Newly built, and nice hotel. Has great self-service laundry and nice gym. Located in Erdaobaihe Town, the hotel is a bit further outskirts so not within walking distance to the Cloud Market but everything is only a 10 min taxi/didi ride away. Also provides free pickup from the high-speed railway station (Changbaishan Station), which is also only 10 mins away. We got the big family room which was great for 2 adults and 2 small kids. Breakfast is a decent mix of local and western staples, even some local honey and yogurt. just don't eat the cereal.

Exceptional Service from the Start From the moment I made my reservation, a staff member named Annie provided incredible hospitality. She was enthusiastic and proactive, offering detailed advice on local attractions and how to navigate Changbai Mountain. The seamless service began the moment I arrived at the train station. The hotel provided a pickup service, and the staff greeted me warmly before escorting me directly to the hotel. Personalized Care and Communication Upon arrival, Annie was there to welcome me. She gave me expert advice on how to visit the national park and remained available to assist me throughout my entire stay. If you are worried about the language barrier, don't be! We communicated easily via WeChat and translation apps. She truly looked after me until the very moment I boarded the shuttle back to the train station. Excellence in Every Detail In terms of cleanliness, service, and food, I give this hotel a perfect score of 1,000,000/1,000,000. Everything was flawless.

Ci sono lavastoviglie pubbliche e lavastoviglie, l'acqua dolce è particolarmente grande, lavato super-spazzo e la disposizione dello spazio è ragionevole.Il colazione è anche un punto luminoso. The hotel is kind enough to upgrade my room to a bigger room due to off peak season. The establishment is clean and staff are friendly. Room has plenty of sockets including usb. Bathroom is big. Water pressure good. Laundry free. Breakfast is good. Central location near bus stop. Taxi fare to/from changbaishan train station is rmb18 each direction. Thumb up to Miss 吕 who helped me to book/amend/refund tickets to attractions. I would be delighted to stay here again.

Il personale era molto gentile e ci colpì con la loro sincera atteggiamento nei confronti degli ospiti.Abbiamo prenotato il trekking Gyegok attraverso Trip.com, ma come stranieri abbiamo avuto problemi di comunicare con la compagnia di trekking. Il manager ci ha aiutati, e abbiamo avuto un tempo meraviglioso che rimarrà una memoria piacevole. Se avessimo la possibilità di tornare a Changbai Mountain, sicuramente scegliere questo hotel. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e ben mantenute. Siamo davvero grati per i cuori caldi di tutto il personale. Inoltre, il parcheggio dell'hotel ha fatto un piacere inoltrare barbecue e un bicchiere di soia.

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

Il personale dell'hotel era molto amichevole e ha fornito un servizio eccellente. L'hotel era vuoto quando arrivammo (familia di 4). Non eravamo consapevoli di un'operazione di fuoco in corso e, a causa della costruzione in corso, eravamo sbagliati a pensare che l'hotel fosse chiuso. Il personale dell'hotel apparve come ci andavamo per fare altre disposizioni. Il manager dell'hotel ci ha fornito un traduttore e si è scusato con grande attenzione per la malcomunicazione .Le camere erano eccezionalmente pulite e il colazione eccezionalmente buono. Situazione ideale ... vicino alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità e al centro città.

L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica, vicino a molti buoni ristoranti. Le sorgenti calde, sia all'interno che all'esterno, sono un accento molto rilassante e ben mantenuto. È anche un luogo amico della famiglia, rendendolo una grande scelta per coloro con bambini. La camera era in generale pulita e confortevole. La colazione era decente con una buona varietà, ma può essere molto piena e occupata, che potrebbe essere un inconveniente per coloro che preferiscono una mattina più rilassata.
