Stayed for 6 nights. I do not usually give poor reviews as I know competition amongst hotels is tough but I do want to share my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. Overall, my stay was alright but not outstanding (probably subpar for China’s hospitality standards). An aspect I enjoyed was the location. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Yanzhuang metro station. As this hotel is located in residential area, food/lifestyle options are largely catered to locals - not too worry as they are mostly modern and suitable for the younger crowds too. For the negative aspects: 1. I felt that the service provided by hotel staffs were mediocre at best. The vibes I got was that they hated their job and being there. Basic things was not done on check-in day. For eg. introducing the hotel and its facilities, establishing communications, and informing me of my entitlements - free afternoon tea on day of check-in, check-out timing, daily coffee etc. When I returned to the hotel to rest, they would stare at me coldly which made me fairly uncomfortable. 2. Daily housekeeping was done properly and thoroughly, although there was an incident where housekeeping entered the room at 10.30am when I was still asleep. I do feel its quite inappropriate to enter the room that early, especially on a Saturday. The hotel should strongly consider fixing the housekeeping indicator or implementing a mechanism so that housekeeping knows when to enter the room. 3. Maintenance of the room could be improved. For example, the toilet flush was barely working (required multiple flushes after each use) and the water temperature fluctuates a lot when showering. The light switches were not intuitive to use and some were spoilt too. In summary, I was taken aback by the subpar standard as other branches from this hotel chain has been excellent. While I enjoy the convenient location, I will probably not stay here again the next time I visit Zhengzhou. Please feel free to contact me if you require further information. Thanks.

Ci sono e-scooter a noleggio ovunque a Luoyang, quindi raggiungere ristoranti e attrazioni è una questione di dieci minuti al massimo. Il personale della reception è incredibilmente cordiale. C'è stata una cosa che avevo menzionato alla reception prima del check-in e che poi avevo dimenticato completamente, ma sono state loro a ricordarmelo, altrimenti avrei avuto problemi. Sono molto grato! Anche la camera è ottima. Avevamo scelto una camera tripla e avevamo chiesto se ci fosse un separé tra i letti, in caso ci sarebbe servito. Al momento del check-in, la proprietaria ci ha detto che avevano appositamente installato delle tende con binario in anticipo. Hanno davvero soddisfatto le nostre richieste! Un ringraziamento anche alla proprietaria. Sono rimasto soddisfatto di ogni aspetto. Se tornerò a Luoyang, alloggerò di nuovo qui.

Molto soddisfatta esperienza di soggiorno, buona posizione geografica, il servizio della signorina Reception è entusiasta e gentile e bella. Ci ha aggiornato direttamente il tipo di camera gratuitamente e ci ha aiutato a ritardare la partenza gratuita.Lo spazio della stanza è grande, pulito e luminoso, consegna gratuita di buoni per la colazione e piccoli frutti, e la colazione è anche molto ricco. The room had very good view as it is situated on a high floor. Only issue was that tv doesn't have alot of movie options available. If you order food delivery, you will have to go downstairs to collect it manually

L'hotel si trova nella Piazza Est della stazione ferroviaria di Zhengzhou, ma non è particolarmente comodo. Consiglio di scegliere un hotel vicino alla Piazza Ovest. Gli inconvenienti sono: 1) È molto lontano dalla metropolitana; 2) I taxi hanno un parcheggio limitato. Abbiamo cenato allo Zhongtie Taiheli, anch'esso raggiungibile a piedi dalla Piazza Ovest. La camera era piccola ma accogliente. Il problema era che non aveva finestre, eppure hanno insistito per installare una finestra interna con illuminazione 24 ore su 24. Tirare le tende rendeva molto difficile oscurare la luce. La colazione non era molto abbondante. Al momento del check-in, abbiamo chiesto una colazione gratuita per un bambino per un giorno (in realtà siamo rimasti due giorni, colazione inclusa per gli adulti, ma non siamo riusciti a ottenerla per il treno mattutino del secondo giorno). La reception ci ha fatto i complimenti per quanto fosse buona e costosa la colazione, ma si sono rifiutati, dicendo che avrebbero dovuto consultare il loro supervisore per uno sconto di metà prezzo, e alla fine non hanno mai risposto. Quando siamo andati a fare colazione, forse perché le nostre aspettative erano troppo alte, siamo rimasti profondamente delusi. Non c'era nemmeno il caffè e il pane era pessimo.

E'stato così facile andare in giro, e ci sono stati grandi ristoranti locali a pochi passi da. Il personale (The REAL Highlight): il personale era super, super amichevole e utile dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, ma un momento in cui ci toccava davvero il cuore, siamo arrivati tardi per colazione e sono arrivati proprio come si erano quasi a chiarire tutto. Anche se ci fosse ancora molto cibo, mangiamo solo un po' perché ci sentivamo male a tenerli in attesa e uscimmo rapidamente. Così come ci andavamo, il proprietario ci seguiva con due confezioni di latte nelle mani. - Non hai mangiato molto colazione, quindi prego, prendi questo latte prima di andare - ci ha fatto un'estrema fusa, e questo piccolo gesto, che ha dimostrato quanto le interessa davvero i suoi ospiti. Verditi finali: Se stai visitando Dengfeng, fai un favore e resti qui. Spazioso, senza spot, perfettamente situato, e guidato da persone più calde, più generose. Sicuramente saremo di nuovo!

È la seconda volta che sono rimasto in questo hotel, e vedo il buon miglioramento. Il check-in è stato molto facile, e avere la lavanderia a servizio personale è stato molto utile. L'hotel è a pochi passi dal nuovo centro commerciale Wanda Long'an, che è conveniente per me e molto vicino al nuovo museo. Dall'hotel alla stazione ferroviaria di Anyang Dong per taxi ci vogliono circa 40 minuti al mattino. Le camere sono pulite e molto tranquille, Sceglierò questo hotel di nuovo per la mia prossima visita alla città. Questa è la seconda volta che sono stato a questo hotel, posso sentire un evidente progresso.Il soggiorno è molto veloce e il lavandino di autoassistenza ha davvero aiutato molto, molto conveniente.La posizione dell'hotel è buona.
