Hotel a 3 stelle in Chihuahua, Messico

Extended Suites Ciudad Juarez Consulado is a short stay/long stay accommodation option close to the American Consulate in Juarez, Chihuahua. The facilities and housekeeping service tries their best to accommodate but will only provide service to make up the rooms if you stay over 7 days. You can service the room yourself or pay an extra charge for the service to be done by their staff. The front desk falls short when it comes to communication and proving answers for your questions. It seemed that every question or request we had during our 9 day stay was an ”No” or a ”I don't know” from their front desk.

It’s very clean the stuff are so friendly I like it I definitely will stay again

Hotel was ok. Elevator broke down multiple times and was extremely rough when working. It sometimes stopped to early and you had a 6inch step up to the floor. Hallways were usually fairly dirty. Room was ok. Maintenance of room was a little lacking. Toilet didn’t flush right. Carpet was never vacuumed. Never had the right number of towels for people in the room. I believe this os a management issue because what the maid did clean was done well.

Il cibo al ristorante tge eas è molto buono, grande selezioni su, prezzi ragionevoli e porzioni più grandi di quanto standard di servizio dimensioni. Per colazione abbiamo provato Chilaquiles e uova, anche con feci. Per cena abbiamo avuto i tacos sirloin, gli appetiti non si ricordano la nana ma, la porzione per 2 persone era più t h an abbastanza, quindi condividiamo con un amico di noi,.

Value: Great value for the price; considering the level of service and amenities, I found it very reasonable.

La posizione dell'hotel è nel centro della città, il viaggio è molto conveniente, ci sono piccoli centri commerciali sul lato, e il cibo è conveniente.Le strutture dell'hotel sono generali, l'atteggiamento di servizio è molto buono, il colazione dell'hotel è molto poca, può soddisfare le esigenze e è adatto per il viaggio di business.

Il personale è bello e utile. La stanza è pulita. La posizione è lontana dal consolato.Prendere circa 10-15 minuti di guida.Il cibo è buono. Come le waffle. E il succo e il frutto. Per i miei scopi di viaggio non erano buone idee. Cross street ha un po 'di negozio e mercato .

Upon arrival had problems with TV but problem was fixed within two minutes. Also had problems with getting in the room due to bad key lock but again got fixed very quick. Cleaning staff and maintenance was very polite and very helpful. Highly recommend.

El servicio fue excelente, todos muy amables y eficientes. La ubicacion inmejorable, todo lo necesario estaba cerca, la embajada, varios restaurantes para desayunar o comer, y un mall en frente. las instalaciones super limpias y no les faltaba nada. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y si tuviera necesidad de ir de nuevo, me vuelvo a quedar ahi.

L'isolamento di questo hotel è terribile che si possa sentire tutto dall'esterno e dalle vie dell'hotel, hanno davvero bisogno di sostituire le porte delle camere e delle finestre.
