Hotel 2 stelle a Parañaque

Il soggiorno era un sacchetto misto, 3/5 stelle in generale. Il più grande negativo era la pubblicità palesemente falsa di un Balcony - la ragione reale per cui abbiamo scelto questa unità su alternative meno costose. Lasciate che ripeta che non c'è balcone. Il secondo negativo, che è più leggero, è che inizialmente il proprietario ha inviato un messaggio che minaccia di caricare un P100/hr ”tardo check in fee” per il check in dopo le 6:00. Mi sono lamentato di questo e il proprietario ha accettato di non farci pagare per il ”controllo tardivo”, e lei non l'ha fatto. I positivi sono stati un grande complesso di alloggi, poche attrazioni vicine, eccetto un centro, ma le strutture sono eccellenti. Il proprietario è stato molto responsabile di qualsiasi problema o problema, rispondendo quasi immediatamente. Shanghai lumpia gratuita nel congelatore era un bel toccamento, abbiamo comprato un po'di olio e l'abbiamo frittato! In breve, un po' più onesta in pubblicità avrebbe guadagnato più stelle, ma era ancora un soggiorno prezioso.

Here's a review based on your experience: --- We stayed at this Airbnb for 8 nights and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just across from Okada Hotel, which is a major plus. However, our check-in was quite disappointing. We arrived around 5 PM, two hours after the official check-in time of 3 PM, only to find the unit was not clean. It was very dusty, and there were no cleaning tools provided. The staff arrived around 5:30 PM to bring us towels and one bed cover, we requested utensils, We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to tidy up the place before we could settle in. This was frustrating, especially after traveling from another country, as we had hoped to relax upon arrival. While the unit itself has potential, the lack of cleanliness and preparation before our check-in was a significant issue. We had to clean the unit ourselves before we could even think about resting. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and guest readiness are necessary.

Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest. Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety. The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided. On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests. The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.

A truly exceptional stay experience! From the moment we booked, the host, Guodong, was friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and great hospitality! We will stay here again on our next trip.

We strongly recommend this place. Location is perfect. We find all we need Around. They have very easy check in policy. Friendly guard and reception. Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception. The room and design is very lovely and modern. Over all okay but scary. The room was cleaned, just make an adjustment kaasi barado yung agusan ng tubig sa may cr. During our stayed, Around 10 evening, may sumusubok magbukas ng door namin, nakita pa namin sa bintana na tumakbo. Please make the area safer for the customer. Kasi kung ganyan lagi, walang magtatagal na customer sa inyo. The service was okay, very accommodating and approachable.
