第一次來烏蘭察布 因為平時有游泳的習慣 選擇了這家酒店 入住後整體是超預期的 我剛開始以為13年裝修的會有點老氣 實際入住看到房間並沒有這個感覺 都特別好 很多細節做的都很棒 提前燒好了熱水 床頭提前的安排也很細節 暖心 第二天上午去了游泳 由於不是週六日衹有我自己 整體的行程讓我感覺到特別加分項的是游泳體驗 特別要感謝游泳館的張姐 我一定要給她好評 全程引導服務 陪伴 游泳上來之後很貼心的備好了浴巾 竟然還準備了一份水果 這是很驚喜的 讓我感受到了服務的熱情和專業度 平時很少寫評價 這次體驗很感謝這個游泳部的張姐 下次來烏蘭察布一定還會定這家酒店 希望酒店可以給這樣認真工作服務態度好的員工漲工資 哈哈

L'hotel si trova sul fiume South Bank, a 3-4 km dal centro del quartiere di Kangbashi. C'è una pista di parcheggio/passeggiata-moto in avanti dell'hotel e lungo il fiume fino al ponte all'opposto. Fantastic hospitality! Matthew was super. He helped me tour the Prince Kalaqin area, eat a delicious lunch and travel very safely with an excellent driver.

The hotel is located near everything. The airport is 15 minutes away. Our room was very large and needed a few more pieces of furniture like 2 chairs and a coffee table. Our shower did not drain properly and flooded the floor. This was shortly after turning it on. There wasn't a spa, swimming pool or bar on site. The beds were comfortable. The food buffets were very good with a lot of variety. The hospitality by staff was exceptional. There were few people that spoke English which caused me to learn how to use my language translator.

My partner and I stayed here during our bicycle travels in China. The hotel was very generous holding a package for us for several months as we traveled from Xinjiang through Mongolia and back to China. They also held our bicycles for a week while we took a hiatus to Datong. The staff were friendly and Mark spoke excellent English and helped us a lot with arranging for taxis or other things that we needed. There are not any restaurants or really other businesses nearby - we needed to taxi into town for anything. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean on our initial stay. The pool was just a few lanes and the gym was pretty sparse, but both exist. The restaurant breakfast buffet was expansive but also expensive. It was better when the hotel was busy and the food turnover higher.
