small, you need all the space you can get!). Aside from that, the room was a decent size, and the pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable. We prefer scratchy towels, and the ones we had in our room were the most scratchy towels that we've ever received at a hotel, so that is a plus. Additionally, all of the staff were quite friendly, and the building/property were kept clean and tidy, even with as busy as it was when we stayed (during peak season). If you're looking to be near all of the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill, and don't mind a healthy stroll to the Falls, the Crowne Plaza is a nice place to stay. Just be sure not to pass the entrance for the parking lot on Falls Avenue, as it looks just like the sidewalk, and not like a driveway (it's immediately past the small ”Crowne Plaza” sign)!

Lago Ontario.La stazione Union Metro scende e passa 509, 510 strada Streetbus alla porta dell'hotel. La sorella della reception è molto elegante. L'hotel ha un stile e una stanza fresca e bella.Molto comodo. Con macchina da caffè, diversi tazze da caffè.

I stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ. The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.

酒店該有的樣子。衞生上還算行吧，起碼看起來床單是新的。衞生間小，洗臉枱非常緊湊，放不下東西。房間是陽台門，但實際沒陽台那種，門打不開的，可以理解為了安全。Kitchener 本來就是很小的小鎮，King St.是主街，這個酒店就在這條主街的南端的一個十一路口，靠着一個有軌電車車站。吃的嘛，這個小鎮可能披薩，漢堡水平比較好，反正吃了一家評分4.3的越南米粉，後悔，估計選擇少所以評分高。

Hotel vicino all'aeroporto. Grande servizio di navetta gratuita con i conducenti molto carini e utili. Controllo veloce ed efficiente. Controllo veloce. Camera spaziale con grande vista. Bella finestra grande. Camera grande e confortevole. Excelente valore per soldi. Note negative: Non sono disponibili scarpe, sono necessarie. Il bastone è stato bloccato. Mancanza di sapone per la doccia.

My experience was fantastic! The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. La posizione e le strutture erano grandi, ma quasi ogni aspetto del viaggio era frustrato dalle politiche di prenotazione dell'hotel e dal manager del desk front. Ho chiamato e fu detto che avevo bisogno di prenotare il “member rate” (dato che sono membro di Marriot Bonvoy e hanno la loro applicazione) per usare la mia carta regalo. Questo tasso era $60 peggio che prepagare sull’app e $89 peggio che trip.com. Considering they already have the money from the gift card you’d think they would have a way to use it while booking on their app or via the phone, not gouge you for the worst possible rate. Poi, mentre abbiamo prenotato una ”camera di vista sull'acqua”, non una ”camera di vista sull'acqua parziale” e pagato in più, le foto mostrano la nostra bella vista su un impianto d'acciaio, parcheggio, centro e vista sull'acqua parziale se si camminava giu' alla finestra e guardava in un angolo acuto. Ho chiamato due giorni prima e ho chiesto un check-in precoce e mi sono detto alle 1:00. Quando sono arrivato la nostra stanza non era pronta. La direzione (R****) era estremamente rude e si comportava in modo confuso, come se non capisse, ma sembrava capire e non voleva fare nulla.
