Stayed for 6 nights. I do not usually give poor reviews as I know competition amongst hotels is tough but I do want to share my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. Overall, my stay was alright but not outstanding (probably subpar for China’s hospitality standards). An aspect I enjoyed was the location. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Yanzhuang metro station. As this hotel is located in residential area, food/lifestyle options are largely catered to locals - not too worry as they are mostly modern and suitable for the younger crowds too. For the negative aspects: 1. I felt that the service provided by hotel staffs were mediocre at best. The vibes I got was that they hated their job and being there. Basic things was not done on check-in day. For eg. introducing the hotel and its facilities, establishing communications, and informing me of my entitlements - free afternoon tea on day of check-in, check-out timing, daily coffee etc. When I returned to the hotel to rest, they would stare at me coldly which made me fairly uncomfortable. 2. Daily housekeeping was done properly and thoroughly, although there was an incident where housekeeping entered the room at 10.30am when I was still asleep. I do feel its quite inappropriate to enter the room that early, especially on a Saturday. The hotel should strongly consider fixing the housekeeping indicator or implementing a mechanism so that housekeeping knows when to enter the room. 3. Maintenance of the room could be improved. For example, the toilet flush was barely working (required multiple flushes after each use) and the water temperature fluctuates a lot when showering. The light switches were not intuitive to use and some were spoilt too. In summary, I was taken aback by the subpar standard as other branches from this hotel chain has been excellent. While I enjoy the convenient location, I will probably not stay here again the next time I visit Zhengzhou. Please feel free to contact me if you require further information. Thanks.

Ottima posizione, stanze ampie e pulitissime con spettacolare vista sul fiume, in particolare quelle con le vetrate a tutta altezza. Bagni perfetti, doccia molto spaziosa e funzionale. Grande cortesia del personale, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Si comunica con l’aiuto del traduttore. La colazione viene servita in camera oppure può essere consumata in alcuni spazi comuni. Uno degli alberghi migliori di tutto il viaggio in Cina. Unica cosa da sottolineare è che il fiume è abbastanza rumoroso, se qualcuno ha necessità di assoluto silenzio può non essere la soluzione più adatta.

A large shopping centre (Wanda Plaza) is next door with a huge array of Chinese franchised food outlets alongside KFC and Starbucks. A good spread of affordable to prestige clothing brands as well. Many empty shops, though, point to economic stresses in this market. The breakfast is standard Chinese hotel fare so if you're expecting a range of gourmet cereals and breads you'll be disappointed. Turning to the room itself. No room clock and a huge television screen that turns on every time you put your key in the slot are minor annoyances. The television screen has no apparent access to audio-visual inputs which seems a wasted opportunity to me. I want to watch my own media on the television screen. The room is a good size and quite quiet. The bed was firm but not hard. Blackout curtains work well and windows can be partially opened. I observed that any non-smoking regulation was not observed by all guests. Perhaps in the major markets that's more enforced. There is no laundry service as far as I could tell. The shower stall is my main concern and this might apply only to my room. The drain is VERY slow and the recess quickly fills with water. The floor is flat, so water does not naturally flow to the drain, leaving the shower recess always wet and a potential mould hazard. No complaints from me about the lack of staff who speak English. This is a new hotel catering mainly to Chinese travellers. While I have some concerns about the standard of building construction finish I can't fault the staff for their attentiveness and friendliness. If the location suits you the value is obvious. Note that guest rooms are on floors 18 and 19 so expect to spend some time waiting for the slow lift.

This hotel really made my trip to Anyang. I went Anyang to visit the Yinxu Museum to meet the mighty female general/ consort/ oracle Fu Hao and her massive treasures in her tomb and I was not disappointed. Junhao Hotel gave me an upgrade and the room was very lux. The heating was really good and the room felt toasty in the cold cold winter. The room was super spacious, great beddings and even memory foam pillows. Toilet and toiletries were premium, extremely new and lux. Room was for smoking but there were no remnants of smoke smells, which is a huge achievement for hotels of China. Decor in general is very Japandi / Scandi. Love it so so so much. Rooms are on high floors and the full length windows are a vibe. Instead of TV, there's a projector over a cool projection screen, best part about it was that the TV subscription was premium. The hotel is really new, some parts are still renovating (only about 3 months old) but they are good to operate. Didn't hear any constructions because I'm mostly out in the day time. Hotel is overall very clean, staff are all very sweet and helpful, very pleased to have foreign guests. I have a few feedback for the hotel to work on: - many hotel guests were smoking in the lobby which I think it's common in China but good hotels normally don't allow common area smoking anymore. - room sink drainage was blocked but I was too lazy to inform, but small issue for me.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient place near the airport. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the airport, making it an excellent choice for early morning or late-night flights. One of the best things about this hotel is the free airport shuttle service, which was reliable and made traveling completely stress-free. The hotel also offers free ice cream for guests, which was a nice surprise and a fun little treat after a long day of traveling. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was very cozy, allowing me to sleep well throughout the night. The air conditioner worked perfectly and kept the room cool, while the hot water in the bathroom was always available, making it easy to relax after my journey. Another great feature was the laundry facilities, which were very convenient, especially for travelers staying for several days or those who need to wash clothes before continuing their trip. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It offers excellent value for money with comfortable rooms, thoughtful amenities, and an unbeatable location close to the airport. Everything was incredibly convenient, and the staff made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area or catching a flight.

Grande hotel. Mi piaceva tutto dalla stanza all'atteggiamento del personale. La stanza è molto spaziosa, con un moderno interno. Tutto è nuovo e funzionale (senza uscire dal letto, si può riavviare il condizionatore d'aria o chiudere le tende premendo un paio di pulsanti). La camera dispone di un letto grande con un cappello caldo, un tavolo con un divano e finestre panorami che guardano la città. Il colazione è delizioso e cordiale, la scelta dei piatti è molto grande (non sono molto bravo a usare le piste, quindi sono stato felice della presenza di forche, questo è l'unico hotel tra dieci hotel in Cina in cui vivevo, che li ha forniti). Il personale è molto utile. Il responsabile dell'hotel sociale e amichevole, con cui abbiamo avuto una conversazione molto piacevole. Grazie alle ragazze alla reception che mi hanno aiutato a chiamare un taxi alla stazione ferroviaria e trovare un taxi nel parcheggio.
