Hotel a 2 stelle in Jilin, Cina

I'm a british traveller with a Chinese wife. I'm mostly located in China and I speak the language. Hunchun is near to Russia and most of the guests were Russian. Some of the staff can speak a few words of Russian but not much. And no English! The Hotel itself is modern, clean and very technically equipped. The toilet seat is heated, and it flushes itself. The shower took a bit of working out, but once I had mastered it, it was possibly the best shower I'd had in years. The shower is partitioned from the rest of the toilet, which isn't always the case in China. There's an AI person who greets you in Chinese when you enter, but we couldn't work out what the purpose of this was. It didn't understand English and my wife couldn't get a lot of sense out of it in Chinese. But everything else worked, including the curtains which opened and closed remotely. The TV was large and of an excellent quality. The bed was firm, but not hard like some Chinese beds can be, and we slept very comfortably. The breakfast was OK, but nothing special. My wife and I are diabetic, so we avoid sweet things. Although there was plenty of meat, vegetables and eggs to keep us going for the day, there was only sweetened coffee, sweetened milk tea and I think sweetened soy milk, in the drinks machine. We managed to get plain hot water out of the machine, but there was only paper cups provided, which was a disappointment considering the price we'd paid and the excellent standard of everything else. I would suggest a coffee machine and milk available at breakfast, and maybe a hot water urn and some tea bags. And some proper cups! I think a place of such good quality deserves a bit more of a variety of food. It was OK, but not great. Disappointing. For people on a low budget (like we were) one should bear in mind that the location isn't very central and it's a bus ride and a 25 minute walk, from the high speed rail station. Taxis are not very expensive but we don't have much money so we got local buses which are not very frequent. So I consider the location to be the most disappointing aspect of this hotel. Everything else was either fine, or excellent. We would definitely consider going there again in the future. It was also the only hotel that has allowed us the late checkout which I've been promised by Trip.com. Thank you!

Ho avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole e consiglio questa proprietà.

Tutto si sentiva moderno e ben progettato. La stanza comprendeva anche l'acqua bollente, un caldo, un tè, uno shampoo, un condizionatore, una sapone, un tovagliolo, un pasto dentale e molte altre strutture utili, quindi non c'era bisogno di comprare niente di più. La stanza aveva anche un frigorifero, che era molto conveniente e qualcosa che apprezzavamo davvero. Un altro bel bonus era le bevande gratuite alla reception. I clienti possono godere di caffè, tè latte e succo d'arancia a nessun costo aggiuntivo, che è un toccamento considerevole. Vorremmo ringraziare in particolare la receptionista, che è stata incredibilmente gentile e utile, che ha bisogno di un adattatore europeo di energia e che ci ha preso subito uno. Grazie al suo aiuto, siamo riusciti a caricare i nostri telefoni e siamo molto grati per il suo eccellente servizio. L'unica piccola questione era che la stanza aveva solo impianti di alimentazione cinesi e non aveva un porto di carica USB-C come quello che abbiamo soggiornato in precedenza. Senza l'adattatore dalla ricezione, sarebbe stato difficile caricare i dispositivi moderni. Se viaggiate da un altro paese, si raccomanda di portare un adattatore universale per i viaggi proprio nel caso. In generale, abbiamo avuto un altro soggiorno meraviglioso. Questo hotel offre un ottimo valore per soldi, eccellente pulizia, moderne strutture e un servizio veramente amichevole. Vi saremmo felici di rimanere qui di nuovo e lo consigliamo fortemente a chiunque visita Yanji.

Il signor Feng ci accompagnò ad un ristorante per presentarci a un nuovo piatto, che è stata una bella esperienza.Il giorno dopo, il signor Xia ci ha aiutato a comprare biglietti per la montagna di Changbai (Cielo Lake). Ha anche assicurato che ci fossero lasciati alla stazione di autobus e poi ci fossero raccolti, rendendo il processo completamente senza problemi. 5. Ciao. Il giorno dopo, il bagaglio è stato inviato a un chilometro di casa ieri e a un chilometro di mercato idrico.Anche se è molto meglio della stanza del primo giorno, il negozio ha detto che la distribuzione delle fonti ha fatto spostare gli ospiti così lontano. Ho scelto il muro rosso della rete, se sapessi che il giorno dopo è un altro posto, non ti sceglieremo la casa il primo giorno!Non sono soddisfatto di questo tipo di ospiti casuali!

2D2N in this hotel in the off-season. I booked it based on the good reviews! BUT there were some unexpected things nobody talks about! Let’s go for a quick review👇🏻 What was good: • Super clean • A good firm mattress and two pillows to choose from: one soft and one firm ✨ • The bidet 🥰 • The price • Good Korean-style breakfast, but the same every day • Showroom full of Korean costumes • Sweet girl at reception, although she was a bit shy with foreigners 🤪 • Quiet outside, warm inside, and the air is fresher than in the city What was disappointing: • The TV turns on every time we come back — it’s kinda annoying • Since neither of us knows Chinese, we couldn’t use the voice assistant. We could've used it in English, but nobody helped us set it up (but it’s okay, because we visited just for the weekend) • Disposable towels 😅 (I prefer the soft cuddle of a real towel/bathrobe after a shower) • There were no dental supplies. It was disappointing and unexpected (but maybe it’s okay for a hotel at this price, who knows?) General conclusion: It’s the best option for a Korean-style photoshoot for a few days. Good for sleeping after walking around all day. But if you’re visiting just for the weekend and you don’t need photos, it’s better to stay somewhere near the city centre. As for me, I like fresh air, and in this hotel I could have it. In the city centre it’s only air-conditioned, so this is kinda the better choice for me… What about you? Who knows! E'troppo intimido ～ l'hotel è troppo vicino alla neve. Torna al super comodo. Il bambino non è divertente sciare. Erdaobaihe is a really sweet, cozy little town. Although it’s not located in the main town area, it is just opposite the beautiful pine forest, which makes the surroundings very peaceful. There are free buses available to travel within the town, which is very convenient. However, as we can’t read Chinese, we mostly relied on Didi instead. Getting a Didi can be a bit challenging due to the limited number of drivers, but as long as you’re willing to wait 5–15 minutes, you should be able to get one. The people in the town are very warm and welcoming. We visited Enduli, and it was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable. The morning view from our room was magical. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet with a heated seat, which was a nice touch. There was a small issue where we found a strand of hair on the bed when we opened the bedsheet. We didn’t make a fuss as I had my own disposable bedsheet prepared. Despite this minor incident, the overall stay was wonderful. What really made this place special was Aunty Wu. She was always there for us and even woke up at 6am just to bid us goodbye. When we were looking for laundry services, she kindly offered to wash our clothes in-house. With my OCD, I was especially touched that she even warmed my laundry bag for me - such a thoughtful gesture. Will definitely be back
