Hotel a 5 stelle in Provincia di Smirne, Turchia

Overall, we had a good experience during our stay. The hotel offers a generous breakfast and dinner buffet with plenty of variety, which we really enjoyed. The location is convenient. There is a supermarket about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and the minibus stop is located right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around. The swimming pool was excellent, with plenty of sun loungers available, so it was always easy to find a place to relax. However, there were also some disappointing aspects. The hotel had very few facilities and activities available. Most activities required advance reservations, and there was not much entertainment within the hotel itself. The staff were friendly, but many of them seemed very young and inexperienced. As a result, the overall management and service did not always meet the standards we expected from a five-star hotel. The drinks were also quite expensive, and unfortunately the quality did not justify the price. For example, we ordered a strawberry milkshake, but after waiting around 20 minutes, we were told that the necessary ingredients were out of stock. Situations like this are disappointing, especially when staying at a hotel that advertises itself as a five-star property. That said, if your main goal is to relax, enjoy the beach, and have a peaceful holiday, this is still a good place to stay.

Alberghi confortevoli, ma preoccupazioni seri per le relazioni degli ospiti. Quando ci siamo lamentati, il personale ha risposto in modo difensivo e ha continuato a scalare piuttosto che a risolvere la questione o ad accettare il nostro feedback. Mentre un membro del personale femminile era piacevole, due membri del personale maschile erano inprofessionali e disturbanti durante tutta la situazione.

Due letti 1.5m sono molto adatto per la gita della famiglia. La piazza è molto grande. La notte è anche tranquilla. È la posizione relativamente lontana. Non c'è negozio prima e dopo il villaggio. Ci sono diversi ristoranti intorno. Non c'è cibo cinese. Non c'è posto per la strada. Esce con auto o auto da bagno. L'hotel manca una piscina. Se c'è una piscina all'interno e all'esterno, E'perfetto.

Very new hotel, located in connection to the new Izmir mall Istinye Park. I could find only positive in this hotel which are the following: 1. Nice bright room with comfortable bed 2. Matrass and pillows are beyond comfort, very nice 3. Bathroom spacious and clean with all the necessary 4. Staff is helpful and replies fast to your needs and requests 5. Direct passage to the mall and back through the floor using the card 6. Spa area is very nice and massages are good quality 7. There is a pool 8. Few steps from the hotel you can find a tram stop Istinye Park which is a direct line by the shore to the center of the city 9. The view from the room is amazing to the whole Izmir from above.

È stato bello avere a disposizione le aree spa, ma i letti sono molto duri, per il resto è carino e il personale di sala è molto gentile.

Staff are professional and friendly, and the check-in process is smooth. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Conveniently located, it is an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers.

Hotel location is very good. Hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Meanwhile hotel facility is quite old. I’m living just next to Renaissance hotel in Shanghai, Putuo. I was expecting such a similar experience but disappointed with facilities. I’d recommend you to pay a bit more and stay at Marriott hotel which is at walking distance for a better experience. They’re the same group company.

Abbiamo fatto del nostro piacere il nostro viaggio all'Onlive Deluxe Hotel, che ha reso il nostro viaggio in mare, l'atmosfera, la spiaggia, le piscine e la splendida vista, la pulizia generale dell'impianto è stata molto buona e tutti i luoghi sono stati molto curati. L'approccio riso, interessante e professionale dei lavoratori ci ha resi felici. Le corse da tennis, lo sport (sport), il SPA e tutte le altre opportunità erano sopra le nostre aspettative. Il colazione era molto diverso, di qualità e sufficiente. Il servizio in camera era veloce e con successo. Grazie a tutto questo, ci siamo sentiti molto confortevoli e privati, siamo già in attesa di tornare all'Onlive Deluxe Hotel, ringraziiamo l'intera squadra che ha lavorato, e ci consigliamo.

Потрясающее природное чудо. Голубой пляж. Невероятно чистый воздух, кристальное море , красивый пляж, вкусная еда. Нет большого разнообразия и из морепродуктов только жареная/ тушеная рыбка. но все продукты вкусные , качественные. хорошие овощи и фрукты. Но есть и минусы: не работал термальный бассейн, спа в плачевном состоянии, сауна только до 17:00,в закрытом бассейне можно купаться в шапочке - это платная услуга. Также при заселении в номер не все было укомплектовано- не была заменена туалетная бумага, салфетки, мыло в диспансере. Никаких шампуней , кремов, бритв и зубных принадлежностей- а уровень отеля обещал их наличие. Все приходилось просить. У нас был праздник- я привезла семь человек, был юбилей моей тёти 70 лет - комплиментом в номере был букет цветов и кусочек торта. Я все понимаю, но лучше бы это были фрукты, для взрослого человека тяжело раскусить такой десерт. Странным для меня был кофе из аппаратов , которые выдают в руки , и не очень вкусные напитки в целом. А за ужином все напитки платные (вино 375 лир, 160 кофе). Персонал очень приветливый и очень старательный. Удобные кровати и белье-это всегда так важно в отелях такого уровня. Само место и природа закрывают все недочеты. Но все же хотелось бы соответствия цены и качества.
