Hotel a 5 stelle in Mongolia Interna, Cina

This resort feels like an oasis in the middle of the desert. Beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean, and every bit deserving of its 5-star reputation. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and thankfully free from any cigarette smell. The laundry room was another pleasant surprise, equipped with new and well-maintained washers and dryers, with detergent provided for guests' convenience. All meals are included and served in the dining hall, making the stay truly hassle-free. The food was consistently good, with hotpot available for dinner. Drinks, snacks, and refreshments were also available throughout the day. It would be difficult to leave this place without gaining a little weight! 😜 Given the size of the resort, guests may occasionally need to use the resort's transportation to get around. Fortunately, the waiting time was minimal, and we were able to travel between locations quickly and efficiently. One minor drawback of the resort's impressive size is the walking distance to some rooms. The accommodation blocks are built in a circular layout, and our room happened to be located on the opposite side from the escalator landing. This meant walking past nearly 50 rooms every time we returned to our room. While this could be inconvenient, we did notice that the rooms closer to the escalator often had a noticeable cigarette smell in the corridor. By contrast, our section at the far end was completely free of smoke odours, which made the extra walk worthwhile. Whether these were designated non-smoking rooms, I'm not entirely sure. What truly sets this resort apart is the range of activities and entertainment on offer. Guests can enjoy camel rides, ATV adventures, flying fox rides, guided stargazing walks, and nightly concerts and performances complete with spectacular fireworks displays. 🌌🐪🏍️🎆 For those looking for a Club Med-style, all-inclusive holiday with a unique desert setting, I would highly recommend this resort. It offers a memorable experience that combines comfort, adventure, entertainment, and excellent food in one remarkable destination.

Con i genitori e i bambini in viaggio, sono stati scelti online per molto tempo. Il nuovo hotel della città è un'immagine tradizionale, l'età è molto soddisfatta. Gli anziani hanno scelto in modo speciale una stanza tranquilla, l'atmosfera è delicata, la camera è ampia, la luce è luminosa. Anche se il raffreddamento è vecchio, è anche dotato di un aggiustatore, Tornavo a letto notturno e ho mandato il latte!I bambini sono soddisfatti!Il tipo di colazione è ricco e il gusto dei bambini anziani è affascinato. Abbiamo due camere insieme. Abbiamo fatto un ritardo nella partenza per riposare più a mezzogiorno, e abbiamo aperto una buona testa per questa vacanza!

Come si aspettava da Wanda, l'hotel era grande! Tuttavia, non abbiamo avuto una buona esperienza presso il ricevitore. Il personale parlava di noi in Mandarin pensando che non capiamo Mandarin. La signora Commissario ha anche aiutato il proprio locale a entrare mentre continua a tenere i nostri passaporti e a svolgere il lavoro amministrativo, che noi riteniamo piuttosto poco professionale. Era in fase di sciattatura per tutto il processo. Questo servizio non è assolutamente quello che ci aspettava da Wanda. Dopo averci dato le nostre camere, la cosa peggiore è che c'è solo un letto quando ci spostavamo per controllare. Dobbiamo tornare tutto il cammino per la stessa signora per cambiare le nostre camere di nuovo. Il buffet per colazione, penso che potrebbe essere meglio! Ci sono un sacco di cibo locale che è piuttosto delizioso. Non è stato qualcosa che andrò per un secondo. La posizione era molto lontana dalle principali attrazioni.

Situato nel quartiere commerciale centrale, a pochi passi dal centro commerciale MixC. L'ingresso e la hall sono eleganti, degni di un hotel Shangri-La a 5 stelle, con un angolo fotografico gratuito a tema mongolo con costumi. Tuttavia, la receptionist non sembrava molto preparata: avevo prenotato 2 suite con camere comunicanti (per un totale di 4 camere) per il mio gruppo di 10 persone, ma quasi al termine del check-in ci ha assegnato solo 2 camere comunicanti (1 letto king-size e 2 letti singoli in totale). Com'è logicamente possibile? E perché l'hotel avrebbe permesso una prenotazione del genere? Ha corretto l'errore, dopo un po' di tempo per rendersi conto della situazione, ovviamente senza alcun riconoscimento o scusa. Le camere sono piuttosto datate, con un piccolo televisore da 32 o 37 pollici, e probabilmente non valgono il prezzo pagato per questo soggiorno.

Come ci fermavamo a Ordos per una notte, l'impressionante architettura dell'hotel (soprattutto la notte in cui l'edificio è acceso) ci convinse a rimanere lì. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, la colazione a 7:00 è stata offerta con molta scelta, e il personale è stato utile per tutta la nostra permanenza. L'unico punto in basso era l'odore di fumo di sigaretta in tutto l'hotel nella stanza, gli ascensori, e anche nel lobby, dove la gente fumava all'interno, che sembra molto comune qui.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. During this trip, I stayed here for one night, spent one night elsewhere, and then returned for another two nights before flying back to Thailand. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. After my first night, I accidentally left my power bank in the room. The reception team took the initiative to look for it, called me to let me know they had found it, and safely kept it until I returned. On the day of my departure, I had to check out at 5:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the driver I had booked did not show up. The reception staff immediately stepped in and helped me call taxis until they successfully found one for me, making sure I could get to the airport on time. I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. The excellent service made my stay stress-free and memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hohhot.

Ho trascorso una settimana all'hotel con la mia famiglia e gli amici al 8° e 14° piano. Il 8° piano è arredato più moderno. Mi piaceva davvero la piscina. Anche se altri hotel pagano una tassa per la piscina, questa è gratuita. I bambini erano molto felici e non volevano andarsene. Il colazione era delizioso e variabile. Grazie per il souvenir e il regalo, è stato molto bello.

It appears to be the premier hotel in this city, it is close to the Hohhot train station, but is is away from all the major attractions of this town. I love their breakfast . And the service is first rate. I remember one of the front desk managers named 冀俊成who went out of his way to help me to manage a tricky check in and out and check in process, that made my stay even more pleasant.

First impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others. The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.
