Hotel recentemente ristrutturato, moderno e pulito. Situazione prima vicino alla stazione ferroviaria centrale e fermate tram, ma non rumoroso intorno. Nei pressi sono vicini centri commerciali, supermercati, grandi e piccoli ristoranti di cucina diversa. Il centro storico si trova a soli 10 minuti. Il personale della reception è amichevole e utile. È più piacevole un buon colazione in un bel ristorante.

La porta del bagno è mancante, acqua da bagno è andata in bagno, lavato danneggiato alle pareti del bagno, tessuto di filo in Ixcel, polvere sul pannello superiore, un bicchiere di birra e un bicchiere di vino??? , rumore di bagno dove la porta mancava, nessun travestimento di scarpe, Calmo, tram in 200 m, la colazione era buona, ma non c'era niente di straordinario, parcheggio costa extra, per giorno 16,-. Se non fosse stato il problema con la stanza, allora sarebbe stato 5,0.

La posizione è molto buona, l'hardware è buono, il servizio della reception è nella media, anche la colazione è molto scarsa, anche le strutture della piscina non sono buone e necessitano di miglioramenti

The hotel is very well situated and fantastic bar upstairs we didn’t use the breakfast place, but it’s looked very good. The air-conditioning is very good. It’s one of the few hotels in fact the only hotel in Germany that we stayed at that had a good air conditioning. There’s a parking at the hotel but we use the one in the central Plaza and that cost €20 a night. Everything was comfortable it’s a hotel. I would recommend.

Very convenient location as the hotel is just a few minutes away of walk from the main station. The room and bedding is perfect, and you can store your luggage without paying additional to explore Deresden before check-in time.

Le camere erano davvero pulite.La connettività è buona considerando due stazioni tram all'interno 5-ins di distanza a piedi. Il mio amico amava la stanza e insisteva per estendere il soggiorno, ma siamo stati impegnati.

Booked one room with separate beds. After check in walked to the room oy to find out there was one bed.  Needed to walk 5 min back to the lobby. Their answer: yes we know, but there was a “do not disturbe” sign on the door. Again, I just checked in 15 min ago.  Long wait and discussion followed, but they could not redo the beds because no staff (they were with 4 in the lobby).  Ended the discussion by asking for sheets to do it myself. Also not something they could easily do. Took 15 to find a clean sheet, ridiculous. They promised to redo the bed the day after, which, of course, was not done. Very disappointed; professional hotel staff should understand the need not wanting to share one bed.
