Hotel a 3 stelle in Calabria, Italia

Francesco is amazing, and is helpful, warm, and go the extra miles to help. I have stayed in many B&B and many are friendly and helpful. What made Francesco special is he is personal, responsive, go the extra mile to help me. I can see and feel from my interactions with him and his interections with other hotel guests were that he cares for all his guests and their wellbeing. One example was he offered to send me to the train station as it was raining at no cost, and provided suggested places to visit and eat and also help with train travel. The hotel location is very good too. 7 mins walk from city centre where all F&B and shops and tourist attractions are located yet away from the crowd. Rooms are spacious and clean with daily house keeping. I am impressed and would recommend this place.

We were nervous to book here based on the mix reviews. Especially this being the only 3 star hotel we booked throughout our trip however, it had the most comfiest bed out of all our stays in Italy. The only downfall to the excellent location is the parking as it is difficult to find at busy times. However, the payable option is almost always available on the blue line side. Breakfast was okay not a whole ton of options. Everything was clean to standard except for the shower… we wore sandals due to the black mold in the corners of the shower. Not to make excuses, but I find this common in a lot of Italy’s hotels as you need to take into consideration of how old most of these places are. Overall, it was a pretty good stay since most of the time you are out and about exploring.

Un posto davvero piacevole in cui soggiornare. Tutto è così nuovo e fresco in questo appartamento. La camera è ampia e luminosa, con un bel balcone dove ci siamo rilassati la sera con un bicchiere di vino. Il quartiere è tranquillo e sicuro. La posizione è ottima. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile ed educata, ci ha aiutato a depositare i bagagli dopo il check-out. Le colazioni sono state servite nei bar più vicini (pasticcino, caffè, succo di frutta). Non è stato un grosso problema, ma è stato bello fare uno spuntino prima della spiaggia. Lo consiglio vivamente. Come buon consiglio per il futuro, posso consigliare di fornire un telo da mare agli ospiti, poiché tutti vengono a Tropea per rilassarsi in spiaggia e a volte è un problema portare il proprio telo da mare a causa delle rigide richieste delle compagnie aeree sul peso dei bagagli.

Our host was really excellent at communicating both before and during our stay. Directions to the property and for self-check-in were straightforward and our host gave us some very useful suggestions of what to visit and where to eat. The property was no more than a 10 minute walk from the train station, the castle was practically on the doorstep, and the picturesque promenade was also just a 10 minute walk. The small kitchen area had pre-packaged pastries and there was also juice and coffee pods. This is the first property of 12 in Italy on our interrailing trip to have a kettle 🙂 We British always travel with tea bags 🤣 The bed was very comfortable and roomy.

It's an excellent location for those landing late at the Reggio di Calabria airport . Check in was very self-explanatory , two codes is what gets you in - one for the front door and one for the room key box. The location is on the main street so very easy to find. Giovanni was very kind in absorbing our tourist tax as we had no change to pay same. The bus stop for the line that gets you into the city centre and the train station is a stone throw from the front door. Nothing was lacking or amiss , the only slight drawback is that for people with reduced mobility, if using a crutch or the like , it's very steep flights of stairs.

Fantastic family runs hotel ! Siamo arrivati molto tardi di notte e Roberto il manager ci ha aspettato e ha aiutato con il bagaglio, poi al mattino ha preso tempo per spiegare ogni delizioso piatto dal colazione (principalmente a casa) e tutti i prodotti sono locali dal villaggio vicino / o la regione. Abbiamo anche raccomandazioni per dove andare, perché siamo venuti qui per fare un viaggio stradale Calabria ^.^ Nessuna cosa negativa da dire, tranne che siamo solo tristi che non potevamo stare più per godere la zona intorno e provare più del cibo del ristorante dell'hotel !! La stanza è spaziosa e molto pulita, un soggiorno breve memorabile. 100% consiglia

My friend and I stayed at Alma for two nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The owner kindly picked us up from the bus station and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Communication was very easy because he speaks excellent English. The location is great, with supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. The accommodation was very clean, tidy, and modern, with well-equipped rooms. Having a washing machine available was also a big advantage. I would definitely recommend Alma to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Il soggiorno è molto consigliabile per tutti.Si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, offre facile accesso ai treni che attraversano l'Italia, oltre a essere circondati da fantastici ristoranti. L'ospite ha incluso i simboli per il caffè e le pasticce in affascinanti bar italiani, che non avremmo mai scoperto altrimenti, e che si è trasformato in un piacevole rituale quotidiano di immersione nella cultura calibricana. Abbiamo avuto l'intera unità per noi stessi, rendendola un sogno, silenzioso e confortevole ritiro per un paio. Noi vogliamo tornare!

Stunning location. Room/apartment basic but clean. Music at poolside far too loud. Food - below average. All inclusive I booked through Trip meant to include all drinks and snacks - no snacks provided and only drinks allowed were from an old drinks machine at the pool side that had a selection of three drinks that were either flat or over diluted. No juice for son at meals - only water. Only wine available at lunch and dinner but basic quality. We paid quite a lot for this stay and don’t think it was worth the money.

La mia esperienza di vivere in questo b&b è stata sorprendente!!! Una grande stanza, tutto era pulito e confortevole, anche la doccia mi sorprende perché aveva il tetto del cielo con le stelle. Il proprietario mi ha sempre risposto all'immediato quando ho scritto. Una persona gentile e ospite. Ora so dove scegliere quando torno a Cosenza! È una recensione sincera! La mia stanza era perfetta in tutto, cominciando con la posizione e terminando con i piccoli dettagli nella stanza! Grazie mille! ❤ e vedrai presto 😘
