A Truly Memorable Stay at Changbai Mountain Guanyue Folk Custom Hotel 🏨 I traveled all the way from Thailand, and my experience at Changbai Mountain—specifically at the Changbai Mountain Guanyue Folk Custom Hotel—was absolutely unforgettable. Exceptional Service from the Start From the moment I made my reservation, a staff member named Annie provided incredible hospitality. She was enthusiastic and proactive, offering detailed advice on local attractions and how to navigate Changbai Mountain. The seamless service began the moment I arrived at the train station. The hotel provided a pickup service, and the staff greeted me warmly before escorting me directly to the hotel. Personalized Care and Communication Upon arrival, Annie was there to welcome me. She gave me expert advice on how to visit the national park and remained available to assist me throughout my entire stay. If you are worried about the language barrier, don't be! We communicated easily via WeChat and translation apps. She truly looked after me until the very moment I boarded the shuttle back to the train station. Excellence in Every Detail In terms of cleanliness, service, and food, I give this hotel a perfect score of 1,000,000/1,000,000. Everything was flawless.

-room was big and comfy , i like the toilet seat where its automated. Balcony is lovely too .Floor inside the room is well ventilated with heater. TV was huge and good quality . -breakfast was ok , everyday was quite the same kind of breakfast with some changes .Food was good .No coffee and tea , only water and soybean -location was isolated from main road ,hence its more quite and serene .But to take Didi , required to walk outside 2 min and wait for taxis . -Washing machine x2 and dryer x2 .Detergent is prepared as well . -Walk to Changbaishan North required about 8 min walking. Took Didi to Enduli and Genting Market, you can walk for around 12-15 min to reach the commercial area . -shower and toilet bowl is in separate room -lift is ok ,not too fast or slow .big to accomodate 4 people with luggages . This is by far my most flavored hotel i stayed in my entire trip .

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

Il personale era molto gentile e ci colpì con la loro sincera atteggiamento nei confronti degli ospiti.Abbiamo prenotato il trekking Gyegok attraverso Trip.com, ma come stranieri abbiamo avuto problemi di comunicare con la compagnia di trekking. Il manager ci ha aiutati, e abbiamo avuto un tempo meraviglioso che rimarrà una memoria piacevole. Se avessimo la possibilità di tornare a Changbai Mountain, sicuramente scegliere questo hotel. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e ben mantenute. Siamo davvero grati per i cuori caldi di tutto il personale. Inoltre, il parcheggio dell'hotel ha fatto un piacere inoltrare barbecue e un bicchiere di soia.

C'è stato un piccolo intoppo al check-in, probabilmente dovuto alla barriera linguistica, ma alla fine si è risolto, dato che la prenotazione era già stata pagata tramite Trip.com. L'hotel non è lontano dalla città di Erdaobaihe e dalla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità di Changbaishan, ma non è assolutamente raggiungibile a piedi. Bisogna organizzare un taxi o un trasferimento privato. L'hotel è grande e la hall è vastissima e spaziosa, ma forse è dovuto al periodo in cui ho soggiornato, che era piuttosto vuoto e tranquillo. La camera è molto spaziosa. Ho apprezzato particolarmente il copriletto; è comodissimo. Nonostante la barriera linguistica, il servizio è stato eccellente. Pur essendo un ospite singolo, mi hanno offerto una colazione cinese completa, con il miglior piatto di manzo di tutta la Cina! Offrono un servizio navetta per il Centro Visitatori di Changbaishan, ingresso nord, da cui è possibile tornare in taxi. Nel complesso, nonostante un piccolo contrattempo iniziale, sono rimasto impressionato!

Problemi che ho affrontato : c'è un enorme mancato taxi nella città durante la stagione turistica di picco, un giorno ho dovuto camminare 3.3 chilometri in - 15 gradi temperatura per raggiungere il centro, DIDI e T3 servizio funziona qui, ma l'attesa del taxi è di solito 40 min 1 ora. Qui’Questo hotel di ristorazione è stato il soggiorno più soddisfacente di tutta la nostra visita in Cina 8-day attraverso Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang e Yabuli. Abbiamo soggiornato in un'unità di residenza familiare, che ci ha consentito di vivere insieme confortevolmente sotto una famiglia. Il resort è estremamente pulito e ben mantenuto. La nostra unità includeva anche una tavola mahjong e una primavera privata calda, che rendevano il soggiorno molto piacevole. Anche se il prezzo non è economico, è certamente valente il denaro. La stanza è pulita e confortevole, ha tianmojinling (Home AI). La piscina calda non è aperta tutti i cos, forse quando ci fermiamo è fuori stagione. La primavera calda è come non c'è corrente d'acqua che fluisce, ma ha doccia, serbatoio, sapone, shampoo, asciugacapelli e per asciugare il costume da nuoto.Il personale è tutto bello e amichevole e ci aiuta a chiamare taxi di nuovo alla stazione ferroviaria.

The hotel features a fairly large hot spring area. Although the outdoor section was closed for maintenance during my stay, the staff there were excellent—very professional and thorough in explaining how to use the facilities. The location is convenient, just 10 minutes from the high-speed rail station. They offer a pickup service, but be aware there is no drop-off service; you'll need to arrange your own taxi for the return. On the plus side, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores located right behind the hotel. As for the room, it felt a bit dated. I booked a 'Mountain View' room, but it only faced a nearby building. When I checked with the staff, they told me no rooms with mountain views. Also, the corridors were quite dark during the day as the lights were off. Communicating with the reception was also a bit challenging for a non-Chinese speaker.
